Rome, Via S. Lino Papa, 35, 00167 Rim, Latsio, Italiya (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Hotel in a quiet part of Rome, 15-minute taxi ride to the Vatican for €15. Large room – junior suite on the 7th floor (711) with a view of the whole of Rome
Perfect value for money! Breakfast with delicious coffee served by the staff
Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful
Location-wise, it’s a bit removed from Rome’s historic core, so you’ll rely on taxis or public transport to get around. If you’re expecting to step out and walk straight into the city’s energy, this may not be the spot
Service is polite and efficient, though not particularly warm or personal. The staff handles check-ins, questions, and daily needs without fuss, which suits the laid-back, no-frills style of the property
Nothing stands out as memorable, but nothing feels neglected either. The décor leans toward dated, yet functional, and you can tell the hotel has seen its fair share of travelers over the years

Wow! So happy with my stay! Got this place for a terrific rate at ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ I love this hotel and I'm extremely grateful I stayed at my favorite place cheaper than what I typically pay
Exceptional compound and amenities on site.  Rare for a hotel in Rome to occupy such large grounds and amenities like outdoor and indoor pools + sizable gym.
The hotel is generally good. The service is perfect. The facilities are a bit old. The size of my single room is very small, but the size of my colleagues’ double room was a lot larger.
If you are seeking the typical branded 5 star experience as defined by the hotel association then this is not for you! If you are expecting a 5 star typical traditional Tuscan experience complete with a private vineyard then this is the place like no other in tuscany
Really lovely hotel north of the Borghese gardens in a quiet but safe neighbourhood. Beautiful and luxurious. The staff was attentive and helpful. Atmosphere was

All the major sites were really easily accessible from the bus stop nearby and there was a great supermarket just around the corner. I would definitely stay at Hotel Ripa again
If you’re looking for a crash pad in a good area then stay here. The staff couldn’t care less if you’re staying there. They don’t even bother with a greeting, let alone a smile
Great hotel great location great service Only downside was that the mattresses were very soft and quite old, however we asked for them to be replaced and it was done!!!
The hotel was fantastic overall! The staff, the huge room, the cleanliness, the amazing breakfast, and the unbeatable location. I would definitely stay again!
The staff were lovely and the family room was fantastic for travelling with two toddlers
The rooms on the top floor of the building appear to have been created following an expansion that wasn't very ergonomically successful. Routine maintenance work is rough, with obvious paint chips and smudges

The hotel is quite old and close to the subway station, but overall it's not good.
Overall, not the best experience for what should be a good stay. Positives: The room was spacious and quite nice. There is a beautiful older Church (1915?) attached to the Hotel which can be accessed
Great hotel, looks like a modern art gallery inside, and the gardens are beautiful. Services is very good and to include the breakfast was totally worth it.
Also, the iron was old and not good. I ironed one shirt twice and it was still wrinkled. I was contemplating buying an iron to donate to the hotel for the poor future guests
The front desk staff were very friendly, and they even verified our identity before letting us into the hotel area, which made us feel very secure. Overall, it was a great stay and we felt very safe
this hotel is very strategic if you have a car. It has a very convenient parking and the metro stop is very close. great Breakfast. we will be back for sure.

It's very close to the train station, and there are plenty of food options nearby, which is really convenient. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit. This hotel is worth considering
Monica at the breakfast restaurant, Christian and Mighel at front office and many more are super helpful. Bed is quite comfortable but the bathroom are exceptional. They provide many kinds of towels for various purposes
This hotel was the most expensive during my trip to Italy, yet the room was small and the soundproofing was terrible – I could clearly hear noise from the hallway
The rooms are modern and spacious enough. Big, comfortable bed and pillows. The buffet breakfast was good quality with the usual selection of foods, fruit & pastries and coffee was freshly made to order
My wife and I really enjoy our stay here. The staff was very friendly and we end up booking another night to stay here. The Ambiance in the restaurant especially the one on the roof was beautiful
we had a nice clean room, had good service from the staff and enjoyed the best breakfast buffet in the morning. this was better than any hilton-marriot we have been to

The rooms were spacious—especially compared to other hotels we stayed at in Europe—and the breakfast was excellent, offering plenty of choices to satisfy both health-conscious guests and meat lovers
The hotel was generally good. It's on the outskirts of Rome but very well connected.
Two and a half plugs!!!! Are kidding?!!!! 4* hotel whose visitors are coming for the exhibition or conference. It would be fine some twenty years ago! It's such a frustration, because the rest was very good
Very good location if you want to stay in the fringes of Rome and still want to be close to public transportation. A 20 min ride from the airport
The room itself and the bathroom are spacious. The beds are big and very comfortable. Extra pillows and warm and light blanket. Snacks and water machine on each floor outside the lift
I expected a much better experience from a hotel advertised as 4-star, especially since it was booked through our tour company

