Excellent service, breakfast is great (but same for 4 days) Location is excellent if you like City Walk and very convinent to all underground or train stations Smile and waem greeting by almost all staffs and make you feeling respected

We were on our honeymoon, and we sent word ahead of us that this was a special trip and the Waldorf really delivered a spectacular stay with perfect location, which included walking distance to the theatre in the evening

Great location and lovely rooms, awkward having steps in the bathroom and too much additional furniture in the rooms making moving around what should be a spacious room more difficult! Lovely to get welcome drink too!

The welcoming from the Doug on arrival is always like your family. Checking in fast and quick with prosecco. We asked for a city view room which was dealt with our second night and the views are great

We also received a free breakfast upgrade for our hotel stay, which was another bonus to our stay. The staff were amazing as usual and the last time we stayed was 5 years ago and they remembered us

The staff all the way through were flawless, and we are very grateful to the whole team, from the doormen, receptionist through to housekeeping who helped make this stay so memorable and special

One of the times they didn’t even leave any fresh towels. They took the old ones but didn’t even leave any fresh ones and it took them two hours to get them to me.  We did have a really great view though

The other thing I was not a big fan of is that even though my do not disturb sign is up housekeeping would still knock on the door and literally still walking into the door

I only wish I had stayed for more than just the one night. Thank you to all of the staff for making it a stay to remember

We had to upgrade to a suite just to feel comfortable. The in room dining breakfast is subpar. The late night money pizza is not great

The à la carte breakfast was very good. I had booked a Big Ben view room, but it wasn't available, so they gave me a London Eye view room instead. However, you could only really see a tiny bit of the London Eye

The room was fantastic! We had an unbeatable view of Big Ben and the River Thames directly from our window. The room's size and layout were also excellent. Highly satisfied!

During my stay, there was some nearby construction, and a few roads were temporarily closed. While this didn’t affect the comfort inside the hotel, it’s something to be aware of when planning routes or arrivals

The bus station is roughly a 15-minute walk, which is manageable, especially if you enjoy a bit of walking. One highlight of the location is the pleasant river view, which adds a nice touch to the overall stay

The bathroom was also modern and spotless, with a spacious shower and good-quality amenities. The staff were friendly and professional, meeting the expected Hyatt service standards

In terms of accessibility, the hotel is about a 5-minute walk to the underground station, which makes getting around London very convenient

The layout was thoughtfully designed, with plenty of storage space, a comfortable seating area, and a well-organized minibar and wardrobe

The room itself was excellent—clean, modern, and spacious, which worked very well for me and my son

The hotel is located at the center of London, close to Trafalgar Square and Chinatown, which means that you could take public transport to any attraction in London

I highly recommend anyone visiting London to choose this hotel!

Also, we were within a short walk to the theatre which was my main motivation behind choosing this place. The concierge was great, helping us keep our luggages and were extremely friendly

Viza (Sorry if I did not spell his name correctly.) desires more than five stars. We missed a uber to airport, he ran to the end of the street to get a taxi for us. Impressed with the service.

The location of this place is great as we were close enough to the Underground station, allowing us to drag our luggages to the hotel

This was booked to celebrate a milestone birthday. The staff went out of their way to add some special touches to make the stay more memorable, which was very much appreciated. The room was amazing as was the pool area

It was such a lovely experience. And they were so kind and thoughtful as we were celebrating a milestone. Very clean hotel and family friendly amenities available and an extensive Halal menu, which was helpful.

Beautiful place and the staffs very friendly. I had a wonderful time stay with beautiful views. Lovely warm Chinese tea when you arrive your room and with fantastic decoration. Yes I will back.

We had a lovely stay here for our first wedding anniversary back in 2016. The room was gorgeous with many amenities including a Japanese toilet and a TV screen in the bathroom mirror

I never expected that the room costing more than 10,000 Hong Kong dollars per night was so small that it was difficult to open the suitcase. But after all, it is an old five-star hotel, and the service is really good

Absolutely amazing experience here at the spa. Really relaxing atmosphere and I had a personalised full body massage which was fantastic. The lady was called Grace and she made me feel so welcome

It keeps the four season’s hospitality so we do enjoy the stay here in London!

