I would like to give my special thanks to Antzela who works tirelessly at the pool bar, as well as Emma and Dan who work extremely hard at the restaurant, and also male receptionists, and the older cleaning lady

Also, the location kind of sucks, as long as you are prepared for quite of a cardio each day. However, what also must be acknowledged is the fact the staff is simply marvellous and charming

If we return, we’d definitely book a family room with a separate bedroom for better comfort and rest. The food was decent the cold salads were fresh, and buffet trays were refilled quickly

I've just come back from this hotel (my trip was from the 10th of August till 17th). I would personally rate it for 3 stars only, as it doesn't meet all the requirements for 4 starts

Perfect view, mountains around, good food, rooms are dated but ok, clean pools, great waterpark. If you dont have a car then its a problem - hotel is in a mountain, long road up from the main street.

The room was okay, we had a sea view and the kids had a bunk bed, but it wasn’t very sturdy and made a lot of noise. The mattresses were very hard, and you could feel the springs, making it uncomfortable to sleep

The service was excellent, staff being so friendly and accommodating. It was a lovely calm atmosphere, quiet and pleasant. The pool and outside space was our favourite

Actually should have been rated with more than 3 stars. 7-10 minutes to a public beach. High-speed internet (80/60 megabits) is available in the rooms and the whole hotel territory

Me and my sister stayed here for four nights and loved our stay. The hotel is in a good central location, allowing us to easily travel to the beach and nearby towns

The rooms were extremely clean and spacious, with a great bathroom and comfy beds. We had breakfast included in our stay and enjoyed the variety they had available each day

We stayed here for ten days and overall had a good time There were a few negatives but mainly positives Our room was very dark but worse,we woke up after getting there at night on our first night scratching like mad and realised when we woke up it was infested with mosquitos, my husband had 150 bites lumps all over his back legs and arms I had about 60 in the day time we could see over 100 in our apartment...

My wife and I have just rerurned from the Annamaria village hotel. The room was decribed as an economy room but it was more than adequate. Kettle and Fridge in the room which is beautifully decorated and spotless

We had a very nice stay in Anthoula village. Family atmosphere, very good staff, very nice rooms and very clean. The location is walking distance to the beach. The food was excellent and so was the pool

Great pool🤩Very friendly staff, good choice of food (we had breakfast and dinners). Big comfortable rooms. Better wi-fi coverage would be great though. Overall good value for money.

It is beautiful place to stay near Heraklio and near beach. Personnel is kind and friendly, they have no problem to help you with anything you need. P.S. Food is also delicious.

The chef, Dimitri, is very good cook especially delicious desserts and he cares about everything, dedicated all the time. We had varsity and good food every day. The owner, Katherina, is simply fantastic

Through most tranquil place we have stayed in the villages yet! An ideal location as it is in a great location in the centre of the village! Apartments are perfect, have everyhing you need and more to fully self cater if you want to! Great pool, always got sunbeds easily everyday! The cats are beautiful especially Lucy! I had a short stay in this hotel and finally extended my stay as much as possible. Stayed in a maisonette room, everything was so nice. Clean room, spacious living room, kitchen area fully equiped

Everything has been thought out carefully from the spacious sunbeds to the attentive staff who are so thoughtful and caring. A bonus we loved? The outdoor cinema which shows a film every night!

The hotel has a very cool ‘White Lotus’ vibe - the pool area is the best I’ve seen and this was our 7th time to Crete

We were very happy with the resort, the staff were excellent. The lady on reception was very helpful when we had a mix up with a taxi transfer, she organised a local driver at very short notice. Couldnt thank her enough.

The hotel was peaceful and relaxing, with a great pool bar that served amazing food. The staff were warm, friendly, and always happy to help

We had the basics for self catering and plenty of space including a seating area inside. We also had a plenty of storage space (a dresser, bedside, and a wardrobe with plenty of hangers)

There were also plenty of sunbeds to use at the top of the stairs - great for direct sun! ☀️ The reception area also had drinks available and breakfast in the morning

We had the most amazing time staying in Korifi! Jorge was so helpful and so kind to us, and the location is absolutely perfect! That is, if you are looking for a local kind of life (Which I think is the best kind of life in Crete), we had everything that we needed in a couple of meters and the village around it was so magical and beautiful! The views from our balcony were astounding. We had a lovely seating area outside with a rack to dry our clothes in the sun. Our room included a tv and a safe

