Southeast Hotel in Chiaramonte Gulfi

During my stay, I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Nora, and I can confidently say she is the kind of host every hotel dreams of having on their team. From before I arrived, (she assisted through WhatsApp) her warmth and professionalism set the tone for my entire experience. She’s not only knowledgeable about the hotel and its amenities, but she also goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels truly cared for.

Nora strikes the perfect balance between being professional and personable. She anticipates needs before you even have to ask, always ready with a friendly smile, helpful recommendations, and genuine attention to detail. It’s rare to meet someone who can make you feel both valued as a guest and welcomed as a friend, but Nora does exactly that.

What impressed me most is how much she clearly cares—not just about doing her job well, but about making sure each guest has a memorable, seamless, and enjoyable stay. She turned what could have been a great visit into something exceptional.

In my opinion, Nora is a shining example of hospitality done right. Every hotel needs a Nora—someone who elevates the experience simply by being who she is: caring, professional, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to guests’ comfort. Because of her, my stay was far better than I ever expected, and I left with such a positive impression that I’ll absolutely return.

Amazing hotel!
Wonderful experience. We had 6 accommodations during our trip in Sicily, and this was by far the best of them. Clean, modern and elegant. Spacious and comfortable room. Nora was beyond helpful checking us in. She helped us get take out dinner from the restaurant adjacent to the hotel, and she let us eat in the breakfast room which was already set up for next morning's breakfast. She also served us drinks. If that wasn't enough, she suggested places to go and helped us plan our days, and even made reservations for dinner at a restaurant. I'd definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

We have been well received by the receptionist, all informations we needed were totally clear.
Rooms are quiet enough just next to the swimming pool.

There is also a good restaurant on the other side with really good food.

We booked this lovely small hotel in Chairamonte Gulfi back in January. A modern small place with a pool in the middle, perfect for families or groups of friends. We were 20 with kids so half of the rooms were ours. Breakfast exceeded our expectations! Divine! (Especially the croissants and lemon tart). Giovanni the owner was of great help. We wanted to try Sicilian cuisine and he suggested to visit Tenuta Rizzarello, an agriturismo. We fed the cows and tasted the genuine food of the locals. I highly recommend to include this in the itinerary. giovanni also explained how to get to the Tenuta in shorter time. The staff of the hotel was very friendly, helpful and quick. The rooms were cleaned everyday. In the vicinity there is Il Teagamino a genuine restaurant which offers mouthwatering pizza! Also, Marina di Ragusa is only 35 mins away. Thank you Southeast hotel for making our stay an enjoyable one :)

The staffs were extremly kind and generous. This was the best part for me, very patient and always cautious. I really enjoyed my staying here!

Very good overall, will definitely come back
