Clean and strategic location, very near to the metro while the breakfast are good with lots of varieties, it was nice to having your breakfast at the outdoor area, there are nice views there
Rooms smaller than US but clean, organized, nicely appointed. Breakfast is a treat with a wide variety of ready to eat goodies. plenty of hot water
Shower is a law suit waiting to happen
This is a high-end, star-rated hotel with spacious and clean rooms. It's fully equipped with amenities like a kettle, coffee, tea, and slippers. The breakfast spread is excellent.
A wonderful hotel for its price range. We've stayed at 3 different hotels near Termini Station, and this one is the best. The buffet breakfast was delicious and varied
We stayed in a ground-floor room facing the street, and it was quiet. The staff was friendly, and they even let us check in early
Room and beds very comfortable. Room was clean and met expectations but when serviced after asking for room to be attended, no shampoo soap cups etc renewed in bathroom. Coffee and tea provided both days
Outstanding Classy Hotel in the heart of the city Everything is just perfect and we cannot recommend this hotel highly enough The quality and the beauty of the building speaks for itself but for sure this is matched if not surpassed by the calibre of the staff - what a great set of people - so kind so caring and amazing attention to detail All of that speaks to a brilliant and beautiful culture...
Wonderful Cielo rooftop bar! The drinks were fantastic and the sharing bites as well! Salvatore, Simone, Paolo and Emanuele were incredible! Matteo, Jairo and Jose were super kind to us! Simone also recommended a kombucha for my friend who doesn’t drink alcohol, which was thoughtful
The Spa has now a criosauna which is a very interesting longevity tool worth to do every day of tour stay! Giulia was very patient and professional in explaining us all the benefits and assisting us with the procedure
Café Ginori was intimate, cozy, and food was fantastic! great recommendations by Francesco and Ana Maria. The off menu pasta was to die for! Alessandro recommended us an exquisite wine to accompany the meal
I hope this business treats them well! They are all fantastic and I’m so excited to come back just for the people! But yeah… the hotel is pretty nice too 😅 still trying to convince my partner to move us in for good
Great experience. I highly recommend it. Food and service was outstanding. I wish we could have stayed longer. It is wonderful time.
Rome, Via Casilina, 125, Piazza del Pigneto, 9a, 00176 Rim, Latsio, Italiya (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Good rooms, good service. Air con is generated for all the rooms so there is no way of adjustment if you wish which is a letdown. Overall would recommend
The location is a bit out of the way. While there's a bus stop right outside, Italian buses are notoriously unreliable, so you'll need to walk a bit to get to the subway station
The hotel's environment and location are both great, and the food is excellent. What's even better is that they provided toiletries, which is quite rare to see in Europe
There are a few restaurants, cafes, and a small supermarket nearby. The facilities are a bit dated but well-maintained, giving it more of a business hotel feel. The room was smaller than expected but clean and tidy
Courtesy and helpfulness of the staff excellent. Rooms large and clean, bathroom with a bath tub. Good and plentiful breakfast buffet. The neighborhood is worth a visit.
Only downside, the room excessively heated.
The double bed was made up of two single beds pushed together

Everything was great! The location is good too. It's a very comfortable hotel, I made the right choice. The service was excellent, and the hotel feels grand. For Rome, it's pretty good value for money
However, it's best not to open the balcony door, as the air conditioning will stop working due to the temperature difference. Breakfast was high quality, abundant, and delicious. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended
The hotel was a pleasant surprise with excellent quality. It's an eight-story white European-style building with very new facilities. The hotel uses a modern central air conditioning system, so the rooms are very quiet
It's clean, tidy, elegant, and fresh, with an exceptionally good location – right outside the subway exit, no need to cross any roads, making travel incredibly convenient
Very nice stay. Gave us also early check-in and rooms were also clean and tidy.
Good location with everything nearby.
Keep up the good work
Overall, a fantastic experience! The room was clean and bright, and all the facilities were in excellent condition. The service was attentive and polite, the location was convenient, and the price was reasonable
Rome, Via Vittorio Veneto, 62, Ludovisi (in the centre) 🧭 Map
I do recommend this hotel if you want a good location and in a safe area
The location is distance from metro but walkable. Lower floor will be some noise from street. I asked to change room for higher floor which more better. They provided room service twice a day
During check out concierge will ask for extra service tips which able to reduce or deny
I stayed in this beautiful resort when I was in our Rome office in Via San Nicola da Tolentino, at the corner of Via Veneto.
Super satisfied! We forgot our valuables in the room and they kept them for us! ! ! !
The reason for the 3 stars is that it is basically at the level of a 3-star hotel. Rome is just expensive and lousy
Rome, Piazza della Minerva 69, Rione IX Pigna (in the centre) 🧭 Map
We also really appreciated being offered a late checkout so we could return to the room and freshen up after a very wet day out. Small gestures like this made the stay even more comfortable and memorable
My wife couldn’t decide between the French toast and the eggs Benedict, so the staff kindly brought out both for her, which was a lovely touch and really shows the level of hospitality they offer
Dinner on the roof garden, excellent location and great service, dinner on a high level (but you can do more), a bit pretentious of the pastries.
