Rome, via della Vite 13 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Hotel is in a great location, was happy to be upgraded to a suite which was nice. The room was large and modern. Hotel is noisy with other guests but we are in the city so expected. Would stay again.
The staff are warm and friendly. Ther elevator in the hotel is unique which requires manual closing a good experience. Sephora MAC and Kiki Milano are all nearby
Spanish steps as well. Zara men outlet and many other
Branded goods shops nearby.
The room was spotless, the staff was great and rooms were large. I didn’t like the fact that it was an Amex building at first but that building was better located than the first building
Glenn and Mike were both fantastic at breakfast. Glenn was full of sights and information, and Mike was just spot on pleasant. On our last day after check-out, Fredrico stood with us in the rain until we got a cab to the airport. It was a wonderful stay!
Excellent hotel
Nice room decor, bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows, fast Wi-Fi, close to all the sights, restaurants, and shops, decent breakfasts. The only minor drawback: there are no outlets near the beds, only USB, which is a bit outdated. Many chargers use either a Type-C or a wall outlet, so I had to charge my phone in a different outlet.
Breakfast was great with excellent service staff. Cant remember the name but he was a Filipino guy who has moved to Rome to work. Gave us some good tips of Rome and very knowledgeable. Loved the location right in the heart of Via Del Corso. Only issue was the hot water was not consistent and only works when we turn on the sink tap.

The location is excellent; it's right next to the most bustling commercial street, so you'll have no shortage of food, drinks, and entertainment.
Excellent!! Very good hotel, nearby tourist spots, clea
Not professional with how to treat people at all. Location perfect.
My favourite hotel in rome. Best location, service was greatt!!
Good location, but the hotel suffers from a humidity problem. The hallways are unwelcoming, the room isn't soundproofed, and one of the towels had a bloodstain. Furthermore, the breakfast was subpar. I don't understand the generally good reviews; at €250 a night, one clearly expects better.
I didn't expect rooms to be so scarce in Rome on weekends; I could only book this hotel for one night. Room service was excellent; while getting me a towel, we chatted about our countries and cultures. Front desk staff, Christin, really liked my Xiaomi phone and took many selfies with my beauty camera. The Filipino front desk staff were also very helpful; the two of them helped me put my luggage in...

I really have to describe this hotel as stunning. The price isn't cheap, but it was the best during my European trip.
**Amenities:** Very luxurious, every detail of the hotel is meticulously taken care of.
**Environment:** The environment is excellent, very close to the commercial street and also close to attractions.
**Service:** The service was absolutely superb, the best throughout my entire...
Everything felt premium at a reasonable price. Small cosy hotel but products used were premium, breakfast buffet was splendid and service was 100% great!
Nice hotel with good location. Easy to access and clean. Will book for next time

Elizabeth Hotel is just as its name suggests, literary and elegant. The art design works from inside to outside and the tone of the room make you feel the taste and quality. What is particularly commendable is that every employee of the hotel is very warm and gentlemanly. You will enjoy the treatment like the Queen of England, and the thoughtful attitude is touching. The hotel room is uniquely designed...
We were so happy with everything that the hotel was about. Most importantly, such a warm positive vibe and energy from the hotel staff, restaurant, food and artworks, totally worth the stay! Reasonably priced, a prime location to every important part of central Rome, The restaurant Donna e Bistrot deserves a Michelin star, because the breakfast is so good, with the options they provide, quality of...

Perfect location to see the historical sights of Rome. Breakfast was fantastic both in variety and location. Three or more restaurants, bars to a meal and drink. Tourist friendly prices, the restaurant manager could not have been more helpful or friendly.
Highly recommended if you are travelling to Rome.
Location is great, walking distance to all luxury shops and the Spanish Steps, great restaurants near by too. Hotel rooms are tiny and some smaller than a cruise ship. Barely enough room for one personl. if you have a lot of luggage you will be in person. Steps entering going down when you come in the lobby and then everything else is back up again. Some staff members can be very rude where others...
We decided to come back here after spending 4 days first time three years ago.

A very well located hotel in a busy street o Rome, close to various attractions as the Leonardo da Vinci museum, the Fontaine and various stores, perfect for people wanting to explore the city. Best locations in the Down Town ROME, very unique locations near the best luxury shop of Rome
Just far enough away from Rome's tourist center to get you away from the crowds and inflated prices. A block from Piazza Popolo. Papillo was clean. Service was not always the best. Also, I have never been in a hotel with a mini bar that is totally empty. And no tea or coffee facilities in the room. Also be aware that apart from a supermarket and couple of shops in the same place, there is nothing to do nearby. Central Rome is at least half an hour away by vehicle.
Loved the shops around the hotel. Breakfast room.was hot and I found no food or coffee when I got to breakfast
We had a great stay at Papillo. Rooms were great, staff was attentive and friendly. The restaurant was awesome with Great selections of food. Bonus is shopping across the parking lot!
We are really glad we stayed in this Hotel on our business trip to Roma. We had no problem at all. Everything was good and also staff was nice and helpful. Thank you!
The hotel is very good and the rooms are neat and clean.
The biggest problem is Air Cons. They had switched off the aircons, or maybe the council had switched it off. I had no idea, but with aircons, it's really tough to stay comfortably.
Breakfast is average.
The receptionist were helpful and their is lots for free parking available.
Just next door is shopping mall to keep yourself busy 😁.

Best Hotel, friendly staf, clean and beautiful room, good quality breakfast and most important is the location, less than 5 minutes walk to Vatican and lots of good restaurant around. We will deff come back
Just an observation - the key card for the room sometimes becomes inoperable and it needs to be renewed at the reception. It happens more often than what is expected.
During the day, the hotel transforms into a pedestrian street. It's not far from the subway station and very conveniently located near the Vatican. A delicious restaurant is a 10-minute walk away, but the supermarket next door is quite expensive. I recommend buying food and water at the larger supermarket near the subway station.
This stay was our second time at this wonderful hotel! The staff is extraordinary-service still lives in Italy and certainly at this hotel.
The breakfast buffet in the morning is wonderful with amazing staff to help!!
The proximity to the Vatican and great dining makes this a prime location! Across the street is an amazing coffee shop and a fabulous Gelato shop.
Cheers to this great place,enjoy!

It's great. Very convenient. Clean and hygienic. The price is reasonable. It's within walking distance of the Vatican, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Overall, it feels worth the price. 2000 RMB during the National Day holiday is quite a good deal.
Alessandro (Morning front receptionist) was fantastic. He greeted us with a warm smile. Marked up local attractions in the map for us. Gave us cappachino as a welcome drink. Handled our luggage to ensure it was in our room come move in time.

Rome, Viale Don Pasquino Borghi, 100 (11 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel staff were very kind and helpful.
We stayed in a double room with our family, and the room was clean. It was thoughtful that they provided both Italian and European standard power outlets. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and a convenience store at the gas station next door, which made getting around and grabbing quick meals quite convenient.
Everything was great but I thought there was a swimming pool
The hotel is actually very nice and large, but it's actually very far from the center of Rome, so for a tourist arriving in Rome without a car, you'll need at least an hour's drive on public transport. Other than that, if you're just looking for a relaxing trip, it's the perfect place. I should add that the hotel has a sports club on site, which has almost everything. It also has two pools, one outdoor...
Overall it was a pleasant stay. Staff is friendly, pool is fairly small (15€ fee/ 2h) and the a/c in the room had a mind of it’s own :D
Not a family-friendly hotel. The charges were unclear from the start. I booked through Booking.com, and when I included my very young children in the search, it automatically gave me two rooms—which is completely absurd. I obviously can’t leave a baby and a toddler in a separate room.

Strategically located hotel, just 700m from Rome's Metro C line, offering good connections. It's a small hotel, the room was average, and the service was very basic.
Service was very good and very helpful.
Decent location with easy acess to the metro station (if you don't mind walking for 10 minutes). Staff is very nice and friendly and never seem to be inconvenienced by questions or "problems". Great location, very convenient, and friendly staff. The breakfast wasn't very diverse and was a bit cold, but the view was fantastic.
The service staff at checkout were not very friendly. Many of the room facilities were broken and quite outdated. The breakfast was rather monotonous, and you couldn't even get your own coffee. The service quality varied greatly depending on the staff member.
The location is excellent, and although it's a 40-year-old establishment, the rooms have a more classic design. It's very safe to stay here when traveling alone, and the overall experience is superb.
It was so convenient because it was close to tourist attractions!! I will definitely stay here again when I go to the UK! The London bus also runs there so I didn't have to walk much!
Excellent location.
Small rooms, as in all of Europe. Excellent breakfasts with a view of Santa Maria Maggiore.
Polite staff. Clean. The room was missing an information booklet, pens, paper, etc.
Of course, the location is the only reason it's a four, but everything is excellent.
I recommend it.
The most convenient location, just opposite Santa Maria di Maggiore and 7-10 minutes walk to Roma Termini and metro. Very nice Hotel but in first day the reception guy seems a little bit not so easygoing.
The location is excellent.
The noise level is probably the same as throughout Italy.
On our second day, an organized group of tourists arrived for breakfast, and everyone showed up at once. So we had to wait for a table to become available and for food to be restocked.

I was traveling for business and needed to catch an early train from Central Station, so they thoughtfully prepared a packed breakfast for me! The room is very spacious and conveniently located near the central train station, within walking distance. There are also good restaurants nearby.

The room is quite spacious and very close to Termini train station. The bathroom facilities are a bit old, but the large showerhead was very comfortable to use. They strictly enforce the 2 PM check-in policy, so you can't get into your room earlier even if you arrive ahead of time.
