The sink plug did not work and despite 3 requests to fix it and someone coming to look. It never got fixed so we spent the whole holiday without a plug in the sink. in the room there are no drawers
Then we checked the bathroom and some of the towels were dirty from the previous people. It had clearly not been cleaned from before. We had to ask for the room to be cleaned the next day
2 side tables but no drawers to put socks and underwear away. We ended up using the wardrobe which was not ideal. Last of all and worst of all, no kettle or tea making facilities
I know we are in Rome and every drinks espresso but I like a tea and it is a hotel for tourists. It would have been nice to have a kettle and some cups
The toilet seat was wobbly and the button to flush it was dodgy and the toilet kept constantly flushing until you wiggled the button to stop it
On the plus side they provided loads of toiletries, including sachets of bathroom for our room which only had a shower

Service: Excellent! ...
The hotel has two terraces with a superb view of the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore. Excellent breakfast and attentive staff
Recently renovated hotel in a historic building on a very quiet street, close to all tourist attractions within walking distance. Beautiful, well-soundproofed room with comfortable bedding and a large bathroom
Its location is fantastic, about a 15-minute walk to the Colosseum, which was perfect for strolling back after watching the New Year's Eve fireworks. Overall, a really great hotel!
The hotel reception service was excellent, the breakfast was delicious, and everything was great except for the small rooms.
The hotel has a "family" dimension, the location is excellent and the staff is always helpful and attentive.
On the positive side: The location is very close to the Spanish Steps, the pasta at the restaurant near the entrance is quite good, and there's a Carrefour nearby
While the breakfast selection isn't extensive, the excellent service is commendable. The front desk helped me exchange for change and call a taxi
Apart from that, it was amazing. To be fair, that was the best I could get in Rome. Not a great destination for a traveller but, perhaps for a tourist with a pocket full of money and an urge for taking selfies
Everything was good, place was very close to the center of old town
Cozy room, clean, cleaning every day, polite reception staff, always smiling and ready to help. It is located next to the Spanish Steps 2 minutes walk, 5 minutes to the metro Spain. Photo of the street to the hotel
The room is clean and the breakfast is OK. There is a rest area next to the front desk, with sofas, free juice, free coffee and bottled water, which is worth a thumbs up👍. I will stay in this hotel again next time
Rome, Via Monte Altissimo 20/24 (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The location is excellent; the city center and Termini Station are easily accessible by public transportation. The breakfast was quite generous, and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
Excellent welcoming and kindness from all the staff. The hotel is very nice and refined. The breakfast is abundant and tasty.
Very nice quiet place and convenient to take public transportation to most tourist visiting places in city centre. Super markets and restaurants are within minutes walk
Hotel staff are nice and breakfast with the price is fantastic
Nice vintage stylish classy, Best Western at its best. Different room types all comfy with AirCo, minibar, well equipped in different yet adjacent buildings of a former Villa / Palazzo in bustling Montesacro area
Not very for from central easy to travel. Everything and breakfast is good 👍 Recommended
Rome, Piazza Ippolito Nievo, 25, Gianicolense (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Very good hotel, well-received by the reception.
Near the heart of Rome
There is a bus station right outside the door, which is convenient for taking the bus. There is a market on Sundays and a supermarket opposite the door, which is pretty good
The main disadvantage is that the sound insulation is not good. The road is very noisy and there is also noise when walking on it, which affects sleep
The bed is not big, the facilities are relatively new, very quiet, there is no subway, but it is not far to walk to the main places. There is a market opposite on Sundays, which is very interesting to go shopping.
