The best all around hotel in Rome. Don’t stay there. I wanna make sure there is room for me.
Everything was excellent! Spacious room, delicious breakfast, friendly and helpful staff!
Hotel is in a great location and easy walk to all the star locations, including 25 walk to Vatican. Breakfast is wonderful with a harpist playing. Delicious food but vegetarian
My stay was magical. The hotel was a gem, the team and staff amazing, my room a cocoon. I will absolutely come back and recommend to friends and family.
Great place. Very beautiful, TOP location 👌
Although the room for two is a bit small 😁
I definitely recommend this hotel
Stellar service, room exceeded my expectations, overnight stay was comfortable, relaxing and quiet.
The staff was exceptional, and their service was evident from the moment we spoke to them. The location is conveniently situated with good bus connectivity. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel
The hotel's location is good, and the staff are all very friendly and professional. The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate for two people. The Western breakfast was delicious.
Very good hotel in an ideal location, roof top bar is lovely. We had a city view room it was a bit noisy with but we were in a big city, it didn't stop me sleeping
The toiletries in the bathroom were also wonderful! The staff at Marcella was always attentive to our needs & upon arrival, the gentleman working the reception desk recommended a casual restaurant right around the corner, where I enjoyed a delicious pasta dinner with exceptional service
Plenty restaurants/bars in the same street, a chemist and grocery shop over the road and around the corner 2minutes away. The hotel is very clean our room was a standard double and had a large very comfortable bed
I also use crutches I had no issues walking in the hotel or getting to it apart from cars parked everywhere on paths, zebras but it made it an experience I'll never forget
Rome, Via Vittorio Veneto 72 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The best service ever💯
They make your experience so special with care and attention. The restaurant on the ground floor also worth a try in my opinion. Definitely will go back again
Highly recommend!
Not only are the rooms beautifully appointed, the food so delicious, a heavenly harp playing at brunch, the staff with impeccable, customer, service, and professionalism, everything about this hotel screams Luxury and comfort! I will definitely be back!
Very nice staff and beautiful room. I have been here a month ago in my best trip of my life, an italian tour. Rome was my last stop and I felt in love of this property. Very good located and best view from my room.
The bar offered excellent service, and the Brunello restaurant is one of the best in the area. The chef presents gourmet cuisine dishes that are a feast for the palate and the eyes. We highly recommend this hotel
The service was very good, the attention was excellent and the breakfast was of very good quality.
The treatment of the hotel staff, from the doorman, to the waiters, to the restaurant, to the bar, to the housekeeping personnel, was exceptional. The cleanliness and condition of the facilities are excellent
Rome, Via della Penna, 22, Rione IV Campo Marzio (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Best hotel experience I have ever had. Everyone goes above and beyond and are genuinely friendly. Rooms cleaned more than once a day. I will recommend everyone to come here
A perfect place to stay: very convenient location, very attentive courteous team, sumptuous breakfast, delicious food and drinks, in a word - excellent!
The staff is to a person friendly, helpful and more than competent! All make an effort to get to know you
Excellent Rome boutique small hotel just a few minutes off the main roads coming out of Piazza di Popillo. Great location, quiet neighborhood and excellent restaurants very close by as well as shopping
A gem of a hotel in the heart of Rome. This was my fifth stay at Hotel Locarno (my first visit was back in the summer of 2011, before its renovation), which keeps delivering superb service in a beautiful Roman setting
From the moment we arrived the service was attentive and superior in every way - nothing was too much trouble! We had a wonder day trip up to Villa D’Este organised by the Locarno staff! Beautiful breakfasts each morning in the garden - it was our oasis for 8 days!
Rome, Viale Guglielmo Marconi, 905 (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The breakfast had a great variety, the room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel
I chose the Hotel Pulitzer Rome for my business trip, and it was incredibly convenient. It's just a three-minute walk to Marconi metro station, and getting to Termini train station was also very easy
Due to us not visiting during peak period, unfortunately the rooftop pool was closed so please be advised of this if visiting during off peak season
Even though the hotel is not in the central area, there is a bus stop in front of hotel and a near metro station which make it very convenient
Only thing is the air-con which doesn’t seem to work too well but since we travelled in cooler season, windows in the room work for us. Overall, it’s with good value!
