The mini bar was full but we always appreciated a little space to put our own things. Maybe a heated rack in the bathroom would be a good addition as it was a little cold after a shower
Great location, room was beautifully nostalgic, the window seat was a favoured spot. Staff were attentive and welcoming. Highly recommend.
Friendly and professional staff with a high level of customer care. Room clean, comfortable and well set out. Restaurant and Rooftop bar both offered a variety of excellent food and drink with amazing views
We asked for a quiet room so we had a view from 9th floor. Most of the time it was quite. Sometimes we could hear running water or steps from other rooms. Two first mornings the water in the shower was not hot at all
I’m not a fan of the interior window between the bedroom and the shower/toilet, even if it had a curtain it’s a little weird. I did appreciate the nespresso machine but would have loved a kettle in the room as well
Nice hotel, interesting, a bit different and very well situated

Otherwise I would have stayed in that room until I was forcibly removed!
Breakfast was delicious, hot food cooked to order and even though it was temporarily in the bar area due to refurbishment it was well-managed and very efficient
The hotel looks super nice from the outside. The receptionist Victor is a super nice guy. He’s very funny and he helped us with everything we needed. Our room was ready early and we could go in straight away
The room had a large clock that doesn't work and an extra tv area with stools to sit on rather than a sofa?? Not sure when this space would be used?
Breakfast was good, both continental and cooked
I originally booked because I got a great offer from a hotel website for a specific date, so I planned my trip to London around that date. My booking was originally for a Cosy Room
I had a huge space with a fantastic view across Charterhouse Square, bathrobe and slippers, luxurious chair and lovely decor, a massive bed that was like falling into a cloud and a beautiful bathroom with a shower like tropical rain!
I wish I had been able to stay later the next morning but I was booked to see another exhibition
After a visit to an exhibition and then an evening at the theatre I arrived, tired and footsore, after 10pm, expecting to just check in and sleep in a small room, no frills

London, 81-103 Euston Street (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map

Good location and price for travel from Euston. Though the bed and towels were fine, the room itself didn’t feel comfortably clean. Service was good.
However when arriving to the room, discovered dirty and visibly used towels smelling of body odour left out for us in bathroom, possibly eye makeup stains on the laid out bed pillows
I’m hoping to get some sort of refund or compensation for this stay. Called front desk for new clean towels to be brought which never came
My room was very dirty, there was off putting brown stains on carpet which smelt of pool and I'm certain that was the case, the windows seals were cracked, the hallway and my room smelt rotten
Near to euston station (5min walk) the amenities there is very very nice, help us a lot with our luggages and provide cookies and coffee everyday, this hotel offer luggage storage service, it’s really nice!!
Room is cozy and was conveniently located near the station. The area around the hotel was under construction but there was not much noise to be heard. The breakfast was tasty and the check out was efficient

Quite hard to find the hotel if it is your first time here. Everything is good especially the restaurant downstairs.
Peaceful and refreshing stay at Inhabit Queen’s Gardens! The hotel has a calming atmosphere with thoughtful design, eco-conscious touches, and friendly staff
Nestled in a quiet location yet close to everything—an ideal retreat in London
The hotel has a great location in a top residential area. We were able to explore the city by underground or even on foot. The hotel is very stylish and elegantly furnished
Unfortunately, the air conditioning was still set to summer in January, and it took two days for the service to get our room warm again. Definitely not 5-star service
Overall, a decent option for a short stay if you value cleanliness and location, though improvements in heating and service would make a big difference

the hotel corresponds to the description, very safe, traditional breakfast, the staff is very friendly but not very attentive to the guests, the hotel is very quiet, there is air conditioning in the room! I think I will come back to this place again! 🩷
It is amazing that the hotel can keep the breakfast variety unchanged for 5 years! But it can guarantee to provide you with enough nutrition for the day! The hotel is 5-8 minutes walk from the Bayswater subway entrance
The reception at the hotel front desk was very enthusiastic. As soon as you entered the door, you could know which guest you were booked for. The check-in procedure was completed very quickly
The hotel is still as clean as it was 5 years ago. Although the room is a bit small, the check-in experience is okay! The breakfast is still the same as before
Hotel was nice and clean, in a good location (couple of minutes to Bayswater tube). The only downside was the room was too hot (in November)
The radiator needed a thermostatic radiator valve so the temperature could be controlled, currently it was either fully on or off

I usually stay at “chain hotels” (Marriott, Hilton and the like), but I must say that my eyes were opened to this great little hotel in Kensington (Queen’s Gate) and when I return to London (which I will definitely do), I will stay at the Queen’s Gate Hotel because the staff go out if their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome
Great location and breakfast also really good. Very noisy though through the night as on a busy road and the pillows weren’t the best
We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean and in a good location, a short walk to the tube station. Staff were very pleasant and the room was spacious. Lovely toiletries provided too and range of hot beverages.
He anticipated needs I didn’t even realize I had and consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Interacting with him was always a pleasure. warm, professional, and sincerely caring
The rooms were quite warm so had to leave windows open even though turned all heating off, which is probably why it was so noisy. Would definitely stay here again for the location to the Royal Albert Hall
The hotel room was comfortable, and the location was excellent – very close to Hyde Park, the Natural History Museum, and the Royal Albert Hall, making it super convenient for getting around

Excellent location as it is minutes walk to underground stations and shopping areas like Oxford Street and Leicester Square. The staff were warm and friendly to customers and this is rare in London for my own experience
The room is spacious according to London standard. My room was renovated recently with renewed facilities. The shower was weak and this is the only disadvantage anyway
the staff was always attentive, friendly and helpful - the housekeeping as well as at the breakfast, which is by the way very nice. and at the reception by giving sightseeing advices or organizing a taxi to the airport
From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were so impressed with the staff. They always took a moment to say hello - a small thing but an important detail. The room was perfect and the location amazing
I absolutely loved the hotel, the service was amazing. I have stayed previously a few years ago and it is just as I remembered if not better. I was spoiled with chocolates, Prosecco and a balloon on my birthday
The location is great, there are so many restaurants nearby! It takes only 5 minutes to walk to the British Museum and only a few minutes to the Elizabeth Line

Perfect central location with easy walk to all the sights. Booked as a surprise & all the staff helped make the it very special indeed. The bedroom was immaculate & we very much enjoyed the swimming pool
It is modestly and beautiful presented on one table, with more in the menu’s. We liked this way of presenting breakfast. It is contrary to an over-the-top display of premade foods in some 5star hotels
Food in the restaurant is very good. The huge swimming pool is amazing. One good think to be on a beach or something. Of course there is a wonderful lounge area, with a great private dining room
The pool area photos are accurate - if anything it's even nicer in person. Thanks again for a great time. (The location is really nice and central as well)
It illustrates the real nice atmosphere of this hotel: silent-luxury-comfort and real good service, food. Farid, the concierge, went out of his way to help us with reservations. Staying here is very nice indeed
It is sooo much better than the Ritz in every way possible. One of the best hotels we have stayed in

Very good location, easy to find, easy access. All you need for a short stay in London. Just the breakfast hall a bit small and tight for many people
Shared showers were clean, but would require something to store clothes and could use a mat to not put stuff on the wet slightly flodded floor. Room was clean and towels, shower gel and shampoo were great
Bed was a bit lower in the middle so a couple would slide a bit too the middle, but rest was great
Took out one star for cleanliness, due to the fact that showers were not maintained frequently enough and some other guests left their thing in the shower, which was not great
The location and breakfast are great! The room is nice with a big window. However, the bedding is not very clean.
the room was very clean and the bed was comfy

My points good shower (water pressure and hot water), air con, clean bath and room, bedsheet and towel changing cycle (every day in my stay). After so many budget hotel failures this was on own level
I had a very good experience, i recommend you try it out, the reception was splendid and felt welcomed
Once the room was ready and I could get the keycard for it, they kindly gave me free breakfast for the rest of my stay, which was wonderful! The room itself was small, which I knew when I booked it, but it was also very clean and did not show signs of aging at all
This hotel simply seemed like the most practical option. I had seen a few mixed reviews beforehand, so I arrived with fairly normal expectations. What I experienced instead was a stay that genuinely exceeded them
I stayed in the lower deck. The room was clean and had all the amenities I needed. I stayed for a night and didn’t have breakfast though it was free. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed having a hot shower.
When I entered the room I was honestly surprised. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and absolutely spotless. Everything was perfectly prepared and very well maintained

