One of the finest hotel service, excellent cleanliness - spacious room and location is marvellous. I have never seen such a hotel that provides a top notch service with a smile and prompt
The room was also great, except for being a little dark! It was right in the heart of the city, but the soundproofing was perfect, so I didn't wake up! Even though it was hot outside, the air conditioning worked well, keeping me cool and comfortable throughout my stay!
I had a problem with my personal airport drop-off service, but even after I checked out, the hotel was very responsive and even arranged...
The hotel's 24-hour front desk is so important! Room: clean, front desk service: not enthusiastic, the guy who sent the luggage was enthusiastic, breakfast: not very good, 1-2 minutes to the left is the wishing fountain, location: good, this dumpling is nearby 🥟 delicious!
I had been worried by some reviews and the lift was small. a wheelchair would not have fitted in, but we were ok. It’s an old building but the room itself was modern, spacious and super comfortable
We were a party of four with teens and an older lady with mobility problems…. Very friendly staff and a fabulous room. Our room was in a separate building but it wasn’t far and we managed fine
I'm leaving this review because I'm so grateful to the staff who always gave me a 👍thumbs-up👍!
From check-in to check-out, they were always friendly and smiling
The location is excellent, very convenient for walking to major attractions. The hotel has been renovated in recent years, and the rooms are well-equipped
There's also a small bar on the rooftop, which would be lovely for a drink in the evening! A very good stay
Very good hotel
Perfect location near to all attractions
The hotel very clean and new rooms
Good location. The hotel isn't bad either.
Great hotel in the center of Rome! Very nice and polite staff, arrived before check-in time, but still provided a room! The room was also very comfortable, clean, had a cool mini-bar, the windows overlooked a busy street, it was beautiful!
Next to the hotel there is a shopping center with luxury brands, also in 5-10 minutes there is the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, in the area there are many...
The only minor issue is that half of the shower stall in the bathroom lacks a door; be careful to control the water flow to prevent it from overflowing and making the floor slippery
Offering free WiFi throughout, Hotel Vilòn is set in Rome historic centre, 200 metres from Via Condotti. The property is situated a 6-minute walk from Piazza di Spagna and 500 metres from Via Margutta.

Thank you for promptly resolving everything with the room and helping with the selection of the restaurant. Price and quality are appropriate
Lovely picturesque hotel with great staff and professional hospitality made my stay very pleasant.
Rooms are very clean, the location is perfect (you can reach all cool historic places within 30 min walking
The hotel did its job as intended. Good location, staff was friendly, and the breakfast was very good (not a five star restaurant but it exceeded what I expected based on what I was going for)
Front desk was happy to arrange taxi, give dinner recommendations, book reservations,. and I even forgot my new Persol sunglasses at the breakfast bar as I rushed out to catch the airport transfer
Historic hotel, very well-maintained. The room was small but spotless, cozy, and had a fantastic shower. The breakfast terrace offers a spectacular view of St. Peter's.
Star ratings are a bit different in Rome, so some people give it lower ratings based on that, but the breakfast patio on top, views, and location are amazing. Staff are wonderful and service is excellent
The average price isn't too expensive or too cheap for Rome, but for the same price point, I'd recommend choosing a hotel with better transportation links, ideally close to a metro station
The faucet was hard to move, and some bathrooms had no door for the shower, making it very cold. not something the average person would understand, it requires a certain artistic taste
The hotel's design and ambiance are both beautiful and artistic, and the service is excellent. Although the room rate doesn't include meals, the hotel does provide them
Location: A bit hard to find, you have to go up a staircase and there are no clear signs. The main issue is that it's not close to either the train station or the metro
It is, however, very close to the Mouth of Truth, just a 3-minute walk. Room Layout: Very confusing, some design choices are incomprehensible
We specified when booking that we were three people with a six-year-old child, but they added an extra bed to the living room without our knowledge. At check-in, they also told us it would cost over 70 euros per day
Rome, Via Vittorio Veneto, 70, Ludovisi (in the centre) 🧭 Map
General Manager Walter leads an amazing team including the food and beverage staff, housekeeping, bell staff and an excellent front office staff (especially Giulia and Ylenia)
The reception staff were always obliging and they even told us to contact them on the phone so that we need not go down to get the key card reset. They also recommeded restaurants which were mostly pretty good
Will always be good to have more hanging areas especially for coats
The hotel's breakfast is very low quality food and they want an additional 10EUR just to add omelets or pancakes. The location is pretty good, but it's about a 20 minute walk to/from the train station so plan accordingly
The staff from reservations, the gentlemen who greet you out front and handle your luggage, the front desk staff, the ladies who clean the rooms, the restaurant staff all very nice, friendly and professional
We recently returned from Italy which included two nights in Rome at The Grand Hotel Palace. We are returning guests and have always felt blessed to have this hotel as our home away from home

As a 4-star hotel, I think it’s quite good. 8 out of 10
Maria deserves to be mentioned in this review, she was an unbelievable person, always smiling and willing to help. Thank you.
