We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is great. Everything was well organized and made the stay easy and enjoyable

The rooms are quite big and comfortable. It is very clean and there are a lot of hygiene and cosmetic products in the bathroom. Breakfast is good and there is very good coffee

The employees were always there to help you with anything you might ask. Clean room with a nice comfy bed, king size, they said, a comfy double bed, I say. Nice buffet for breakfast with a great variety of products

Although the hotel is older, it remains luxurious and clean; the location is excellent, convenient for getting around; the breakfast is also very good and runs for a long time; I would choose it again next time.

The definition of the perfect location. Metro line with connection to the airport just 4 minutes away. Every attraction is just within 5 to 12 minutes walking range. So basically, Sofia is on your feet

It is perfectly situated with local shopping, restaurants, and the numerous top sites of Sofia within walking distance. It is absolutely a great value for the service they provide

The rest was good, friendly and polite staff, excellent breakfast, location nice and quiet walking distance to the biggest shopping center Paradise mall. Swimming pool long enough to have a swimming excercises

4 stars for the low soundproof. I had to knock to my neighbors at 2 am to calm them down and there was no music just talking

However, the front desk staff and the room itself were excellent. The cathedral is within a 5-minute walk. A boutique coffee shop and a DM are a 3-minute walk away. A taxi to the airport is 20 levies

Close to pedestrianised street with plenty of cafes and bars. Metro close by also. Both location and rooms were top notch. Bar closed early so couldnt even get a sandwich as I arrived at 23.00hrs. But had a lovely time.

Th hotel is cleaned and not too far from tourist attractions sites. Room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Do not pay for breakfast at the facility. The fruits and cheeses are not fresh

City centre and vitoshka boulevard about 10 to 15 min away in taxi. Some nice places to eat and drink nearby. Room was spacious with a balcony and big bathroom however the shower heads could do with a change

The soundproofing in the room was poor; there was a constant whooshing sound – I couldn't tell if it was the elevator, the metro, or the trams outside

The price was cheaper when checking into the hotel directly without 3rd party service. It's close to Mall Paradise, which makes it's location excellent, and close to city transport

Three of us were on a business trip were accomodated in what I would call a family room but the third - kind of sofa bed was set up and honestly it was so comfortable. Room was clean and comfortable, if a little warm

The staff is amazing! Extremely polite and very hasty! One downside is that some of the saunas were not working which was odd since I going there like every other week, and some of them are not working more than a month

The sauna should be free of charge as the pool. All-over an enjoyable experience

Some elements in the room might be impractical for some people but certainly not disastrous (basically a wet room and not a shower with curtains, low bed and sofa, huge windows that can open just a little bit) but overall it's a very good value and we are glad for staying there in spite of negative reviews

We did use taxis at some point and taxis are cheap in Bulgaria. The hotel was small but the our room had a big space. It's not luxurious but it's not cheap looking at all. The room was facing the street

We spent two nights at this hotel. Good location; very close to the metro station. Staff was very cooperative when we faced an issue and had to change rooms twice. Free parking was very convenient

The hotel isn't bad, but the front desk ruined our initial impression. We booked a room with one bed and even sent an email to the hotel to confirm. When we arrived, they gave us a room with two separate beds

When we asked to switch, they told us to just push the beds together. It wasn't until we started arguing and threatened to leave a bad review that they suddenly found a room with one bed

I arrived without reservation at 1am and they gave a studio for the price of a double room. Then they also stored my suitcases for the whole afternoon. It’s not a 5* hotel but was okay for the price.

The lovely gentleman at the front escorted us to our room, and we had a welcome gift of cake! The view was breathtaking and the panorama restaurant on top of the hotel is both delicious and has another beautiful view of Sofia

We had an excelant experience during our stay at this hotel! It went over our expectation. The booking note of 9 is worthed one and I'd make it 10! The room was very clean, super comfortable and had a nice bathroom

In summer guests can have dinner at the bbq restaurant next to swimming pool. I must say food was absolutely delicious. Prices were higher as this is a hotel restaurant. Parking is available and is free of charge

The pillows and matress were very comfortable. There were different type of pillows! The room is spatious. Overall it gives the sensarion of a 4*hotel. Very, very nice! Price / quality = excellent one
