The most impressed point was the wonderful service and spectacular Roma city view. I also tried the iconic restaurant - La Terrazza restaurant, the kind staff also provides me a birthday cake for the celebration
The view is great dont get me wrong, it would be an excellent place to have A drink if you are not trying to spend a lot of money and have a dessert
I went to the Hotel Eden for a solo staycation, it was also my third “the Dorchester Collection” series hotel, originating from London, I experienced Dubai “the Lana”
While during my visit to Rome also my Birthday, I did not hesitate to choose Hotel Eden. Firstly, talking about the building style and vibe, it is a luxury boutique with Roman romantic
Super cozy hotel. The location was great for me, the room was really clean and spacious. The receptionist was super welcoming and helped us with all our questions. Definitely recommend it.
The location, the rooms, and the hotel itself are perfect and amazing, but WOW the service here is just something else. This is the ABSOLUTE BEST service, super friendly staff, we’ve encountered in Europe
Very good, very good, very good, very good, very good
During this trip to Rome, the Guardian Hotel left me with a great impression!
From the location point of view, it is in an excellent location, very close to Rome Termini Station, convenient for travel, and there are subway stations around, so you can easily go to various attractions in the city
The pizza place nearby, run by Africans, is quite good
Good ambient, and good restaurants around
It's amazing! It's right next to Rome Station! There's a bar on the rooftop at night, making it very convenient to various attractions! The room was also very nice! I didn't expect Europe to be so affordable
It's better to go to Italy than Hong Kong! Apart from the airfare, Italy is much more cost-effective than Hong Kong and Macau in other aspects
Rome, Via di S. Teodoro, 48, 00186 Rim, Latsio, Italiya (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Bar staff made the best cosmos you will find in Rome. The garden is beautiful, serene, and THE place to enjoy your downtime at the hotel
Pros:
- Great location, walking distance to places like Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. - There's some places to go out and eat around the corner. - Very friendly staff and we were allowed to check-in a few hours early
Beautiful garden with fairy lights, had a lovely meal there and cocktails on other nights. We had the luxury package and it ran so smoothly, car was waiting for us at the airport and also at the hotel for our return
Location is perfect, you’re looking directly at the Roman Forum, it’s 8 minutes to the Colosseum, and it’s a short walk to other points of interest in the surrounding area
The location of this hotel was perfect. There was a side entrance to the Palestine Hill and colosseum which NEVER had a line. It had an excellent bar with adorable ambiance - twinkling lights and romantic in the garden
We loved our stay at Hotel Kolbe. We had a family room and it was so spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel is wonderful. We enjoyed walking out our door to see Ancient Rome right in front of us
Rome, Via della Pineta Sacchetti, 43, 00167 Rim, Latsio, Italiya (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
If you are visiting Rome this is an excellent hotel to stay in. We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a lovely room with en suite bathroom
Every room detail wisely arranged, breakfast very good! Bus 49 to metro and center of Rome, very convenient!
Super clean, breakfast was great! Staff were so friendly and helpful , close enough to subway , grocery store and pharmacy
The rooms are outdated, but it is clean and comfortable. The free breakfast is nice. It is conveniently located 10 minutes' walk from the subway station and has gated parking!
Price/quality - adequate. For short-term stay - a great option!)
Not a 4 stars hotel! we paid 100 euros extra for a supliment bed for 3 days a little boy of 4y old. We had 2 extra beds, both terrible!! like broken in half
The hotel is in an excellent location, with views of the Tomb of Victor Emmanuel and part of the Forum. Our room was plush, comfortable, and very clean
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this 5-star hotel, and I must say, it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service
An absolutely gorgeous place to stay. I have to stay longer than one night next time. Contanzo was the one who checked me in and out. They called a taxi for me and everything was so smooth
Drinks and accompanying food were excellent. I will be back for a full course dinner
I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay
Excellent Guest Service
I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel—everything from the ambiance to the service was top-notch. The staff were friendly and professional, and the overall experience was very comfortable
Rome, Viale Ippocrate 119 (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Very good Hotel in it's simplicity. Staff friendly, efficient and attentive. Central location and metro (Policlinico) a short distance away. Excellent breakfast for variety and goodness.
