There was a lot of cigarette smell in the room, the eggs in breakfast I didn’t like them .
It's a pretty old building, it has an interesting aesthetic. There isn't much to comment about the rooms, but it appears that the refrigerator doesn't work. The biggest problem is with breakfast. The omelette is freeze-dried, paestries in general are not good. The croissant, for example, is very doughy, not at all crunchy, you feel like eating a flavorless cake.
Large and comfortable rooms. The breakfast is so so.
The room was missing bed sheets & not enough towels .i requested towels & never got them .staff wasn’t to available .
Almost nobody speaks english ,which is unacceptable in a job that deals with tourists. The chicken we had for dinner was terrible. I think I would have a way better chicken if I were in a hospital. The rest of the meals were so and so. The towels were kind of stinky. Although the room was big and comfortable. The hotel is way too far from the city , so you would have to get a taxi in order to get...
Place was nice, just a little too far from the city center.

Rome, Via Casilina, 125/Piazza del Pigneto 9a (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The location is a bit out of the way. While there's a bus stop right outside, Italian buses are notoriously unreliable, so you'll need to walk a bit to get to the subway station. There are a few restaurants, cafes, and a small supermarket nearby. The facilities are a bit dated but well-maintained, giving it more of a business hotel feel. The room was smaller than expected but clean and tidy. The double...
Nice rooms but bad lightning. Some of the rooms are loud because windows to the train tracks. Breakfast is OK. But often no plates, bowls and some food not available.
it was quite far away from the central. Room was a little bit hot but it was clean in overall.
The hotel's environment and location are both great, and the food is excellent. What's even better is that they provided toiletries, which is quite rare to see in Europe. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Rome.
Clean and modern hotel a bit further away from the city itself. All the basic amenities and nice facilities.
The location is a 50-minute walk from Rome, so if you're planning to explore the city, you might want to reconsider. The hotel service is decent, and the breakfast is passable. You can also use the gym without leaving the hotel. It's suitable for business trips, but I wouldn't highly recommend it for tourism unless you're comfortable with walks of over an hour each way.

I went to the Hotel Eden for a solo staycation, it was also my third “the Dorchester Collection” series hotel, originating from London, I experienced Dubai “the Lana”. While during my visit to Rome also my Birthday, I did not hesitate to choose Hotel Eden. Firstly, talking about the building style and vibe, it is a luxury boutique with Roman romantic. The most impressed point was the wonderful service...
Staying at Hotel Eden felt like experiencing Rome from a privileged and peaceful perspective because the rooftop views over the city were breathtaking at sunset, the rooms were elegant and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere combined classic Italian style with a calm and refined sense of luxury.
Super cozy hotel. The location was great for me, the room was really clean and spacious. The receptionist was super welcoming and helped us with all our questions. Definitely recommend it.

December visit for us in a suite and impossible to complain (other than that hotel prices really have gone stratospheric nowadays). Great location for exploring the most interesting attractions, lovely interiors and staff were all amazing. The top floor bar has the most amazing views.

Very nice stay. Gave us also early check-in and rooms were also clean and tidy. Good location with everything nearby. Keep up the good work
Overall, a fantastic experience! The room was clean and bright, and all the facilities were in excellent condition. The service was attentive and polite, the location was convenient, and the price was reasonable. I had a comfortable stay and highly recommend it.
Everything was great! The location is good too. It's a very comfortable hotel, I made the right choice. The service was excellent, and the hotel feels grand. For Rome, it's pretty good value for money. It's also very convenient if you're driving, as it's outside the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone).
The room was clean and came with disposable cups, but no toothbrushes or toothpaste. They also provided a complimentary bottle of water. What was really bizarre was that the housekeeping staff threw out our disposable toilet seat covers. When I talked to the front desk, they said, "We usually don't do that," so who did? At least they promised to remind the cleaning staff. The next day, they didn't...
The hotel was a pleasant surprise with excellent quality. It's an eight-story white European-style building with very new facilities. The hotel uses a modern central air conditioning system, so the rooms are very quiet. It's clean, tidy, elegant, and fresh, with an exceptionally good location – right outside the subway exit, no need to cross any roads, making travel incredibly convenient. We rarely...

