Rome, Via Castelfidardo, 84, Castro Pretorio (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Service is exceptional, super friendly and have a lot of good recommendations/information for you. The location is fine, but it’s kind of far (10 min walk) from the main station
Great place to stay. You can go to central bus and metro station with a 5 minutes walk. Hotel crew is great and helpful. Also pretty close from some good attractions and restaurants in Town.
The rooms are good, but the very small irregular quadrilateral shower area was another cause of worry. A tall person cannot bent to wash his legs standing in this cubicle
So we have to take a shower in that small corner, feeling uncomfortable, banging on the wall and the mirrored door. Breakfast was good and versatile
Super long walk to the room, stairs with a lot of luggage, and not numbered logically at all. The rooms are clean, in pretty good shape
Which is fine if you don’t use the AC, but when it’s 96 that’s not an option. So, we had colder AC and no duvet which was not that comfortable. Also, the hallway for our specific room was kind of not great

The service staff is excellent especially at the breakfast, one of the best I've seen, a very important choice, only your coffee is bring to you by the "Chef" after it's up to you
Raul the breakfast person is so cheery and such a delight, a treasure for the hotel and best member of staff, deserves a raise. i will add its worth the breakfast option even if you just want a few coffees
The location is within walking distance of the main attractions, and the receptionist was very kind and patient. For this price, I think it’s the best we could ask for — I would definitely stay again
Great location, rooms where not big,,so a challenge with luggage,, old world charm.. bathroom was perfect.. lobby is small and offers a small gathering area,,, breakfast was excellent
Good location, short walk to No8 hop on hop off bus stop which is vlose to Trevi fountain. Staff great, our room was a good size. Very happy with this hotel
Overall the decor is a bit tired but very clean and the room a good size. The window view was horrible, into a light well with four walls of buildings, it did mean the room was quiet but also very dark

Hotel is spotless well maintained has a nice seating area outside with relaxing seats if you wish to just chill out. Staff are very pleasant and most speak enough English to help you with any questions
Very friendly and helpful staff (both at reception and in a bar). Great location (right in the centre of Rome, but in a quiet area near to Villa Borghese)
Easy to reach any point of interest both by taxi of public transport. Federico Prodon patisserie nearby is highly recommended. We've got a beautiful room with a nice terrace which is lovely to spend the time at
The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the mattress had the perfect firmness, making it incredibly comfortable and allowing me to enjoy a good night's sleep every night
Because we had booked the hotel in advance, the cost was very reasonable for the large, comfortable room. The one drawback was that the bathroom was one step up from the rest of the room
The breakfast was delicious and appealed to Italian and international tastes, a bargain at 10 Euros that efficiently got us off to a busy day

Room was terrific, staff was really great. Rooftop Bar for Breakfast and an occasional dinner was fantastic. Front desk and service staff super kind, helpful and engaging. Great location in the City in my opinion
The room was roomy, spacious and spotless. The staff were attentive; especially Alessandro, whose had went out off his way to make sure that prepackaged breakfast boxes were ready at 6:30 am on our day trip
This hotel was such a gem. The rooms were so nice as were the staff. Well located and convenient to so many areas of Rome. We were truly pleased with our entire experience!
My only nit is that in room coffee was Nescafe! In a coffee centric culture like Rome, instant coffee in the room, not a Nespresso or something similar
We had 5 nights at the delux teatro and we loved it. The room was great and so was the staff. Also nice breakfest!! Would recommend
The hotel location was perfect for sightseeing, within walking distance of all major landmarks

Shower great with plenty of hot water! Staff from check to the bar and breakfast were highly attentive and an absolute credit the the hotel and its management. Best hotel I’ve stayed at in ages
Amazing hotel! The best in Rome! It’s always a pleasure to stay at the Palazzo Navona Hotel!!! I love the staff and the atmosphere there! Clean, beautiful and the rooms are amazing!!! It’s our 4th time there! Thank you all the staff!!🙏♥️ Specially to Claudia !!
Room was excellent, bed supremely comfortable, excellent choice of pillows
Many thanks, keep up the good work 👏👏👏
Palazzo met my expectation, rooms as expected is small which is not unusual, it is the same all over Europe especially Bella Roma a historic city the capital of the world. Very friendly and welcoming staff
Service was awesome. Room was super clean and comfortable. Walking distance to almost EVERYTHING. The rooftop is the cherry on top!

I was out one morning and my wife called the front desk to send someone up. She laughed when he said 'We work here and we don't know how the lights work; we just keep pressing buttons until a good combination comes on!'
The hotel is in a good location. After waiting quite a while for a drink I got a spritzer for 20€. Silly as normal price outside hotel is 5€. Door knob is broken and falls off in your hand
My husband and I recently enjoyed our first trip to Rome and stayed at the Panthenon Autograph. The location was perfect for touring. The staff was extremely nice. They were also helpful and answered all of our questions
Our room was perfect! It was clean, updated and modern. Breakfast at the roof top restaurant was delicious and again, the staff was welcoming. When we return to Italy we would immediately book this hotel again!
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's in a perfect location for anyone wanting to enjoy Rome. Walking distance to all the major sites and surrounded by wonderful restaurants and cafes
5 Star service with a great location in Rome. The room was lovely and very comfortable. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The location is perfect!