Clean room and excellent breakfast!
The best hotel, for a cheap price and verry clean good breakfast
The breakfast was very good, with hot dishes available
Although it is far from the tourist center, there are multiple bus routes available, there are many department stores and shops nearby, and it was nice that it was not noisy
Nice location and friendly staff
Every thing was perfect 😍
Unique experience - but seeing the spanish steps and the famous “birthday cake” from the rooftop made it worth it. Great service, very personalized, and ultimately, of course, impeccable views.
Our family trip to Rome was unforgettable thanks to our stay at the Portrait Roma. From the moment we arrived, a warm greeting and enthusiastic staff made us feel truly welcome
It was nice to have that option so that we could be together. The terrace had a lovely view, overlooking the Via Condotti, that we enjoyed every evening during our stay. The staff are very dedicated
Everyone there went above and beyond for both us and our 12YO son. The location made sightseeing and shopping effortless. There is a beautiful view of the Spanish Steps from the hotel
However, I would assume the hotel is shielded from that once you get in. Bottom line - 1) very central, 2) super high touch, 3) luxury boutique/pied-a-terre feel vs. If that is what you want, you cannot go wrong

Stayed here recently for a city break to Rome - excellent location, staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are comfortable and spotless
Not the first time here. I’ve been coming back to Hotel Isa since my first time in 2020 ish. At least twice a year. My favorite go to place in Rome. You can walk to almost every famous spot from here.
After requesting a quiet room and having a really bad experience in a vrbo in Rome, we found hotel Isa, a family owned hotel, great experience from the beginning, everybody at the front desk was extremely friendly, profesional and helpful as well in the breakfast and housekeeping
The Service is the best, really, best personal in every area of the hotel. Amazing expirience. Rooms just a tiny bit old but very elegant. And sometimes a lot of noise at night.
Great place to stay while in Rome. Location is perfect with plenty of good restaurants around. It's an easy walk to the collesium, about 45 minutes. The staff is friendly and accommodating
The room was quite, and very clean. We extended our stay twice!! Highly recommend for high sensitive people. Great location ! Thanks to Estefano, Lara, Daniele, Jose, Angel and all the team !

Good hotel. Excellent location. The room was a bit old-fashioned, but very stylish.
The service was indeed very warm, friendly, and proficient. The hotel is pretty, well maintained and offers many amenities and facilities. The rooms were good, like for a 3-4 star hotel. Had some wear, scratches, etc
If it was closer to €10–15, I would’ve had it more often. On the other hand, the dinner was delicious and had a great variety. The hotel also offers a free spa area (jacuzzi, sauna, steam room), which is a great extra
The area is quiet and feels very safe, with lots of embassies nearby. Breakfast was okay — not a lot of hot food options, but the pastries were nice. At €22, I felt it was a bit overpriced for what you get
I had a lovely stay at Leon’s Place! The room was beautiful with high ceilings and very comfortable overall. It could get a bit noisy at times (thin walls, I think), but it wasn’t a huge issue
It’s about a 15-minute walk to Termini station and a bit further from the main sights like Trevi Fountain, but there’s a bus stop just 2 minutes away that makes it super easy to get around

A complete linen change every day, Breakfast from 7-10 am pretty dense, wifi is great, but in the right tier at the end of this first and second floor there is a buggy router which nobody can fix but in the morning it will work again! o_0
Lovely hotel, polite staff and clean rooms. If you don’t mind walking it’s great, as you’ll have to do quite a bit! Around 15-20 minute walk from Termini station. Around 15 minute walk to the nearest Metro station
On the upside, the cleanliness is good with daily sanitization, the price is decent, and the service attitude is also quite good. It’s a 7-minute walk to the subway station
spacious room but 8-10 mins walk from Metro or bus
The room was spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of space to place luggage, which was a big plus
good night to sleep and sleep well sleep
About 15-20mins walk to Roma Termini station. We stayed there for 3 nights, room service everyday with all the sheets and towels changed
Rome, Via Magna Grecia 122 (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
A good hotel that 'does the job' as they say. Close enough to the metro that you can visit all the historic parts of Rome quite easily. The location is surprisingly good for food and restaurants
Excellent hotel. Great breakfast. Prime location.