Beautiful location. Friendly receptionist who was very willing to help. Comfortable, clean beds and clean rooms. The curtains were a bit messy, half-closed and half-tied. We were given slippers, which was nice. Breakfast was adequate.
There is a bus stop 5 minutes walk. The staff is very nice. AC works well.
An excellent place to stay to explore Rome and the surrounding towns. Our room was well maintained and the bed is really comfy. It's located right near a metro station that is only a few stops away from Termini, and you are within a couple of miles of all the major sites. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to have a holiday in and around Rome.
We stayed two nights at the Residenza Flaminio Gaio. We stayed in a family room, it was very comfortable, clean and the staff were great, friendly, professional and helpful. Great stay, highly recommend!
Hotel was walking distance and in good proximity to all areas we had planned on our trip. However, the room itself lacked finesse in the cleanliness, windows were dirty, toilet button broken and shower was a struggle to use.
WiFi was sketchy and TV had no English channels. Staff was excellent and area was great.

I recently stayed at this charming hotel in Rome and was pleasantly surprised by its warmth and character. The staff were friendly and genuinely eager to help, offering great local recommendations that made my trip even better. My room was spacious, clean...
The staff was extremely accommodating! Our room was pristine and cleaned everyday. When we arrived even though it was before our check-in time they provided us with a room to freshen up and change our clothes from the 9 hour flight we had just taken to get there. Next they provided us with a place to store our luggage so we didn't need to rent a "luggage locker" in the city before we could check-in...
Well located and pretty nice staff . Unfortunately our room had a very low flow of water in the shower. Which makes showering bad. We requested assistance to the staff. And nothing happened what makes price/quality ratio pretty high.
Great restaurants like Catinola da Livio for dinner and CrunchyPI for breakfast and lunch. Numerous bus and metro stations nearby. The lifts/elevators are small but gave authentic Rome experience
3 Average to poor apartment, we said for 5 nights. The city tar is 6 euro per night the hotel asked for 7 euro. Everyday change of the bedsheets cost 5 euro is More like a hostel than a dorm
Perfect hotel room The hotel is situated in a nice and friendly area with a lot of restaurants around the corner. We were upgraded for free to a large room with all facilities. Nice and clean bathroom. Serviceminded staff.

Just returned from a 2-night stay at La Minerva and just wow. From the moment we checked in until we left, the service was exceptional. A truly stunning hotel in the best location you could be , steps away from The Pantheon! It was a luxury oasis of calm amongst the busy streets of Rome . The room was beautiful and we had the best sleep , so quiet. It is a new property so everything feels very fresh but here you will find the level of service you would expect from a luxury hotel and everything you need on hand , a must stay.
We were fortunate enough to stay in this extraordinary hotel for several days over the Christmas holidays. I cannot praise this hotel enough. Pretty good. It’s near the train station so it’s convenient.
Close to the train station, but the street-facing room was very noisy. It's convenient for catching trains, and there are airport shuttle buses nearby. I just didn't expect the room to be so small, it can't compare to rooms in China.

Conveniently located next to the train station, with Chinese restaurants nearby. The facilities are quite new, and the comforter is much better than the usual hotel blankets. It's a good hotel in the heart of Rome. The buffet is also decent, with good quality.
The hotel's location is superb, with easy access to buses, the metro, trains, and taxis. The hotel boasts a great location, within walking distance of major attractions and restaurants. However, travelers planning to walk to the train station with luggage should allow extra time, as check-out can be time-consuming and the side streets can be difficult to navigate. The hotel breakfast is plentiful. Service is excellent. 👍
The service and environment are also very good. Very satisfied
The room was very close to the Colosseum, about a 5-minute drive away, and there were many tourists walking there. The room was clean and tidy, and the water temperature was just right. The room was new, and it was obvious that it was a newly renovated hotel.
The hotel's location is excellent, allowing me to explore the ancient city of Rome on foot. The breakfast was quite generous and highly recommended. The staff were all very welcoming and polite. The only downside was that they didn't provide water on our second night.
This is an exceptional hotel! First, the location....... We came to Rome for a 6 day family break to see the sights and the location of this hotel was perfect. Good hotel and next to the trainstation. Many restaurants near by and easy to walk to all the main attractions in the city. The rooms are not big but they have good invironment, cosy and romantic. The toilet and shower could be better and the elevator is really small. Breakfast is okey and the starf are helpful.
Business hotel close to Rome Termini. The room was very small and the bed not very comfortable. Had to check out early and the manager said they'd contact me to get a voucher instead of a refund, but I haven't heard from them. Overall passable for a single night if you need a stop over near the station
Our room and service was great. We had a great breakfast and amenities! would be a 5 star but I'm conflicted on location. On 1 half, it's so close to the terminal, on the other half, the neighborhood itself isn't great.

