Wonderful stay, terrific staff and the best location! Only issue was beds. Not king size bed but two twins which were not fixed together and so kept creating a gap in middle as they drifted apart

I understand that the hotel is near the beach, but the sand wasn’t ours and should have been cleaned up before our arrival. One more thing to note: parking is €25, and it’s valet parking

The staff including Sarah and Claudia could not have done more to make our wedding day more perfect. Everyone was so kind and they did every thing to make our day so special

Claudia organised everything even my bouquet! Nothing was too much trouble. La Prua Restaurant was literally superb, the food divine and service excellent

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and positioned midway between the two halves of Alassio

The exceptional service provided by the attentive and professional staff, along with the outstanding food, truly made my stay memorable

The breakfast is provided each morning with a great selection of pastries, bread & fruit. They also have made to order eggs etc. We enjoyed our breakfast & cappuccino's every morning outside right on the water

They have a beach with chairs available, but we didn't have a chance to use them because of weather & day trips that we had planned. The hotel room was clean & comfortable

Unfortunately, we arrived under bad circumstances, which changed our arrival time, but they were there to help every step of the way. Our car was broken into in Pisa just prior to leaving for Larici

My favorite boutique hotel ever! It is so quaint and quiet and right in front of the sea. I love how small it is with just a few rooms. The staff treat you like family and are always very helpful

Our rental car’s battery was dead. Paolo immediately drove to the parking area a kilometre away and was able to boost our car with his cables. What a service! Mille grazie Paolo per tutto

Our first room was on the street side, but they moved us to the waterfront as soon as a room was available. The view from our room was fantastic, we were literally right on the water

It was not indicated anywhere, so I will write that there is a mini-fridge in the room (water in it is paid, but you can not take it, and use the refrigerator). The bathroom, as we say, is separate

Our room had the best sea view & the sound of the waves was so relaxing. As we were staying late in the season the repair & building work had started but this caused no disturbance or noise

Excellent location, 7 minutes from the station, one minute - the Castle, the embankment, restaurants. The rooms are new, clean. We liked everything very much!!

Pool was great but beach was even better as privatized. Would highly recommend the hotel. Food menu at lunch was very good and night menues were very good by the pool. Staff are super friendly and welcoming

Private Beach 3 min walk distance from the hotel. Rooms recently refurbished: clean, functional, modern and warm. I lived so much the bathrooms deco with view on the beach

The private beach area was very enjoyable with the beach hut where you could buy snacks and drinks throughout the day. We enjoyed our cocktails during aperitivo time!

Its location right on a beautiful beach with comfortable lounge chairs, umbrellas and towels overlooks the Ligurian Sea. Breakfasts are included, and they are delightful

You can dine inside or out, and the capuccino is my favorite. Besides excellent accommodations, the staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. They know how to deliver customer service and make you feel special

This hotel is perfectly located in the center of a picturesque and charming town, making it an ideal base to explore the area. The property itself shows a bit of age but the rooms have been beautifully renovated

Front desk staff were all very helpful. We first got there and got our room which was not cleaned, but we went back downstairs and let them know and they got us a different room right away

with a focus on fish and seafood (which we can understand given the seaside location (but my wife is allergic to seafood)), anyway the choice of dishes in the restaurant was insufficient for our taste (no or few pasta options, no risotto, very limited meat options, no or few vegetarian or vegan options)

the access ONLY to the pool (which is part of the spa) is subject to a fee (€25 per person per day, when it should be included in the room price - we found this very frustrating and unfair and apparently we are not the only ones to make this observation

From scallops to steak to ravioli ever was top notch and my family was very impressed. Next time we are in the are we are definitely staying here. Btw their a/c is the best in Italy!!!

Excellent points : the location (on the rocks by the sea), the garden, the overall quality of the hotel, the service, the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms, the quality of the food (despite the negative point below)

However, we can recommend this beautiful hotel, which has been well modernized in the recent years

The room rate reflects a true five-star standard even thiugh you are Four-Star, but the policies on basic inclusions do not. I hope you will reconsider, as these details can make a big difference in guest satisfaction

The view from the room onto the water is gorgeous. Love the private beach with kayak available for use. Great place.

Wonderful hotel! What a special place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a beautiful location with a private deck and bathroom. The private beach was a plus for sure.

