Batis Aero Beachfront Wellbeing Hotel in Rethymno

We were very satisfied with our stay at Batis Beach Hotel. The service was of the highest quality – polite, helpful, and genuinely caring about the guests’ comfort. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The breakfasts were delicious — every day we left full and happy.

The hotel’s location is perfect — the beach is right outside, and it’s just a short walk to the city center. The surroundings are peaceful, with no parties or noise near the hotel. After exploring Crete, we believe that Rethymno is the most beautiful place to stay.

We highly recommend this hotel and thank you for a wonderful stay!

Everything was perfect in this hotel - from the neat rooms and perfect beach location to the service and attentiveness to the visitors! Having a separate beach line is a real privilege in Rethymno, and everything in Batis Beach Hotel made our experience ten times better. We would like to thank especially the two reception girls who were exceptionally helpful and just made our days with their treatment. If ever we come back to Rethymno, Batis is definitely going to be our first choice

We had a great time in Batis Beach. Location is great and close to the beach (just cross the street). When we arrived we received multiple handwritten pages of tips and recommendations for the area by the fantastic receptionist. All were stellar. We had a room with a side sea view, which gave us the exact experience we wanted. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace with a set menu that changes each day. We stayed for seven days, but we could have stayed a week longer because of all the attraction of the area and the service.

I stayed there with my two teenagers for a week holiday. The staff have been really kind, the room perfect (large, clean), the breakfast really good (served at the table on the roof of the hotel with a spectacular view on the sea). The pool the right size.
We also appreciate the possibility to enjoy the pool after check-out and take a shower before leaving.

The staff were outstanding! Everyone was always greeting us with a smile. Our room was always super clean, and the air conditioning worked great. Location from old town is about a 20min walk, but otherwise, it was perfect. Would stay here again.

We hosted our wedding party at Batis Beach Hotel for our wedding held at Agreco Farm. We had 37 friends and family stay with us and we all had a fabulous time at Batis Beach. The stay started with welcome drinks, our room decorated, and flowers for me.

The staff at Batis have been so attentive, caring, and nothing has ever been too much. The rooms have recently been renovated and are super clean.

During the evenings we would often sit round the pool or on the rooftop and the staff would bring us ice, cups, spare chairs etc.

The location is perfect, right on the beach, a shop next door and lots of bars and restaurants.

The breakfast is incredible too, huge variety and plenty of options available.

Lovely hotel in perfect location opposite the beach. Rooms very clean and comfortable and the breakfasts on the rooftop each morning were amazing and such lovely friendly and helpful staff throughout.

Stayed here as part of a larger wedding party, perfect location by the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. 20 minute walk to the old town /harbour.
The staff were fantastic and no request was too much. Breakfast on the roof top was great.

Fabulous hotel! Friendly staff who go above amd beyond. Rooms are spacious and clean. The pool was cleaned daily. Situated perfectly to all the bars and restaurants and old town. The beach is across the road . Would definitely book again. Thank you ☺️