Loved my stay there. Sandro and Basile are super nice, and all the cleaning personnel too, and the people who work in the kitchen. Had a wonderful stay!!! My room was very small, but having the nice people made me happy. Also extremely good location. Recommend!! Maybe try going for the double rooms and you'll be more comfy.
All super friendly and kind staff and we enjoyed our stay there. Breakfast was good (starts from 7:15am so if you book the earliest slot for Colosseum or Vatican museum, you might need to skip). Location is near to almost everything. Room 3 was spacious with a large rooftop space/garden too. We were able to watch the fireworks twice from there 👍🏻
The location was excellent, the breakfast was of a high standard, and the staff were very friendly and willing to help!
Really kind of lucked out with this Hotel. Charming and lovely. Very Clean. Every single staff member was always helpful, polite, and seemed to want your experience to be great. Helpful for Airport and Cruise Port taxis, super close to the top of the Spanish Steps. Really enjoyed staying here, and highly recommend.
Location is excellent if you want to visit the popular sites. You would need a taxi or transit to visit the Vatican. Lots of cafes and restaurants but you can get easily duped by some of these restaurants being in a touristy area. So, always ask for the price of the food. Staff were pleasant, breakfast was basic ( eggs cost extra). We had a suite so it was nice ( comes at extra cost).

The hotel it's self is great, it's a little far out of the city (30-50 min) but the pricing makes up for the distance
The hotel is pretty good, and the room was clean and tidy. My only minor complaint is that they don't provide bottled water, which I noticed many guests bringing back from the supermarket themselves. That's a bit inconvenient, but everything else was fine. It's also very easy to find places to eat and get a taxi around here.
⭐ 3.5/5 – Comfortable Stay, but Room for Improvement Our stay at Hotel Caravel in Rome was overall quite good. However, there were a few things that could be improved. There was no kettle in the room, and we had to...
Definitely not 4 star, but a good 3 star. I wouldn't recommend for families or those with young children due to the proximity to the 6 lanes which are noisy. The shower gel compartment kept dropping into the shower but everything else was fine...

When we were tired the rooms was incredible fresh to rest on it. The breakfast is enough with incredible fresh food. All the employees were very helpful and always the front desk suggest things.
The hotel itself is great overall — friendly staff and nice rooms. However, our room felt quite dated. There were no USB ports in the sockets, which you’d expect from a modern hotel by now. The hairdryer wasn’t working properly, and the walls were scratched and looked dirty; a fresh coat of paint would help a lot. The location is probably the biggest downside. The hotel is quite convenient for public transport; you can take a bus directly from the train station to the hotel entrance. The subway is a bit far. The room size is decent, and while the breakfast selection isn't extensive, it's enough to fill you up.
It was a fine hotel, nothing bad about it. Just a bit inconvenient to get to the city centre
This is a really nice hotel, conveniently located with easy public transport access to the train station or city attractions. The room was clean, hygienic, and most importantly, very spacious! The hotel also has a laundry room where you can wash and dry your clothes for just 10 euros, which is super convenient.
Great location! Even though there's no subway nearby, there are bus stops, and the surrounding residential area feels very safe. The front desk staff were incredibly patient, and the room was tidied up with great care. It's also very quiet at night, and it's easy to call a taxi. I'd definitely recommend this place to friends.