Conveniently located near the subway station, and the breakfast was excellent.
Rome, Via Quattro Novembre, 102 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The facilities overall are also pretty good, though I'd say it's not the best value for money
we are very satisfied staying at this hotel, clean room, bright room, good breakfast and very friendly staffs
The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from all the major attractions
About six days before my stay, I bought some discounted chocolates on Venchi's website. I provided the address as H10 Hotel and emailed the hotel to ask them to collect and hold them until my check-in
A special thank you to all the hotel staff!
The room facilities were new, the sheets and duvet covers were dry and clean, the pillows were comfortable, and the room was quiet
The reception staff and luggage storage staff were exceptionally polite!
I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Rome!
Rome, Via Raffaele Costi, 17, Tor Sapienza (8 km from centre) 🧭 Map
I had a great stay for 4 nights. What I liked the most was the staff — their hospitality made the experience one of the best in Rome. Their customer service and attention should be a standard for hotels
Look for Francesca — she’ll make sure you’re well taken care of. 😁
Cleanliness was 5/5, the food was good, and don’t forget to try their orange cake — it’s worth trying
wonderful stay!
Staff is very friendly, helping, good guidance for Rome/ Vatican sightseeing. Hotel shares free wine bottle with the guests from Booking
🧡
The location is a bit far from the city center, but they provide a shuttle service, so there are no worries at all. If this is your first visit to Rome, I definitely recommend making a reservation at Hotel Domidea
The entire staff was extremely nice, welcoming and helpful. Especially Jarka who made us feel at home during our stay. This helped our vacation start off on the right foot. Many thanks and happy holidays.
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Domidea! The room was large, spacious, very clean and well maintained. The location is great – close to a bus stop, which makes it easy to reach the city center
Rome, Via Reggio Calabria, 54, 00161 Rim, Latsio, Italiya (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Breakfast was good but a tad expensive. Overall, this would be the first place I would check in my next stay in Rome
Good and comfortable stay. Safe for solo traveller and easy access to metro and bus.
Great hotel, close to the metro station but a bit out of town for the tourist sites. The hotel is in a residential area so it's very quiet and the room itself was comfortable and quiet
Great bed and black out curtains and I slept so well!
Environment: Online reviews mentioned that hotel rooms in Rome are generally small. To get a bigger room, I specifically booked a privilege room, which Trip. com listed as 22 square meters
Overall experience: The room was small. Transportation and Location: There's a subway station a few hundred meters away, making getting around relatively convenient
Rome, Via Licia, 7, 00183 Rim, Latsio, Italiya (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on a business trip. Excellent service, friendly staff, who also spoke English, and a really nice breakfast! All at a very competitive price
We enjoyed our stay here. It was super clean and super comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious.
Location is great. The hotel is 15-20 mins away from Colosseum
Located in a nice and quiet residential are with cafes and restaurants close by, one even right across the street. About 15 min walk to the Coliseum and other major sights
Definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again! Grazie a tutti!
So overall, it would not be an automatic choice to return if coming to Rome again, however, if the price is good then the location, cleanliness, breakfast all make up for the bed
Hotel was nice , parking has extra charge , breakfast is enough
Rome, Via Vittorio Veneto 24, 00187 Rim, Latsio, Italiya (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The Trevi Fountain and Pantheon are also just a 10-15 minute walk away, with plenty of restaurants along the way
If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotels visit RoomBully. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere!
What a wonderful surprise
I told them at the hotel that I booked for 2 people but at check out I was charged $120. But our overall experience was excellent definitely would recommend
The room had two queen-sized beds, which is excellent for Europe and easily accommodates a family of three or four. However, the hotel doesn't provide drinking water, which is a real oversight
Choosing to stay here turned out to be one of the best choices in Rome: the convenient location, elegant atmosphere, and attention to detail make all the difference
Later, when we had a small oversight on a dish, they responded with great professionalism: they offered us a 50% discount on lunch, a gesture that confirmed the quality of the service and customer care
Rome, Via Salaria, 1223, Castel Giubileo (10 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Breakfast was good and we were overall happy
Hotel complex is showing its age, nice staff.
Location is good if you have business outside of Rome.