The hotel is in an excellent location, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff are extremely friendly, especially those in the restaurant and breakfast room
Good hotel in a reasonable location. About 5-10 minute walk to the Metro then two stops to the Termini. Simple restaurant in basement. Not much in terms of restaurants or cafes in the immediate area around the hotel
While the hotel is in a good location (5 mins away from metro stop Policlinico) there were several issues
Lunch set menu is really good and wide choice. Convenient for those who wish to eat a lot without spending a lot.
It's a shame that the recent renovations have caused some unpleasant minor inconveniences
It is 3 minutes away from the area where all the tours meet. Literally--I timed it when I walked over for our tour). It's perfectly situated in that regard. Also, there are plenty of eating options in the area
I was really pleased with this property and the location. However--and this is not a knock on the property, itself, at all--staying in the area of the Vatican is not "optimal" for an extended trip to Rome
Always a good hotel. Receptionist give always clear explanation about rate and other stuff. Clean are clean and give a good feeling.
The room was spacious and the staff was wonderful. We only stayed one night and didn't eat there, so I can't comment about that. Also, we went "off season" so the price was competitive
I wanted to write my review while I can remember everything! This is a fabulous modern hotel! The location is great—5 minutes from the Vatican Museum entrance, 5 minutes from the Cipro metro stop (line A the best), 5 minutes from a good sized grocery store called Todis near the stairs to go up to the museum
Then we stayed at this hotel and toured the Vatican on our last day and dropped off the car at the airport when we flew out. The trip was great and this hotel was the perfect place for us to end the journey
Very good location. Super friendly staff. Check-in and check-out process is very fast. Hotel is a bit old but doesn't matter too much as I wasn't in the room a lot of the time. Overall very good experience.
small but comfortable room for one. there is a lounge area downstairs and we found the books very helpful. nothing can beat the location behind just behind The Pantheon. Great service at front desk and good breakfast.
Excellent location with great connectivity—bus stop just a 5-minute walk away. The Trevi Fountain is also very close, only about a 10-minute walk. Overall, an excellent experience and highly recommended.
The room is clean and the overall facilities are OK, but the area is too small. But the location is good, nothing to say! It's suitable for people who don't want to walk
The location is super convenient, almost all attractions are within walking distance. Hotel security is quite strict, and they manage who comes in and out tightly
The quality of the mattresses and pillows could be improved, and the breakfast could be a bit more varied. But overall, we were satisfied with the hotel
Rome, Via della Vite, 13, 00187 Rim, Latsio, Italiya (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The staff are warm and friendly. Ther elevator in the hotel is unique which requires manual closing a good experience. Sephora MAC and Kiki Milano are all nearby
Spanish steps as well
Breakfast was great with excellent service staff. Cant remember the name but he was a Filipino guy who has moved to Rome to work. Gave us some good tips of Rome and very knowledgeable
Excellent hotel
Nice room decor, bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows, fast Wi-Fi, close to all the sights, restaurants, and shops, decent breakfasts
Zara men outlet and many other
Branded goods shops nearby
Hotel is in a great location, was happy to be upgraded to a suite which was nice. The room was large and modern. Hotel is noisy with other guests but we are in the city so expected. Would stay again.
The only minor drawback: there are no outlets near the beds, only USB, which is a bit outdated. Many chargers use either a Type-C or a wall outlet, so I had to charge my phone in a different outlet
Facilities: The design of the hotel is very good
Hygiene: It can reach an excellent level
Environment: The location is excellent
The location is excellent; it's right next to the most bustling commercial street, so you'll have no shortage of food, drinks, and entertainment.
Excellent!! Very good hotel, nearby tourist spots, clea
John from the front desk provided excellent help for procuring a sim and lending me a charger. Breakfast was simple and delicious. Attentive service and good ambiance
My favourite hotel in rome. Best location, service was greatt!!