The pool was a generous size but not the biggest. This wasn’t an issue because it was always lovely and quiet at the pool

The location can go both ways, it's on a hill worh 20 mins walk to the beach area, with all the shops and food joints. Although it is not convenient, the view is very nice overlooking the shore

The pool area is clean and inviting, perfect for unwinding, while the food served is fresh and delicious. Overall, it's a great value for a comfortable, authentic Cretan holiday

Only one minus is that the beach is not close enough, you have to walk 10 minutes. But it is not a problem if you are not lazy 😁

Porto Village Hotel offers an excellent experience for those seeking a relaxing getaway in Crete. The location is ideal, close to Hersonissos' lively town center but still quiet enough for a peaceful stay

Thank you to the fantastic staff at Porto Village Hotel from the cleaning, bar, breakfast, reception staff. The pools, gym and bar is nice and the location to the old towns or to the harbour is good

The hotel's traditional Greek charm and beautiful gardens create a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist

Location to the gym was ten seconds from our room, pool and bar 1 mintues away. All communal areas are well maintained and clean. Dining area clean and plenty of of seating inside and outside

This hotel is run down the sunbeds are old and need throwing away the pool is just ok , The bar is Absolutely Rubbish Bar What BAR it's absolutely Terrible ,The bar needs to be made a lot bigger with lots of stuff in it like food better ice creams better bar staff that nos how to make drinks 🍸 yes the bar was Terrible, never mind the bed rooms they was clean very basic the beds where very bad...

Cheap hotel, so don't expect much, but it's clean and dining place is located 20m from sea so you can enjoy seaview while eating brekfast! If you would like to take a walk 400m west you can find huge and almost empty beach!

Would recommend if you are ok with basic no frills, of you want something for the family it will disappoint. Swimming pool was fine, place was quiet

What a quaint little gem! We stayed S/C for one week. The studio was immaculate, with everything you need to prepare and eat a meal. The balcony had an exceptional sea view and mountains

15 minute walk to the supermarket and 20-25 minute walk to the seafront where there were plenty of bars and restaurants. Around a 25-30 minute walk into the old town of Hersonissos

The establishment was really well looked-after and we spent a lot of time around the poolside. We loved the fact they had happy hour and served cocktails around the poolside

Just on the way home from a 10 night stay in this all I can say fabulous place felt like a privilege to be welcomed into the home of George Maria , Maria and Alexander cannot fault anything thank you for a truly lovely relaxing holiday cannot wait to return

We discovered the traditional villages of Piskopiano and Koutouloufari which were similar in distance and had amazing Greek restaurants. Good bus links which we used to visit Knossos Palace and Malia

we saw a lot of complaints about the pool and dirty water. Agree the water was foggy, but we did not experience any issues or found the water unacceptable. one is more quiet in the back and the beds are great there

Good quality service for both accommodation and food. Room service was always checking the room to make sure it is clean with fresh towels. Great bartender service, shout out to Dimitris and Nikos

Welcoming reception and beautiful place all together

We complained to the reception, and they promised the technical service would come and fix it, but after 2 sleepless nights and daily complaints we got back and asked for a solution (new room)

815 was an upgrade for us as we moved to a double and single standard bed (like expected for the booking) and had a working air-conditioning. The view from the Hotel is simply amazing

Great hotel in Crete! We were vacationing with family for two weeks in mid-July, we took a room with sea view large Suite with a veranda and sun beds! The rooms are very clean,cleaned every day

Well kept complex located just above Piskopiano Main Street (3-5 mins walk) with a lovely pool area and gardens, large rooms, excellent breakfast with lots of variety daily

there was something for everyone There was plenty of sunbeds around the pool and we never had an issue getting one, the weather was glorious too

Drinks at the bar are comparable, price wise across the 3 villages. Staff are lovely as is the owner who takes a personal interest in the happiness of guests. We had a lovely stay and are planning to return next year

It is situated on a hill so the walk up can be challenging for older people but the views once there are breathtaking!! The team headed by George are friendly, attentive and create a fantastic ambiance for all to enjoy

The bar offers great food and a good selection of drinks. The pool is amazing, very clean and well maintained. The rooms are large with extremely comfy beds and a balcony to enjoy the views

My husband and I spent 5 days here a week ago. It was the perfect break from our busy lives. The hotel is a small family run concern and is absolutely charming. Lovely pool area with views over Heronissos and the sea

