Went to see Starlight express at Troubadour. Hotel was right on the doorstep. Very straightforward to get to from London Euston. Breakfast buffet was lovely with choice of cooked or continental

I had a lovely one-night stay at the Novotel London Wembley. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my visit

The only downside was that the room service app was offline during my stay, so I wasn’t able to order anything and had to go outside for food. That said, it didn’t take away too much from an otherwise great experience

I had booked the room for myself, my daughter and my granddaughter. On arrival the sofa bed had no bedding but this was very quickly rectified without any fuss

A lovely comfy night after a great evening followed by a lovely breakfast before travelling home. Would definitely recommend and will be staying there again in the future

Close to Wembley Park Station,east to traveler wheeling your bag .very convenient close to everything you need ,shops ,supermarkets

One of the times they didn’t even leave any fresh towels. They took the old ones but didn’t even leave any fresh ones and it took them two hours to get them to me.  We did have a really great view though

The other thing I was not a big fan of is that even though my do not disturb sign is up housekeeping would still knock on the door and literally still walking into the door

I only wish I had stayed for more than just the one night. Thank you to all of the staff for making it a stay to remember

We had to upgrade to a suite just to feel comfortable. The in room dining breakfast is subpar. The late night money pizza is not great

The à la carte breakfast was very good. I had booked a Big Ben view room, but it wasn't available, so they gave me a London Eye view room instead. However, you could only really see a tiny bit of the London Eye

The room was fantastic! We had an unbeatable view of Big Ben and the River Thames directly from our window. The room's size and layout were also excellent. Highly satisfied!

The hotel is located at the center of London, close to Trafalgar Square and Chinatown, which means that you could take public transport to any attraction in London

I highly recommend anyone visiting London to choose this hotel!

Also, we were within a short walk to the theatre which was my main motivation behind choosing this place. The concierge was great, helping us keep our luggages and were extremely friendly

Great location in the city. Slight dated but overall good stay.

Viza (Sorry if I did not spell his name correctly.) desires more than five stars. We missed a uber to airport, he ran to the end of the street to get a taxi for us. Impressed with the service.

The location of this place is great as we were close enough to the Underground station, allowing us to drag our luggages to the hotel

A 38 floor building with a modern hotel, including a basement with a small swimming pool and a room with a gym - some free weight lifting, a boxing sack, spinning bikes, treadmills and free towels for clients

Its so close to the tube, we were there for country to country and it was really great

We spent one night there, all good, nothing to complain about, staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast you can skip, it is a rather limited choice. It is a very nice area and you are close to public transport.

Myself and my friend stayed at the Dorset, weekend just gone for 2 nights. super comfy and the staff really nice. There was a water station downstairs to fill up your water bottles

This was booked to celebrate a milestone birthday. The staff went out of their way to add some special touches to make the stay more memorable, which was very much appreciated. The room was amazing as was the pool area

Rooms are well appointed, location convenient to public transport, awesome views and lovely service. Pool on top is a nice amenity too

What I like most about staying here is the ease of entertaining guests and visitors at the various dining options. The view alone leaves everyone satisfied. Tip 1: smaller breakfast can be had at Lang downstairs vs

It was such a lovely experience. And they were so kind and thoughtful as we were celebrating a milestone. Very clean hotel and family friendly amenities available and an extensive Halal menu, which was helpful.

Beautiful place and the staffs very friendly. I had a wonderful time stay with beautiful views. Lovely warm Chinese tea when you arrive your room and with fantastic decoration. Yes I will back.

We had a lovely stay here for our first wedding anniversary back in 2016. The room was gorgeous with many amenities including a Japanese toilet and a TV screen in the bathroom mirror

I never expected that the room costing more than 10,000 Hong Kong dollars per night was so small that it was difficult to open the suitcase. But after all, it is an old five-star hotel, and the service is really good

Absolutely amazing experience here at the spa. Really relaxing atmosphere and I had a personalised full body massage which was fantastic. The lady was called Grace and she made me feel so welcome

It keeps the four season’s hospitality so we do enjoy the stay here in London!

Nice clean rooms & though room is small but its a comfortable feel. Conveniently located, just a 5 min walk to Hyde Park

Short walking distance to Buckingham Palace, & the famous shopping districts of Bond, Oxford & Regent Streets

The facilities are a bit old and there aren't enough power outlets. However, the basic hygiene and service are good.

I tried calling the front desk at 9 PM and no one answered—I nearly died of thirst! The soundproofing was terrible. They charged my credit card for a deposit, and I still haven't received the refund

The room's hygiene was quite poor; it was dusty everywhere. The room itself was tiny and definitely not worth the price. Over 4000 RMB a night for virtually no amenities

To top it off, at check-out, there was a mysterious 480 GBP charge for a 'signed consumption' that I definitely didn't make. After I protested, they finally removed it

The breakfast service was decent, but the breakfast selection was very limited. Overall, an extremely bad experience. I would absolutely never stay there again

The isolation of the rooms aren’t very good, I could hear someone walk by everytime. They also charge a £5 fee for room service. The room itself is quite clean and relatively ok space wise

Stayed there for a week - very nice and knowledgable staff, tasty food @ the restaurant and clean, big rooms. Great location - between Earl's Court and Gloucester Road, so you can go practically anywhere you need

Reception staffs are helpful when I asked for rooms upgrade. Hotel location is convenient

Overall, I was able to enjoy the location with the shopping centre a few stops away and also work in peace. These small upgrades really just made my day better and helped me plan my days

Quite new hotel, friendly staff, good location, close to the transportation, quick trip by jumping onto the underground to the Centre London. We have lived here a few times, will definitely go back again.