Although a bit small, the room was quite nice. We were also given a small balcony where we could sit there and watch the sunset and the street when we opened the door. The transportation is also very convenient
My partner and I stayed here for 6 nights and were very pleased with the experience. We had one of the Junior suites with a great balcony view, amazing shower, and comfortable bed
Highly recommended – excellent location, beautiful design, good breakfast, great air conditioning, and very good value for money
We stayed here and enjoyed our stay! The staff were very friendly and fun. We enjoyed there breakfast, it was only a few steps away from the trevi fountain and a good walking distance to everywhere else
3 stars earned by location and breakfast (really good!). My room was not nice: Behind the bed was a thick layer of dust, also in parts of the closet. The curtain was full of stains (inclusive a huge red stain)
The bed was good, but there are no blackout curtains. The reception staff were polite and pleasant, and the breakfast was very good
The hotel itself is not very large (3 floors, a few dozen rooms), and the design of the room I received (on the 3rd floor) was, in my eyes, beautiful – the walls were tastefully decorated, the wardrobes had wood paneling, and the very high ceilings featured impressive wooden beams
The location of the hotel is perfect – almost right next to the Fontana di Trevi and just a few minutes walk from most of Rome’s major historic sites, surrounded by dozens of restaurants, bars and entertainment spots
We enjoyed our stay and our room. The location is walkable to the Vatican however we ended up booking a taxi one day, which the front desk was able to arrange for us. This was the best way to get a taxi in my opinion
At the front desk, Georges was excellent. We arrived rather sleepy and disoriented and he took care of our bags and offered us coffee which we needed. He was also able to provide suggestions which we appreciated
Super hotel. Just reopened after 5yrs. Beds etc feel new. Perfect location to visit absolutely every highlight in Rome. We booked for two nights and extended to a week. Breakfast unbeatable 👌
Perfect location, close to many sights but on a quiet street. Thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop bar. Impeccable and welcoming service with a personal touch
The breakfast and Gin rooftop servers were wonderful, preparing us espresso when requested
I don’t believe the hotel would’ve thrown out all those bottles after I left so they probably left it for the next guest, I don’t know how clean it is. Other than that, great hotel overall
Excellent staff. Room was wonderfully clean. Our room had a great kitchenette with everything you need to prepare and serve meals... We sursurprised, pleased and quite satisfied with the hotel.
Excellent hotel very good location clean and good service
My favorite hotel in Rome, one of the best in Italy. Nice large rooms, perfect location and quiet surroundings in a loud city
This hotel exceeded my expectations; it's a very good hotel and I would recommend it.
The hotel's service is very good, and all questions are answered. For a European hotel, the room is really big
It's really nice, close to the Mouth of Truth. It takes about 18 minutes to walk to the Colosseum.
Rome, Piazza del Paradiso, 68, Rione VI Parione (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The most suitable hotel in all respects, both an excellent location and amazing
hospitality. they answered every question and any
inquiry
The room service is one of the best I've seen so far
We stayed here for 2 nights for our one year wedding anniversary and we could have not been happier! Everyone was very accommodating and the location was PERFECT! It was in the perfect spot in Rome and the best way to kick off our Italy trip! I would definitely stay here again when we return! We also had plenty of room for our things! Could not get over how helpful everyone was and offering us coffee...
The entire staff (to name a few--Antonio, Roberto, Alex, Luca, Samuele) was excellent to deal with and were more than accommodating to do whatever they could to help
The location of hotel is excellent and walkable to many important sites to see. I look forward to staying there again!
We just completed a nine night stay at Lunetta. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel in a Superior Double Room. We did find it a bit small for us, but worked out fine
Room was a bit small, but that's Rome. Service was excellent but not overbearing. Location is perfecto! We've stayed there 5 different trips. When they say it is built into the ancient ruins, it's true
Rome, Via Marghera, 51, Castro Pretorio (in the centre) 🧭 Map
A good, bed and breakfast establishment. This maybe a UK aspect but, there were no facilities in the rooms to make tea or coffee although. Having said this there was a night bar provided
Location is good, kindly staff.
There has bathtub also good.
The rooms are colorful, the breakfasts delicious, the staff is friendly. The hotel was satisfied.