It's the best! It was such a nice and great hotel. The location was good and the room service was also satisfactory.
Perfect hotel Service: Excellent 💓 From check-in to our room, they explained all the hotel services. Luggage was delivered to the room. The suite service was also amazing, and we even received champagne
What we really really love is the friendliness off all the staffs. The location is great. We spent the best in Rome. Will definitely back when we have the chance
The rooms are small but the suite was of good size. The lobby hosts Lumen, a beautiful restaurant where the Roman elite and guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch as well as a beautiful afternoon tea
Our breakfast was amazing, loved every single bite and products are of the highest quality. I would love love to go back and, if budget is not a constraint, I would strongly recommend a stay in the marvelous property

It’s our 6th time to  stay here and still the service of their staff never changed special mention to Laura at the reception. She really  did her best to give us the  corner room we requested
The hotel is close to the train station, and the breakfast is plentiful with a great variety of fruits. The room's hygiene was good, and the one-touch bedside lamp control was super convenient.
The room was a good size, bright, and spotless. The linens were nice, making for a comfortable sleep. The location is convenient, close to Termini Station. The breakfast was good and tasty
We originally booked a standard double room, but the hotel kindly gave us one with a terrace, where my husband and I enjoyed some wine together
Before our trip, I inquired about possible honeymoon benefits, and upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgraded room

The W Rome is a beautiful hotel, the rooms are small which is common for Europe. It had wonderful amenities like a Dyson hairdryer, and one of the best steamers I have ever used A Full mini bar with lots of snacks
A very good hotel in the historical city centre! Very clean, very friendly staff. Good breakfast, nice bar.
The breakfast in the morning is also unreal and the best meat and cheeses I’ve had on my trip so far
Again, they did everything they could to assist us. We could not have asked for a more compassionate group of people to help us navigate what should have been a long awaited vacation. The rooms are absolutely stunning
The step at this hotel goes above and beyond to make sure that you are as comfortable as possible, and that you enjoy your stay and the city in an amazing way. When we arrived, my son was very sick
Oh and if you booked through Amex, your $100 credit can also be used on room service which also comes from the restaurant downstairs and was the perfect first dinner considering my extreme jet lag

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the train station, and the rooms are nice. The rooftop bar is a bit pricey, but overall it's a good stay.
Walking distance from train station and attractions. Room qaa veey clean and looked exactly like what was described while booking. You are able to have a good breakfast
Very good buffet options or you can order from the menu. Spa on-site is an added bonus
The hotel is quite large, and the room we chose was very spacious and spotless, with daily housekeeping. It included everything we needed: a hairdryer, shampoo, and various toiletries (such as a shower cap and slippers)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — very convenient for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance
Soundproofing was excellent, making the stay very comfortable and quiet. As a high-tier member and having noted that we were celebrating a special occasion, the hotel thoughtfully decorated the room and upgraded us
The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of fresh and tasty options, a great way to start the day. Overall, a very pleasant experience
The view from the hotel was absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Veronica and Silvia at the reception — they were incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help

We spent 5 nights at the Hoxton for our first ever trip to Italy. It is a very nice hotel withe modern rooms, a nice restaurant with inside and outside seating. The neighborhood is primarily residential, so is very quiet
Staying at the Hoxton Rome--especially if you stay in one of the lovely rooms with a terrace--is like living a glamorous life in one of the best neighborhoods of the city
The Hoxton Rome shines with stylish decor, comfortable bedding, and a vibrant terrace bar in the upscale Parioli district. Great location, helpful staff, and relaxed vibe—highly recommended for a chic stay.
And the bathroom: excellent water pressure in two showerheads (overhead and hand-wand); plenty of shelf space near the sink for toiletries; and big, fluffy towels
The Hoxton Rome is my favorite kind of hotel: boutique hotel energy and sharp design that break free of the typical "luxury" chain hotel; a buzzy, spacious lobby with plenty of comfortable seating (staff even seem to regularly fluff and karate-chop the throw-pillows that grace the plush sofas and chairs); a strong coffee/bar offering; an in-house restaurant that draws locals (I saw several business...
We spent four days at this hotel, and I found myself loving every minute of it: stretching my legs on the outdoor lounge chairs on our terrace, as we rested between sightseeing and dinner at one of the many upscale restaurants nearby