Room and bathroom was spotless. Good location, 15/20 walk into the main attractions. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment, but had drinks at the bar. Again good service and pleasant staff
Check out day was very smooth, received excellent service. We left our suitcases behind the desk as we had a late afternoon flight
From the moment we walked through the door we received a warm welcome. The receptionist was very helpful. Our large suitcases were taken to our rooms. My husband and I had a room next to our daughters, which was perfect
This hotel represents excellent value for money. I always review accommodation in the context of its price point, and honestly, for what you pay at the Oxford Hotel, it’s very hard to fault
It an ok hotel, the staff are super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good, the staff made the hotel not the building, for that I will recommend it to anyone.
A particular shout-out to the front desk staff member (apologies for not catching his name) — the Stanley Tucci lookalike — who was especially warm, welcoming, and took the time to give us a great rundown on arrival

Very nice hotel, good location.
This hotel elevated my first experience of Rome, the staff were extremely nice and helpful, the rooms were clean and spacious, mine was an upgraded suite with a view of the garden.
Although the room size was just right and sufficient, I was still satisfied in every way, especially after sleeping on soft beds all the way, the 19-inch bed was so comfortable
Such a lovely hotel with a wonderful view of trees and flowers hovering over a quiet street. The hotel had breakfast set up every morning in its downstairs restaurant and terrace
The room was clean and tidy, the service was very welcoming, and a butler even helped with our luggage, making it very convenient to get around
Rome gem PROS: excellent location, large room, blackout shutters, quiet CONS: not a lot of amenities, no gym or spa

Great location, central to all of the main attractions. The colosseum is only a short walk. Very good air conditioning in the room. Delicious breakfast and coffee. Option to borrow iron and ironing board for use in room
Everyone was extremely nice and helpful during the entirety of our stay and the food and drinks served were excellent, if I get the chance to come back I would love to stay again.
Clothes washing service very expensive (especially with exchange rate), therefore a retractable clothes line in the shower would be helpful to allow washing of some items after sweating in the Summer heat
Quiet nice hotel, well spotted for walking distanc Very friendly hotel, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is a major plus. The rooms are small, but nonetheless, had everything.
Fantastic room. Just quite difficult to know which light switch did what. Lovely stay and super convenient.
Room also needs a bottle opener. Otherwise loved our stay! Highly recommend

In the city center- very convenient
Booked a junior suite, which includes breakfast, and the room is of a decent size for 2 pax. Reception staff are cold towards us, but the staffs at the rooftop breakfast area are warm and friendly
The breakfast attendant was also very friendly and always smiling. On the downside, I was disappointed that the tissues were never refilled during my three-night stay (which was a problem as I suffer from rhinitis)
Staff members were always ready with helpful recommendations and made check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. The room itself was a highlight: modern, spotless, and exceptionally comfortable
I also wasn't sure if the bottled water was complimentary or if there was a charge. The shower leaked quite badly, and the staff member at checkout was rather abrupt in their communication
The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk from Roma Termini, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city, catching trains, or heading to the airport

5 stars because it's a good hotel rooms are clean, internet, sky tv in room and air conditioning, staff very professional, breakfast abundant, and positioned so as to reach the centre of Rome, Congratulations.
Nice place, less than 10 min from the central station. The area is fine. Breakfast is good, the only uncomfortable thing was the elevator — there's only one, small, and old elevator for the whole hotel...
There’s also a Pam supermarket nearby (though pricey!). Breakfast is excellent and very generous, continental with eggs, bacon, vegetables and so on. Perhaps a little expensive for the overall range of services offered
The room was a bit dated, but it was spotless. A key thing to know is that Italian hotels often provide two flat sheets instead of a duvet cover. If you're staying, you can choose to sleep between them.
The location of the hotel is very convenient. Even the receptionist was very accommodating. The room was clean and they had complimentary water
Very close to the subway station, making it super convenient for transportation. Definitely recommend!

They were very helpful, assisting me with my luggage before check-in and again after check-out. Everything was very clean, the service was excellent, and I felt very comfortable during my stay.
The counter staff were really friendly and the best! But the towels smelled... the bedding smelled... I think the laundry staff needs to be replaced.
Continental Breakfast was lovely, scrambled egg, breads/toast, cheese, ham, selection of pastries, desserts, fruit, cereal, yogurts, jams etc Stunning hotel, Great roof top 🍹 Supermarket on your right, bus stop outside :)
The location is right on the side of the road, the facilities are average, the door can be opened with a key, the elevator is very small, the breakfast is average, remember to bring your own slippers and toiletries when you check in, other things are OK

The rooftop bar and breakfast is fantastic - such a great asset to the hotel
The sofa bed reached the wall so you couldn't move around the room freely, and there wasn't really much room for the luggage either. The bathroom lock didn’t work, and the flush broke and dispensed water continuously
The hotel had two very small elevators barely fitting 4 people each, but I think being in the historic part of town maybe that is somewhat to be expected. Now to the good: The location was great
Cesari is right in the centre so easy to walk to all the main sites. Breakfast was lovely with so much choice, roof top bar is lovely and relaxing too for a drink and bite to eat
Had an issue with a TV but all in all was a great experience. Great location, staff was very nice, rooftop bar as awesome, thanks Mansoor!! Very clean.

