Where to stay in Rome

There was a lot of cigarette smell in the room, the eggs in breakfast I didn’t like them .

It's a pretty old building, it has an interesting aesthetic. There isn't much to comment about the rooms, but it appears that the refrigerator doesn't work. The biggest problem is with breakfast. The omelette is freeze-dried, paestries in general are not good. The croissant, for example, is very doughy, not at all crunchy, you feel like eating a flavorless cake.

Almost nobody speaks english ,which is unacceptable in a job that deals with tourists. The chicken we had for dinner was terrible. I think I would have a way better chicken if I were in a hospital. Nice rooms but bad lightning. Some of the rooms are loud because windows to the train tracks. Breakfast is OK. But often no plates, bowls and some food not available.

The location is a 50-minute walk from Rome, so if you're planning to explore the city, you might want to reconsider. The hotel service is decent, and the breakfast is passable. You can also use the gym without leaving the hotel. It's suitable for business trips, but I wouldn't highly recommend it for tourism unless you're comfortable with walks of over an hour each way.

An excellent place to stay to explore Rome and the surrounding towns. Our room was well maintained and the bed is really comfy. It's located right near a metro station that is only a few stops away from Termini, and you are within a couple of miles of all the major sites. We stayed two nights at the Residenza Flaminio Gaio. We stayed in a family room, it was very comfortable, clean and the staff were great, friendly, professional and helpful. Great stay, highly recommend!

3 Average to poor apartment, we said for 5 nights. The city tar is 6 euro per night the hotel asked for 7 euro. Everyday change of the bedsheets cost 5 euro is More like a hostel than a dorm

However, travelers planning to walk to the train station with luggage should allow extra time, as check-out can be time-consuming and the side streets can be difficult to navigate. Good hotel and next to the trainstation. Many restaurants near by and easy to walk to all the main attractions in the city. The rooms are not big but they have good invironment, cosy and romantic. All super friendly and kind staff and we enjoyed our stay there. Breakfast was good (starts from 7:15am so if you book the earliest slot for Colosseum or Vatican museum, you might need to skip). Location is excellent if you want to visit the popular sites. You would need a taxi or transit to visit the Vatican. Lots of cafes and restaurants but you can get easily duped by some of these restaurants being in a touristy area. So, always ask for the price of the food. Staff were pleasant, breakfast was basic ( eggs cost extra). We had a suite so it was nice ( comes at extra cost).

The hotel is pretty good, and the room was clean and tidy. My only minor complaint is that they don't provide bottled water, which I noticed many guests bringing back from the supermarket themselves. It’s not the newest hotel but give you the experience of it. Excellent ubication not in the center and fantastic well comunicate by buses to diffent points of the city. When we were tired the rooms was incredible fresh to rest on it. The breakfast is enough with incredible fresh food. All the employees were very helpful and always the front desk suggest things.

Positive stay experience and very kind and qualified staff

The front reception was not too nice and they also did not mark down that we already paid the city tax upon checking out. The roof was also leaking water when it rained that night and woke me up. It was not the best experience.

Even just visiting, the Hassler hotel feels legendary. You can feel its elegance everywhere. The real treat is the 7th floor rooftop, *mozzafiato* views of Rome’s rooftops and domes that make you stop and just stare. It is the perfect spot to soak in the city and imagine its history unfolding below.

Had a very nice stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating such as when we asked for extra pillows. Rooms were nice however would have liked a kettle in the room and plug or usb sockets closer to the bed. Overall was a nice stay.