The location was good and the transportation was convenient
So very clean everywhere, room was spotless too. Crisp linen on the bed, air con, overall really good. Liked the location which is just 2 metro stops from the Rome Terminus
20 minutes walk to Colosseum and other attractions. Full breakfast everyday 7am-10 am. Shops and restaurants all over. Shower was amazing ( hot and good pressure)! Happy hour nightly from 6:30 pm- 9pm, complimentary
Lift to rooms/breakfast really small and slow, so sometimes a five minute wait. Breakfast had good range of stuff, in a really bright and airy room on the 8th floor. Plenty of space for people, and lovely staff up there
To start with the good - the hotel overlooks the Colosseum, the rooms are sizeable, the Michelin star restaurant "Aroma" is TERRIFIC and the breakfast was really lovely, staff included
One of the most iconic, epic views in the world out your window. Definitely worth it.
The bad - the cleanliness of the room could be much improved. For the price, it's somewhat unacceptable. Hotel staff is helpful but could be more welcoming. Hotel has a bar which we thought was quite average
Excellent staff and location! 0 complaints! Clean,
Modern we had a two bedroom 2 bath suite enough for family of 5
It's an apartment: the water in one of the showers barely flowed, there was no iron, robes, etc
While many areas of the hotel look dates and could use a renovation, the room we were in was gorgeous and the Junior View Suite was everything it was advertised to be
The breakfast was good, the price was reasonable, and the stay was comfortable – it felt like it brought me good luck! The pasta nearby was especially delicious, and there was also Thai food
I chose to stay at this hotel because I was going to visit the Borghese Gallery. Borghese, to the north, has a fantastic environment for morning runs, and the location and transportation are also good
The room was a little small but the cappuccino was the best one I had all trip! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the rooftop bar restaurants was great to return to at the end of the night
Absolutely wonderful hotel and a wonderful location. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. We love staying at Hyatt hotels in general and this one is no exception to their track record of excellent service
When we asked if we could buy a power strip nearby, they lent us one and told us where to buy one. It's a bit far from the scenic areas, but overall it was excellent!
A very pleasant experience! The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was plentiful and to my liking. The baked basil tomatoes were exceptionally well-made and delicious. Every staff member was very dedicated
Rome, Via Barnaba Oriani, 11, Pinciano (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Staff went over and beyond in assisting to advise of the best mode of transportation based on our itinerary. Front desk suggested excellent restaurants within 10 minutes from hotel.
