The location is distance from metro but walkable. Lower floor will be some noise from street. I asked to change room for higher floor which more better. Service was excellent. Staffs were friendly. If there is no taxi, it is very inconvenient. If you are a free traveler who walks a lot, it is difficult to take the subway because the area gets dark quickly in the winter and the shopping district is far away. Location is nice. Hotel is clean. Front desk is professional but surprisingly not friendly. Upgraded to a suite but not worth it given size of suite. Friend stayed at Westin a few minutes away and upgraded to a beautiful large room. Breakfast adequate. Gym is below average. Probably wouldn't stay there again.
