Excellent Place... My favourite in Yerevan-Armenia. Like it... Very good staff & very respectfull.
The atmosphere of the hotel is fantastic but there is some problems, the hotel have a music room and so noisy, you can't sleep well or stay with childs. And some of the power outlets of our room had problem but the stuff of hotel are so kindly.
Very good hotel, clean and new! Very nice swimming pool! Staff very helpful and friendly! Location not far from downtown 5 minutes by taxi! Recommended
It is very clean, it has very nice staff, very good breackfast🍞🍏,good services, good reseption.

Near the airport, good service, room is also decent. No complaints. Breakfast is very yummy.
Rooms are ok. Shower is bad, low water pressure and middle temperature water. AC is also not work only fan.
The service was nice and the reception was friendly and efficient. Would recommend.
"Rooms were clean and well-maintained, staff were warm and hospitable, and the location was convenient—overall a pleasant and comfortable stay." Especially the staff Vardan, Rosanna, and Mariousa all are very helpful, warm and hospitable. Good people make Good team. I would certainly recommend this hotel for short stay. Swimming pool is not there but might be coming soon. You will enjoy your stay
This hotel is perfect. The rooms are big and clean and there is everything you need, even slippers, bottles of water, a kettle to make tea. The stuff is very polite and helpful. I liked the breakfast. Highly recommend!
Good hotel, near the airport, clean, neat. Breakfast is modest, but normal.

Good hotel, but far from city center.
Room is good and clean.
Amazing view specially in the morning.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
They can speak English.
Breakfast is very limited, same things every day. Could be improved a way better.
Furniture needs to be improved as well.
Price is good compared with what you can get.
Service is on average level.

The GOOD: the staff is amazingly nice. Very respectful and very helpful. I have not seen any better. The food is nice--tho there are no menus. You get what they serve and it's generally very nice and tasty. The rooms were clean when we got there. Did I say the staff were wonderful? The price quoted was very very reasonable. The hotel is in a residential area and is very quiet and secluded. There is...
Very nice and comfortable hotel, good breakfast, excellent staff , clean rooms
Comfortable, quiet. But to the pool for money or an acquaintance allowed not only the hotel guests.
Iranian hotel or a hotel for the Iranians. But I was there quite comfortable. Modern, clean, all at a high level. The Breakfast buffet was also excellent. And dinner do not advise to take - not tasty, not enough. Better to dine in the center of Yerevan. Far from the city center. By public transport to reach far and long. And if a personal car (my Sochi) - there is a big problem with Parking in the...
We stayed there for five days in August and generally enjoyed everything. The room itself was pleasant, with everything we needed, a spacious balcony, and a view of Mount Ararat. The downside was the lack of housekeeping. We asked for at least one cleaning during the five days—they didn't, but at least they provided two extra bottles of shower gel. The linens and towels didn't look fresh, as if they...
First time in Yerevan on a stop over, found the hotel randomly as I was looking for a cool modern boutique hotel. Perfect location, about 10 min away from Republic Square and other key amenities of the city. Hotel has a nice little front garden, a co working space. Only issue was that didn't have a lift and with luggage was a bit of challenge pulling it up.

I stayed at this hotel in Yerevan for about 3 days. Very nice, clean, and new. It's also close to many attractions if you want to explore the city on foot. The rooms are nice and spacious, with a large terrace. The staff is friendly and helpful. The price/quality ratio is very good. Quiet location.
Stayed for 5 nights in October 2024. The hotel is new, but a lot of things are already shabby in the rooms, chips on the walls. Unfriendly sleepy girls at the reception, every question was met tensely. Towels are given out with large holes. The room was small and with a dusty uncomfortable sofa. It is quite a long walk from the hotel to the center, definitely not 8-10 minutes, as they wrote in the...
It's a cool place. The atmosphere is very friendly. The design and facilities for this money are just fine, I don't think there is a better one, at least I haven't found one. I also want to mention Arut's manager separately, a good guy, most of these impressions are his merit)
I have been to this hotel many times and I can say that the service is very excellent, the food is delicious, there are several old employees who do their job very well, I am interested in some comments that people complain about the food or the attitude of the employees, I am satisfied with their good attitude towards customers, I am very happy with this hotel

