Beautiful palace, reception lobby, Spa and bar. Big spacious room, stylish contemporary design. Friendly staff but room for improvement in terms of professionalism. Compliments to the Spa staff. Good value for money. Walking distance from Roma Termini train station.
A very nice experience in n Rome. The location is excellent, surrounded by many historic venues and museums. The hotel itself emits historic vibes. Service was excellent and all the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. All ready to tackle any problem, plus giving great suggestions and advices.
Overall our stay was amazing, made even more special by the people working in this hotel. Breakfasts were great and the location is absolutely perfect for older, less mobile people who need easy access to public transport. The only small criticism I would have is about the room itself as there was next to no storage, very few hangers and no drawers at all which was annoying. Also as a light sleeper...
Very convenient location. But there are areas for improvement. Rooftop bar was closed during our stay although it was promoted as a special feature of the hotel on the booking page. We had to borrow umbrellas as it was very sunny and hot, but most of the umbrellas were broken, which doesn’t help with the brand image of the hotel. Milk capsules and coffees in our room were not refilled daily after cleaning...
We had a fantastic time at this wonderful hotel. All of the staff were extremely helpful and we were treated like royalty! There is a beautiful spa offering myriad treatments. Senses Restaurant is exceptional and the food high end and beautifully presented on domed plates. There is a water feature in the dining room which adds to the wonderful Roman decor. A first class stay from start to finish. In...

The hotel's overall ambiance is excellent, and the staff's service attitude and professionalism are top-notch. I booked a suite, and it actually came with two king-sized beds.
The room was a bit dated, but the location is convenient and the service was warm and friendly. The breakfast selection was also quite varied. If you're traveling by train, it's about an 18-minute walk to the station, which offers easy access to all airports.
I didn’t stay in the rooms, but I organized a company event there. The venue, the organization, the kindness of the staff, and the delicious food, everything was perfect. They were flexible and accommodating in every aspect, and whenever they could do something extra for us, they did it with the goal of making us happy. This level of care is rare, and both I and the company truly appreciated it. Thank...
Just back from my first visit to Italy, and I definitely recommend the Empire Palace Hotel in Rome. Outstandingly professional and helpful staff, beautiful and comfortable rooms plus delicious food in their on-site breakfast room and restaurant absolutely "made my stay" in the Eternal City. I definitely will recommend this to my friends and my travel agent--Amy Hart Seiler. P.S. Location in a picturesque...
Our stay was perfect. The hotel is located in the centre of Rome just around 15 to 30mins walk to all tourist attractions. Bus station around the corner. Lots of "hidden gem" restaurants meaning they are not tourist traps and more authentic Italian. Room is very clean and big comfy bed. There is restaurant and buffet breakfast option as well which unfortunately we didnt get to try. Service is on point...
The hotel is nice, though dated. I told my wife our room was like staying in a spare room at grandma's house. That said, it has everything one needs, especially if you don't plan to stay in your room too much. The breakfast is outstanding. Its location is within walking distance of excellent shopping and restaurants. I'd stay here again.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, specially Jonathon, he gave us a city map and explained to us everything we want
We would also like to thank the wonderful hotel, the attentive staff, and the little surprise they made for our wedding.
This is a hotel with a very, very low price-performance ratio. Chinese people should try to avoid it. My family said it is not as good as the Sofitel next door, which is one-third cheaper. The breakfast is at the level of a domestic three-star hotel. The tea bags used are Twinings. This is a hotel that costs nearly 10,000 RMB a night! There are only three small bottles of water in the room and no toothbrushes...
A very charming hotel, very good location and excellent staff. Very spacious room with views of the park, no noise. Very good breakfast also with views of the park. The only detail that I didn't like is that when paying the rates they ask you if you want to include a tip. I think it's an uncomfortable situation since tips to the staff (who deserve them) should always be voluntary.
very good hotel, clean, beautiful place, very authentic hotel ...
Very good check-in experience, good service, five-star standard, and a good location.

