I would rate my experience as 3.5/5. The room we stayed at was absolutely amazing, stunning even! The curtains could be bigger though, they don’t cover the windows properly. The rest of the hotel felt very unfinished - there was a lot of construction and renovation happening here and there, and I sometimes felt there’s not enough personnel to help the guests with anything. This is a fun place to stay, the rooms are very cool. Location is removed from most eateries etc. so we were often taking taxis into town, but it is also quieter and less crowded. Great location in old town area, my room was clean yet water pressure was quite an issue. Staff were helpful (of course you have to ask them first) but sadly I didn't feel really friendly.

Room was decent but with the view of neighboring windows really close. There were clean towels and bed. AC and fridge were working fine. Breakfast was so terrible. Bread was always 1-2 days old. Khachapuri also felt old and I had to put a cheese on it. Some of the sausages also felt like they were old. The only decent thing was a boiled egg. Flies were around and on the food.

Excellent hotel! Employees were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I forgot my keycard in the room twice and they were very helpful and accomodating. Nice hotel with perfect location near historical center and beach. The room was nice and clean. We had also balcony, minibar and TV. The only negative was shower which is terrible. It has no gradient and the water was everywhere in the bathroom not just in the shower. WiFi was stable and fast enough for basic browsing or video calls. Staff was super friendly!

I’ve sped one hour to get to the parking and had to walk stairs from 22 floor eventually. There are 4 elevators, one is only for stuff, second one was not responding at all. The hotel's location is very nice. The staff hardly speaks any language other than Georgian. The towels were dirty and shabby. And there were only slippers, shower gels, and shampoo among the disposable supplies. Also, the breakfast was announced to start at 8AM, however, it never did.