Just returned from a 2-night stay at La Minerva and just wow. From the moment we checked in until we left, the service was exceptional
Dinner at Gigi was excellent, and breakfast each morning was delicious, and Luna helped to make it joyful and fun. She was a pleasure to get to know
We also had wonderful interactions with the concierge team, especially with Alessandra, the Head Concierge, whose warmth, kindness, and humanity bring a truly special soul to this very luxurious world
Rome, Via Marsala, 22, Castro Pretorio (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Pretty good.
It’s near the train station so it’s convenient.
It´s a very good, clean and comfortable Hotel. I would like to give a special "Grazie" to Adam who was very patient and kind with me, my english and my very long name
Very good location near the roma station just 5 mins by walking . Room nice , big .
Conveniently located next to the train station, with Chinese restaurants nearby. The facilities are quite new, and the comforter is much better than the usual hotel blankets. It's a good hotel in the heart of Rome
I'm not sure if all rooms are this quiet, but mine certainly was. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. The front desk staff were also very friendly
best location, 5 mins walk from Termini. With amenity like supermarket and fast food.
The service and environment are also very good. Very satisfied
The room was very close to the Colosseum, about a 5-minute drive away, and there were many tourists walking there. The room was clean and tidy, and the water temperature was just right
The room was new, and it was obvious that it was a newly renovated hotel
The hotel's location is excellent, allowing me to explore the ancient city of Rome on foot. The breakfast was quite generous and highly recommended. The staff were all very welcoming and polite
This hotel will be my first option when coming back to Rome. The staff is also very welcoming and comfortable to be around
The hotel boasts a great location, within walking distance of major attractions and restaurants
Rome, Via Filippo Turati , 33/37 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
I wouldn't have noticed if the elevator had been spacious. The rooms are old, the furniture is tired, and the TV doesn't have a smart TV, only Italian channels
It’s kind of like where you’d imagine the executives of Virtucon (Dr Evils company) would stay. The Japanese breakfast you get delivered to your room is quite special, authentic and delicious
The rooms are fairly clean, but extremely small. Opening two suitcases was difficult, and the elevator is small
The Hotel rooms are small but very comfortable. The reception was very welcoming. We arrive before check in but were accommodated in less than 20 minutes. The breakfast has good choices
This hotel was magnificent. Great location, clean and fresh, excellent staff, great food. My son and I stayed with them for a week. Highly recommend it.
The location is convenient, everything is within walking distance, but the area is not the best, with homeless people roaming the neighborhood. The staff is friendly, but we had to drag our suitcases ourselves
Rome, Viale Marisa Bellisario, 300 (10 km from centre) 🧭 Map
When I arrived in the evening, the front desk lady's attitude was really poor, but Alessio, who was on duty during the day, was very warm and provided excellent service
The location is quite good, and it's suitable for those driving as free parking is available, so you don't have to worry about your car being stolen or damaged
For those traveling by car, it feels quite safe. The gym is small but sufficient for a workout, and breakfast offers a good variety
Good hotel but location is poor
Located on the ring road, next to a warehouse district, the hotel has its own parking lot with cameras. The lobby is staffed 24/7, and security guards conduct regular patrols
The breakfast was decent, but there's nothing else to really mention. The room's condition, as shown in the attached photos, included small bugs in the bathroom sink
Rome, Via Cristoforo Colombo 124 (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is pretty good, and the room was clean and tidy. My only minor complaint is that they don't provide bottled water, which I noticed many guests bringing back from the supermarket themselves
5/5 – Comfortable Stay, but Room for Improvement
Our stay at Hotel Caravel in Rome was overall quite good
That's a bit inconvenient, but everything else was fine. It's also very easy to find places to eat and get a taxi around here
The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast options were nice, and the hotel is conveniently located about 20 minutes away from Roma Termini train station, which made getting around easy
There was no kettle in the room, and we had to ask for one from reception, as well as for the air conditioning each time we needed it — which was a bit inconvenient
The reception team, while helpful at times, could be more welcoming and proactive (The Female staff who was present on Date- 9th Oct
Rome, Piazza Trinita Dei Monti 6 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The location is excellent, the environment is beautiful and comfortable, the two restaurants have their own characteristics, the breakfast is rich and exquisite, the service is warm, polite and thoughtful, especially the front desk staff who actively help solve problems
We had a classy and elegant time relaxing in a nice room. It was formal but the service was friendly. The drinks in the lounge were great. The food was good but could do with a little more
The location is excellent, right next to Plaza de España. The breakfast was fantastic!
great location , walkable distance to the main sight seeing place
I also liked the old-fashioned design of the room, it was charming
The room was small but adequate, a bit old-fashioned but the location was convenient for transport. The breakfast area was nice, but the food itself felt like what you get everywhere in Europe
The neighborhood is a good mix of lively and quiet, and the hygiene was excellent
Nice clean hotel very close to termini and good access to transport. Simple room has what you need and is good for people who are going to be out through the day.
