Hello We were 4 nights in this hotel with my family in a big suite including two big rooms. The suite was very clean and fantastic and nice located in front of Black sea on the last floor having two nice balconies

Saying that, the hotel's bathrooms, elevators and corridor have unpleasant smell, and the ground yard have dogs barking all the night the could disturb your sleep. special Thanks for gio and gio

Very nice and convenient apart-hotel. Stayed here in October/November. Great view over the sea from balcony. Good park nearby along the coastline. Studio rooms are pretty okay for short and long stays.

Clean and well-organized hotel with a nice, simple interior and a tasty, varied breakfast. The reception staff, Nika and Zura, were very kind and helpful

However, our experience with Al Arabiya Tourism Company and Sara was bad , unprofessional and not trustworthy

Third one is used by stuff to clean up carpet at prime time(why not), and the last one, that I was waiting for 30 minutes, and the it was stopping on each floor all the way down, when it came to Ground level, and the next one P(parking since there is the button) was supposed to go to the parking, but no, apparently that one does not go there, so it went up again! Stuff did not bother even explaining...

The Batumi Steps Hotel is well-suited for families and couples who value chic accommodations and proximity to the beach

Also, I’ve chose hotel, because I wanted to have a meeting room, they target that they have them, but at the property they told me that they don’t have a meeting room! Constantly problems with electricity, no light every day for an hour or so

I’ve sped one hour to get to the parking and had to walk stairs from 22 floor eventually. There are 4 elevators, one is only for stuff, second one was not responding at all

I don’t care how good is food there or the room itself, I rate overall experience - and it’s an awful experience

The rooms were clean and the location was very central, right in the heart of Batumi. The view from our room's balcony was amazing. One side of the balcony overlooked Nuri Lake and the other side faced the sea.

This is a very good hotel considering its location, comfort, security, and value for money. You can walk everywhere. We forgot our luggage, and they were very attentive. If I come back, I'd stay here again.

The hotel was hard to find; we only figured out where the main entrance was after looking at a photo on Google Maps. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable

The hotel was great specifically the manager, They we were really helpful. The room was spacious with high quality bedsheets and bed. We stayed 2 nights at the apart hotel and located at room 3411, with see view.

Wonderful hotel for short and long stay. Clean and neat and with very good service. It was a bit difficult to find (located at Reception B and then 33rd floor of a tower). But everything else is perfect!

The staff are all young girls, almost no one speaks Russian, they communicated in English. They did not take a deposit from us

The location is very good, next door is Batumi Square. There are waiters who can help with luggage. The hotel is relatively old and still uses traditional keys to open the door, not electronic cards

Very pleasant stay Clean, comfortable room and bathroom. We had a balcony that opened up onto the Piazza square. They don't provide clothes cleaning or ironing but there's an iron available for use.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days. The pros are the location of the hotel (old town, walking distance to the beach), a cozy room that fully corresponds to the description and photo; a properly working air conditioner

But the worst situation was the mold we found on the sliced bread, we drew the attention of the kitchen staff to this, but no action followed. The next day there was only more mold on the bread

Khachapuri also felt old and I had to put a cheese on it. Some of the sausages also felt like they were old. The only decent thing was a boiled egg. Flies were around and on the food

The house is conveniently located: just a few public transportation stops from the city beach and tourist attractions. The fish market and Bonni Market (food market) are nearby

You can go ahead without any travel plans! Rudi will organize everything worth seeing and eating in Georgia! Home atmosphere of the hotel and the possibility of ordering food on the spot at "mummy" :) 5 minutes walk to the beaches

Hospitality: This is the main advantage! The host family does everything to make you feel at home. They're always ready to help with advice, suggest directions, and offer tea or wine. They're very warm and sincere people

Good hotel, hospitable hosts, pleasant relaxing atmosphere, from the host Soso you can buy both soft drinks and beer on site, there is a cellar with homemade wines and national Georgian chacha, we had a great rest!!!

We stayed at the guesthouse at the end of the season, in early October 2025. We had the most wonderful memories. Special thanks to the hosts, Soso, Shushana, and Rudi. They treated us like valued guests

This was my second stay as the last time I stayed there was so good! It's located in the center of Batumi, close to the main tourist attractions and very accessible, so I highly recommend it!

The hostel's location is ideal—a 5-7-minute walk to the sea. I stayed in a women's dorm with four beds and a balcony (smoking allowed). I liked that each bed had a curtain

The just need to increase no of toilets - one functional, the other dirty due to washing machine co-location so it’s always wet

For holiday we stayed one night in Cozy Loft. Its veryansın close to airport and nearby on mainroad. Rooms clean and everything was good, staff and service was good