The Durrant is a charming true English Hotel. The staff, setting and location are ideal. The rooms are cozy linens pressed and towels always clean
And the old school skeleton keys while quaint were are cumbersome when it came to actually opening my door and forced you to use both hands and its no wonder they offer to keep them for you at the bell desk because they are quite large!
Hotel could use a little freshening up paint wise but everything was spotless and again the staff was wonderful! We also celebrated Christmas dinner which was delicious! I highly recommend staying at this Marylebone Charming hotel
It was such a charming hotel, with great amenities and a fantastic restaurant. The staff was so helpful and attentive. I only stayed for 1 night, but I really look forward to coming back again someday for a longer stay
You cannot beat this hotel for spacious common areas. While I do not like the new messages in the lobby, I do like the porter service very much, including the ritual of handing in your key each time you go out
Also I forgot to report it to the front desk but my hot water handle for the bathroom sink had to be turned numerous times before water came out. The toilet also needed to be flushed more than once

Sometimes cool in the room, but it is necessary to adjust the climate control and the room warms up
Check in was a little troublesome. Took a while and room was not ready at the check in time. Gave us a drink voucher for their bar. When we went to use it, it was only good for beer or wine
(Not what we drink)
Place is in a great location. Staff was friendly, but check in gets hectic. Room was perfect for what we needed. Easy to get to the tube and plenty of dining options in the area as well as hotel
Marks on the wall of our bedroom which looked a little scummy
Perfect location in London
Elegant Design and nice restaurant in the hotel
Great location and customer service is excellent
First, the picture used is not of an apartment so expectations must be lowered. At this price point, the accommodations are much smaller. That said, the 2 weeks spent were actually quite nice

The room was cosy and nice, absolutely great ceiling shower, fantastic view of the London skyline. I recommend it hands down, please everyone stay here (I swear the owner is not a member of my family!)
The hotel is very well located, with great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Our room and all public areas were very clean, and all of the staff we met were very friendly and helpful.
Good location close to Tower Bridge. Friendly staff at the reception and the restaurant. I guess the price is all right for London too
Great location, second time we stay there, nice rooms, great restaurants and coffee shops, and a 24h supermarket next door
There are plenty of restaurants withing walking distance that there will always be something new for dinner. (Or you can do like my grandmother and I and eat at the Turkish restaurant three of the five nights of our stay
My hotel room overlooked the square which is a busy place with a wonderful Turkish restaurant, a Sainsbury grocery store (with an Atm), a bar and movie theater, food trucks at lunch and general community atmosphere

I booked the room with window, but it was a room underground with door instead where some other residents were behind the door. We also arrived after 3pm, but room wasn’t ready until 4:15pm
Had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect.
The carpets looked unwashed, and the windows had visible mold. Noise Levels: Soundproofing is practically nonexistent. Expect to clearly hear conversations and movement from the hallway and neighboring rooms
Clean n spacious room with AC n heating. Body wash, shampoo n hair conditioner provided. Kettle n complimentary tea bags as well. Earl's court station is just a short walk from hotel
We also realized that our room wasnt cleaned that day 28th and 29th no cleaner had come to clean our rubbish, bed sheets neither did we have any toilet roll or fresh towels we had to ask at reception that night
I stayed here on my last trip to London too, and this time I booked a single room which is just perfect for one person. The only downside is the poor sound insulation

Rooms were small, as are most in older London hotels, but nicely appointed. As an American, I was pleasantly surprised to see face cloths provided (unusual in the UK). Location is great for Paddington Station
Excellent hotel, great value for money. Delicious breakfast, clean, and a superb location.
I walked with luggage from the station. Area is walkable and plenty to see and do
Would have been good if hair dryer and disposable slippers were prepared in the room
2. Some USB charger outlets were not working
Would come back to stay at Norfolk Towers Paddington again if I was to stay at Paddington
The Wi-Fi in the room was exceptionally bad, probably due to some room-specific issue. The room was so small that I couldn't even open a single suitcase.
The breakfast room is spacious and breakfast has everything from toast and cereal and fruit, to yoghurt and cooked bacon eggs beans and mushrooms