This was a very pleasant stay for my family. The apartment was large, with nice layout, plenty of light during day time, and clean. The service, staff, and their attentiveness were amazing. Very nice people, helped us with any small details and request we asked (printing documents, cleaning the apartment everyday, providing us water and anything else, etc), with kindness and openness. Breakfast was...
Perfect! The apartments are spacious, equipped with all you might need, comfortable beds and rooms are very clean, as well whole complex. Amazing view (Deluxe apartement on 4th floor) of Yerevan city center, Mount Ararat and the sunset. Breakfast (had included) had sufficiently variety and everything is fresh and delicious. Would recommend for couples and/or families. We stayed for 8-nights. We enjoyed...
Excellent breakfasts, spacious apartments with everything you need, beautiful views!
Cons - unheated pool and a huge construction site next door
Relaxing stay with a stunning view
Amazing hotel with wonderful views. The pool was stunning, tennis court was great and available after sunset. Room was incredibly spacious. Reception staff speak perfect English and could answer all my requests. Breakfast was nice and restaurant and bar offer affordable and delicious coctails and snacks. The only disadvantage were little flies flying in the room which...

An incredibly beautiful roadside hotel and restaurant
Good hotel. Despite the remote location, the minimum set for a comfortable stay, in particular in a single room, is present. Not the most well-groomed room, but in general cleaned of course. They provide a standard set with hygiene items and a large number of towels and bathrobes. Unfortunately cards are not accepted.
The room was big and clean and staff so kind and they speak English

It was a nice hotel. We loved our spacious room. It was clean and comfortably furnished. Although having a microwave would have been lovely. Armen , The caretaker is a lovely person. He was all around the hotel and made sure we were well taken care of. Thankyou Armen!
This hotel is not bad if you plan to stay for couple of days in Yerevan. Rooms are big and clean. The staff are generally helpful, however, upon my arrival on 13:00 the reception told me whether pay 10,000 AMD or cancel your booking.com reservation. When I said that I am fine with waiting until 14:00 not to have early check-in he showed me the exit door instead of offering a seat in the lobby to me...
Good for what it is as a 3 star hotel.at first we had some difficulties at checkout due to them not accepting card and its location is far from the city center. The breakfast is good enough to get you started with your day.the veiws of the city from your room is great with the cold breeze blowing.
Amazing stay at the Grand Hills Hotel! The rooms are big and clean. The pool is well kept and has all amenities. All the stuff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The reservation comes with every comfort: TV, fridge, sofa. Breakfast is abundant and very tasty. The cook is super nice and offers a variety of options. It is the perfect gateaway for a relaxing holiday. We felt like at home. It exceeded...
The location was nice and quiet and just a few minutes drive to the main city. The taxi is available on call and can be coordinated with the hotel reception. The room that we booked is so huge with living room and with overlooking terrace and with a complete sauna inside the toilet and bath. The reception guy is also very helpful. The hotel can also arrange tours at a very reasonable price. Over all...

I visited the sauna last week – a great place to relax. It was spotlessly clean, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was calm. I felt refreshed in body and soul. I recommend it to anyone seeking privacy and comfort.

The receptionist greeted us with such warmth and kindness, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. She personally guided us on a detailed tour of our room, ensuring that we were fully aware of all the amenities and comforts available. The room itself was incredibly spacious, offering a generous layout that made us feel like we were staying in a luxurious suite. One of the highlights...
The rooms were quite spacious, though the decor was rather strange, attempting a sort of faux-royal style that didn't quite land. That said, the huge bed, nearly 200 cm wide, was extremely comfortable, even with just the single large blanket provided.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit in our room was broken. Luckily, the giant hot tub made up for it. It took nearly an hour for all the cold...
We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Welcoming receptionists and gorgeous enormous and comfortable room. Not giving 5 stars just because water started dropping from the roof in the bathroom, near the toilet. Even though they fixed it, it started again the next day. Except this little malfunction, the experience was great.
All at the highest level. Lovely and cosy hotel. Staff 10 points. It's all great.
1. Location
Location of Venezia Palazzo is kinda far from city center (Republic Square) it takes about 10-20 minutes there and costs 1000-2000 AMD. But it's near to Water Park and Zoo. For me, the location is pretty Great.
2. Staff
The Staffs are very-very kind even if she doesnt speak any English, she's very helpful. She helped me to get into souvenir place.