A fantastic Art Hotel near the Spanish Steps. Staff cordial and rooms clean though bathroom (small like a closet). Breakfast delicious and many varieties. Though the best detox after a long day in the 100f
Rome, Via delle Colonnette 35 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
**Environment:** The environment is excellent, very close to the commercial street and also close to attractions. **Service:** The service was absolutely superb, the best throughout my entire trip
I really have to describe this hotel as stunning. The price isn't cheap, but it was the best during my European trip. **Amenities:** Very luxurious, every detail of the hotel is meticulously taken care of
Facilities: Excellent
Cleanliness: Excellent
Environment: Excellent
Service: Very welcoming
Nice hotel with good location. Easy to access and clean. Will book for next time
What is particularly commendable is that every employee of the hotel is very warm and gentlemanly. You will enjoy the treatment like the Queen of England, and the thoughtful attitude is touching
Elizabeth Hotel is just as its name suggests, literary and elegant. The art design works from inside to outside and the tone of the room make you feel the taste and quality
Rome, Via Della Fontanella 15 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Positive:
- Location: Very centrally located and we were able to access the majority of the sightseeing and shopping!
- Clean: They did a very good job with cleaning and preping the room
Perfect location to see the historical sights of Rome. Breakfast was fantastic both in variety and location. Three or more restaurants, bars to a meal and drink
We decided to come back here after spending 4 days first time three years ago. They have roof top bars and restaurant with a wonderful view. The staff couldn’t be more warming, friendly, exceptional
Except that the room has no windows and the breakfast is simple, everything else is very good. The bathroom is newly renovated, very clean and large
Tourist friendly prices, the restaurant manager could not have been more helpful or friendly. Highly recommended if you are travelling to Rome
The hotel is fitted out luxuriously with much marble, statues and artwork. Rooms are small, shower door was barely 18 inches/45 centimeters wide. Functional, but obviously space is a challenge in the old building's frame
Rome, Via Flaminia, 33, Flaminio (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Plug sockets were a mixture and not many of them. Staff OK but they tend to Italians first. Overall though really good location, facilities around the area brilliant
We had an amazing stay at the River Palace Hotel! The location was excellent easily accessing all the main Roman sightseeing areas! We walked, ate, and enjoyed the well lit city during the Christmas holidays
We are repeat customers at River Palace, and for good reason! The property is beautiful. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the metro and lots of dining, shopping, and attractions
The hotel provided an excellent daily breakfast, beautiful accommodations, an amazing Christmas theme, and professional and friendly staff. We recommend this hotel without reservation!!!
The staff is phenomenal, very friendly, attentive to your needs, and they go above and beyond to ensure you have an excellent stay
The closest site was the Spanish Steps and that was a LONG walk. They did have a free breakfast which was very good
Rome, P.za Vittorio Emanuele II, 105, Esquilino (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Good hotel, i don't about Italy shower space but i felt it was tiny, that's the only complaint i have !
The location of Hotel Napoleon was excellent. We were close to the Metro, bus stops, and within walking distance of some very excellent restaurants. The staff were very accommodating with getting taxis and private cars
Decent Breakfast: The breakfast spread was varied and satisfying, offering a good start to the day. Clean Room: The room was spotless and well-maintained, which I greatly appreciated
If you're someone who prefers eating at the hotel's facilities, this is an excellent choice for its cleanliness, friendly service, and comfortable amenities
Decent hotel, good location. Lots of restaurants nearby, can walk to the arena
It is a bit far from most tourist area, main train station.
The view of the room is not nice.
However, the room is clean and enough space.
Would be a good 3/5 rating.

We have just come back from a 3 night stay here , what can I say on arrival we was pleased we could get into our room early and was amazed they had given up an upgraded room to superior room the room was clean and very nice the bed was massive!! 10/10 and comfortable, the receptionists are very welcoming, polite and professional, the breakfast was good aswell so many choices certainly enjoyed it, the...
The hotel is in a very good location. You can walk to majority of Rome attractions. Plenty of choices in terms of food. The front desk team are very friendly.
