Hi everyone, This is a great hotel!! The team here is amazing and great service. The Rooms are very clean, beautiful and have a great view of the ocean which is right across the street from the hotel. We came for our anniversary and it was such a nice and romantic place to get away. It is in a Quiet area in rethymno but right a toss from the beach and ten minute walk into the old city. The guys are extremely friendly, the room was getting clean everyday, which made my wife very happy 😅 the rooms had a really nice view, and the guys that are working at the beach are amazingly friendly and professional! The position is perfect. The host cares about the people. Very good service (even cleaning the room în details after just one night). Only suggestion could be to put a screen on the air conditioning so that they will not "shoot" on the bed. Thank you!

Lovely clean hotel and rooms. Staff very friendly. And ideally located. But if you have a sea view room, take some ear plugs as its very noisy at night you can hear all the traffic going passed on the main Rd below you.

We loved everything about this hotel. It’s a beautiful restored building, the bed was comfortable, the hot water plentiful and the location was perfect.

We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful little boutique hotel, right in the middle of all the action in Rethymno. The room itself was lovely and came with a free bottle of wine. Staff was super friendly at check in and breakfast was fantastic. Just stayed for one night, but would’ve been quite happy to stay longer.

Located in the old town in Rethymno . The buffet breakfast was very good- several selections. Staff very friendly, helpful. A beautiful location by the sea, 30 minutes' walk from the old town of Rethymno. We booked 2 rooms for 4 people, but their system showed only 2 people. We absolutely loved our stay at Polyxenia Suites! Giannis was such a kind and gracious host. He was very flexible with us and always quick to respond.