An old hotel within walking distance of attractions and supermarkets.
The furniture is old and the water in the bathroom is weak.
A welcoming hotel with excellent rooms and staff. Delicious and varied breakfasts. Located in the city center.
The hotel is located within walking distance to the center. It takes about 30 minutes to walk. There is a swimming pool. We did not take breakfast.
Very convenient location, two cognac factories nearby, easy to get to from the airport, central square 10 minutes walk away. Spacious rooms, well furnished
The room is very clean. The hotel is very good. The front desk is very welcoming. The hotel facilities are well-equipped. The bedding is very clean. The hygiene is very good. I will stay in this hotel again next time. It is the best choice for business trips.

It's okay, it's okay, it's okay.
Great value for money and close to the airport! The floors are a bit dirty, but bathrooms and linnen are all very clean. The owner will immediately ask you for "money, money", that's when you know you're at the right place. They only accept cash. WiFi available.
The lady receptionist who checked me in and also checked me out is kind but the rest of the staff at the Macao Hotel are the least customer service orientated I met for many years (I spend a fifth of each year in hotels all over the world).
I stayed in room 308.

We stayed in this apartment in Yerevan for several days, and overall it was a pleasant and comfortable experience. We had a fantastic experience staying at Sweet Home Apartments. The location is absolutely prime, situated in the very heart of Yerevan, but the apartment itself was an incredibly quiet and peaceful retreat.

I stayed at Sweet Home Apartments last month, and the experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Right in the city center- few steps from the Republic Square. The apartment truly feels like a “sweet home'' -warm and comfortable. The linens and towels smelled fresh.

Wonderful apartment in Yerevan! The location is perfect — close to everything and within easy walking distance to the main attractions and cozy cafés. The balcony is a real highlight: spacious, comfortable, and great for enjoying morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. Check-in was very smooth, and the staff were incredibly responsive and helpful. A great place to stay!
It was very convenient for our family. The unit was very clean and very well maintained. The location was very ideal, we could just walk everywhere, we even just walked to the Cascade Complex. The manager was very approachable and responses very fast. At night, we could just leave the window open for air, it was very quiet even though the location is near restaurants and other establishments. I love...

Suitable for long-term stays as it has everything you need. The address is hard to find.
Everything about this property was excellent, especially the stuff. They made me feel like home. My overall stay was amazing, convenient, comfortable! I am planning to stay with them next June, when I am back to Armenia.
The staff was beyond amazing, the rooms were extremely clean. Can’t wait to go back and stay in the same hotel.
Internet good and I feel very safe staying there
Perfect location good stuff and clean property. That’s all you need and reasonable. What else do you need? I recommend highly everyone.
We had a great time there, we rented a suite, and the staff were very professional, they even went an extra mile and delivered a teddy bear we forgot to a relative who lives on the 2nd floor, they have daily cleaning and AC, and Free Wifi. The location was also perfect, close to the center of the city

Very cozy hotel in the center of Yerevan. I slept so good. The staff is amazing and the interior yard deserves a couple of hours of your time there
From April 8th to 10th, 2025, two of us stayed at the Aspar Boutique Hotel in Yerevan. We booked through Trip.com. Payment was in rubles. The price was RUR 10,640.82 (€108.00) without breakfast. The hotel is located in the city center. We explored the city on foot.

