Near Farringdon Station, so convenient when coming from Heathrow on Elizabeth line.
Normal Citadines facilities.
my second time staying here, everything is perfect,I’ve recommended this hotel to my friend
Location was weird. But it convenient .2 station near by
Good service and close to the train station
Since it is in the residential and Academy area, the surrounding is quiet and safe. It is an Apartment Hotel so no daily housekeeping service and the amenities provided are basic
On the plus side, this hotel is very convenient, easily accessible from Farringdon Station on the Elizabeth Line, making it a direct route to Heathrow

The pool itself was ok, though a sharp missing tile on the steps was concerning and the shoulder massage jet didn’t work. The room was acceptable but tired
The shower shelf was broken so toiletries slid off when wet, the towel rail thermostat constantly clicked, and the makeup mirror was impractically low so you’d need a chair to actually use it
This hotel was very nice! It was well located in a nice area with a lot of restaurants and bars. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and an underground station is also a 10 minute walk away
Seating around the pool was very limited and awkwardly placed so you had to move your feet to let people walk by, the loungers (if any available) showed signs of mould, and the steam room smelt musty which was very off putting
We arrived early and hoped to drop our bags in and then come later to check in but Jas offered us a complimentary early check in
The room was very spacious and clean! I highly recommend staying there!

Excellent, friendly service at reception and breakfast. 5 stars for al the staff members. Stay was very pleasant, we had everything we needed. Breakfast had a good spread. Would return to stay here again.
Location was convenient. Room was clean and nice for London standards. Breakfast was the highlight. Food choices and quality kept me full for most of the day. Totally worth it.
Great concierge staff,,, Me Marron. Great front desk staff,,, clean rooms and great location
My bos was happy with the stayed. However Extra charged for early check in 25pounds.
The place and location is good.
Convenient location but not spacious for family. Limited choice for breakfast

Located just off the side of Liverpool Street, you're a stone's throw from all of the top London sights. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and friendly
There was dust in the cupboard and a broken drawer with no front. And one of the two towels was dirty. Tv was quite a small one in the room this time. Other sane room types have bigger ones
Was a perfect location, a 5 minute walk from Liverpool Street station.
Was easy to check in and a got a good night sleep.
Great place to stay and great service
Lateish checkin but greeted with smiles and excellent service. Buffet breakfast is excellent. Definitely worth staying at this hotel especially if you are working or visiting this side of London

Clean hotel interior of room looks newly updated .room had everything you need .including tea :coffee the gentleman at reception was very helpful
The location is great ,size wise the room I got was perfect for short stays in the city. The staff were very friendly and gave me an early check-in, which I really appreciated
Some people who need a very quiet space to sleep may be disturbed by the sound of the trains that run quite late at night but this did not bother me as I found the train sounds very relaxing
The staff were so helpful going above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Great choice of coffee/tea making facilities
Near to Victoria Train Station and Bus Station. If you like theatre show such as Wicked- is just around the corner. Can easily find places to eat around the area.
Really nice room, very clean great facilities. Friendly staff. Great location for transport links. Would definitely recommend & stay here again
And so I’m using my own towel instead the hotel one
Location: longer distance than I thought, but acceptable. Need walk around 15+ mins from the Wembley Park station (underground)
Overall not bad as it is quite cheep and 3 star only. But also that’s the maximum (3 stars). Cleanliness: overall clean, but the towel was still a bit dirty
Was booked a night for concert nearby Only provided towel and toilet tissue . No teetbrush etc…. shampoo and shower gel bottles are broken it’s hard to get them ….
Stayed 3 nights in April 2018. The hotel was clean and very nice. Staff were courteous. Despite being in the middle of a building site. Either side, they were building. But the builders never made a noise before 8.30am.
It was a great location near Wembley stadium and wasn’t a long walk from the blue zone to the Ibis! Would stay again and the staff were really friendly and helpful and the cleanliness and the breakfast was lovely!
Room was small but nice enough. 45 a head for the buffet, which is reasonable for London pricing. The only major draw back is that on site parking is severely limited, only around half a dozen places

Akira Back was equally impressive, already a favourite of ours where we live, and the standard here was every bit as exceptional. While every member of the team delivered outstanding service, Laura was simply remarkable
I’ve been to my fair share of hotels, but this one tops them all! The service was impeccable and all staff were only too willing to help and go the extra mile! We ordered kosher food and they made sure to accommodate accordingly without let or hindrance! Laura from the restaurant was a real gem (as all of the staff)
Her commitment, care, and genuine desire to exceed expectations were second to none, an example of hospitality at its very finest. It is individuals like her who elevate a luxury hotel from excellent to unforgettable
Additionally, Luis - head of the Food and Beverage department was always readily available and willing to accommodate! We can confidently say we found our new home away from home when in London!
We had the most wonderful time at the Montcalm. What stood out most was all the staff’s attentiveness. Everyone was always polite, genuinely considerate, and quietly tuned in to guests’ needs
This level of service clearly sets The Montcalm Mayfair apart from its competitors. An outstanding hotel in every respect, and one we will most certainly return to