New hotel. A bit far from city. Nice TV, Breakfast, Bed. Bath tub with movable glass screen, a bit slippery. I fell when I was bathing. Need a 15 min walk to the train station. But hotel cleanliness is decent. Rome city hotel are too expensive. This hotel price is worth.
I wouldn't say it was exceptional, just average, and the bed was quite large. For Rome, it's a decent value, provided you have a car or know how to get there. The location isn't great, though, being far from both the metro and train stations. The breakfast was decent, with freshly ground coffee and real milk, which was quite good.
Everything is fine for this price.
The place is extremely well serviced with a courteous and helpful staff. My experience was very positive. The location is dependent on your purpose for visit. If for business, it is perfect but for tourism it is quite far from the city center.
We chose it because it’s close to the airport . It’s just an average Novotel hotel . Nothing special
Little far from the turist places, so who would like to rest in a quiet place this is perfect. The internet was not working during our stay... At festive holidays restaurant is not open!

The hotel is in a good location. It is moderately staffed. After waiting quite a while for a drink I got a spritzer for 20€. Silly as normal price outside hotel is 5€. Door knob is broken and falls off in your hand. Safe is very strange in that it shows input as 0000. All this is unusual for a hotel that I was told is a 5 star hotel. I will not return.
5 Star service with a great location in Rome. The room was lovely and very comfortable. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The location is perfect!
great location- central to almost everything. clean. friendly. accommodating. multi-lingual. Special thanks to Johandy the bellhop, and Derya at the front desk for going the extra mile to make our trip comfortable and extra special.
My husband and I recently enjoyed our first trip to Rome and stayed at the Panthenon Autograph. The location was perfect for touring. The staff was extremely nice. They were also helpful and answered all of our questions. Our room was perfect! It was clean, updated and modern. Breakfast at the roof top restaurant was delicious and again, the staff was welcoming. When we return to Italy we would...
We had a great stay at the pantheon iconic. It is central to the city of Rome. This was a great hotel experience. I will definitely return to this hotel.
Everything was wonderful, the room was lovely, the staff was warm and totally hospitable, the location was terrific and they were very generous with the amenities. I definitely would return and have told many people how much I enjoyed staying at this beautiful hotel.
Great Hotel This is a great hotel. The only issue is the lack of drawers and closet space in the room we had.
Gorgeous hotel, great staff, amazing location, overall,...pricey for the almost 2k per night, however.
Absolutely one of our favorite hotels we ever stayed. Incredible staff, beautifully decorated, comfortable, stylish, modern yet classic. We loved the breakfast. The rooms were very quiet. The doors were so solid and gorgeous which I think helped block out any hall noise, which there wasn’t much at all. The cleaning crew were so stealth and wonderful. I just can’t say enough positive things about this...
We really like this hotel. It is right in the middle of the action - walkable to the sights and best shopping. The staff is super friendly and the decor is lovely. An average hotel in a great location if you arrive to Rome Termini.
The hotel located in very very perfect location. Just doorstep from the main station. However room is a bit old but overall inside was clean. If considering with location, overall restaurant and hotels nearby. This hotel considering as your perfect choice. Also internet wifi is very fast. Worth to stay.
Stayed for a night when i reached rome and it was really close to termini station. Room was very basic. Good for short stay
The hotel is right across from the train station, but I have to say, Rome Termini station is huge, and I had to walk quite a distance around it to get to the hotel. I landed at the airport at 11:30 PM on a Friday night, and after taking the bus directly to the station, I finally reached the hotel around 1 AM. Rome has increased its police presence now. The room was incredibly run-down and basic, nothing...