• The location is great. The staff is super. All issues were resolved immediately. In the kitchen you could make breakfast and there was always real coffee, which I made daily. Very comfortable and large bed. I don't know what could be improved. Everything was great.
an ideal hotel for a family holiday, clean rooms, kitchen and breakfast, the staff is also very friendly, helped organize tours and transfers. thank you for a wonderful time in Armenia! there is a beautiful garden and two entrances to the hotel, one from the bottom, if you have heavy bags, it is better to enter from the second option
Excellent hotel, clean, cozy, most importantly, clean rooms and good staff, I recommend it to everyone. CONVENIENT LOCATION We lived in room 1, a very spacious and beautiful room. Modern, beautiful and new design, there is an inner courtyard and a museum and a recreation area. We will return in the winter ....
Overall, the hotel left a pleasant impression, it is new and everything in it is fresh: renovation, furniture, bed linen and towels. Lots of interesting art: sculptures in the courtyard, paintings (paintings, not posters!). Of the minuses - no breakfast. There is a kitchen with dishes, but there is no frying pan, for example, to make an elementary omelet. It can be noisy at night - you can hear cars...

Small hotel, in a very good position close to the city center. R
I liked the hotel. Good location.
Nice breakfast.
Only one thing was a bit strange. There is no storage room for luggage. And I felt a bit uncomfortable to leave my bag just in the hall with no observation.
The room is small, but clean and tidy. They occupy one floor above the Baron restaurant. Breakfast is late, starting at 8:30 a.m.; it's a buffet. It's delicious, but not very filling. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There was a slight leak in the shower in the bathroom.
Friendly and helpful staff, clean and nice room and bathroom.
Breakfast too late in the morning (starting at 8.30), but they prepare a lunch box upon request.
It was a cool place, and I really enjoyed being in that environment
The hotel is excellent. In the very center of the city. In this regard, there are both pros and cons.
+ You can easily get to any attraction, museum, everything is within reach. This is especially important, given the heat of plus 36.
+ Clean, cute, pleasant, small boutique hotel in a beautiful safe area
+ Breakfasts are delicious and hearty, water in the room
+ Helped to lift the suitcases

Nice apart hotel in the city center. Was there only for few hours to have a sleep before my early morning flight. Everything was fine.
Would recommend to all my friends wonderful staff! Warm and welcoming. Had a great one month stay. I miss being there tremendously! I will definitely return.
We loveeed our stay here! The room was well-kept and all the staff were sweet and accomodating. The location’s superb as well since it’s just across Vernissage and there’s a pharmacy and supermarket nearby. We’ll definitely book this one again once we’re back in Armenia. ❤️
Stayed here for 4 nights and really happy. Room had a great little balcony, washing machine and overall the amenities that you would need.
Room was clean and they were really thorough with making sure the room was as refreshed.
I’d hung up some washed clothes outside and they thoughtfully brought in a drying rack which was kind.

All good, we wished there was an option to check in earlier like 50% of the payment to get the room 6 hours earlier but no option and we had to wait for several hours on the street. But the room was clean and the location is perfect
My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful!
Among all the great things I experienced, the service and attitude of the staff—especially Arthur and Alisa—stood out the most.

Alisa brought such positive energy and responsibility to her work, making my experience...
In general it is a good Hotel and we were lucky to grab some pretty attractive deal for 4 days.
The only issue - a knife was taken (stolen?) from our room and never returned. This darkened our otherwise stellar experience. If you dont that much worry about loosing things in your room - absolutely good place. With pool and gym and (well, pretty expensive) breakfast.
No comments about this hotel.. It's in the best location right on north avenue.. Very clean rooms and helpful staff.. Everything is at your doorstep.
Room was a bit small especially the bathroom but as a solo traveller u will still find it adequate.. Ibis next door is cheaper however this hotel is bit higher level
Good location, clean and very comfortable hotel.
Overall not bad, but very cramped room, I think 20 m is more. It is especially difficult in the bathroom, given that all the doors open inward. There are no staff in the pool, the temperature in the sauna is 55-60 degrees, which was disappointing. In general, considering the price on this site, I am satisfied, but the hotel is certainly overrated. We didn't take breakfast, but we came in to have a...
