Crowne Plaza London - Docklands by IHG, London1 / 30

With various types of eggs, pancakes and waffles made to order. We were there on our anniversary celebrations, on knowing this the management sent us brownies and non alcoholic cocktails, with a card of congratulations
A very accommodating hotel, would highly recommend! The only downside was the price was slightly extortionate for what they offer, however, the staff were very friendly & helpful
We like to take the children to London for days out and often book another hotel in the Docklands area but tried the Crown Plaza for a change as it had a pool and a slightly better room set up for us (plus parking) and we were so pleased we did
Finally, the swimming pool and sauna were FANTASTIC. Jacuzzi was small but the whole weekend was Brilliant
The breakfast options were limited but the staff were friendly, moreover the gym & pool facilities are handy if you’d like to treat yourself
However, I have only one regret, that we could not enjoy the hotel's swimming pool and SPA facilities due to our busy schedule; I will definitely not miss them on a future return

There is no charger socket on the bedside table, so it is inconvenient to charge your phone. The mini bar menu is very hidden... The location is very good and the service in the lobby is very enthusiastic.
Absolutely fantastic and stunning place to dine. Myself and my partner booked our table on OpenTable for 28/01/18 and from the moment we gazed at the building to the moment we left we were treated incredibly
Food is spectacular! And the steak, oh my the steak was to die for! We shall be coming back in May to treat my mum to a birthday 3 course meal, she did recommend it to us in the first place
Hotel live very comfortable, all rooms feature views of the city renovated. Delicious Breakfast, nice and polite staff. When I moved out and it was raining a given umbrellas.
What a wonderful place! The service at this hotel is exceptional. The boulard bar is fantastic and Heston's restaurant was really worth a visit
It is not a cheap experience but if you are interested in his cooking then it is worth a visit. The food was really delicious

The only drawback is that it's a bit far from the city center, and the supermarket is a seven-minute walk away. It's a quiet area with fewer people around
The apartment offers good value for money, and the location is quite convenient. Although parking costs extra, there are plenty of spots available.
I think the club could be expanded more as there was not a lot of room and also the beverage options could be upgraded. The hotel was not too far away from the subway lines so we were able to walk and explore London
Came to London for a last-minute business trip with a friend. The room was quite new and a decent size, but the soundproofing was a bit poor.
Honestly, the service was excellent, and the English breakfast was a proper hearty one. But you know, London is always pricey. The pool was also nice; I felt the water could be even clearer with proper chemical treatment
Perfect if you don't need to be in the city but just close enough. Modern rooms with a great gym and pool.

Room and common areas were all spotless. Everyone we encountered was friendly and efficient
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were welcoming. It made my trip much more enjoyable.
Our stay was an excellent experience. Clean and comfortable room, Nespresso machine with complimentary capsules and water daily, polite staff, and a very good location.
Our stay at Apex Temple Hotel was largely excellent. A short walk to the river Thames , convent garden , soho. The underground is literally just 8 minutes away
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are nice and clean, good value for money. The hotel itself has a really good atmosphere and is in a quiet location close to everything London has to offer
Very good hotel in a good location. Walking distance from St.Paul’s, Tate, river and Tube. Rooms on top floor have good London views.

The Hotel Staff were friendly & helpful. The room very comfortable & clean . The location is very convenient to shops & restaurants .
Great location, close to Harrods,Hyde Park and all sorts of transportations, everytime in London, always stay here.
Excellent location minutes from Knightsbridge Underground and multiple bus routes. Bed a small double but comfortable. Air conditioning inadequate to cool with sun directly on windows with no opening
the location is very convenient, only few minutes walk to Harrod, Museum of Science, Imperial college
We were disappointed in the quality of the room. It was very small and seemed run down. It seems like it had not been updated in a while. Overall, it was not what we expected for a "4 star" hotel at that price point.
This hotel is fantastic! The location is great, with easy access to transportation. For England, it offers incredible value for money. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit

The room was clean and had a separate wet and dry area. You could hear the train, but it wasn't loud enough to disturb sleep. Getting to the hotel from Paddington Station involves walking up a slope and crossing a road
It's a 10-minute walk to Paddington Station, where you can catch the Elizabeth Line (outside the station), the Circle Line (inside the station), and other tube lines, as well as trains
The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. The food was very good and quite a varied choice. The location of the hotel was brilliant, within lovely green and quiet surroundings
Absolutely lovely hotel, all staff very friendly and helpful. Great, quiet area and fabulous stay by all of us- thank you Novotel Paddington & Trip.com!
However, going from the hotel to Paddington Station is downhill, which is easier. It's quite convenient for getting around
Uncomfortable bed  Bed settee we had to request a topper Asked for extra pillows but none arrived and no milk or teabags were replaced in the room for  3days

