Not the first time here. I’ve been coming back to Hotel Isa since my first time in 2020 ish. At least twice a year. My favorite go to place in Rome. You can walk to almost every famous spot from here.

The Service is the best, really, best personal in every area of the hotel. Amazing expirience. Rooms just a tiny bit old but very elegant. And sometimes a lot of noise at night.

Loved the hotel. The room and staff were pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. The garden rooftop gave great views . I would rate higher, but our shuttle to the airport was very late. They kept making excuses. We ended up getting a cab, which was cheaper.

The room was terribly small and the two beds were placed vertical to each other at the corner, which was weird. The interior design of the room made it feel not clean. Same for the washroom. Breakfast was great. And the staff were very friendly.

The service has improved, but it's still just okay. I felt that some of the staff were discriminatory towards Chinese guests.

Good hotel but location is poor

The location is quite good, and it's suitable for those driving as free parking is available, so you don't have to worry about your car being stolen or damaged. The breakfast was decent, but there's nothing else to really mention. The room's condition, as shown in the attached photos, included small bugs in the bathroom sink.

The staff was very accommodating. Room was huge, clean and with complete toiletries and hotel slippers unlike some hotels in Rome (they don't provide hotel slippers). The location is very accessible to public transportation and tourist spots too.

Close to shops and dining and it was great to come back to a quieter area after exploring the bustling historic centre all day without feeling out of the action as you are also within walking distance of St. Giovanni and the Colosseum. Everything is perfect. There is a free coffee machine on the first floor, a welcome drink, and great wifi. All the staff are friendly. The heating works well, so it is even hot. If I go to Rome again, I would stay there again. The only downside is that it is a bit far from the subway. But everything else is great, so I would stay there again.

The location was good and the transportation was convenient. (About 7 minutes walk from San Giovani Station) Because of the expensive prices in Rome, I had to stay in a slightly remote location, but I think I will stay here again next time I go! The most memorable thing was the friendly staff, and it was even better because it was quiet and there weren't many people.

We actually loved the location further away from the typical tourist traps, and closer to the gardens. The room was a little small but the cappuccino was the best one I had all trip! A very pleasant experience! The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was plentiful and to my liking. The baked basil tomatoes were exceptionally well-made and delicious. Every staff member was very dedicated. When we asked if we could buy a power strip nearby, they lent us one and told us where to buy one. I needed somewhere near the Paideia International Hospital, and this looked like the best option, an easy bus ride away. I wouldn’t call it a 4-star room — felt more 3-star given the size of the room and bed, a tiny shower, etc — but the staff were friendly and it worked for my purpose of just having somewhere to sleep.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the River Chateau. The neighborhood has excellent food/beverage options and is located within walking distance of the historic Ponte Milvio bridge and exercise path. The staff and service at the hotel were exceptional. River Chateau Hotel has an excellent location: in the evening you can find several restaurants nearby, and walking along the river is a real plus. I often come back mainly for this. However, the rooms feel a bit dated, some with carpet, and in certain cases the bathrooms could use renovation. Overall, the value for money is not the strongest point.

The rooms were small, as advertised but the location was perfect right by the main train station. It was easy to get around the city: to catch a bus or a train or a cab. My only problem was the shower was tiny. I could see over the top of the closed doors. Other than that, it was great having breakfast included, a clean room with great plumbing and good Wi-fi.

The location is good, but everything else is just average, especially the room which is so small. It's hard to pass people even if you put your suitcases in it. There's nothing you can do about it. Hotels in Europe are expensive and small.

This hotel is a pleasant surprise accommodation right next to the Termini Train Station. It’s a little different from most hotels I’ve stayed at in Rome and very affordable. The room was very nice and spacious, the breakfast quite rich and good.

Hotel was ok for the price. There's a small shopping mall right next to it that comes in handy. Just the night receptionist was rude when we arrived at night. He got upset because we couldn't find the room and had to send someone else to show us. Not our fault that the room numbers are all messed up. I don't remember his name but was a tall guy I think from Argentina.

We enjoyed our stay at the Metropolis. The staff was welcoming and very pleasant and helpful. Our room was very modern and clean. We were able to walk alot of places, with the Vatican being about a 30 minute walk.

My family and I stayed at this property for 5 days/6 nights. The breakfast was average, nothing to boast over. I am disappointed that I had to call the front desk for room cleaning each day, despite there being a sign on the door which request or deny service. This was a wonderful hotel—we arrived from a cruise very early in the morning. Not only did they get us into our rooms way before standard check in, but invited us to enjoy a snack or cappuccino from the breakfast area. The hotel has a great location, very close to bus and subway stations, and also near the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The service was excellent. The only thing that needs improvement is that you have to stand in the bathtub to shower, as the shower screen doesn't completely block the water. You have to step out of the tub after showering, which is a safety hazard.

This was our first hotel in Italy, and aside from its good location, everything else about this hotel was unacceptable, especially the air conditioning. There was no heating at night, and it just blew cold air. We called the staff three times, but they couldn't fix it. One of the best options in the area

Our stat was great! We arrived early and the staff was very nice and stored our luggage so we can start travel. The room was great, very clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was served between 7:00 - 11:00 and it was great. The only thing is that the coffee was from a machine and not from manual barista (Im a cappuccino guy). The location was amazing, 5 minutes walk from everything.

We had a 2 night stay here after a recent cruise. We were in room 114. Room wasn’t a bad size. Traditional decor. Bed was fairly hard. Shower room had decent shower. There was a coffee machine as well as a kettle. Tv safe hanging rail as opposed to wardrobe. Aircon worked ok. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok not great. The location of the hotel wasn’t bad and we found some nice restaurants...

Good location, short walk to No8 hop on hop off bus stop which is vlose to Trevi fountain. Staff great, our room was a good size. Very happy with this hotel

Overall, it doesn't feel good.

The room isn’t very spacious, but it is super clean. They also provided high-quality hygiene products, even including a lip balm. The location is within walking distance of the main attractions, and the receptionist was very kind and patient. For this price, I think it’s the best we could ask for — I would definitely stay again.