I would definitely recommend this hotel
The reason why I'm giving it 4 stars in stead of 5 stars is because unfortunately one of the side tables was very dusty - I assume the cleaning service has missed that particular sidetable for months of cleaning
Lots and lots of restorante or trattoria that opens till late. Room: Clean rooms with all the nice basic facilities (and filled mini bar). I stayed 4 nights, no changes to the mains at the breakfast counter
The staff was fantastic and incredibly friendly. Alex at the front desk was very helpful and much appreciated. The breakfast was incredibly good and the rooms were very clean
I cannot say enough good things about the staff here from the front desk folks (Christina!) to the breakfast servers to the rooftop bar service
Good experience, good value, great staff
We had an amazing stay at Hotel Degli Artisti! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and eager to help. Check-in was quick and effortless, and our room was spotless and beautifully decorated
Great hotel in the middle of everything. You can walk to many places- Trevi and Pantheon are very close from this place. Lots of restaurants and cafes near by. The rooms are clean and service is great as well
Not a great location for an old guy like me because of the extreme hilly streets that must be accessed to get to the hotel we like to walk as driving in Rome is something crazy so that was a bit of a setback
Rome, Via Magenta, 12, Castro Pretorio (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Great hotel, friendly staff & clean room.
Very happy with the location and breakfast was good!
It's a 5-minute walk from the train station, quiet and safe, and there's a well-stocked supermarket within a 5-minute walk, which was very convenient for grabbing fruits and water daily! The breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful
We were very satisfied with our 3-night stay. You can even get a packed breakfast to go, which is great if you have an early train!
Traveling to Italy during the summer, this 3-star hotel near Rome's central station perfectly met our needs
Great staff need to be supported with great hardware. Enjoy! I would stay again for sure
The hotel is quite old and the area seems not perfectly safe.
Rome, Via Gaeta, 71, Castro Pretorio (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Easy to get a taxi as well, and we felt safe walking to/from the hotel day or night. The staff was amazing from check-in to check-out. Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable to us the entire time
The front desk staff was very patient, and the room was clean.
It was nice being close to the station, and the breakfast was delicious. The front desk staff were very friendly. However, the smell from the curtains and carpet in the room persisted, which was difficult
I wonder if it's the same at other places. Compared to other hotels in Rome, the hotel is a comfortable place to rest
It is also conveniently situated near some of Rome's major attractions, such as the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. •The reception service was good
Rome, Via Quattro Novembre, 154, Trevi (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Hotel close to attractions, especially the Trevi Fountain. Very good breakfast, but not varied enough. Tiny bathroom.
Great location, polite staff and good service. However building is old and in desperate need of renovation. Doors are squeaky. Smells like mould inside the elevator.
Great location for seeing the sights. Hotel was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Lots to choose from. Hotel was clean and room was a decent size.
Location is good, but noisy, elevator is weird, carpet is dirty everywhere
Very good and generous breakfast
At first glance, the room seem very old and out of date. The furniture was old and worn. But, almost everything works and the bed was comfortable. Housekeeping only left us one set of paper cups and one box of tissues
Wouldn't be replaced if you run out. It was nice that they have 24 hour front desk service. It was comforting to know that if your taxi doesn't show up at 3am, there is someone who could help you call
It was so hard to book from so far away, wondering and not knowing, but this was GREAT value for price, clean, staff was lovely and helpful. I would definitely return and recommend to a friend
The staff was wonderful, however, it's important to note this detail before booking, as we had several very large suitcases, and it was very uncomfortable carrying those two suitcases plus others we had brought
Bathroom was newly redone, clean, simple room, great location, close to restaurants, minutes away from a square where we got on the hop on hop off busses
The room was tiny, and the bathroom area was minuscule, about 65 x 65 cm, making it impossible to shower
super location, breakfast nothing special. better to have coffee in some bar
This was especially inconvenient when traveling with family
Rome, Via del Babuino, 196, Rione IV Campo Marzio (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The room facilities are very good, and the whole family praised the bed sheets and quilt covers, and the bed was very comfortable. The toiletries smelled good, which the whole family liked
The location is great, inside the ZLD, cars cannot drive to the hotel entrance (except taxis). Arrived early, the hotel gave me a room without balcony, asked for another one, finally got one at 2pm, so be sure to ask
The service was very friendly and the breakfast was rich. The hotel is in a great location, 2 minutes walk from the Spanish Steps and next to the subway, and we were very satisfied with our trip to Rome
The location is unique. Givenchy is next door. Shopping is convenient. The hotel service is attentive and thoughtful. The room is clean and tidy. If I come to Rome, I will choose to stay again.