It is a little further away from most of the hustle and bustle (10 min walk), but it was perfect for us as we were looking to be close but wanted to also enjoy a little peace and quiet
We had a WONDERFUL time at the Regency Rome. Our room was spotless, the staff was friendly and the food and drinks at the bar were amazing! Would definitely go back again….
We stayed here before and after our cruise. Front desk staff was super helpful and very attentive in all the necessary arrangements ( car service, train tickets etc). The rooms are modern and well maintained
The hotel is located at a very safe area , but walking distance to many tourist attractions and restaurants. The hotel is very near and spotless clean
Hotel staff from front desk to breakfasts staff, all are very welcoming and friendly
The highlight of this hotel was the amazing hospitality afforded buy the staff, in particular Ludwiga and Luca - they were just amazing and went out of their way to help book restaurants and help in any way they could - it is staff like them that make you want to go back to this hotel

I sincerely hope management addresses this issue, as it does not reflect the otherwise good aspects of the stay
The location is very convenient, close to Termini Station. The room was clean, and since I had an early departure, the front desk kindly prepared breakfast for me
The hotel has a good location. It is conveniently located.
Much appreciated! The only downsides were no complimentary bottled water or an electric kettle in the room, but there was a hot water dispenser available in the lobby
Very good hotel just in a two steps from Termini station. Great staff, cosy room, luggage store. The choice of things was limited in breakfast, but ok. Recommended!
If you’re looking for somewhere affordable and close to good transport links in Rome, then this could be a good option. If you’re looking for something more luxurious and upmarket, this may not be your cup of tea

Excellent service with its great room and reasonable price. We visited Rome for our honeymoon and had been treated pleasantly from the professional staffs
Shower water a bit weak and design a bit funny. We like the water dispenser at the lobby. Very convenient and can get sparkling water! Location alright, very close to a metro station, a 10 mins walk to Rome Central
Also, we received a surpise gift from the hotel, which we never expected! They made our honeymoon even better and we enjoyed our stay Rome so much. We will definitely stay this hotel, when we visit Rome again !!
Very satisfied! It's super close to the train station, and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The subway and bus stops are also just a 2-minute walk away
The hotel staff were very friendly and patient too!

This is an older hotel, like most in Rome. The rooms are a good size, and the views are great because the hotel is at the top of the hill. The pool is nice, but the weather was too cold for us to use it
We arrived just in time to join the rooftop celebration for New Years! This was an unexpected surprise. The views of the fireworks were spectacular! The hotel is beautifully classic with some modern touches
Reasonable rate and excellent value. It's a 5 minute walk to the buses to all the sites in Rome. The included breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. Offering a good cross section to suit various diets
Beuatiful old hotel with excellent service and a nice breakfast. On the top of the Giancolo hill but not to far from all the attractions . We will come back here .
Delightful, elegant and characterful hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. Beautiful garden. Refreshing outdoor swimming pool. Excellent choice of food at breakfast. Quiet area away from the busy city centre.
Another great stay. Have been here 6 times in recent years. Checked in late and was given a very small room. Went down and talked to the front staff, was moved to a bigger room the next day. See you next June.

Plus, the room had been renovated, making it much cleaner and more modern than the previous photos showed. With plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, we had a very comfortable stay for four days
The Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and other major Roman attractions were all within about a 15-minute walk
The issue occurred because a new shower tray had been installed, but it is a flat one that does no redirect water and no sealant had been applied so it would leak everywhere regardless of the angle of the showerhead, additionally there was no shower screen, only a curtain that hung approximately 25 cm above the floor and several centimetres beyond the shower tray, which failed to contain the water
on Saturday, 3rd October, and went straight to shower after a long journey. Immediately afterwards, I noticed that water had flooded not only the bathroom but also the bedroom area

Close to Termini and bus stops so it’s convenient however it’s a little bit far from famous locations so I recommend you say the first day and the last day of your trip, overall service was really good and I liked the vibe of the place, it had a lot of vintage pieces and the lobby is really beautiful
Location is very good site in the Centre of Town and nearby Train station Service is good and have a great buffet breakfast When you go first time be careful GPS sometimes lead you different places.
Good location, good breakfast, room is okay too with a good bathroom. Room isolation is very bad as you can hear all what is going around clearly . There was also a strange smell in the reception most time
My friend and I traveled to Rome, and we were a little apprehensive. But the pleasant surprise of meeting such kind and friendly people, the amazing room they gave us with a little terrace, made our stay unforgettable
The common areas are good, with a lounge right after breakfast and on the first floor, with armchairs and tables, in addition to the terrace with a view of the dome of the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore
