The hotel's 24-hour front desk is so important! Room: clean, front desk service: not enthusiastic, the guy who sent the luggage was enthusiastic, breakfast: not very good, 1-2 minutes to the left is the wishing fountain, location: good, this dumpling is nearby 🥟 delicious!

I had been worried by some reviews and the lift was small. a wheelchair would not have fitted in, but we were ok. It’s an old building but the room itself was modern, spacious and super comfortable

We were a party of four with teens and an older lady with mobility problems…. Very friendly staff and a fabulous room. Our room was in a separate building but it wasn’t far and we managed fine

Great hotel in the center of Rome! Very nice and polite staff, arrived before check-in time, but still provided a room! The room was also very comfortable, clean, had a cool mini-bar, the windows overlooked a busy street, it was beautiful! Next to the hotel there is a shopping center with luxury brands, also in 5-10 minutes there is the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, in the area there are many...

The only minor issue is that half of the shower stall in the bathroom lacks a door; be careful to control the water flow to prevent it from overflowing and making the floor slippery

Historic hotel, very well-maintained. The room was small but spotless, cozy, and had a fantastic shower. The breakfast terrace offers a spectacular view of St. Peter's.

Star ratings are a bit different in Rome, so some people give it lower ratings based on that, but the breakfast patio on top, views, and location are amazing. Staff are wonderful and service is excellent

The average price isn't too expensive or too cheap for Rome, but for the same price point, I'd recommend choosing a hotel with better transportation links, ideally close to a metro station

The faucet was hard to move, and some bathrooms had no door for the shower, making it very cold. not something the average person would understand, it requires a certain artistic taste

We specified when booking that we were three people with a six-year-old child, but they added an extra bed to the living room without our knowledge. At check-in, they also told us it would cost over 70 euros per day

General Manager Walter leads an amazing team including the food and beverage staff, housekeeping, bell staff and an excellent front office staff (especially Giulia and Ylenia)

The reception staff were always obliging and they even told us to contact them on the phone so that we need not go down to get the key card reset. They also recommeded restaurants which were mostly pretty good

The hotel's breakfast is very low quality food and they want an additional 10EUR just to add omelets or pancakes. The location is pretty good, but it's about a 20 minute walk to/from the train station so plan accordingly

The staff from reservations, the gentlemen who greet you out front and handle your luggage, the front desk staff, the ladies who clean the rooms, the restaurant staff all very nice, friendly and professional

We recently returned from Italy which included two nights in Rome at The Grand Hotel Palace. We are returning guests and have always felt blessed to have this hotel as our home away from home

Our family trip to Rome was unforgettable thanks to our stay at the Portrait Roma. From the moment we arrived, a warm greeting and enthusiastic staff made us feel truly welcome

Not the first time here. I’ve been coming back to Hotel Isa since my first time in 2020 ish. At least twice a year. My favorite go to place in Rome. You can walk to almost every famous spot from here.

After requesting a quiet room and having a really bad experience in a vrbo in Rome, we found hotel Isa, a family owned hotel, great experience from the beginning, everybody at the front desk was extremely friendly, profesional and helpful as well in the breakfast and housekeeping

The Service is the best, really, best personal in every area of the hotel. Amazing expirience. Rooms just a tiny bit old but very elegant. And sometimes a lot of noise at night.

Great place to stay while in Rome. Location is perfect with plenty of good restaurants around. It's an easy walk to the collesium, about 45 minutes. The staff is friendly and accommodating

I had a lovely stay at Leon’s Place! The room was beautiful with high ceilings and very comfortable overall. It could get a bit noisy at times (thin walls, I think), but it wasn’t a huge issue

It’s about a 15-minute walk to Termini station and a bit further from the main sights like Trevi Fountain, but there’s a bus stop just 2 minutes away that makes it super easy to get around

A complete linen change every day, Breakfast from 7-10 am pretty dense, wifi is great, but in the right tier at the end of this first and second floor there is a buggy router which nobody can fix but in the morning it will work again! o_0

On the upside, the cleanliness is good with daily sanitization, the price is decent, and the service attitude is also quite good. It’s a 7-minute walk to the subway station

Lift to rooms/breakfast really small and slow, so sometimes a five minute wait. Breakfast had good range of stuff, in a really bright and airy room on the 8th floor. Plenty of space for people, and lovely staff up there

They upgraded us to a better room upon arrival, brought our luggage up to the room, the staff brought us personally to the room to show us its features and then came with two glasses of Prosecco and a personal welcome note

I had a room on the top floor and the only window was a velux on the very high roof, which was unreachable, which did make the room feel slightly dingy

Cannot understand how people can behave like such and not good coffee at all🫢so if you don't want to bother yourself with such attitude, better not come. this is not the only choice in this area to live

even they didn't offer me a late check out !!! they told me that the Hotel was full !! in fact it wasn't !!! I checked all websites that night and in all of them was planty of available rooms !!!!

Breakfast is the best. Carmen makes a great cappuccino and is kind and welcoming. She is a superb hostess. I loved my stay at this charming hotel.