Foyer was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Rooms were more spacious than expected; well equipped, clean and comfortable. Location was perfect with transport, food options and attractions very close by
The front desk staff are very service-minded. Breakfast isn't extensive, but it's enough. There are several Chinese restaurants right across from the hotel, which is great for a 'Chinese stomach' and not too expensive
I was traveling around the UK and took the train to Waterloo station; it was about a ten-minute easy, flat walk from there. **Cleanliness**: It was great that the hotel staff came to clean and tidy the room every day
Nothhing in the bathroom but there is a sign saying if u need amenities just let them know and they will provide. There was shampoo and shower gel and handwash provided in large bottles
The front desk staff was very patient and helpful with our check-in, even going out of their way to explain how to use the sofa bed in our room. The breakfast was also good.
Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable (same offered each day); did get a bit busy and tight (crowded) but staff were excellent at seating and arranging guests

During the 4 days of stay, I ate different meals every day, which was super cool😊I will recommend this hotel systematically later when I wait for notes!
In general, if you are visiting London for the first time or are also a Sherlock Holmes fan, this is worth staying here
The hotel area Marlebone is very nice and classy area. The hotel staff is helpful. Sure will come back again.
💓The guest room is built with the theme of Sherlock Holmes, but it is mainly reflected in the murals on the headboard and the retro black and gold tables, chairs and sofas. The area is about 18 square meters
Exit from the south, cross the road and go straight to the Apple Maps navigation. It is very close to the Sherlock Holmes Museum, followed by Regent's Park, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, Bond Street, etc
, which can almost be reached in 30 minutes on foot (of course, it is also very convenient to take the subway, after all, Baker Street is the world's first subway station 🚉)
In addition, the overall style, although it is a Sherlock Holmes theme, the hotel is actually quite modern
The very rich self-selected brunch is delicious and saves money and worry. At 7 o'clock on weekdays and 7:30 on weekends, you can choose 1 cereal or fruit, 1 staple food, 1 cup of coffee and 1 cup of juice

Booked this hotel for a one night stay to see a show. Was near Paddington station so ideal. We had a great little room. Comfy bed and very clean. The staff were very polite. We didnt eat there so can’t comment on food.
Attentive staff, efficient service. Room was comfortable, clean, well maintained and a decent size. Bed was comfy
Shower was hot with good water pressure
Breakfast was of good quality and plenty choice
Good hotel excellent customer service the building is like a maze but once you get around it , its a good buzzz
Not sure what all the negative reviews are on about
I love the proximity of the hotel from paddington station and many shops and restaurants nearby too. the hotel is simple and meets my needs.
clean, food is good, tried the room service for food, very efficient.

(4) They provide three large towels and one small towel, which are changed every three days. If you're a germaphobe, I suggest bringing your own. (5) Housekeeping is done every three days
(2) The bathroom has pump dispensers for hand soap and a 2-in-1 shampoo/body wash. However, the scent seems to be like Sichuan peppercorn, which isn't pleasant, and it made my hair very frizzy
I recommend bringing your own toiletries. (3) There are only two hangers. If you plan to do laundry, it's advisable to bring portable hangers and a simple clothesline, as there aren't many places to hang clothes
For fellow travelers looking for more convenience, consider these points:
(1) You'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, as they are not provided
The trash bin is quite small and can fill up in a day, so it's a good idea to bring your own trash bags to dispose of full ones downstairs or in street bins
However, being next to the train station means it's quite noisy; you can hear the rumbling of trains frequently during operating hours

One night stay for a theater performance. Room and bed extremely comfortable, breakfast very good and all members of staff very accommodating throughout our stay. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay again
Had a beautiful afternoon tea, the food was lovely. Thank you also for the birthday song and cakes. I will remember it always. Staff were also superb, very welcoming. A lovely atmosphere. Thank you all
The hotel is very central, just next to rhe british museum and the staff is lovely
excellent hotel - location and staff
The first night, towels, cups, tea sets, and other items were provided for two people. The next day, two and three servings were mixed together, and I wasn't sure what was the correct amount
Even though I told them I still had them, they yelled at me with a frightening look on their face and took them away. I checked with Trip to see if refills were free, and the next day I had some without hesitation

The room was lovely, had everything that I wanted. Standing shower, kettle, desk, wifi was good, you can charge your devices by the bedside. The lobby was nice and welcoming too. Location was marvellous as well
Great location. Lovely, friendly staff. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. It was a quick overnight stay, so Thistle-Trafalgar Square was perfect for where we wanted to be.
We stayed at the Thistle Trafalgar Square recently for one night. It was a great location and very reasonably priced. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in London.
My friend and I were able to check in a little earlier as the room was ready. This was a huge bonus as we'd been travelling a long time. We had slippers and robes available during our stay
The breakfast was very good, with a selection of products. The hotel was in a superb location. Near to theatre land and all the iconic sights
so near to Piccadilly circus, Chinatown, Leciester Sq Trafalgar Sq. One of the best hotels, that I have ever stayed in. There are many Thistle hotels around, but this is the best,

