Hotels with sea view in Heraklio Town

The reception with their capability, local knowledge and willingness to help out a guest family in a tight spot is the gold standard of good service. Some say hospitality is an art, if so, they are a staff of artists

We would have stayed longer but ran into an issue unrelated to the hotel however Maria at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and her assistance was invaluable in sorting out our issue! Definitely staying here again next time I visit Heraklion

Fantastic location for arriving on Crete. Superb service and rooms that are comfortable and excellently clean for the price that one pays

The breakfast was basic: scrambled eggs, small local sausages, delicious ham, vegetables, and cheese. The cappuccino was a bit sweet, and the juices were packaged

To top it off, our luggage was lost and the receptionist called the airport for us and dealt with the delivery of our luggage, gave us all points of taxi services at affordable rates, called car rental companies and really helped us out a lot

In the morning, we were a couple minutes late for breakfast and they had already cleaned the kitchen. The staff and receptionist brought out everything for us to enjoy the breakfast

Luckily for me, we hit the jackpot and experienced a holiday I will remember for many years to come. I have to mention the staff — everyone was kind, from the housekeeping and reception to the kitchen and baristas

Unfortunately, we don’t have any photos with the animators :( We didn’t spend much time on our phones during the holiday, which is probably a good thing! So at least we’re sharing some photos of this beautiful place — from stunning beach sunsets to the gorgeous pool with mountain views

The location was great, everything close by. Above all, I must thank the animators for their amazing work. They managed to get even people involved who usually wouldn’t participate. It’s clear they do their job well

Special thanks go to Matt and Wiki. It’s obvious they do their work with love and truly enjoy and are fulfilled by it. Thanks mainly to them, we were able to join the activities and enjoy a dream vacation

Very nice location close to Heraklion. There is hop on, hop off bus for sight seeing just in front of hotel. Hotel has pool, small pool with slides, it is close to beach

Kronos is an excellent location for connecting to a ferry or walking into the old town center. Our room had a balcony with a very nice sea view. Unfortunately the road below is pretty noisy

This was a great location to visit Old Town Heraklion. Near the Venetian Fortress and the pedestrian avenues. Provides bottled and filtered water, endless. Provides free parking. Very clean. Elevator. Great deal.

Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good. Basic amenities and the bedspread was a little old/stained but all seemed clean. We would recommend it for a short stopover

The Marin Hotel was a wonderful place to stay for our stop in Heraklion A great location near the ferry port and airport. A short walk to markets, restaurants and attractions.

Ideal location, close to the harbour, the old city, the bus to Knossos and the bus terminal. The view during breakfast is fabulous. Lots of choice from the buffet

The room and the bathroom were clean. The breakfast was also great and with a nice view. The bathroom looks a bit older. Probably they renovated only the rooms

We only stayed for one night, but we could have easily stayed longer. Once settled in it was a great experience

Loved the location. You hear the church bells which add to the charm. The rooms are soundproof when you shut the balcony doors. Also great location to walk around the city center.

The personal was kind, helpful (except the daytime female barista). There is 2 people who I want to mention who we liked very much: the short haired blond receptionist and the hotels barman (he tended the bar at night)

The lunch was not in the hotels tavern, as we first read in the offer. If we had eaten in the Tavern we would have had to pay. I don’t think that it is worth the all inclusive

Having guest parking was super convenient since we rented a car for the week. The hotel is just a 5-minute drive from the center of Heraklion, which made exploring really easy

Not a place to stay overnight. I'm glad there's still breakfast. It's noisy, but I still decided to stay there for a night just before heading to the airport. It's very old and smells like medicine

The Rooms are wide well reconstructed and the bathrooms are excellent to make confortable your stay. For a short visit or even for few days visiting the beauties and the sites of interest of Crete is ideal too

There is no better place as a hotel to be closer to the airport. Take any bus infront of the hotel and in two minutes you are there. The Hotel is a three stars but everything works to your convinience

The Bar can serve you all you may need and even you may have any kind of meal from different catering places, restaurants, Grill places, Cafe or even some supermarkets in the area

The best hotel ever we have been in in Heraklion. The recepion guy took our luggage volountarily to our floor. The hotel is new, so the furniture and everything. Very well situated in the center of the city

Smaller hotel in the city center. Clean, helpful & friendly staff. We had a quad room with balcony for our family of four, was perfect for 2 nights in Heraklion. Recommend adding their breakfast in in the morning!

Two minutes from the center of Heraklion city. Perfect location, easy to access, near bus stations for reaching other destinations Clean, not noisy, with an extra small amount you get a wealthy breakfast well valued

The location was great for what we needed (near the port). It was quiet. The bedding had stains and felt unclean.

An excellent laundry service about 3 minutes walk away where you drop your laundry by 9 and can pick it up at 2 for a very reasonable price. Forget about using up an hour or two of your vacation time in a laundromat

We feel we may be the first guests to stay here for the summer season but the family who run it cant do enough for us very nice and friendly people

A quiet place with a family atmosphere. Located close to the beach, shops and the airport bus stop. Breakfast is tasty in the form of a buffet with these very similar ingredients every day

I like the hotel like home. Cozy and yes not so luxury but very friendly ambiance that, silent. One bus to the airport and to city and near the beach for jog or walk.

On the day of our departure, they kindly asked what time our flight was, and since it was very late in the evening, they offered us a room to stay in and let us enjoy the pool for the whole day — incredibly thoughtful!❤️ On top of all that, the price is excellent! Highly recommend!

We stayed at Hotel Gorgona for 7 nights and we enjoyed it very much. We absolutely loved the swimming pool and the lush garden, which is truly beautiful. The beach is very close and looks great, with fine sand

The breakfast is not variated - Boiled eggs, omelet, sausages, beans, various pastry, cheese, cereals, milk, fresh vegetables etc… - i wonder what are they eating at home the ones that complain? Overall grade is 9

Pool bar was open every day (serving drinks, Greek snacks, icecream, coffee; also pasta), and VERY cheap: ouzo 1,50€ ? Pool open from 1000-2000, no night swimming, quite common times

Not the prettiest neighborhood, with an abandoned hotel area down to the sea, but we enjoyed ourselves. A short 3 minute walk to a fantastic beach with a beach bar and cheap sun loungers

5-10 minutes walk to supermarkeds and resturants. Quite ok breakfast and newly renovated and clean hotel room. We chose to check out a day early, but that was according to our desire to visit Chania before traveling home

In relation price vesus quality we recommended this hotel. It is simple hotel but is quiet, have a pool and is near the beach (350m). Our room have a fridge and it is posible to have hot water to make a tea or coffee

Although the hotel is located on the seaside, it is close to the bus terminal, the airport bus station, the archaeological museum, the castle and the lively August 25th Street, all within walking distance

The city center Minas cathedral spot is very near, less than 10 minute walk. if you don’t like walking, you can also take a bus. The bus stop is nearby and only costs 1,20 euros