Simple, clean and good! A true gem along the Italian coast - both the hotel and the small town of Tellaro. The hotel is situated right on a small beach and is very secluded

We did a short beach stay close to Cervo. We enjoyed very much the authentic and sympahtic atmosphere in Hotel delle Rose. They have very good food there. Seems to be a family runned hotel

We spent two nights with breakfast included. The rooms and bathroom are clean, the breakfast is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. Also not to be underestimated is the location really close to the sea

I spent 4 days with my family in this hotel. Stunning sea view room with solarium terrace, spotlessly clean rooms and fabulous dishes, all homemade from morning cakes to hand-kneaded gnocchi

Villa Sophia and its Exceptional Hospitality Our recent stay at Villa Sophia in San Remo was nothing short of delightful, and a significant part of that positive experience was thanks to the exceptional gentleman ( Unfortunately dont know his name) who greeted us upon arrival and was also there to assist us the following morning at reception

From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were met with a genuine warmth and professionalism of that young man that truly set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable stay

This individual was a fountain of information, readily providing us with everything we needed to know

A negative note concerns the common areas of the annex: upon our arrival both in the hall in front of the elevator and in the corridor of our room there were cleaning tools and bags containing dirty laundry, even though it was four in the afternoon

The size of the room is good, the cleanliness excellent, the internal bathroom complete with all amenities. Breakfast is do-it-yourself and offers a decent choice of sweet and savory

The owner is a person enthusiastic about her work, she has always been very available to satisfy all my requests. Every morning you can request fresh bread, croissants, and fresh eggs are always available

The walk to and from the beach wasn’t as bad as I was expecting after reading previous reviews. There is a Lidl within a few minutes from the apartment. Having access to 2 swimming pools was a bonus

A place discovered almost by chance, it is a beautiful residence on the green Ligurian hills not far from the sea (with parking). From here you can take a thousand walks and discover wonderful places

The air is clean and water can be’ drunk from the tap which is an extremely rare thing. The residence is spotless both inside and out, I have rarely seen a place like this’ clean

Don’t be put off by the neglected looking government buildings down near the station; the rest of Pietra Ligure was a good base for a family holiday with plenty of places to eat, a good free beach and friendly people

The walk down to public beaches takes about quarter of an hour in one direction, slightly longer to the main one in central Pietra Ligure

Outstanding service, very fine food and drinks, very clean, amazing view, easy access to the crystal clear sea, beaches right next to the hotel, definitely a place for a great stay

Just awesome. View is fantastic, service is perfect, beach is great and they even have a small area with lounges where you can stay with your dog. Highly recommended

We really loved just laying by the beach and the service by the sea is great. The breakfast and the lunch was though lower than 4 star according to us. We would not recommend eating dinner here with half board

We had a perfect weekend at this hidden treasure. We were lucky to book the last room at last minute. We chose the hotel because it located on a pretty bay, with its own beach and sun lounge area

Absolutely gorgeous property located right on the water in Diano Marina. This hotel is run so well, professional and elegant with all the amenities you would want when heading to the beach for a relaxing week or weekend

It is not a luxury restaurant but it is an ideal restaurant for families and obviously for tourists given the beautiful location! cleanliness, courtesy and kindness, we had a one year old girl and they treated her like an adult in terms of food and above all always smiling and available for every request

Kind and efficient welcome, good buffet breakfast. The hotel also has a restaurant: it's a shame we couldn't use it due to the limited time available, given that the short stay was related to a work conference

Pros: Great beachfront location near the end of the pedestrianised area, which the hotel can pre-arrange access for, to drop off luggage (freely accessible until 11am daily, so also no problem to load the car when checking out)

I knew the place by reputation and had heard good things about it, I must say that I was not at all disappointed, seafood menu at 30 euros and tourist menu at 15

We had a sea-facing room with balcony. Bed was comfortable and we weren't disturbed by internal noise. Air-conditioning worked okay, but we didn't use it much as preferred to have the balcony doors open

Friendly, helpful, great location Cons: very tired furniture in room, needs replacing, and no kettle (we took our own, but only 1 socket in the bedroom and one in the bathroom)

A salt water swimming pool available and, for those who love rocky coasts, a pebble beach immediately next to the hotel. But I think the photos speak for themselves. Raffaele for the wonderful hospitality!

The hotels private pool and pebble beach area is also very very nice. The hotel itself is a bit older, but still in decent condition

Only if you go before the season starts there could be facilities closed like the swimming pool. This should be mention on the hotel site. But there is a pebble beach that we used

Staff is great and makes you feel welcomed and at home. The view on the sea is amazing. They have an internal pool with sea water that they pump, fikter and clean from the sea available for use all day