Such a comfy bed with very soft linen! A compact room that has everything one needs for a short stay. Great location. No issues.
Also, was so happy to see they has sachets of oat milk!!
Always come back to this place. Great atmosphere always packed upstairs. Downstairs great for dancing gets pretty packed at 11pm downstairs. Free entry before 10ish
Great location, great service, aircon broken mid sleep. Gave us 2 fans. Great watching attitude, not the best solution as they are noisy.
You can hear and feel of underground trains passing by. Need ear plugs…. Be aware! Small space but it if not an issue for me.
All in all, a good two days. Staff lovely and attentive. The only downside that the bed was not comfortable.
Great atmosphere vibe and Good music. Super long happy hour which is a massive bonus.

Room isn't quite spacious but clean, has it's own bathroom and kettle which is a plus. A/C system is present but inconsistent during my stay, requires window to be opened to keep the ventilation going
Simple and clean hotel with good service. Breakfast is also very simple but sufficient. There is sometimes a very strong smell of bleach in the morning that enters the room.
Good location as it's right next to the train station and in close proximity to restaurants and supermarkets. Staff is courteous and offers free drinks/snacks
Only a 30-min walk to Stamford Bridge makes it a good hotel spot for Chelsea matchdays as the trains will inevitably face delays
Overall a pleasant experience with competitive rates, will consider again if I return to London
Good staying here , although room was small but it’s fine
There is a rare, seamless balance of warmth and professionalism throughout the property that complements the world-class decor. It is evident that your reputation for excellence is well-earned and meticulously maintained
! Will definitely be going back & would highly recommend anyone to spend some time here, especially if you like to be made to feel special. Truly amazing, thank you Laurent & all your team
Would just like to say what a fantastic weekend my wife & I just had here. Absolutely stunning in every way. We also had a 2 hour drive around London in their beautiful Rolls Royce
An overnight stay for Valentines. From the moment of arrival, the service was flawless: warm, attentive, and effortlessly elegant without ever feeling formal or forced
A huge thank you to the brilliant Laurent & all the staff who were truly amazing. This is a seriously top Hotel with arguably the best staff & food in London
We also particularly admired the stunning display of fresh pink roses in the lobby—a beautiful touch. Congratulations to the entire team
Piccadilly Station, 5 minutes from Trafalgar
London Eye, Big Ben bus stop 3 stops away
It was in the middle of nowhere so it was very easy to move around
Excellent location, few minutes walk to Piccadilly Circus and National Gallery among other attractions. Staffs are friendly. Although the room is small, it’s clean and functional for a solo traveler.
Great location great hotel. It was very loud throughout the night tho x
Our 4-night stay was a mixed bag. The Good: Incredible location for exploring Chinatown/West End and very polite, helpful front desk staff. The Bad: The room design is impractical
Very good location and friendly staff.
Room too small.
But the room is very small
London is expensive
But this one is also relatively cheaper
This is reflected in the room size and facilities
There is free time for cheese and liquor in the afternoon
But I didn’t participate because I had no interest in it

Staff at the front desk and manager went above and beyond. They helped us recover an item left in an Uber. They were alway friendly and helpful with suggestions. The neighborhood had upscale shopping
Transportation was readily available on Sloane Square. Room was very attractive and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if in London
Theatre trip…overnight stay. Great location. Comfortable. Well designed room with everything you could need.
Excellent location just steps from the Tube station, and posh Chelsea shopping and dining.
Great location, good dining options, nice rooms and reasonable pricing.
They gave us a tiny room with a very small space for hanging things, no drawers, no cupboards for clothes. We complained and they gave us a much better room with more hanging space, cupboards with shelves

Room was very clean and although petit, contained everything you needed for an overnight stay. Staff were extremely helpful and very welcoming. Would definitely stay again, would just bring ear plugs to help sleep
The Air Con wasn’t working. I raised an issue and have been told sorry and thanks for bringing it up
close to Canary Wharf and a few minutes from the tube station , clean and practical
In the end, they only offered two drinks, which I reluctantly accepted, but I will give it a bad review. Upon further inspection, besides the lack of space, there was no bedside table, and even fewer power outlets
Really nice venue in Canary Wharf. Didn’t sleep much because of the noise from doors opening and closing and people up and down the corridor
My friend and I were not satisfied with our experience at this hotel. We were shocked to learn that the hotel operates on a “first come, first served” policy, which was never communicated to us in advance

The mornington hotel is one of my go to places to be put up during layovers/transit. They are clean and walkable to Earls Court station which is great for commute via district and Piccadilly lines
Very close it tube station, where lift is available. No worry even you are carrying a lot of luggage. Just 5 mins walk to the hotel.
The breakfast is fresh and the team is very helpful and hospitable. I’d definitely recommend to stay with them
Quiet and clean, located in a wealthy area of London.
The room was in the basement, but it did have a window facing a lightwell. The bathroom had a very strange and unpleasant odor. The room itself was okay, small but functional
Breakfast was semi-buffet style and quite generous