Nice clean rooms & though room is small but its a comfortable feel. Conveniently located, just a 5 min walk to Hyde Park

Short walking distance to Buckingham Palace, & the famous shopping districts of Bond, Oxford & Regent Streets

The facilities are a bit old and there aren't enough power outlets. However, the basic hygiene and service are good.

I tried calling the front desk at 9 PM and no one answered—I nearly died of thirst! The soundproofing was terrible. They charged my credit card for a deposit, and I still haven't received the refund

The room's hygiene was quite poor; it was dusty everywhere. The room itself was tiny and definitely not worth the price. Over 4000 RMB a night for virtually no amenities

To top it off, at check-out, there was a mysterious 480 GBP charge for a 'signed consumption' that I definitely didn't make. After I protested, they finally removed it

The breakfast service was decent, but the breakfast selection was very limited. Overall, an extremely bad experience. I would absolutely never stay there again

This was the best hotel experience I've had in London. Although there was an issue at check-in where the room type I booked wasn't available due to a previous guest extending their stay, Manager Alex handled it perfectly

There were good free amenities for Hilton Honorary Silver members including free newspapers and free beer at the bar. There were loads of things provided in the room such as shaving kits, creams and lotions

My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The facilities were excellent, and the bath amenities were especially impressive. Breakfast was abundant and elegantly presented with a sophisticated touch

What stood out the most was when I misplaced a personal item in the room—the hotel responded swiftly and located it for me. The staff were consistently polite, warm, and full of genuine care

The breakfast, which included both a semi-buffet and full buffet, was quite extensive by UK standards and offered incredible value for money

He resolved the problem and even offered a complimentary dinner and champagne. I truly felt their professionalism and respect for guests

We were blown away to say the least! We couldn't recommend this hotel and its staff enough, and I haven't even started on the experience yet! We are looking forward to another extended stay with the team hear at HCR very soon

Last spring my son and I visited Hotel Cate Royal for a few nights and had a spectacular stay. From the moment we checked in to saying our goodbyes the staff treated us with the upmost respect and kindness

They were there for our every need and helped us get plan our days and book tickets. As well the concierge team booked us food reservations and museum visits

It is a beautiful hotel inside and out, and both in the common areas as well as the rooms. The staff live up to the name and truly treat their guests like royalty

The spa is honestly incredible. Had an incredibly relaxing massage. It looks and feels exactly like the images and deserves the Time Out best spa in London award

Overall, I was able to enjoy the location with the shopping centre a few stops away and also work in peace. These small upgrades really just made my day better and helped me plan my days

Quite new hotel, friendly staff, good location, close to the transportation, quick trip by jumping onto the underground to the Centre London. We have lived here a few times, will definitely go back again.

We had an amazing stay Room was always clean the beds were comfortable + it has a kettle with tea and coffee bags restocked everyday🥰 Great location the circle line underground was only 5-6min away by foot a few stops to notting hill and about a 20min ride to the city center There's Grocery shops and a few restaurants nearby Staff were kind and helpful Highly recommend!

Very comfortable but a bit far from Central London. The bus stop just infront of the hotel.

The isolation of the rooms aren’t very good, I could hear someone walk by everytime. They also charge a £5 fee for room service. The room itself is quite clean and relatively ok space wise

Stayed there for a week - very nice and knowledgable staff, tasty food @ the restaurant and clean, big rooms. Great location - between Earl's Court and Gloucester Road, so you can go practically anywhere you need

Loved the check-in experience, the location and whilst the room wasn't super lux, it kind of felt it with the adjustable mood lighting, infinity bed and overall allocation of space

I've stayed here several times, and everything was wonderful. But last time, my plans changed, and I needed to cancel. There was a problem with the online system, and I couldn't cancel my subscription in time

Nevertheless, the bedroom was lovely and quiet at night, the breakfast staff were helpful and accomodating and the breakfast options were first class

We were here a few years ago. We really liked the hotel. We have nothing to complain about here, although you are already in the higher price range.

