If you want to relax and enjoy the beach then this place is perfect. We enjoyed having a kitchenette so that when we wanted a little break from the beach, we could quickly go back to our room and have a snack. The staff always ensured that our room was clean and if we needed anything then they were able to assist us (ex. Calling a taxi or printing a voucher).

I visit Crete often, I found this stay to be one of the best I’ve had. The hotel is quiet and very peaceful, but the staff are unbelievably helpful. I had some issues with my hire car and Mike phoned the company for me and translated, nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff members. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, it’s been my favourite stay so far while in Crete.

I booked my flight just two days before departure, and this hotel happened to be available — what a find! It’s hands down the best value-for-money accommodation I’ve experienced. I booked for a room without balcony (with view) but I ended up with a twin bed situation not a double bed. The lady went to the extra trouble of getting a double room with balcony at no extra charge. God bless those few angels who walk among us.

Well located but felt more like a hostel. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Overall it was ‘fine’, but we were disappointed as we expected better from the photos. Great location near the lively side of town but still quiet in the room. We didn’t have a balcony so the room was quite dark and dingy. The lights flickered so we couldn’t leave them on. Roof top access was quite cool in the evening. Self check in was seamless. Good accomodation for travellers. It offers studio apartments with small kitchen, toilet and shower. There're comfortable bed, wardrobe, air conditioner, sofa, small dining table with 2 chairs. It also has a balcony with table and chairs . The room is spacious and clean. It take about 5 minutes to the beach. Nearby area has supermarkets, shops, bars&restaurants .

Everything was great, spacious room, the view is incredible..just the bathrooms need work, the shower wasn’t working properly and no hot water the second night.

We were provided a list of excursions available through a local tour operator. The front desk staff was helpful in booking the excursion and arranged a bagged meal to be left in our suite as pick-up times didn't allow us to use the breakfast buffet.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in Crete. We have been in Crete for 5 weeks and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed.