For me as a volunteer at the Ryder Cup, great location.
We came first time to rome and this place makes you feel so at home thanks to Andrea he was so accommodating and welcoming
It's important to come to unknown country and to get such a nice quite hotel out the way
We got taxi or bus to city great place amazing shopping centre nearby the staff were so accommodating
Me and my friend didn't put a note on booking that we would like a room with separate beds so when we came, although we should get a room with one king size bed, Michael on the reception made some calls and he managed to arrange that we get a room with two separate beds, once again thank you Michael
Nice solution for someone coming to Rome by car because it has a parking lot, it's easy accesible from the highway, you don't have to worry about Rome ZTL zones and if you want to go by car to city center there is a fast road by which you can go towards Rome center
The only downside is the location, a bit far from the city center if you're not driving, as the buses don't work very well in Rome. And getting from the airport to the hotel was an odyssey. But everything else was 10/10
The front desk agent on the day we checked out held our luggage in the back to ensure we were safe from pickpocket, while waiting for our taxi. The breakfast had a large variety of food
Super nice rooms, great location near railroad station and buses. Easy walk or ride to major attractions. Hot breakfast is very American, not Italian at all, has good variety but doesn't taste good
Had a great room for our Rome trip. Within walking distance to many of the enjoyable sites of Rome and the proximity to the train station was perfect. Very friendly staff
What a beautiful hotel in an ideal location. The room was clean and well layed out. We were able to check in immediately
Hotel is very good, well maintained,. walkable distance from central train station
We arrived in rome early and reached the hotel in expectation to drop our laugage and start exploring the city but the reception desk staff provided an early checkin which was really useful, many thanks to them
Rome, Via di Torre Rossa, 80 (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
It was a very nice property and was incredibly clean. The staff is a shining star, VERY helpful and attentive. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. There was a breakfast buffet that was good in selection and fresh
It was nice to leave the craziness of the tourist areas and come back to a quiet and peaceful location. Two excellent restaurants within 2 blocks. Uber to Vatican about 16 euros or 25 euros to coliseum
This hotel is part of the Barcello group, which is always good. It is very hard to get a 5 out of me but I would rate this location 31/2 to 4 it is average to above average, nothing made it "pop out"
Not very modern, old style hotel very Italian. But enjoy our stay, it's quite clean with need breakfast and swimming pool. A bit far from everything else tho.
From my experience it is your typical European continental breakfast. They did have bacon and scrambled eggs for us fat Americans but, they need a lesson on how to make scrambled eggs
Very pleased with this hotel and room. Room was small but very modern and clean. Staff was very friendly and English speaking
Rome, Via Giovanni Vitelleschi, 34, 00193 Rim, Latsio, Italiya (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
A view to St. Peters Basilica,Vatican and Rome is excellent. Wonderful staff and a convenient place for photos from the Roof top Restaurant.
My second time at Atlante Star. Excellent hotel.
Very nice accommodations close to Vatican. Hotel staff was pleasant and rooms were immaculate.
The hotel lies pefectly between St. Peter and Castel Sant'Angelo. The rooms are clean and in a good condition.
The breakfast was good with a bride offer of fodd.
Superb stay! The attention and services are exceptional, not to mention the food and the beautiful garden terrace! The hotel is very clean and located across from the Vatican
We took a taxi to the Piazza del Popolo and walked to the Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain, and the colosseum. We ate at very fine restaurants and felt very safe
Rome, via Matteo Boiardo, 30 (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Roma was very good and this hotel close to the historical places.
The hotel was very nice and the staff were extremely helpful, it was also only a short walk from the colosseum and had a great little gelato place just down the street. I would highly recommend staying here
The breakfast included in the price for the room was average, although they serve excellent espresso. However, the location is convenient for several Roman landmarks that tourists want to see
The hotel location just 7mins walk from metro. The station is really closed to the main attraction like the colosseum. Those it is near the metro, it is very quiet as there are no restaurants 200m from it
Rosa and another gentleman kindly assisted us during check-in, making us feel immediately at ease. Samer, the restaurant manager, who kindly assisted us when we brought back some gelato from a nearby grocery store
One small point of confusion during our stay: while guests could use the self-service coffee machine at breakfast, we learned during our trip that it's customary in Italian hotels for staff to ask guests about their coffee preferences — particularly during shorter stays
The room had a nice view of the piazza and was a nice size, though the shower was a bit small. The location is excellent- very close to many of the major sites, and walking distance to lots of great restaurants and cafes
But we had bad luck with our room, even though we booked one of the best. It was noisy (since the room had two additional windows facing the courtyard well)
Great location. Direct bus 85 from Termini train station. Large shower. Very good breakfast. Minus: soundproofing.
