VERY nice hotel!! We were so pleasantly surprised. The rooms are as you'd expect for London hotels - none of them are big. Having said that, the bathroom was really nice, the bed very comfortable, and very clean
The hotel itself is very pretty as far as the lobby and there's an outdoor seating area that we actually utilized quite a lot even though it was a little chilly out
Hotel is located on very quiet place. Rooms are clean with excellent beds. Staff is very friendly and offers standard services. Traditional English breakfast.
We have stayed here before excellent front desk personnel as well as the room cleaners. Close to the places we like to eat too!
Spotless room, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff and premises were warm for a chilly November few days
Statues, a little fountain, very quaint! Really liked this hotel and very well located. Would definitely stay here again

Great location. Very nice room! AJ was very attentive, recognizing our anniversary with a special treat sent to our room!
The staff were so kind and helpful. They were all incredibly sweet to my little girl, and our stay was fantastic.
It was convenient for transportation, right in front of Liberty. Recommended!
Great Loacation, friendly staff, clean, everthing is perfect!
The room is clean and tidy, convenient for travel
Great location but not very clean Perfect location for Oxford Street. Very friendly staff and a good size room. It’s a bit tired; the hooks were falling off the bathroom door, there were bits of rust etc

This time I chose this five-star hotel apartment and stayed for 11 nights. The price I booked at the lowest price including tax was about £230. The lobby room is over 50 square meters with a king-size double bed
Tremendous kudos and thanks to Aaron, the incredible concierge who helped with transportation and procuring Arsenal tickets! He was such a bright spot in our days! Hotel was well appointed and very clean
A special mention as well for their exceptional dirty martinis, which were easily some of the best I’ve had. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future
Excellent Hotel The hotel was fantastic! Great location, clean and comfy place to call home! Divya, on the front desk, went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful!
We stayed at the end of august with my family, for a weekend break. The ladies on the front desk were absolutely amazing and so professional in meeting our requirements
We all had breakfast over the weekend and every day you had a good choice of food also the staff are amazing in serving you and offering drinks and dietary advice

Hotel ideally located to the nearest tube at Gloucester Rd, close to the Royal Albert Hall, V&A, Science and Natural History museums, only 15 mins and one change to Waterloo. Excellent value for money - will be back!
Good food, good service, good bar. Drinks choice is very nice. Quite a bit pricey. Good date place. Good rendering of the traditional dishes without losing the authentic touch.
Arrived to a warm welcome from reception staff for a 3 night stay. Plenty of toiletries, tea/coffee bits. Hot water at all times of the day
Reception very friendly and kept our luggage before and after we checked in/out. Quiet good sized room, clean and comfortable. Great location for ezplorong London
Very comfortable sleep in a huge bed, and good tv channel choices, plus free WiFi
Located in central London, this hotel boasts beautiful architecture! The rooms are also relatively spacious, and the price is excellent, offering superb value for money. It's surrounded by parks, shops, and attractions

Great stay, great location, a lot of options for food like Bella italia right next door! Easy to get to Paddington and Lancaster Gate on the central line, can be in Oxford Circus in 10 minutes or so, will be back again!
The ladies in front desk at night are super helpful and patient. Deserve a raise! About the hotel, the location is 5 mins away from Paddington station. Convenient.
Very nice hotel and very sincere service with high attention to details. Breakfast was ok but can be improved. Highly recommended.
We loved the hotel in all respects, staff, cleanliness, proximity to the centre. We will recommend you to our friends. Thank you.
The surrounding environment is very good, very clean and convenient to eat, Hyde Park is only a few minutes' walk away.

I assumed it would make things easier for them to not have to clean our room, but they insisted if we wanted fresh towels. Location was good and just a quick walk to the bus stop and tube station
As always at Holiday Inn. Staff are very helpful and friendly, rooms are clean and excellent. An enjoyable night's stay
We stayed here for 4 nights and it was just ok. The rooms (and bathrooms) are exactly the size and layout of a cruise ship room. I knew it would be tiny, but it was smaller than expected
The front desk was not very friendly and gave us trouble for only wanting new towels but not cleaning services
The next tube station is just a 10 minute walk away which is super convenient. (Bus even less with just a 2 minute walk) The staff was very pleasant and even assisted me with a call when I ordered some food to the hotel
The only downside for me was the bacon which I found to be a bit too salty for my taste. Overall the breakfast was satisfying and set us up nicely for the day. In terms of location, the hotel is in a very decent area