The room is not big, but well-designed so you won't feel cramped. It is very close to People's Square and Plaza de España. It is convenient to eat and play nearby
The last stop in Rome is very convenient. It has a bit of an internet celebrity style. The fragrance is a bit too fragrant. It is very close to Piazza di Spagna
Rome, Piazza Della Rotonda 73 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
rest of everything was good except water problem
Great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well located. Staff were friendly and helpful, and everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. The room was quiet and well maintained, making it easy to relax
Housekeeping was wonderful as well, and the breakfasts were yummy! The rooftop bar was the highlight for us! Amazing view and such a nice way to start the evening! I highly recommend this hotel!
I've been to Rome before with my boyfriend but this trip was solo trip. Besides I've been staying English since last month so I have to save the money and found a hotel with reasonable price
The room was small but comfortable and clean. The breakfast was VERY good - they had a nice selection of foods that were all prepared well
The hotel was very well located, service was excellent, staff Súper friendly. They arranged airport shuttle and it all went very smoothly
Rome, Via dei Due Macelli, 106, 00187 Rim, Latsio, Italiya (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the location was incredibly convenient for seeing the main sights. We would not hesitate to book here again. A truly excellent choice for a memorable stay in Rome
Good read room with 2 double beds, small lounge area and bathroom.
Hotel was clean and all staff from the porters, receptionists, breakfast staff and cleaners were so friendly. Surprisingly great central hotel.
This has to be one of the best city hotels we have stayed in, all the creatures comforts that are much needed after exploring such a wonderful city. Breakfast is ample in choice but the service is first class
Rome is wonderful, the hotel is overpriced for what it is - but the location is good
We recently stayed at The Style Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's modern and chic design lives up to its name, creating a very pleasant and stylish atmosphere from the moment we walked in
A major highlight was the breakfast buffet. It offered a fantastic variety of fresh and delicious options, from pastries and fruits to hot dishes, providing a great start to each day of exploring
Rome, Via Tuscolana 128 (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
We had an amazing stay at the Best Western Cinematic Hotel!! Sebastiano and Dmitris were the friendliest, most hospitable, helpful, and accommodating hosts
The hotel staff were great, very nice, and there was a really handsome older man there too!
Front desk workers are amazing. Hotel itself is good, with all the necessary things in room
Everything was great! The staff were excellent! Clean, quiet and close to the centre.
It is very good hotel we had great time here.
The best thing about this hotel is the friendly and very helpful staff. The rooms are very small but that wasn’t a big problem for me as I spent all my day outside the hotel
Rome, Via Beatrice Cenci, 10 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
What bothered me was that the price for both rooms was similar. One was worth more than the other. Otherwise my stay was excellent!
Excellent hotel, excellent location, very helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Close to Trastevere, Campo di Fiori.
I was there for 3 days in one room which was spacious comfortable and clean. When I came back for another day the room was clean but very small. I had to keep moving my bags to get around
Great value. Clean. Staff is very friendly. Quiet. Few steps to Tevere and Forum and Trastevere. Hard to beat for price in center of Rome.
Great staff at front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, etc. So helpful and knowledgeable. We loved the room and breakfast was wonderful.
Perfect location. Walking distance to Trastevere ay night and all the Piazzas by day.
