The front desk staff were very helpful and easy to understand. The staff were also very considerate, which was great. The only downside was that there was no hotel guide in the room, and the instructions for things like adjusting the room temperature were in small letters that were hard to read. I think it would have been nice if there were at least some large letters for those kinds of instructions...

The hot spring facilities are great for soothing your tired body. The downtown area is within walking distance, so it's very convenient.

The best part of this hotel is definitely location ( only 500m from Sapporo station) and also their delicious breakfast ( really enjoyed sashimi and salmon roe) But the room itself was so small and old, can't say it was very clean as well. This is probably the cheapest ski-in/ski-out hotel in Niseko, and ski-in/ski-out is truly essential! Carrying ski boards uphill is just too tiring. Plus, there's a hot spring on the first floor of the hotel, which feels amazing.

The location is ideal, right in the center of town. However, getting to and from the slopes (ski-in/ski-out) requires navigating a very long and slippery staircase. The private hot spring in the room was a great perk.

Although it's been open for a while, the facilities and hot spring quality are still above the average for Japanese hotels. A little old hotel, but everything you need is available. Lots of foreign staff is working, so I'm assuming even if you don't speak japanese it's not a problem. The onsens have indoor and outdoor baths. There a seperate bath which is common for everyone only until 7pm. The food was good and I was full after dinner.

The room is tiny. There's a desk where you can put some stuff. It's definitely too small for two people, but at least it has two chairs. For this price, having breakfast included is a plus. It's one of the cheaper hotels in the area.

when I visited this hotel, it was very busy season. almostly no room to choose in Sapporo at that time. so it cost a little bit high. but morning meal was good and its location is good.