The hotel is located right next to a shopping district with direct access to the Vatican, and the surrounding area is very pleasant to walk around. Breakfast is served on the top floor with great views and delicious food
We had a wonderful stay at Orazio Palace Hotel in Rome. The hotel is modern, spotless, and in a fantastic location, but what truly made our experience exceptional was the amazing service
I would definitely book here again on my next visit
Finally, a laptop charger was broken by a member of housekeeping; we did not complain because it was more of an inconvenience than anything else, but I mention it here because I do think it was illustrative of a lack of care
Best Hotel, friendly staf, clean and beautiful room, good quality breakfast and most important is the location, less than 5 minutes walk to Vatican and lots of good restaurant around. We will deff come back
Amazing location and had a lovely room with a sun trap balcony. If you stay here try the restaurant Borghicina which is on the same street, you will need to get there early to get a table but the food was so good
It's within walking distance of the Vatican, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Overall, it feels worth the price. 2000 RMB during the National Day holiday is quite a good deal
The breakfast buffet in the morning is wonderful with amazing staff to help!!
The proximity to the Vatican and great dining makes this a prime location! Across the street is an amazing coffee shop and a fabulous Gelato shop
Handled our luggage to ensure it was in our room come move in time. Alessandro is a real asset for the hotel. The lady who checked us out was very direct/rude & did not offer assistance during checkout for a taxi
A delicious restaurant is a 10-minute walk away, but the supermarket next door is quite expensive. I recommend buying food and water at the larger supermarket near the subway station
Rome, Via Roberto Fancelli, 3, Don Bosco (8 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Service was very good and very helpful.
Everything else was good, but the breakfast was so bad. It had old odd empty croissants and eggs which were one day with bacon and the other with sausage
The facilities are quite new and include a bathtub. It's clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast is provided. The room is quite spacious, though it's about a 15-minute walk to the subway station.
Strategically located hotel, just 700m from Rome's Metro C line, offering good connections. It's a small hotel, the room was average, and the service was very basic.
This place was very clean and the check in staff was incredibly kind. They gave us a better room than we had booked and kept our luggage for us until the room was ready
Decent location with easy acess to the metro station (if you don't mind walking for 10 minutes). Staff is very nice and friendly and never seem to be inconvenienced by questions or "problems"
Rome, Via Carlo Alberto, 3, Esquilino (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Terrific view form breakfast terrace and good breakfast too - there were even several types of milk (regular, lactose free and soy). Surprisingly big bathroom and shower for the historical part of Rome
One thing that was not convenient is the central regulation of the conditioner (due to the historical type or building) - you have to call the reception to switch it off. All the other stuff is really good
The location is excellent, and although it's a 40-year-old establishment, the rooms have a more classic design. It's very safe to stay here when traveling alone, and the overall experience is superb.
Small rooms, as in all of Europe. Excellent breakfasts with a view of Santa Maria Maggiore. The room was missing an information booklet, pens, paper, etc
Of course, the location is the only reason it's a four, but everything is excellent
It was so convenient because it was close to tourist attractions!! I will definitely stay here again when I go to the UK! The London bus also runs there so I didn't have to walk much!
Rome, Via Alessandro Specchi 10 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel staff is caring and very helpful. The decorations and amenities in the room were carefully curated and detail to attention was excellent. Food there was excellent, we had breakfast at the hotel every day!
First of all, the location is excellent, within walking distance of many attractions. I also want to give a special mention to the breakfast, which was the best breakfast of our entire trip to Italy
It was an excellent experience staying at the Singer Palsce Hotel. It’s located right in the centre of the old town so it’s just an easy walk for us to many tourists spots like Trevi Fountain and Pantheon
I spent three nights here during my three-day trip to Rome, and it was an excellent experience. This hotel is definitely underrated, with not many reviews on Ctrip
This was my favorite hotel on this European trip. The front desk and staff were incredibly welcoming and incredibly helpful. We stayed in a family room, and they even prepared a surprise for the kids
We were very satisfied with breakfast every morning, and the terrace restaurant is beautiful. **Room:** The room size isn't large, but that's typical for hotels in central Rome, so it was acceptable
Rome, Via Giuseppe Zanardelli, 28, Ponte (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Very pleasant stay!! A perfect location to roam around Rome, very close to all attractions. Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno eccellente all’Hotel Genio
The noise level is probably the same as throughout Italy. On our second day, an organized group of tourists arrived for breakfast, and everyone showed up at once
Excellent location, dated but clean. Breakfast could be improved.