The best hotel to visit in Rome
There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. It is a direct bus to the Vatican and Central Station. You can also walk to the Trevi Fountain, Santa Maria Basilica, and Piazza di Spagna
Wonderful hotel in Rome! Near the metro, 15-20 minutes walk to the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. Cleaning every day, did not hear the neighbors, quiet

Location is good if you're more interested in visiting Vatican City than anything else. Is walkable to other side of the Tiber river to see other places
The hotel is small but perfectly located, just a 7-8 minute walk to the Vatican. We went both in the morning and at night to experience its different solemn atmospheres.
Excellent hotel near the Vatican. The service provided was excellent. The rooms are different from North American standards but still very good.
Good location. Good service and good in everything
There's nothing good to say about foreign hotels. They cost thousands a night, the rooms are small, and the facilities are outdated. The good hotels are in China!
Very nice hotel, A+ location just a few minutes walk from the Vatican. Very nice staff, nice clean room. Neighborhood was also very nice with lots of great restaurant options. Would definitely come back

I arrived very early for a two day stay (around 9:30 am) and the super friendly reception gave me an early check-in which on a rainy day in Rome was fantastic… the hotel has large rooms which are very quite, excellent bed and fantastic shower in both pressure and temperature which is hard to find in Rome centre
Breakfast was pleasant enough with plenty of choice, although there wasn't much hot food if that's your preference. Staff were friendly and service was good
Service was awesome, from the front desk - thanks Francesca! - to the doormen! The hotel restaurant had good food and exceptional service
The room was spacious and the service was good. However, the decor was a bit dated and breakfast options were limited.
Pros: location near the train station and attractions, metro station next door, close to several restaurants, friendly staff, good cleaning, good breakfast, air conditioning works, safe
Enjoyed my stay at this 4 star hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Single room was spacious enough. Clean. Very close to the termini station for trains/metro/buses. I slept well and would stay again, thank you.

Amazing location, just a 5-minute walk from the Colosseum. The price reflects the location, so don’t expect too much in terms of luxury, it’s simple and nothing fancy. Breakfast was quite good and included in my stay
Overall the hotel is good. Breakfast a bit crowded if you go about 9am but if go earlier is better coz lacking of tables. One thing not really good is their sink water drain out is very slow. Others so far ok.
Hotel is only few minutes walk from this incredible viewpoint. Highly recommend if you favour good location.
Good place to stay for business trip
Compliments as well to Raffaele, the chef, for his delicious creations, and to Filippo from the restaurant, who made our dining moments enjoyable with his friendly and thoughtful service
The rooms are very small, like a chicken coop. The windows don't let in fresh air. The staff are not helpful. There aren't even slippers in the room. The hotel has no other advantage besides being close to the Colosseum.

Our stay in Rome would be the longest stay in one hotel so it was important for us to book a hotel that we would love staying at. The NH has FAR exceeded our expectations and has been our favorite hotel in Europe
This was our first stay at an NH hotel, and we were very happy. The hotel's location is particularly convenient, within easy walking distance of the city center and the Vatican area, which is great for a walker
It's only about 3 kilometers from the Colosseum, which we could easily walk there. The surrounding area is safe, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and the service was also very good
The room is a bit old, but the location is quite good. The front desk is very enthusiastic and proactive in communicating. The hotel's own underground parking lot is closed and quite safe.
The balcony view room is very good. We upgraded to the highest floor, where you can see the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo. The hotel is in a good location, not far from the attractions
The location is also good, within walking distance to Castel Sant'Angelo and the Vatican. The breakfast is not bad, compared with other European hotels, the variety is relatively rich

Close to the subway entrance, travel is very convenient, cost-effective, Marriott's brand has always been good.
Good service, rich breakfast, shuttle to the city center, the location is a bit remote, but the transportation is convenient. There is an executive lounge. High cost performance, recommended!
After a five hour train ride, the last thing I wanted to do was check into the hotel… But Mateo greeted us with the warm, sweet welcome, and made us turn our frown upside down quite literally… his pleasant demeanor and professionalism was not unnoticed… He checked us in smoothly & gave us all of the information that we needed and made sure that we had everything set up before we left the desk
The bathroom was more like an "American" bathroom, which is a nice break from the norm in Italy. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. The food and drinks were decent. The breakfast was a bit overpriced