Friendly staffs at reception and breakfast area. Strategic and convenient location, near South Kensington station. House keeping averagely clean. Water from the tap has residues that sediments at the base of the kettle.
Great hotel in a good location, walking distance to the Royal Albert Hall, nice restaurants & bars. Speedy in replying to my message that I left something in the room & posted it straight away
Great location near to South Kensington tube station which was on the circle line making it direct to St Pancras & Kings Cross. Opposite V&A museum, 5 mins walk to National History Museum
Good location Room is quite big and breakfast is absolutely delicious
We had a wonderful stay at The Rembrandt! From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options
Nice hotel in a good location. The swimming pool isn’t part of the hotel but guests get a big discount to use the pool/gym.

One of the best accommodations we have ever been to. The location is superb, close to big supermarket, bookstore, restaurants and metro station (central and Piccadilly lines)
Staff was nice but wasn’t able to provide all the help we were looking for. Please note there is no daily housekeeping … there is one round of housekeeping if you are staying more than a week
However, this time I was given a room for guests with disabilities, which was a bit inconvenient for someone without a disability. The sink was very low, and the soundproofing wasn't as good as the previous room
Very expensive hotel (typical central London price I guess). Free sparking water and coffee available. Walkable distance to China Town - for the great midnight snack.
Love the kitchen and full set of kitchenware inside the room which we could cook our Christmas dinner in room when most of the places closed on Christmas Day
Hotel location is good, near metro station and many supermarkets. Direct metro line to Heathrow Airport T2. Breakfast standard, not much varieties but tasty

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast spread was also excellent. It's really close to the Tower of London and London Bridge, making transportation super convenient
We really enjoyed staying there. It is compact but beds long enough for comfortable sleep for my 6ft 2 partner. Good power shower and interesting light settings, very modern
The Location is Great, we never had to take the subway because everything is in walking distance. The staff was very friendly, and the room clean (but on the smaller side)
Lovely hotel in the perfect location for the seminar I was attending nearby. Great facilities and enough choice for breakfast which I'd pre-booked.
Perfect location, Super friendly staff, clean rooms, and the rooms exceptionally well priced
It s not the first time i stayed in Citizen M. The hotel is always chic and modern :)

A nice hotel with spa and swimming pool, but the location is not so convenient and not much restruant nearby
The setting is beautiful, and the location is very peaceful. The room is spacious, and it's conveniently located right where the Uber Boat drops you off. I'll definitely be back.
Excellent return stay. The lovely receptionist was ever so kind and helped us with an upgrade to a harbour view room, which was much appreciated. Would definitely stay again!
This is my third time at this hotel and it always beats my expectations! All you expect and more from a lovey and classy hotel.
My husband and I are returning guests to the Chelsea Harbour Hotel. We have an apartment at Chelsea Harbour so other than the hotel is in a quite yet central location, it is perfect for us to check out our apartment
I had a couple of technical  issues with my room; however overall I was quite to very pleased with the overall cost/space/cleanliness/helpfulness/facilities ratio balance

We had breakfast at the restaurant on all three days. Although the vegetarian choices were limited, food was excellent. We were served by Vivian and he was very attentive and prompt with his response to our requests
The Good: The rooms were decorate beautifully and very nice amenities. The bathroom was gorgeous and did have a magnifying mirror which I have begun to appreciate! The towel warming rack was a nice touch
We had an amazing stay at the hotel . We had a pleasant and fabulous server mr.vivian at the breakfast everyday. Mr. Vivian was friendly, helpful and provide an amazing service. We enjoyed talking to him
We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. To summarise, it is a fabulous hotel located very conveniently right next to Marble Arch tube. The rooms are beautifully laid out and the amenities are luxurious
A quiet, comfortable, and very clean hotel with excellent service, a great location, and a very delicious restaurant, especially the employee Vivian.
I stay here every time I go to London on business. I especially like the rooms with the balconies.

What lovely staff here, I am dairy free and the kitchen staff were amazing to accommodate me and offer different things for me. Also offered to cooked me separate food
Our room was also not ready when we arrived so we were given a complimentary drink for the wait
Very nice hotel - comfortable beds - I had a very good 1 night stay here away from the city
Lovely hotel, full of character. Staff extremely helpful and unfailingly polite. Rooms vary, as is often the case with older buildings, but I had a nice one. I like the fact they have proper baths.
Altogether not a bad stay apart from bathroom being so small that I couldn't sit straight and had to sit sideways. The sink was so small you couldn't wash in it
We contacted the front desk, and they responded promptly and moved us to a new room. It was Christmas time, and the lobby had lovely decorations like a Christmas tree, creating a wonderful atmosphere

During my stay, there was some nearby construction, and a few roads were temporarily closed. While this didn’t affect the comfort inside the hotel, it’s something to be aware of when planning routes or arrivals
The bus station is roughly a 15-minute walk, which is manageable, especially if you enjoy a bit of walking. One highlight of the location is the pleasant river view, which adds a nice touch to the overall stay
The bathroom was also modern and spotless, with a spacious shower and good-quality amenities. The staff were friendly and professional, meeting the expected Hyatt service standards
In terms of accessibility, the hotel is about a 5-minute walk to the underground station, which makes getting around London very convenient
The layout was thoughtfully designed, with plenty of storage space, a comfortable seating area, and a well-organized minibar and wardrobe
The room itself was excellent—clean, modern, and spacious, which worked very well for me and my son

The hotel location, cleanliness and rooms were all good. We had three problems, I had stayed at this chain of hotel before and new you had to book to use the swimming pool
It's a bit of a walk (over 15 minutes) from all the attractions. The reception staff were all British and very welcoming and undiscriminate
We were especially pleased that we arrived at the hotel at 10 am and were checked in immediately, without having to wait until 3 pm
Very good location for who seek to wake around the city to explore the vibrant of London.

He is a good reflection of how a fine establishment should be run! The rooms are a good size for London standards and I enjoyed the extra touch of wellness via the in room yoga, pilates and meditation videos with yoga mats provided
Amazing stay with great service, room was large and comfy, bathroom had heated drying rack and mirror. Free ginger and honey tea, and cookies in the lobby, would love to come back for another stay
Hotel was clean. Small things are big things - such as having refreshing ginger drink and a hand towel at the elevator waiting area.
Great location, 15 - 20 min walk to shopping areas. Close by are restaurants of which a couple are open from 6am, so helpful when one is jet lagged and want to grab a bite at the wee hours in the morning
The highlight of my stay at The Como Met was most definitely the service and the staff. So so helpful, knowledgable, professional and friendly especially a young man at front desk called Arjun
I was very satisfied. Every staff member was very welcoming. The breakfast was also very good. The hotel is in a good location. I will choose this hotel again when I visit London next time.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Kensington Hotel and truly could not recommend it more. The location is fantastic, with excellent Tube access and easy walking distance to Chelsea, Notting Hill, and Hyde Park
The moment we arrived to the front of the hotel, we were stunned: the Christmas décor was absolutely breathtaking, the kind of elegant, magical display that made us feel like we were staying inside Buckingham Palace
Another big shoutout to Ali for being wonderful during both check in and check out, and for even arranging coffees and pastries for us to take on our way to an early flight home
From start to finish, the service, comfort, and location were exceptional. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend The Kensington Hotel to anyone visiting London
A special thank you to George, who was incredibly helpful with arranging our train tickets to Oxford and assisting us with our bags. He made everything easy and stress free

However, considering the room amenities, price, and the twin beds I needed, I felt it was acceptable. Within 1km, there are Elephant Castle station (train/underground) and Lambath station
There's a Chinese restaurant serving maocai (a type of Sichuan hot pot) within a 5-minute walk, and an Asian supermarket near Waterloo station. The room was quite new, with USB ports and a capsule coffee machine
Clean room, friendly staff food was amazing. Beautiful city views from room window.
The room felt recently renovated. It's about a 10-minute walk to Waterloo train station (underground), which is a little inconvenient for those with luggage as there are several intersections to cross
Only we have been on a plane for more than ten hours, people are very tired, 6 o'clock waited until 3 o'clock to check in, up to find they arranged the wrong double bed, is two shot together, since I and my mother two mother and daughter to London, so asked to separate two beds
com fixed it, but I expected to encounter some misunderstandings in hotel staff communication after arrival, as it turned out, I did not inform the front desk staff, they did not seem to find my booking, were disturbed for a long time before I could go to the room

We booked a classic room and when the hotel found out it was our anniversary they upgraded us to a queen suit and were greeted with a bottle of wine on ice and a birthday card
From the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless, comfortable room, every detail was perfect. The staff went above and beyond with friendly, attentive service
Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the location was ideal—close to attractions yet peaceful. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel
The room was a little small, but it suited us just fine and we had great views. Will definitely be back later this year for a long weekend to celebrate my partner's 50th birthday

A great mid-range hotel with an excellent metro connection to the city airport. The breakfast, typical for this hotel group, included scrambled eggs, croissants, fruit, and machine coffee.
However, there aren't many restaurants or convenience stores nearby. Getting around is easy with the DLR line, which goes directly to Tower Bridge
Location is convenient just 200m. from train station. Room is clean and comfortable, breakfast is okay, staffs have a nice service mind.

A really pleasant stay and really good service. Ighodalo on the front desk was particularly helpful and kind and made my stay. Spa facilities were really good and food was decent.