One point of attention for us large Dutchies is to have a hook or two on the door or wall behind it for coats and / or towels to create a bit more space
Fuviana
because when I arrived I was very angry and asked to cancel the reservation, but after dealing with her, I requested an extension for two additional days. Also they have a good restaurant
The staff is great! The location is good! Will book again in the future
The staff was very friendly and the location is perfect. Very nice breakfast, although some some of the extras should be inclusive with the booked breakfast as well
I thought there was a table to do my work, but it turned out to be a very small shelf which is a bit too small for laptop. The location is good, although slightly farther than I thought to reach train station

I was very satisfied with my stay - the service was excellent, the room was clean, the breakfast was exceptional (possibly the best I’ve had in a European hotel), and the location is unbeatable
The feel of the hotel is slightly old style, comfortable furniture and lovely decoration. I especially like the older style, as many notels in Europe have moved to a kind of black and grey and chrome look
This is a very attractive small hotel in the busy area of Kensington. We had many buses to chose from that run past Harrod's or to museums or other things we wanted to visit
The concierge was very helpful, and helped us figure out that in the end it was going to be worth it to take a cab to the airport, for example, and called those cabs for us
Downstairs there is a really nice small restaurant with very good Italian food and good service. Breakfast was also served there and had a good selection and good service
This hotel made us feel as if we were in traditional historic London, and had the look and feel of a charming place to stay with tradition but of course modern amenities

The hotel was a pleasant surprise, a quiet traditional hotel in the midst of a very modern high rise area of London. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were both welcoming and friendly
We also missed some kind of rack or space to hang wet towels, as it was difficult to dry them properly
Our room faced the main road, so there was some noise, but nothing that couldn’t be managed or that would seriously affect our stay. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel
My partner and I stayed here over Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with great accessibility to the heart of London through the Tube or buses
The location is excellent – within walking distance of London Stadium, with plenty of shopping options nearby and the metro also just a short walk away, which made getting around very easy

There is a stunning 20-meter swimming pool that feels like an underground sanctuary, and since it’s open from 08:00 to 20:00, it’s perfect for a pre-breakfast lap or a wind-down swim after a long day
45 Park Lane is 100% your spot. It honestly feels less like a massive hotel and more like the world’s most sophisticated private residence. I loved that it’s a smaller boutique hotel because it actually has a personality
You get that top-tier service where they know your name, but the vibe is relaxed enough that you can actually kick back and breathe. The spa is a total hidden gem, too
First time staying and OMG, it’s stunning. From the moment you pull up, the service is faultless. Checking in was easy and our suite was perfection
While its "mother" property across the street is all about classic British tradition, 45 Park Lane is sleek, art-focused, and just feels vibrant
The staff are the real stars here—they manage to be incredibly attentive without being overbearing or stuffy

What a beautiful hotel! Our room was wonderful. Arriving to coffee, having macarons and fruit in our room were all added bonuses. My husband and I had an excellent stay. All staff were very friendly and helpful
Service to the room (twice daily) was amazing. The breakfast was the best we have had in any hotel (and we travel quite a bit); Location of the hotel was perfect
Best part of this trip was TONY, who took special care of us from the moment we arrived until we left. He is a huge asset and we look forward to seeing him again when we return
During our last stay, we noted that the service got even better: the room was spotless, the food we ordered was delivered promptly, and the hotel proactively honored all our VIP discounts, including room upgrade and food credits
Everything was done to standard. The staff didn't speak Chinese, but there was a mobile translator, so it was manageable. Even with my limited English, they were all friendly and welcoming, so I wasn't annoyed
The breakfast was quite good, much better than a four-star hotel. I booked early, and the hotel promptly communicated via email, fulfilling my request by adding an extra bed (quiLt)
