And its location is difficult because it is inside the Mahi complex directly on the street

A simple, clean and good equiped room with comfy beds and everything what is needed in the little kitchen. little shops by walking distance to get everything what is necessary

30 min by walking to the boulevard and the sea. The Hotel Manager was easyli reachable if something was needed. I highly recommend this place!! Magloba

A new hotel. I stayed on the 12th of February. The rooms are clean and a family-friendly hotel. We gave 60's for 2 rooms per night. Probably they don't give these prices in summer.

Rooms are clean and room service is very fast and polite. Breakfast is good and located on 4th floor. Restaurant prices are like in Europe and you won’t get local food. Better places to go for wine and dinner

Different stuff loaded in evacuation staircase. Fire safety perspective I would not recommend. Evacuation plan on the wall (1. st floor) doesn’t match real situation. We had 2 breakfast at the rooftop restaurant

You have to order all food from table. Coffee and juices come 20 min after ordering ? Maybe just put vending machine for coffee, water and juices. Second time waiter forgot water and we had to remind 2 times

Great hotel with spacious room and nice view at the dining area. The hotel is only 11mins walk to Batumi Boulevard and beach which makes it excellent in terms of location

I liked: Reception reacts to guests’ request extremely fast Cleaning service do their best (though u have to ask to make up your room) BUT 1) u have a kettle in the room, bit there is no tea/coffee and no cups/glasses 2) air-conditioning is very poor due to glass windows 3) it’s always wet on the bathroom even if u take a shower very accurate 4) breakfast is like u are in a charity house: boiled eggs...

Carpets were kinda nasty and smells funny, blankets were uncomfortable and didn't want to use the ones in the closet cause it looked like it was ran over by 5 semi trucks

Breakfast is limited, mostly eggs, sausage, salad and jam/ cheese/ honey. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, close to everything you might need

We stayed here in our first Batumi stay. The manager was polite and speaks great Turkish. Very central and markets nearby. Breakfast is nice.

Breakfast choices is limited but it’s understandable for a 3-star hotel

I've been to their restaurant couple of times and everytime dishes are as delicious as previous time , they have special recipe dish called Chakindzuli it's beef cooked with herbs onion and spices the most delicious beef dish in Batumi ( personal opinion) they also have mushroom Khinkali which I also recommend

It is quite a busy restaurant with huge portions and good food. Some dishes might take longer as we finished our lunch and still had to wait for the last dish. Most of the staff is friendly and speak several languages

10% service charge is included but in Georgia service charge doesn't directly go to a waiter (it is either divided between all staff (cleaners, chefs, waiters, etc) or goes to a restaurant), so tips are welcome

The staff were very friendly and the service was great (a rarity in Batumi). Prices are also affordable, the bill for 4 people came to only 125 lari (including drinks). We'll be returning very soon! :)

You should definitely visit this place. It is the best Georgian restaurant I have been to. We ordered two pork kebabs, khachapuri, pickles, homemade potatoes, khinkali, salad, sauce and drinks

This is one of the best Georgian restaurants I've been to while I've been in Georgia. There is a large selection of food, and everything was incredibly tasty, fresh and portion sizes were big

The receptionist can speak English as well as (of course) Russian, it helped a lot we didn't have any hard time to communicate with them. The rooms are well cleaned and tidy, and big enough with all what you need

After entering, you're surprised to find there's no reception! The reception is upstairs on the first floor inside the club! There's no sign or indication that the reception is inside the club

- The location is excellent, a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the seaside area and the European Square, but it's a 25-minute walk or about a 7-minute drive if the road is clear

Cons: - The apartment entrance is shared with the club, and the door isn't very obvious, like the first time you've been to the hotel (if you hadn't seen a picture of the door beforehand, you wouldn't have known it was the entrance)

The owner and his family are friendly and helpful. We had booked a double room but were given a triple at no extra cost. Location is grate, you can walk to Batumi boulevard and famous attractions

The breakfasts are excellent and delicious, the staff is very sweet and very kind. I sprained my ankle and was hesitant to ask for help at first, but then I couldn't resist and asked for help and they were very helpful

Location is pretty good, within around 10 minutes walk to the main boulevard. In the area plenty of good restaurants and caffe's. Also the cash exchanges places. The rooms are big enough and have very comfortable beds

I'm my opinion this place is a hidden gem the rooms where ok but not that much of a view the service was 10/10 they helped us and told us about good place to go , the location is basically in the downtown of batumi your close to a mall and you got a supermarket beside the hotel but the streets are a bit trashy

Enjoyed my trip to Batumi with my friends. We booked hotel Batus and it was really nice place. Nice location on the riverside. We liked the incredible kitchen, the view is pretty good and the bedroom is clean and nice.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice

After long day and journey, I can stay at hotel lounge and enjoying with coffee and sweets alone, and my family were inside rooms.

We travelled with 3 children 14-13-6 years olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks
