The most impressed point was the wonderful service and spectacular Roma city view. I also tried the iconic restaurant - La Terrazza restaurant, the kind staff also provides me a birthday cake for the celebration

The view is great dont get me wrong, it would be an excellent place to have A drink if you are not trying to spend a lot of money and have a dessert

I went to the Hotel Eden for a solo staycation, it was also my third “the Dorchester Collection” series hotel, originating from London, I experienced Dubai “the Lana”

While during my visit to Rome also my Birthday, I did not hesitate to choose Hotel Eden. Firstly, talking about the building style and vibe, it is a luxury boutique with Roman romantic

During this trip to Rome, the Guardian Hotel left me with a great impression! From the location point of view, it is in an excellent location, very close to Rome Termini Station, convenient for travel, and there are subway stations around, so you can easily go to various attractions in the city

The pizza place nearby, run by Africans, is quite good

It's amazing! It's right next to Rome Station! There's a bar on the rooftop at night, making it very convenient to various attractions! The room was also very nice! I didn't expect Europe to be so affordable

It's better to go to Italy than Hong Kong! Apart from the airfare, Italy is much more cost-effective than Hong Kong and Macau in other aspects

Bar staff made the best cosmos you will find in Rome. The garden is beautiful, serene, and THE place to enjoy your downtime at the hotel

Pros: - Great location, walking distance to places like Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. - There's some places to go out and eat around the corner. - Very friendly staff and we were allowed to check-in a few hours early

Beautiful garden with fairy lights, had a lovely meal there and cocktails on other nights. We had the luxury package and it ran so smoothly, car was waiting for us at the airport and also at the hotel for our return

Location is perfect, you’re looking directly at the Roman Forum, it’s 8 minutes to the Colosseum, and it’s a short walk to other points of interest in the surrounding area

The location of this hotel was perfect. There was a side entrance to the Palestine Hill and colosseum which NEVER had a line. It had an excellent bar with adorable ambiance - twinkling lights and romantic in the garden

We loved our stay at Hotel Kolbe. We had a family room and it was so spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel is wonderful. We enjoyed walking out our door to see Ancient Rome right in front of us

Every room detail wisely arranged, breakfast very good! Bus 49 to metro and center of Rome, very convenient!

The rooms are outdated, but it is clean and comfortable. The free breakfast is nice. It is conveniently located 10 minutes' walk from the subway station and has gated parking!

Not a 4 stars hotel! we paid 100 euros extra for a supliment bed for 3 days a little boy of 4y old. We had 2 extra beds, both terrible!! like broken in half

Good hotel in a reasonable location. About 5-10 minute walk to the Metro then two stops to the Termini. Simple restaurant in basement. Not much in terms of restaurants or cafes in the immediate area around the hotel

It is 3 minutes away from the area where all the tours meet. Literally--I timed it when I walked over for our tour). It's perfectly situated in that regard. Also, there are plenty of eating options in the area

I was really pleased with this property and the location. However--and this is not a knock on the property, itself, at all--staying in the area of the Vatican is not "optimal" for an extended trip to Rome

Always a good hotel. Receptionist give always clear explanation about rate and other stuff. Clean are clean and give a good feeling.

The room was spacious and the staff was wonderful. We only stayed one night and didn't eat there, so I can't comment about that. Also, we went "off season" so the price was competitive

I wanted to write my review while I can remember everything! This is a fabulous modern hotel! The location is great—5 minutes from the Vatican Museum entrance, 5 minutes from the Cipro metro stop (line A the best), 5 minutes from a good sized grocery store called Todis near the stairs to go up to the museum

Then we stayed at this hotel and toured the Vatican on our last day and dropped off the car at the airport when we flew out. The trip was great and this hotel was the perfect place for us to end the journey

Very good location. Super friendly staff. Check-in and check-out process is very fast. Hotel is a bit old but doesn't matter too much as I wasn't in the room a lot of the time. Overall very good experience.

Excellent location with great connectivity—bus stop just a 5-minute walk away. The Trevi Fountain is also very close, only about a 10-minute walk. Overall, an excellent experience and highly recommended.

The room is clean and the overall facilities are OK, but the area is too small. But the location is good, nothing to say! It's suitable for people who don't want to walk

The location is super convenient, almost all attractions are within walking distance. Hotel security is quite strict, and they manage who comes in and out tightly

The staff are warm and friendly. Ther elevator in the hotel is unique which requires manual closing a good experience. Sephora MAC and Kiki Milano are all nearby  Spanish steps as well

Hotel is in a great location, was happy to be upgraded to a suite which was nice. The room was large and modern. Hotel is noisy with other guests but we are in the city so expected. Would stay again.

The only minor drawback: there are no outlets near the beds, only USB, which is a bit outdated. Many chargers use either a Type-C or a wall outlet, so I had to charge my phone in a different outlet

The hotel is fitted out luxuriously with much marble, statues and artwork. Rooms are small, shower door was barely 18 inches/45 centimeters wide. Functional, but obviously space is a challenge in the old building's frame

The location of Hotel Napoleon was excellent. We were close to the Metro, bus stops,and within walking distance of some very excellent restaurants. The staff were very accommodating with getting taxis and private cars

The hotel is in a very good location. You can walk to majority of Rome attractions. Plenty of choices in terms of food. The front desk team are very friendly.

The hotel is located right next to a shopping district with direct access to the Vatican, and the surrounding area is very pleasant to walk around. Breakfast is served on the top floor with great views and delicious food

We had a wonderful stay at Orazio Palace Hotel in Rome. The hotel is modern, spotless, and in a fantastic location, but what truly made our experience exceptional was the amazing service

Finally, a laptop charger was broken by a member of housekeeping; we did not complain because it was more of an inconvenience than anything else, but I mention it here because I do think it was illustrative of a lack of care

Amazing location and had a lovely room with a sun trap balcony. If you stay here try the restaurant Borghicina which is on the same street, you will need to get there early to get a table but the food was so good

It's within walking distance of the Vatican, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Overall, it feels worth the price. 2000 RMB during the National Day holiday is quite a good deal

The breakfast buffet in the morning is wonderful with amazing staff to help!! The proximity to the Vatican and great dining makes this a prime location! Across the street is an amazing coffee shop and a fabulous Gelato shop

Handled our luggage to ensure it was in our room come move in time. Alessandro is a real asset for the hotel. The lady who checked us out was very direct/rude & did not offer assistance during checkout for a taxi

A delicious restaurant is a 10-minute walk away, but the supermarket next door is quite expensive. I recommend buying food and water at the larger supermarket near the subway station

Service was very good and very helpful.

Everything else was good, but the breakfast was so bad. It had old odd empty croissants and eggs which were one day with bacon and the other with sausage

The facilities are quite new and include a bathtub. It's clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast is provided. The room is quite spacious, though it's about a 15-minute walk to the subway station.

Strategically located hotel, just 700m from Rome's Metro C line, offering good connections. It's a small hotel, the room was average, and the service was very basic.

It was so convenient because it was close to tourist attractions!! I will definitely stay here again when I go to the UK! The London bus also runs there so I didn't have to walk much!

It was an excellent experience staying at the Singer Palsce Hotel. It’s located right  in the centre of the old town so it’s just an easy walk for us to many tourists spots like Trevi Fountain and Pantheon
