Great stay at Tokyu Stay Sapporo. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The room was clean and comfortable, and having a washing machine in the room was very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. A good choice for staying in Sapporo.

The room was great! I was a bit worried about Japanese hotel rooms being too small, but this one was perfect and very comfortable throughout our stay. Plus, the cleaning staff spoke Chinese, which made communication so much easier for us.

Facilities: Excellent, the in-room washing machine was super useful and even came with detergent. Cleanliness: As always, Japanese hotels are impeccably clean. Environment: The hotel is very well-maintained. Service: Absolutely top-notch, and they even offer complimentary drinks on the first floor every day.

Excellent hotel! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms aren't huge, but they have everything you need. They offer a complimentary welcome drink every day. Stayed at New Chitose Airport Hotel again. It's really easy to find, as soon as you reach domestic departures Gate E, you'll see the hotel sign. The room locks have been upgraded from keys to key cards since last year. The hotel's breakfast and complimentary large public bath service are excellent; it's a shame I was in a hurry this time and didn't get to enjoy the public bath.

Perfect location for one night stay, just a little bit confuse when check it, i went to the 2nd floor (beside domestic departure) and found entrance for a lift to 3rd floor lobby. Breakfast is provided and if extra time, u can visit the onsen on 4th floor which are quite far away from the hotel. Pls take note that the domestic terminal will close after 11:30pm and u cannot walk around in the terminal

Modest accomodations. Great service. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Great outdoor onsen with one big pool and two individual tubs. Iron rich mineral bath inside and outside. Water is as hot as Beppu.

Good price with a hot spring, the location isn't the most convenient but still within a 10 mins walk to the bus/train stops we needed to use. The rooms looked a little bit outdated but have all you'd need. Good for just staying for skii trips or short visit in Sapporo.

This was a nice hotel. It seemed a little old fashioned on decor but more modern than many western hotels. Room was spacious (twin room). Pillows in room were a little hard with some sort of grain in them (may have good postural pillows, though) BUT there is a pillow menu in the hotel lobby if you wish to change your pillows. The hotel is a little out of the way, though.

Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

All you need for a overnight stay. Best location with 711 right at the entrance. Parking is just 1 block away. The rest is just the middle of the tourist district. Card key for each floor. Bath house is large and clean and opens until 2 am . Vending machines and microwaves and eating area available. Amenities are provided. Safe and easy to find. Lockers are under the bed.

It was a rare APA hotel with a Japanese-style room. As it was a Japanese-style room, the room was spacious. I was on a business trip for a week and had a lot of luggage, so the spaciousness was very good.

It's close to Susukino Station, so it's nice to be able to sightsee and eat until late. I'd like to use it again when I go to Sapporo.

The room size is decent, but the facilities are a bit old and there's a slight odor. The location is very convenient, with a 7-Eleven and a subway station nearby. It's a short walk to drag luggage through the snow.

staff were every kind. We could deposit our baggage 1 night since we stayed 2 nights and went somewhere else 1 night and came back to stayed one more night. However we saw they provided free milk for guess in the fridge but we have never got it for 3 nights

The room was very hot and stuffy in winter, with no ventilation (not even in the toilet/bathroom). The room had no windows and no air conditioning, only central heating that couldn't be switched to a cooling or ventilation mode. We were baking every day and woke up extremely dry. Aside from the room issues, everything else was great.

Situated in a quiet suburb within walking distance of convenience stores. Quiet and safe surroundings, fresh air is good for morning walks and cycling to nearby attractions. We were impressed by the service and location of the hotel. We had stayed at a Dormy Inn hotel last trip and were still impressed by its simple yet modern style. The cleanliness was outstanding, which made our stay truly relaxing.

Very close to the JR/Bus terminal. Vin Steak is located just beside the hotel. Also, there's a soup Curry restaurant, but they're closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Check before you visit. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Staff are helpful.

Tiny room but clean and comfortable ,easy to get around

Hotel in a very good location especially if you want to travel by bus to Chitose Airport, just 3 minutes walk to bus stop. In terms of of foods, there are small alley that sell ramens also good choice when you visit Sapporo. Hotel give basic amenities room are quite small but clean.

It's very close to Obihiro Station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking is available downstairs at the hotel, which is convenient. The rooms are standard Japanese-style and generally new. Breakfast offers both Japanese and Western options, and both are quite tasty.

It was very conveniently located near Obihiro Station. There was a parking lot on-site, so I was able to quickly leave my car at night. The hot springs were very relaxing, so I enjoyed them both in the morning and at night. I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity to stay in Obihiro.

It is an old hotel, but the service is good, the space is spacious, suitable for the whole family, there are many kinds of hot spring pools, and the meals are cheap and delicious. I would like to visit again if I have the chance.

This was a hotel that the whole family could enjoy, with a shampoo bar next to the front desk and events for children. The only drawback was that there were not many elevators given the hotel's size, so wait times were long. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is fantastic! The JR station is right downstairs, and Aeon is just across the street. They have family rooms with three beds. While the room size isn't huge, it has everything you need. Plus, there's a Tsuruha Drugstore downstairs, which isn't crowded, perfect for a relaxed shopping trip to stock up.

This hotel is super close to Asahikawa Station, just turn right after exiting the station and you're there. The bus stop for Asahiyama Zoo is also right downstairs, which is really convenient. It was Valentine's Day when I checked in, and they even gave me a small gift. The room size was average, and you can store your luggage at the front desk.
