Beautiful palace, reception lobby, Spa and bar. Big spacious room, stylish contemporary design. Friendly staff but room for improvement in terms of professionalism. Compliments to the Spa staff. Good value for money. Walking distance from Roma Termini train station.

A very nice experience in n Rome. The location is excellent, surrounded by many historic venues and museums. The hotel itself emits historic vibes. Service was excellent and all the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. All ready to tackle any problem, plus giving great suggestions and advices.

Overall our stay was amazing, made even more special by the people working in this hotel. Very convenient location. But there are areas for improvement. Rooftop bar was closed during our stay although it was promoted as a special feature of the hotel on the booking page. Great staff, great location, spacious rooms

The hotel's overall ambiance is excellent, and the staff's service attitude and professionalism are top-notch. I booked a suite, and it actually came with two king-sized beds.

The room was a bit dated, but the location is convenient and the service was warm and friendly. The breakfast selection was also quite varied. If you're traveling by train, it's about an 18-minute walk to the station, which offers easy access to all airports.

Our stay was perfect. The hotel is located in the centre of Rome just around 15 to 30mins walk to all tourist attractions. Bus station around the corner. Lots of "hidden gem" restaurants meaning they are not tourist traps and more authentic Italian. Room is very clean and big comfy bed. The hotel is nice, though dated. I told my wife our room was like staying in a spare room at grandma's house. That said, it has everything one needs, especially if you don't plan to stay in your room too much. The breakfast is outstanding. Its location is within walking distance of excellent shopping and restaurants. I'd stay here again.

This is a hotel with a very, very low price-performance ratio. Chinese people should try to avoid it. My family said it is not as good as the Sofitel next door, which is one-third cheaper. A very charming hotel, very good location and excellent staff. Very spacious room with views of the park, no noise. Very good breakfast also with views of the park. The only detail that I didn't like is that when paying the rates they ask you if you want to include a tip. I think it's an uncomfortable situation since tips to the staff (who deserve them) should always be voluntary.

New hotel. A bit far from city. Nice TV, Breakfast, Bed. Bath tub with movable glass screen, a bit slippery. I fell when I was bathing. Need a 15 min walk to the train station. But hotel cleanliness is decent. Rome city hotel are too expensive. This hotel price is worth.

I wouldn't say it was exceptional, just average, and the bed was quite large. For Rome, it's a decent value, provided you have a car or know how to get there. The location isn't great, though, being far from both the metro and train stations. The breakfast was decent, with freshly ground coffee and real milk, which was quite good.

The place is extremely well serviced with a courteous and helpful staff. My experience was very positive. The location is dependent on your purpose for visit. If for business, it is perfect but for tourism it is quite far from the city center.

The hotel is in a good location. It is moderately staffed. After waiting quite a while for a drink I got a spritzer for 20€. Silly as normal price outside hotel is 5€. Door knob is broken and falls off in your hand. Safe is very strange in that it shows input as 0000. All this is unusual for a hotel that I was told is a 5 star hotel. I will not return.

We really like this hotel. It is right in the middle of the action - walkable to the sights and best shopping. The staff is super friendly and the decor is lovely. Trip.com change our hotel to Hotel Regio at the last minute. Hotel Regio location was good, near Rome train station, very noisy in the night. Good place to stay for business trip

It's probably around the level of a newer, more technologically advanced hotel in China – equipped with smart technology. The receptionist, Nicola, didn't seem very enthusiastic. The price of around 1000 RMB is acceptable normally, but 3000 RMB during peak season is definitely not worth it. The surrounding environment isn't great either.

The transportation is relatively convenient, it is also very quiet, and you can store your luggage for free. It is a great choice for a wonderful Roman holiday!

Aside from its safety, this hotel was pretty mediocre. The interior decor, bedding, and bathroom felt like something out of a 90s motel in China. For drinks, there were only two paper cups, and the bathroom only had one glass for brushing teeth. The whole room felt very old, and the soundproofing was terrible, making it quite noisy.

Due to jet lag, I woke up at 2 AM on the first night and couldn't fall back asleep. The location is great and the service was good. We had an issue with our room, and the hotel staff did their best to solve it. When they couldn't solve it, they transferred us to a different room the next day. In general, the hotel is very clean, with excellent bedding and an amazing breakfast. The decor is really nice, with very pleasing colors. I absolutely loved the scent of the toiletries. Breakfast was also delicious, and the coffee was surprisingly good for a self-service buffet. The only downside is that the transportation is a bit inconvenient; you have to drag your luggage quite a distance after getting off the subway.

Honestly it’s a great atmosphere. The staff are lovely, especially Jessica she’s amazing.