We had an amazing stay Room was always clean the beds were comfortable + it has a kettle with tea and coffee bags restocked everyday🥰 Great location the circle line underground was only 5-6min away by foot a few stops to notting hill and about a 20min ride to the city center There's Grocery shops and a few restaurants nearby Staff were kind and helpful Highly recommend!

Nice Hotel Good location next to the most attractions in London Friendly Staff

The location is near Hyde Park, but it's not very convenient. I'd recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton near Tower Bridge instead. The room windows here don't open, so the air circulation is poor

The buffet breakfast they offered was very good. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The queen rooms, although smaller, have been updated, clean, and very comfortable for two people

My stay at the hotel was excellent. The room was comfortable and very clean, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Highly recommended.

However, my first room had a strong sewage smell, and the second room was not properly cleaned, with hair everywhere and missing basic amenities like slippers, a toothbrush, and a hairdryer

They went above and beyond by suggesting a smart solution for my luggage: instead of shipping an empty suitcase back to Jordan at a cost of around £200, they kindly recommended storing it securely at the hotel until my return

You can go downstairs at any time for shopping, which is comparable to Wangfujing Street. My friend said that the city center is quite chaotic. We were lucky not to encounter theft and robbery during our half-month stay

The hotel is more than great! friendly staff , food , and on top of all the hotel location is amazing!!! Especially for people who like to walk , piccadilly , trafalgar square,oxford street are all very close

We arrived at 11:00 pm that day, and they upgraded our room. Like other high-end hotels, you need to order breakfast one by one. If you have reservations for museums and attractions, try to get up early

The waiter was very friendly and gentlemanly. He helped with the luggage when we entered the room, asked us when we left, helped us load the luggage, and called a taxi

The location is very convenient. Picadilly Circus subway station is downstairs. It is very convenient to take buses, subways and taxis

however, if you want good rates avoid peak time as its going to be crazy expensive

Loved the check-in experience, the location and whilst the room wasn't super lux, it kind of felt it with the adjustable mood lighting, infinity bed and overall allocation of space

Great location for our London plans. Fab view! It was a little noisy - you could hear the road at times but that is to be expected with a busy vibrant capital city.

I've stayed here several times, and everything was wonderful. But last time, my plans changed, and I needed to cancel. There was a problem with the online system, and I couldn't cancel my subscription in time

Nevertheless, the bedroom was lovely and quiet at night, the breakfast staff were helpful and accomodating and the breakfast options were first class

Overall, a really enjoyable stay and would go back again as it was so convenient for the Battersea area which is so much nicer and pleasant than London

We were here a few years ago. We really liked the hotel. We have nothing to complain about here, although you are already in the higher price range.

Had a lovely welcome upon arrival and our room was ready early which was a real bonus. The reception staff were lovely, so helpful and friendly

We decided to use the spa facilities but unfortunaely the swimming pool was closed. We used the sauna and steam room and decided to come back the following morning to use the pool

It was comfortable, though not quite as cozy as the main bed; a bit of extra cushioning or a mattress topper would be a nice touch for anyone using it as a regular bed

For those who are more superstitious, bear in mind that the hotel is next to a churchyard. Great location within walking distance to underground stations and the Tower of London

Plus, they allow guests to store bags both before check-in and after check-out, which was very convenient for our plans. We’ll definitely be back to enjoy more of what this wonderful hotel has to offer!

Excellent service with kind and professional staff. Very comfortable room, however some of the cupboards looked a little older which didn’t match with the rest of the room

Our corner room had a lovely view, which was a highlight of the stay. However, during our four nights, housekeeping never serviced the room. Bathroom amenities were very minimal, and the towels were quite small and thin

Jessica was amazing when I first arrived! So welcoming! She upgraded me and got me checked in early. The room was perfect, clean and comfy. Could use places for more plugs but other than that was great

I also used half of the bed to place my clothes since there is no shelf or cabinet to put those on. Other than that the front desk was super helpful with answering all my questions

There's no fridge, no minibar, nothing like that. 😇 🙌🏻 Overall! The location is good! The value for money is okay! If you're traveling alone and don't have too much luggage, it's a good choice👍🏻

However, there's a convenience store nearby that also offers luggage storage for £3 per item per day, and they allow overnight storage. 🏠 The hotel facilities are decent and relatively new

🚿 The shower cubicle is also quite small, about one square meter, making it a bit hard to move around. The shower head is fixed and quite high; there's no handheld option

30am due to our flight delay and found the service to be very good, the room was clean and tidy but on the small side we did not eat there as all we wanted was our bed

We had such an outstanding stay here for my birthday. Our experience started at reception the staff were so helpful, we arrived early before the check in time, this wasn’t an issue and were shown to an upgraded room

We stayed here after our wedding over the road at Camden Town Hall. Staff were wonderful, they made up our room with a decorations and a gift, and the breakfast was delicious. Thoroughly recommend.

Our family enjoyed the stay here. It is very convenient to travel into and around London via the tube, and it was perfectly located near the Eurostar for our forward journey to Paris

This is a great Hotel in a good location. Swimming pool is decent along with the sauna and steam room. Gym not as big as I thought and I'd like to see a cable cross machine in there instead of leg and chest press machine

Stayed here for 1 night during my Daughter's Hen weekend. Staff were very helpful, rooms were upgraded. Rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. We had buffet breakfast, wide variety of foods on offer