When I felt a little better, but still could not eat regular food, Patrick was kind enough to call a local restaurant and request for them to make me broth with some pastina in it, which was exactly what I needed
He went above and beyond in so many ways, and we are so appreciative of his help! We hope to return to Hotel Nazionale again in the future and will recommend it to anyone we know who is planning to go to Rome
To get around we used some lime scooters and were able to get to all the locations we needed to in not only the center of the city but also in the outskirts. The breakfast here was also incredible and had lots of options
Rome, Via Gaeta, 61, Castro Pretorio (in the centre) 🧭 Map
+ Hotel is close to station and metro. All the attractions are also close by. Quiet area.
The Breakfast is yummy. And good staff.
- Rarely cleaned. Constantly smelled some spray.
The room was quite clean and tidy, but a bit small, and the desk was tiny too. The indoor lighting was too dim, and the soundproofing wasn't great. Breakfast was decent, though the stir-fried vegetables were too salty
The location was very convenient, just a few minutes' walk to Tetmini train station. I'd still stay here again next time
Excellent hotel. Everything perfect. Good service, best location and plenty of nice restaurants around.
Surprisingly good after reading some bad reviews for this hotel. Location is fine near to the train station, the hop on-hop off bus service and some excellent restaurants. Room was very clean (definitely no bed-bugs!).
There was no sufficient sound proofing and the noise of rain falling kept me away for quite a while. Overall, good value for money
Stayed in a family triple room for one night. It will be better if they are updated. The front desk service is good. The hotel is a bit far from the subway. You may need a taxi to travel
The location is excellent, within a ten-minute walk of attractions like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. The hotel is housed in an old building, but the decor is fresh and modern
it was very clean and located best place, very comport and kind staffs
There was a brief power outage upstairs, and the shower didn't have cold water. However, these issues were resolved quickly and temporarily
There are also many restaurants downstairs, making it a quiet escape from the bustling city
The middle and left and right sides of the bed were concave, so he had to sleep diagonally to be better. The breakfast was average, all bread, small selection, no noodles
Rome, Via Tor de' Conti, 25-30, Monti (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The ambience of the place is amazing. It feels "nostalgic" but still has the "mod cons". The location is one of the best in Rome
Visiting such a historic city, I wanted to stop in a hotel that was historic. I didn't want a "run of the mill" chain hotel. It's great in the pictures but so much better in real life
Manager very friendly and helpful to all of the requests as possible ,the buildings with a lively and attentive
Selected environment and quiet ,cucna excellent and the views from the terrace are spectacular .
I stayed here for one night in transit between destinations with my family and my only regret was that I couldn’t stay longer. Prime location - sights are within view or a short walk
Nice hotel close to some cool spots to tour in Rome. The breakfast is very good and the "American Bar" on the top has some really cool views.
The Coloseum is 10 minutes away, Trevi Fountain is 15 minutes away, the Roman Forum is next door, and there is plenty of local shops, bars and restaurants around
Rome, Via di S. Eufemia, 5, Trevi (in the centre) 🧭 Map
great location
clean renovated romes we stayed 4 night
very good breakfast
friendly stuff
The bed is soft, the pillows are long, it's close to tourist attractions, easy to walk to, and safe.
The room is not soundproof, there are no slippers provided, and the hallway to the room might seem a bit maze-like.
Facilities: very good
Hygiene: very good
good environment
The service was excellent
With two elders and two children pushing a stroller, all famous attractions can be reached on foot. Except for the high price, I think it can make up for the fare. The breakfast is good, but it will be the same tomorrow
the rooms are clean and modern.
I think you are the best 4 stars hotel in Rome.
that what I think honestly
Rooms aren't the best but the staff makes up for it, with a great location too.