You will enter the day you check-in and out and on the day you check out it wipe the phone clean. For a tourist this made my vacation adventurous, ability to go anywhere
It was great, location and hotel is good.
The reason I gave this hotel a 5 star is, in every room you get a cell phone, that allows you to navigate your way around the city. You can download whatapp that allows you to still stay in contact with whomever
I have stayed here in several occasions and like it very much. Easy to walk to some major attractions. Several tube stops really close by. Safe with quitevva choice for eating out.
Base on location this hotel is central, the tube is down the street and just a few blocks from the Portobello market. Be aware of the size of the rooms which are not as large as hotel in the US
Great location & nice boutique hotel but small rooms

Our stay at the Wellesley Knightsbridge exceeded our expectations in every way - the staff were superb and very friendly- the accommodations were very comfortable - the concierge staff were experienced and very knowledgeable- Juan went out of his way to ensure all of our requests were met with personal attention - the breakfast staff were simply amazing
While I’m the cigar enthusiast, my wife found herself enjoying the evening just as much as I did—something we didn’t necessarily expect, and a true testament to how thoughtfully the experience was curated
He began the evening with a detailed tour of the humidor, guiding us through the selection process and helping us choose cigars perfectly suited to our preferences
Our cigar and cognac experience at The Wellesley was, without question, the highlight of our entire trip
Danilo, your cigar aficionado, is an exceptional asset to the hotel
When I complained to the food and bev manager, zero apology abt the barman's stunt, zero justification for the 65 quid per glass. I wont set foot in that hotel ever again! Christian Klein

24 hour gym access as standard to the guessed was a nice touch. Specialist beers available and a wide selection of spirits. I will be a repeat visitor here
Was such a lovely hotel so clean and comfy. The staff were so friendly and welcoming! Really enjoyed the stay!
Excellent location for Canary Wharf and rail connections into London. Pool and Gym are excellent, with nice sauna and steam room.
After I mentioned that I came here to see the Hunger Games show as my bday treat, she was very nice and also gave me a box of chocolate to say happy birthday (thank you very very much Nicole!) The room is nice and I really liked that the pool and other amenities are included in the room booking - would recommend for its location and the service
There were marks on the towels, not stains, which I understand can sometimes be unavoidable, but visible marks nonetheless. There were also marks on one of the pillows and at the bottom of the bed
The lobby is modern, clean and the staff are very welcoming. The room is a good size and includes everything you might need, from a safe to a flat screen TV. The bathroom is fairly simple but modern

Th hotel was located in a very convenient location, with easy access to multiple underground stations. The size of the room was decent and service was very helpful.
The room is small but cozy, water and shower is pretty good. The staff was also very helpful. The hotel is at walkable distance to Heathrow Express so catching the flight was easy for me. I enjoyed my stay there!
Though the other recpetionists are not accommodating, the others are fine. I like the location being close to Hyde Park though I need to take a bus to the shopping centers
I didn't ask them but there is no dental kit in the room
We stayed at the Mornington hotel, a week before Christmas. We liked our room very much, the facilities were good. We were greeted, with a little treat of sweets and somrthing to drink in the room, that we didn't expected
We appreciated the little detail, that made our trip start, with a good vibe. The reception team and breakfast team, were very helpful. We will surely come again, to this hotel

Good welcome, everything clearly explained including the fact our room was in a different building. Most special requests dealt with. However we asked for a good view and yet got a basement room
It's about a 10-12 minute walk from King's Cross Station, the station famous for Harry Potter. The hotel service, cleanliness, and amenities are all good
This hotel is located 10 mins from Russell square station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and clean and have all the things you need for a short stay
Also breakfast is held in the college hall across the road which is a wonderful setting. Overall we were pleased with our stay
Also basement location meant windows could only be opened to a small level because otherwise would have created security risk, however that then meant room was quite warm and would have been very hot in summer
There's a Chinese supermarket about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and it's very conveniently located within walking distance of tourist attractions

The staff were courteous, including a person manning the door nearly every time we came in and out. While the bed seemed small upon arrival - we found we had zero issues sleeping and it was quite comfortable
We stayed here in mid-October on our honeymoon for one night. We had a very nice experience. We arrived at 930 am and the desk staff offered early checkin for approximately 40 pounds
Hotel and rooms were fairly clean. Even for a solo traveler, it was on the smaller end. The lobby always had welcoming staff but there was a very strong air freshener in the lobby
It was very helpful to us - to check in and leave our bags so we could explore London. There is a lift, which was helpful
The 4th floor and room did smell a bit (moldy, damp smell). But overall still a positive experience
There is an AC unit in the room. The bathroom was clean and the shower was nice