I was nervous about dragging my suitcase up the hill but I was met in the parking area and everything was taken care of for me proactively. They have a lovely bar/restaurant area with a good selection of food and wine

The rooms and property exceeded my expectations. Well maintained and beautifully appointed. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly. The property is on the hillside giving gorgeous views

The bedroom had air conditioning, which was absolutely essential and wonderful in the heat, plus a fridge, freezer and a small kitchen with everything we needed – very convenient! The outdoor area feels like a little oasis with a pool, pool bar, flowers and greenery

We couldn’t be happier with our stay here in Crete! From the very first moment we felt so warmly welcomed – this is a family-run hotel, and you can truly feel it

The location couldn’t be better: free parking just outside, about 15 minutes to the bus stop, and only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and the sea. Central, yet quiet and tucked away – the perfect combination

The only small downside was that the bed was a bit hard, but it was manageable. There were also some ants around the pool area, but nothing that spoiled our experience

Set in some lovely gardens nice pool and bar area. I had an amazing view from my balcony. The room was cleaned every day. The staff are lovely and even though checkout was 11

Rooms are adequate with everything you need although we only used the hotel as a base the pool area is spotless and grounds are well kept all the staff we encountered were polite & friendly would return in the future

The food from the pool bar was lovely, I didn’t have a bad meal there! I could watch the sunset from my balcony every night and at the back of the apartments I watched the sunrise every morning

I don’t understand some of the reviews for this place, we stayed for 2 weeks and not once did we have any arguments or anything bad happen other than paying for the air con (couldn’t pay card so had to give cash due to the added tax I think) Rooms clean and what you expect for a 3 star hotel

We were amazed to have two balconies and our bedroom window over looked the pool and sea. The kitchen is basic but we don't go in holiday to cook

There was a smaller pool by reception which was never busy and had a lovely seating area to it. Bar: There was a bar serving some food and drinks, not overly expensive

Pool: it was a perfect size for the apartments and never felt crowded, I was always up early as like to make the most of my day but could arrive later if your not bothered about certain beds which we weren't

One day we had an issue with the toilet flooding the bathroom and as it was late at night we out a bucket under it and spoke to reception the next morning and ot was dealt with straight away and very apologetic but these things happen

Apartments: We were a family of four and just booked the standard room, when we arrived our room was lovely it had a bed for us and two beds in the living room area with a small kitchen and table and chairs

The apartment is only a short drive from the airport but I highly recommend booking a private taxi as we didn't and it took about 90 minutes which was crazy but thankfully a lot quicker on the return

Everything about this place is 5 stars. The a la carte dining options are incredible with 5 restaurants to choose from, all offering very different cuisine. The cocktails are made fresh and are excellent quality

We had a wonderful time at the resort. We enjoyed the spa. The food was very good. We enjoyed the community cats also. We will be back. Nick was a very big help to us throughout our entire stay.

Loved it here, very clean and quiet, arrived after 1am and barman made us a toastie, short walk to beautiful beach, bought our shopping at supermarket round the corner and by the time we walked back it had been delivered to our apartment, lovely pool and easy to walk to main road with lovely restaurants and shops

I made an all-in-exclusive reservation, and it was great because I could enjoy a course meal for dinner and a buffet for lunch and breakfast, and I also loved that the rides and swimming pool were free.

Had such a nice expirence clean room (daily cleaning) view is extraordinary pool view and beach view last but not least the manager Lambros is an amazing guy he will help you for everything just give him a call from the taxi from the airport all your trips restaurants etc

Stayed for 6 nights with teenagers. Perfect! The teenagers had their own apartment and we had one above. We had a view of Palm Beach Club, where you can rent a cot for 5 euros a day

Yes, there's some noise in the evenings from teenagers coming home walking through the hallway and the music from Palm Beach during the day, but you know that beforehand

Lovely place, friendly staff. The only fault was palm beach plays music till 5 in the morning.

What a fabulous place Dreams Village is, Kostas & Mike make everyone feel welcome, what a friendly atmosphere and also a great bunch of people that stayed there! The hotel was lovely too, the pool and bar area were great, and always had plenty of sunbeds

From first arriving late at night Kostas really takes care of you. From Mike and Chef all day till Kostas in evening they can’t do enough for you to have good time. Maids lovely too rooms spotless and work tirelessly

I loved the small and friendly feel of the hotel, where it was easy to get to know other guests. It’s definitely somewhere I’d feel safe as a solo traveller for future visits