Had a lovely welcome upon arrival and our room was ready early which was a real bonus. The reception staff were lovely, so helpful and friendly

We decided to use the spa facilities but unfortunaely the swimming pool was closed. We used the sauna and steam room and decided to come back the following morning to use the pool

Our corner room had a lovely view, which was a highlight of the stay. However, during our four nights, housekeeping never serviced the room. Bathroom amenities were very minimal, and the towels were quite small and thin

Jessica was amazing when I first arrived! So welcoming! She upgraded me and got me checked in early. The room was perfect, clean and comfy. Could use places for more plugs but other than that was great

I also used half of the bed to place my clothes since there is no shelf or cabinet to put those on. Other than that the front desk was super helpful with answering all my questions

I really enjoyed my stay here as it was close to many place in walking distance. I chose the snug room since I was traveling by myself

It was comfortable, though not quite as cozy as the main bed; a bit of extra cushioning or a mattress topper would be a nice touch for anyone using it as a regular bed

The amenities were excellent and well worth the value, with comfortable rooms and great facilities like the sauna, pool, and gym

For those who are more superstitious, bear in mind that the hotel is next to a churchyard. Great location within walking distance to underground stations and the Tower of London

Excellent service with kind and professional staff. Very comfortable room, however some of the cupboards looked a little older which didn’t match with the rest of the room

There's no fridge, no minibar, nothing like that. 😇 🙌🏻 Overall! The location is good! The value for money is okay! If you're traveling alone and don't have too much luggage, it's a good choice👍🏻

However, there's a convenience store nearby that also offers luggage storage for £3 per item per day, and they allow overnight storage. 🏠 The hotel facilities are decent and relatively new

🚿 The shower cubicle is also quite small, about one square meter, making it a bit hard to move around. The shower head is fixed and quite high; there's no handheld option

30am due to our flight delay and found the service to be very good, the room was clean and tidy but on the small side we did not eat there as all we wanted was our bed

Opposite the room is a park with a great view Cedric Grolet is a very famous dessert, the desserts are delicious, but a bit sweet The Emory |ABC Kitchen is highly recommended, cost-effective, delicious food, avocado salad and pizza are highly recommended🍕

We had the pleasure of staying at The Berkeley Hotel, and it was truly a luxurious experience from start to finish. The service was exceptional, and the front desk team made us feel very welcome

Our room was gorgeous and newly renovated, overlooking Hyde Park, with delicious treats waiting for us on arrival. The swimming pool and spa are uplifting and relaxing, with wonderful amenities and relaxing scents

A special thank you to Sofie, who was incredibly kind and professional. She upgraded our room and surprised us with lovely amenities, which we appreciated so much. Her thoughtful gesture made our stay even more memorable

They went above and beyond by suggesting a smart solution for my luggage: instead of shipping an empty suitcase back to Jordan at a cost of around £200, they kindly recommended storing it securely at the hotel until my return

There is no charger socket on the bedside table, so it is inconvenient to charge your phone. The mini bar menu is very hidden... The location is very good and the service in the lobby is very enthusiastic.

Absolutely fantastic and stunning place to dine. Myself and my partner booked our table on OpenTable for 28/01/18 and from the moment we gazed at the building to the moment we left we were treated incredibly

Food is spectacular! And the steak, oh my the steak was to die for! We shall be coming back in May to treat my mum to a birthday 3 course meal,she did recommend it to us in the first place

Hotel live very comfortable, all rooms feature views of the city renovated. Delicious Breakfast, nice and polite staff. When I moved out and it was raining a given umbrellas.

What a wonderful place! The service at this hotel is exceptional. The boulard bar is fantastic and Heston's restaurant was really worth a visit

It is not a cheap experience but if you are interested in his cooking then it is worth a visit. The food was really delicious

The only drawback is that it's a bit far from the city center, and the supermarket is a seven-minute walk away. It's a quiet area with fewer people around

The apartment offers good value for money, and the location is quite convenient. Although parking costs extra, there are plenty of spots available.

I think the club could be expanded more as there was not a lot of room and also the beverage options could be upgraded. The hotel was not too far away from the subway lines so we were able to walk and explore London

Came to London for a last-minute business trip with a friend. The room was quite new and a decent size, but the soundproofing was a bit poor.

Honestly, the service was excellent, and the English breakfast was a proper hearty one. But you know, London is always pricey. The pool was also nice; I felt the water could be even clearer with proper chemical treatment

Perfect if you don't need to be in the city but just close enough. Modern rooms with a great gym and pool.