Came down for a couple of days for an exhibition. Location was great - easy to reach from Gatwick airport. Nice room, walkable (around 5 mins) from the station. Some nice restaurants around the corner
Optimal location, microscopic rooms as described, clean, comfortable mattress and hot shower. There is no luggage space nor wardrobe so one has to adapt. Great for those passing through or those traveling light
Decent hotel close to Victoria station. I had a small room and it really is small so it’s not suitable if you have a lot of luggage. For a solo traveller exploring London most of the time it’s really fine
The beds are comfortable and the smaller rooms in the basement have no windows so are really dark which is perfect for a good nights sleep!
Hotel well located close to victoria station. Simple but comfortable. The cleaning of the room is charged with extra charge
The amenities have improved since I last stayed and TV and Wi-Fi are now included at no extra cost which is nice

We love visiting Dukes. The service, cocktails, restaurant… everything is five stars. A slice of elegance in London
The Dukes Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere was charming, and the overall experience was truly unforgettable. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting London
We visited London for the first time with the dream of experiencing the legendary bar where Ian Fleming penned the first Casino Royale James Bond novel, and The Dukes certainly lived up to the hype
We even returned to the Drawing Room for a post-dinner martini, a nod to the hotel's literary history. Dukes Hotel boasts a rich history, having welcomed illustrious guests such as the Queen Mother, and Princess Diana

We stayed here from 22/7/2025 to 24/7/25, we had a comfortable stay here , it was clean, quite and welcoming, and we are sincerely grateful to the kind and professional receptionist who patiently answered our queries
Great hotel at a great location very friendly staff very clean. They have a bar and a restaurant within the hotel, which is big bonus 😃 get the full English breakfast. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel
The food at the hotel restaurant was incredibly delicious, and they gave guests a 20% discount coupon, which made it great value for money! The accommodation was also clean, and the staff were friendly.
Good clean and quiet room. However, breakfast service requires additional personnel as I had to wait at least 30 mins for an English breakfast with hard fried eggs from an overworked waitress!
The room was basic but clean.  There was a lift to the third floor; however, there were a few steps to our room so a challenge if one has a disability.  My only request would be a bath mat.
I stay here when visiting family in Walthamstow. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you need for short stay

Nevertheless, the basic need in the room is good enough and the service offered by the staff is tremendously helpful for us who need to store our luggage while waiting for our Eurostar train at 6pm
This hotel boasts a prime location near the underground and major train lines, and the staff is always welcoming and ready to assist. However, I've encountered some issues during my stay
The window blinds in my room are not functioning properly, which forces me to rely on the night blinds, making the room feel almost windowless
Wonderful hotel, my son loved the experience of being in London, top notch shower and facilities, our third time there and it just gets better and better.
There are USB plugs in the room. Serving good continental breakfast. Euston station is just around the corner. It’s also very close to London Euston Rail Station within 10 minutes by walk

Great hotel! Me and my daughter stayed here for one night. We wanted somewhere close to the theatre which this was. Room was small - but I expected that. But it was clean, cosy and comfortable
Mentioned it was an Anniversary stay and complimentary, wine and cheese were offered, though no membership at this stage. Room a little small but that's the nature of the stay, I understand
The staff were great, really helpful and friendly. They also saved our luggage for us once we checked out free of charge. I was really impressed with this hotel
Thank you Team Z City; Alex, Lucia, Jean, Roger, Sam. All brilliant will stay again and use other Z Hotels. Staff a credit to the company

The hotel is getting tired - the beds are too soft, the bathroom is old with no mixer taps and a noisy toilet, but for one night it’s okay and far cheaper than anything nearby (because their price premium for overlooking Hyde Park is crazy)!! Overall, great location and affordable price for a small clean room (without breakfast)
Seeing her so happy made the stay even more special for me. The hotel has the most stunning 60’s vintage vibe, truly unique. My daughter had never seen a room like that before and honestly, neither had I
I stayed at The Gore Hotel, London for one night with my daughter and it was such a beautiful experience. She absolutely loved the room and kept saying she felt like a real-life royal princess
Location! Location! Location! For an overnight stay after an event at the Royal Albert Hall, you can’t beat The Gore for a great location … we can even see the RAH from our bedroom window
It felt like stepping into another era, full of character and charm. The food was absolutely amazing, and the staff were genuinely some of the best I’ve ever encountered. warm, attentive, and so welcoming
The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the Natural History Museum, IC, UCM, the Albert Memorial, and more. It's about a kilometer from the subway station, but easy to find

Convenient transportation, the room is not big but comfortable, the breakfast is good, the service staff are very friendly, I stayed here for 5 nights this time, the experience was very good, I would like to stay here again next time I come to London
The room is clean and the bathroom is large and good. However, the room is a bit small because it is a corner room. However, the location is good. It is very close to the subway station