The Hotel was immaculately clean and very cozy. It is what we need after the whole day of touring around Rome. The location is a little bit far from the most visited sites. Great hotel, 7 min walk to station. Good location to reach areas like Trevi, colosseum, airport etc. staff friendly.
Convenient location, 5 minutes from the metro station. Helpful and very polite staff, and a very clean room. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. As a downside, there was no heating in the bathroom. However, there was hot water available 24/7.
The hotel is near the subway, but it's a bit of a walk. Even from the closest subway exit, it takes some time to reach the hotel. There's a lobby with a bar. The room isn't large. There's no heating in the room, but there is air conditioning. The bathroom has neither heating nor AC, so showering in winter could be quite cold. Some rooms have a balcony. The room comes with a safe and a mini-fridge....
Small space but not too far from the Metro Line A which is all you need to be near to visit Rome's biggest attractions. Very clean and modern as well.
The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. However, the shower door was misaligned and never fixed. The lift was not working on the first day, though a porter helped carry our luggage for free. Location is about a 9-minute walk to the bus/metro station. There was no free twin room option and the upgrade was mandatory, as split beds were not possible for the room we booked, which was disappointing...

Nice quiet hotel remodel from a covent. It has a nice court yard, good selection of breakfast, clean room, just that our room is like in a basement outside of the main building, which is a bit inconvenient.
One of the most amazing experiences. The staff were friendly and nothing felt too much. Rooms were gorgeous and everything was so special. This is our definitive space to stay when in Rome!
The hotel has its charm due to previously being a monastery, high ceilings, large halls, marble statues. It’s very well maintained and in the heart of Trastevere. The garden is beautiful and the rooftop terrace offers a spectacular view to the central part of Rome. Had a very pleasant stay and recommend it definitely.
We were very pleased with the hotel and stayed there at both the beginning and end of our trip to Italy. We rented a car at the airport and parked it right in front of the hotel's door in a private courtyard. That was very convenient. I believe they charged us about 35 Euros each night for that perk. Hotel is only few minutes walk from this incredible viewpoint. Highly recommend if you favour good location.
The rooms are very small, like a chicken coop. The windows don't let in fresh air. The staff are not helpful. There aren't even slippers in the room. The hotel has no other advantage besides being close to the Colosseum.
Overall the hotel is good. Breakfast a bit crowded if you go about 9am but if go earlier is better coz lacking of tables. One thing not really good is their sink water drain out is very slow. Others so far ok.
Amazing location, just a 5-minute walk from the Colosseum. The price reflects the location, so don’t expect too much in terms of luxury, it’s simple and nothing fancy. It's probably around the level of a newer, more technologically advanced hotel in China – equipped with smart technology. The receptionist, Nicola, didn't seem very enthusiastic. The price of around 1000 RMB is acceptable normally, but 3000 RMB during peak season is definitely not worth it. The surrounding environment isn't great either.
The transportation is relatively convenient, it is also very quiet, and you can store your luggage for free. It is a great choice for a wonderful Roman holiday!
The room was clean and the food in the restaurant was better than outside.
The hotel is generally clean. The location is good, close to the Vatican. The surroundings are clean and safe, located in a residential area. You'll occasionally see police patrolling downstairs.
The room is very nice, the facilities are new and clean. However, the items used are not replenished after cleaning the next day. The place where the toiletries are placed is not easy to find, as it is under the table. The service is OK, and overall I am satisfied.
This hotel is far from the subway station, but there are many ice cream shops and steak houses next to it, and it is also close to the Vatican. It is very convenient to live here.

Aside from its safety, this hotel was pretty mediocre. The interior decor, bedding, and bathroom felt like something out of a 90s motel in China. Hotel very nice and clean. The location is convenient to the city center and close to train stations.
The location is great and the service was good. We had an issue with our room, and the hotel staff did their best to solve it. When they couldn't solve it, they transferred us to a different room the next day. In general, the hotel is very clean, with excellent bedding and an amazing breakfast. We recommend staying in this hotel.
The decor is really nice, with very pleasing colors. I absolutely loved the scent of the toiletries. Breakfast was also delicious, and the coffee was surprisingly good for a self-service buffet. The only downside is that the transportation is a bit inconvenient; you have to drag your luggage quite a distance after getting off the subway.
Honestly it’s a great atmosphere. The staff are lovely, especially Jessica she’s amazing. However, I wouldn’t suggest anyone purchase the breakfast, it’s not nice - the taste is off and makes you feel queasy. It looks like they’ve tried to make an English breakfast but it’s super off. If breakfast improved, and all staff were more friendly it would have got 5 stars.