Rooms were sp
However, it is located in a leafy quiet area which is desirable. There are good restaurants nearby, requiring 10-15 minutes walking. I had a room with a terrace & I enjoyed sitting outside in the evening
Exceptionally helpful and friendly Staff at Reception. Breakfast very good and our one evening meal in the hotel restaurant enjoyable. Would recommend in a heartbeat
The rooms are well-maintained with a pleasing design, although slightly limited in size. Breakfast quality is very good and flavorful, but the selection lacks diversity. A recommended stay for service and location
Amazing stay with family in a peaceful tranquil area of Rome. How lovely to return from the bustle of Rome’s tourist spots to the serenity of the Hotel Degli Aranci. Elegant, spotlessly clean rooms with comfortable beds
Both Chiara & Lucrezia guided us to visiting the touristy sites & advised us about restaurants where we were served delicious meals. Our checkout was very smooth with the help of Giada the Front Desk Manager
The surrounding area is charming with a few good restaurants, cafes, bars and a great gelateria/pastry shop
I just had the pleasure of staying at the River Chateau Hotel in the Ponte Milvio part of Rome for the first time. I had a great experience at the hotel which was lovely and the service exceeded my expectations
The breakfast had a good variety of fresh fruit and cheese and their cappuccino was amazing. There are direct bus lines that run from the hotel to the Colosseum and Vatican
Very very very clean!!! Bed was so comfortable! Breakfast was outstanding and coffee was the best we’ve had in Italy
We really enjoyed staying at River Cheteau Hotel during our vacation in Rome. The decor is very pretty with marbled floors in the hallways and in the room’s bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet
Wish this hotel was in the US! Would definitely stay again! We had to leave early before breakfast was served so the front desk (Gabriel) had a to-go bag ready for us. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Excellent stay ❤️ Everything was perfect! First off all - All the staff was extremely service minded - and a very specially thanks goes to Sophia for given us a very special service and assistance ❤️ We enjoyed the breakfast so much
Place was super clean, nice looking and great staff. Sophia is not only gorgeous but also super professional, the guys at the bar were very nice . Excellent location as well…
Fantastic hotel, well located with great amenities and the staff were excellent. Highly recommended
Everything was very good : location, very clean and organized hotel. The hotel staff is amazing everywhere : the reception, the team from the breakfast area, breakfast was amazing
Definitely a good spot location in Rome
They upgraded us to a better room upon arrival, brought our luggage up to the room, the staff brought us personally to the room to show us its features and then came with two glasses of Prosecco and a personal welcome note
Rome, Viale delle Milizie, 26 (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel itself is clean and quiet. It is a little tired but the location is perfect for any Vatican City. The staff were excellent, spoke perfect English and very helpful
I am disappointed that I had to call the front desk for room cleaning each day, despite there being a sign on the door which request or deny service. The property is in a good neighborhood with local access to bus stops
Property is older, but good enough to sleep in and close to Vatican City
The staff was extremely helpful in finding local restaurants or calling for taxis. The location was great and in walking distance to many of the attractions. Although we never used it, the metro was very close add well
Very nice hotel. The room was very comfortable and very clean. Close to the Vatican, walking distance. The staff was very accommodating, especially the breakfast staff. Overall, enjoyed my stay. Thank you.
I had a room on the top floor and the only window was a velux on the very high roof, which was unreachable, which did make the room feel slightly dingy

Exceptional Hotel , very good location and the hotel itself , all very good and your staff , happy to offer help. Is leg recommend , we've already been three times.
The hotel's location is good. However, the receptionists speak to people in a scolding manner. They have an attitude of "I don't want to answer your questions." The breakfast is good.
Location is superb. 30 seconds to the Trevi fountain. House keeping clean the room every day. Staff are friendly. Would recommend and stay here again.
The hotel location was excellent. Also the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was vey good.
I made a new reservation for this hotel for my next trip on February .
Very good stay! The location of the hotel, incredible, just a few steps from the Trevi Fountain. The breakfast is also another great plus! Super complete, varied and with quality food
The attention from all the staff was very good and the facilities were also good! Recommended, we would love to come back!
Rome, Via Ludovisi, 43, Ludovisi (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Rooms are excellent and roomy if not a little dated. Front desk has fairly good English. And the included Breakfast is fairly standard.
Very nice and cozy hotel walking distance to some of Rome’s key attractions, such as Trevi Fountain. Attentive staff and varied breakfast. The rooms are clean and modern
This hotel is one of the highlights of my most recent trip to Rome!
Cannot understand how people can behave like such and not good coffee at all🫢so if you don't want to bother yourself with such attitude, better not come. this is not the only choice in this area to live
even they didn't offer me a late check out !!! they told me that the Hotel was full !! in fact it wasn't !!! I checked all websites that night and in all of them was planty of available rooms !!!!
Breakfast is the best. Carmen makes a great cappuccino and is kind and welcoming. She is a superb hostess. I loved my stay at this charming hotel.
