Generally a nice place. Location is perfect. Breakfast, even in low season, is good. Single rooms miss proper ventilation sorely, they become too moist after taking a shower. Bathrooms are large and comfortable.

I was with my wife and son. spent 10 days, felt like at home. Their food is very tasty. taxi comes very quickly. Hotel is always clean and plus if there are any doubt they act very quickly. Excellent location, everything is within walking distance. There are many good cafes and restaurants close by. We had a twin-bed room on the 7th floor with a beautiful view of the Square and the Black Sea in the background. The staff at the reception are all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and the location was very central, right in the heart of Batumi. The view from our room's balcony was amazing. One side of the balcony overlooked Nuri Lake and the other side faced the sea.

This is a very good hotel considering its location, comfort, security, and value for money. You can walk everywhere. We forgot our luggage, and they were very attentive. If I come back, I'd stay here again.
