Clean and strategic location, very near to the metro while the breakfast are good with lots of varieties, it was nice to having your breakfast at the outdoor area, there are nice views there

Rooms smaller than US but clean, organized, nicely appointed. Breakfast is a treat with a wide variety of ready to eat goodies. plenty of hot water Shower is a law suit waiting to happen

This is a high-end, star-rated hotel with spacious and clean rooms. It's fully equipped with amenities like a kettle, coffee, tea, and slippers. The breakfast spread is excellent.

A wonderful hotel for its price range. We've stayed at 3 different hotels near Termini Station, and this one is the best. The buffet breakfast was delicious and varied

We stayed in a ground-floor room facing the street, and it was quiet. The staff was friendly, and they even let us check in early

Room and beds very comfortable. Room was clean and met expectations but when serviced after asking for room to be attended, no shampoo soap cups etc renewed in bathroom. Coffee and tea provided both days

Wonderful Cielo rooftop bar! The drinks were fantastic and the sharing bites as well! Salvatore, Simone, Paolo and Emanuele were incredible! Matteo, Jairo and Jose were super kind to us! Simone also recommended a kombucha for my friend who doesn’t drink alcohol, which was thoughtful

The Spa has now a criosauna which is a very interesting longevity tool worth to do every day of tour stay! Giulia was very patient and professional in explaining us all the benefits and assisting us with the procedure

Café Ginori was intimate, cozy, and food was fantastic! great recommendations by Francesco and Ana Maria. The off menu pasta was to die for! Alessandro recommended us an exquisite wine to accompany the meal

I hope this business treats them well! They are all fantastic and I’m so excited to come back just for the people! But yeah… the hotel is pretty nice too 😅 still trying to convince my partner to move us in for good

Good rooms, good service. Air con is generated for all the rooms so there is no way of adjustment if you wish which is a letdown. Overall would recommend

The location is a bit out of the way. While there's a bus stop right outside, Italian buses are notoriously unreliable, so you'll need to walk a bit to get to the subway station

The hotel's environment and location are both great, and the food is excellent. What's even better is that they provided toiletries, which is quite rare to see in Europe

There are a few restaurants, cafes, and a small supermarket nearby. The facilities are a bit dated but well-maintained, giving it more of a business hotel feel. The room was smaller than expected but clean and tidy

Courtesy and helpfulness of the staff excellent. Rooms large and clean, bathroom with a bath tub. Good and plentiful breakfast buffet. The neighborhood is worth a visit. Only downside, the room excessively heated.

Everything was great! The location is good too. It's a very comfortable hotel, I made the right choice. The service was excellent, and the hotel feels grand. For Rome, it's pretty good value for money

However, it's best not to open the balcony door, as the air conditioning will stop working due to the temperature difference. Breakfast was high quality, abundant, and delicious. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended

The hotel was a pleasant surprise with excellent quality. It's an eight-story white European-style building with very new facilities. The hotel uses a modern central air conditioning system, so the rooms are very quiet

The location is distance from metro but walkable. Lower floor will be some noise from street. I asked to change room for higher floor which more better. They provided room service twice a day

I stayed in this beautiful resort when I was in our Rome office in Via San Nicola da Tolentino, at the corner of Via Veneto.

Super satisfied! We forgot our valuables in the room and they kept them for us! ! ! !

The reason for the 3 stars is that it is basically at the level of a 3-star hotel. Rome is just expensive and lousy

We also really appreciated being offered a late checkout so we could return to the room and freshen up after a very wet day out. Small gestures like this made the stay even more comfortable and memorable

My wife couldn’t decide between the French toast and the eggs Benedict, so the staff kindly brought out both for her, which was a lovely touch and really shows the level of hospitality they offer

Dinner on the roof garden, excellent location and great service, dinner on a high level (but you can do more), a bit pretentious of the pastries.

Just returned from a 2-night stay at La Minerva and just wow. From the moment we checked in until we left, the service was exceptional

We also had wonderful interactions with the concierge team, especially with Alessandra, the Head Concierge, whose warmth, kindness, and humanity bring a truly special soul to this very luxurious world

Conveniently located next to the train station, with Chinese restaurants nearby. The facilities are quite new, and the comforter is much better than the usual hotel blankets. It's a good hotel in the heart of Rome

It’s kind of like where you’d imagine the executives of Virtucon (Dr Evils company) would stay. The Japanese breakfast you get delivered to your room is quite special, authentic and delicious

The rooms are fairly clean, but extremely small. Opening two suitcases was difficult, and the elevator is small

The Hotel rooms are small but very comfortable. The reception was very welcoming. We arrive before check in but were accommodated in less than 20 minutes. The breakfast has good choices

The location is convenient, everything is within walking distance, but the area is not the best, with homeless people roaming the neighborhood. The staff is friendly, but we had to drag our suitcases ourselves

When I arrived in the evening, the front desk lady's attitude was really poor, but Alessio, who was on duty during the day, was very warm and provided excellent service

The location is quite good, and it's suitable for those driving as free parking is available, so you don't have to worry about your car being stolen or damaged

For those traveling by car, it feels quite safe. The gym is small but sufficient for a workout, and breakfast offers a good variety

Good hotel but location is poor

Located on the ring road, next to a warehouse district, the hotel has its own parking lot with cameras. The lobby is staffed 24/7, and security guards conduct regular patrols

The breakfast was decent, but there's nothing else to really mention. The room's condition, as shown in the attached photos, included small bugs in the bathroom sink

The hotel is pretty good, and the room was clean and tidy. My only minor complaint is that they don't provide bottled water, which I noticed many guests bringing back from the supermarket themselves

5/5 – Comfortable Stay, but Room for Improvement Our stay at Hotel Caravel in Rome was overall quite good

That's a bit inconvenient, but everything else was fine. It's also very easy to find places to eat and get a taxi around here

The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast options were nice, and the hotel is conveniently located about 20 minutes away from Roma Termini train station, which made getting around easy

There was no kettle in the room, and we had to ask for one from reception, as well as for the air conditioning each time we needed it — which was a bit inconvenient

We had a classy and elegant time relaxing in a nice room. It was formal but the service was friendly. The drinks in the lounge were great. The food was good but could do with a little more

Walking distance from Termini Station and walkable to main attractions. We enjoyed our stay and 100% recommended! Bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers. Most of the hotels in Europe don’t provide those

Overall, it's a very worthwhile hotel. The only issue is that there were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, or amenity kits. Europeans also don't use conditioner, which I found a bit hard to accept

We enjoyed our hotel stay in Nord Nuova overall. Reception was accommodating to allow us to store our big luggages before check in as we were travelling to Naples for a few days before check in

There's a small staircase that leads to the rooftop where you can see panoramic views of Siena. Breakfast was also delicious, with each person getting their own table, which was very enjoyable

The daily breakfast was very good; a rotating variety of main options each day that were well prepared and fresh. Additional pastries and sides were great as well

I wouldn’t consider a buffet to be worth the 30 dollars per person Amex claims with its fine hotels. It’s a pretty basic European style breakfast (pastry, cheeses, meats, yogurts) with the addition of some eggs and bacon

Last, they did not give me my full 100 dollar Amex credit for my tab at the roof top (60 euro equated to roughly 70 USD). I liked the location- it was quiet and easy to walk places

The service at breakfast was different each morning- one morning they left water and constantly checked on us. The next morning I had to beg for another coffee and more water

I later moved to a hotel closer to the attractions, but in terms of the stay experience, this was still the best. Lost items could be retrieved promptly. I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance

We initially booked this hotel as it looked very clean (which I can confirm) and because it was close to the location of a music concert we were supposed to attend

It's a short walk from the subway station, and aside from being a little far from the city center, the overall stay was very comfortable

The hotel is in a quiet location. The rooms have been renovated. It feels good. The breakfast is also good. The price is average. The only downside is that there is no parking lot. You can only find a spot nearby.

The area was good too, a lot of restaurants nearby and a 20-30 minute walk to most of the famous places in Rome, but also very close to a train and metro station so you could easily travel wherever you wanted in the city

Senses Restaurant is exceptional and the food high end and beautifully presented on domed plates. There is a water feature in the dining room which adds to the wonderful Roman decor

Walking distance to the Triv Fountain and Colosseum, opposite train station which goes to airport around 30 mins. The restaurant in the hotel is nice and good food they offer better than most restaurants nearby

The only small criticism I would have is about the room itself as there was next to no storage, very few hangers and no drawers at all which was annoying