Good experience with the staffs and the hotel is very near to the bus terminal
😮 The only thing is that the room was quite a walk; after reaching the third floor, you still had to climb another set of stairs to a mezzanine for some rooms, like a maze. Otherwise, everything else was pretty good
Rome, Via Giovanni Amendola, 3 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Lovely place with good amenities. Not too far from major tourist attractions. A very good spot. Very good service and good staff.
Good location . Very near to Republic Piazza / Santa Maria Church .
Walking distance from Termini Station and walkable to main attractions. We enjoyed our stay and 100% recommended! Bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers. Most of the hotels in Europe don’t provide those
Overall, it's a very worthwhile hotel. The only issue is that there were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, or amenity kits. Europeans also don't use conditioner, which I found a bit hard to accept
We enjoyed our hotel stay in Nord Nuova overall. Reception was accommodating to allow us to store our big luggages before check in as we were travelling to Naples for a few days before check in
There's a small staircase that leads to the rooftop where you can see panoramic views of Siena. Breakfast was also delicious, with each person getting their own table, which was very enjoyable
Rome, Via di S. Basilio, 15, 00187 Rim, Latsio, Italiya (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The daily breakfast was very good; a rotating variety of main options each day that were well prepared and fresh. Additional pastries and sides were great as well
Elegant Stay with Excellent Service
I had a lovely stay at Aleph Rome Hotel. The property is beautifully designed, combining classic charm with modern luxury
Great hotel
Great friendly staff
Breakfast could be better
I wouldn’t consider a buffet to be worth the 30 dollars per person Amex claims with its fine hotels. It’s a pretty basic European style breakfast (pastry, cheeses, meats, yogurts) with the addition of some eggs and bacon
Last, they did not give me my full 100 dollar Amex credit for my tab at the roof top (60 euro equated to roughly 70 USD). I liked the location- it was quiet and easy to walk places
The service at breakfast was different each morning- one morning they left water and constantly checked on us. The next morning I had to beg for another coffee and more water
Rome, Viale Shakespeare 29 (8 km from centre) 🧭 Map
I later moved to a hotel closer to the attractions, but in terms of the stay experience, this was still the best. Lost items could be retrieved promptly. I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance
We initially booked this hotel as it looked very clean (which I can confirm) and because it was close to the location of a music concert we were supposed to attend
It's a short walk from the subway station, and aside from being a little far from the city center, the overall stay was very comfortable
The hotel is in a quiet location. The rooms have been renovated. It feels good. The breakfast is also good. The price is average. The only downside is that there is no parking lot. You can only find a spot nearby.
Good location, quiet surroundings and close to the subway station
Breakfast was a buffet with a good selection of salty and sweet options. Coffees, jusices and fresh fruits are also available. Service was good, everyone polite and professional for my personal experience
Rome, D'Azeglio, Via D'Azeglio, 24, Esquilino (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Excellent location📍 next to Termini station and restaurants, the staff are good😊💯
The metro station is nearby too, making it convenient to get to Vatican City. The hotel has a classic style. The room was a bit small, but considering how expensive hotels are in Rome, it offered good value for money
Only a five-minute walk from the train station. The breakfast was excellent! The hallways, stairs, and restaurant were all beautifully decorated. The room was warm and had large windows that could be opened
Very good service management was very helpful thank you recommend agin
The area was good too, a lot of restaurants nearby and a 20-30 minute walk to most of the famous places in Rome, but also very close to a train and metro station so you could easily travel wherever you wanted in the city
All the staff I encountered were incredibly polite and welcoming
Rome, Largo Giovanni Montemartini (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Service was excellent and all the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. All ready to tackle any problem, plus giving great suggestions and advices
Most elegant and cosy hotel well situated near termini ( easy access from and to airport and central to main points of interewst in Rome) with a more then excellent restaurant ( star worthy !! ).
Beautiful palace, reception lobby, Spa and bar. Big spacious room, stylish contemporary design. Friendly staff but room for improvement in terms of professionalism. Walking distance from Roma Termini train station
Senses Restaurant is exceptional and the food high end and beautifully presented on domed plates. There is a water feature in the dining room which adds to the wonderful Roman decor
Walking distance to the Triv Fountain and Colosseum, opposite train station which goes to airport around 30 mins. The restaurant in the hotel is nice and good food they offer better than most restaurants nearby
The only small criticism I would have is about the room itself as there was next to no storage, very few hangers and no drawers at all which was annoying
I can’t recommend this hotel enough! Great location in a safe area, awesome amenities, clean rooms, super comfy beds, good water pressure, a fantastic restaurant, and the best breakfast buffet you could hope for
The hotel's overall ambiance is excellent, and the staff's service attitude and professionalism are top-notch. I booked a suite, and it actually came with two king-sized beds.
The room was a bit dated, but the location is convenient and the service was warm and friendly. The breakfast selection was also quite varied
They were flexible and accommodating in every aspect, and whenever they could do something extra for us, they did it with the goal of making us happy
Late check out till midday wow!
Best hotel we have stayed yet so far compared to others we stayed in the last 13days in Italy
If you're traveling by train, it's about an 18-minute walk to the station, which offers easy access to all airports
