Hotel is very nice situated near Termini Station. Staff is very nice and friendly. Amenities are a bit modest.

The hotel was very accessible, being close to the terminal station. The room was spacious and clean. For laundry, there wasn't a self-service laundry room; instead, it was a paid service. So, I looked for an external laundromat nearby, and since it was close, it wasn't an issue at all.

I had a lot of concerns about finding accommodations in Rome, but this was a very clean and comfortable place. The staff were also very friendly!

As a four-star hotel, it's OK and convenient to everywhere. It's a bit small, but it's in Rome.

I posted this previously but it wasn't loaded? Not sure why. Went for sports event with friends, but the hotel description is misleading. It resembles student halls of residence and rooms are extremely basic. Breakfast ok and bar and staff great. 15 minutes walk to metro station but on the right line for everything.

This is a very standard hotel. The facilities and decor are quite new, and there were festive graffiti and activities, though we didn't participate. The hotel is a 20-30 minute taxi ride from the airport and a few bus stops away from the nearest subway station. On my first night, I arrived late and wasn't sure how to take the bus from the subway station, so I ended up taking an Uber. The hotel is in a decent location not far from Trastevere. I got an older room clearly not like the ones the hotel is promoting. It had a small kitchen. The rooms on the top floor of the building appear to have been created following an expansion that wasn't very ergonomically successful. This hotel was the most expensive during my trip to Italy, yet the room was small and the soundproofing was terrible – I could clearly hear noise from the hallway. It's about an 8-9 minute walk from the train station, which is its only real advantage in terms of convenience.

This time I booked for my colleagues. They said the double bed was uncomfortable and should be made of 2 single beds. The middle and left and right sides of the bed were concave, so he had to sleep diagonally to be better. The breakfast was average, all bread, small selection, no noodles. The hotel boasts a magnificent spiral staircase and spacious hallways. The rooms are luxurious, bright, and quiet and comfortable. The service is attentive, with complimentary champagne and fruit. The Italian breakfast is exceptional, and the restaurant even features evening performances. The doorman helpfully calls taxis, making it very convenient to reach major attractions.

All the staff I met were very warm and friendly. My wife had some health problems during the trip. The hotel's housekeeping manager, lobby manager, lobby staff, and housekeeping staff all took the initiative to provide us with a lot of help at the first time. They provided us with a lot of security when we were helpless. I am grateful. The room service was also great.
