I was personally with my wife. Accepted like family. Stayed 3 weeks and did not regret it a bit. 10 min. by minibus from Batumi, 20 to Kabuleti. 150m to a nice beach.

I advise everyone. Very hospitable host, I felt at home. To the sea 3 minutes on foot.

What difference does it make where it is, if it is a hotel with a location on the first line to the sea, just a 4-minute walk. You get a super warm attitude from the staff, very clean rooms

This was a fantastic apartment, spotlessly clean, new and modern and well equipped with all amenities. Best location, only few minutes' walk from the beach. 24/7 Supermarkets really close by

And many other little shops and places within short walking distance. Rima was a marvellous host, very helpful and polite. I highly admire her sense of humour and a good taste (apartment decorated lovely)

Good value for money. Not exquisite high-end property, but Service is good. What is most important, room was neat, reception was 24/7. Amenities were provided, that was nice addition.

There are always several beds ready for sunbathing too. The rooms are clean, but nothing special. The only problem is the bathroom water outlet, which was a problem in our room and the water did not drain

Each room has a balcony with a view of the sea and the city beyond. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. If you want to relax, swim and sunbathe, I definitely recommend this hotel
