The department store opposite closes at 18:30, the fresh food supermarket has almost no cooked food, and only 3 gourmet restaurants on the 6th floor are open!
The hotel room and bathroom are very small, standard Japanese family space; if you compare the room rate and facilities, it is a bit expensive!
The zangi and belly harasu were very filling, and the scallops and hokuriku yakitori were fresh and delicious. The salmon roe bowl at the end was available in a mini size, so it was just the right amount
The staff are all young, but they are all very friendly and helpful, and I was able to enjoy my meal comfortably until the very end. Also, all the dishes served were delicious, and I ate way too much

The hotel I stayed at didn't have a restaurant open in the evening, and while many nearby restaurants allowed smoking, this one was non-smoking, clean, and had spacious, comfortable seats
♪
I ordered via smartphone, and the tea was brought to me promptly, and the food was also delivered in a timely manner
I'll definitely come again soon, so please take care of me. Thank you so much for the wonderful meal!
The hotel is very close to the station, just a four-minute walk away. The front desk staff kindly gave us a room on a higher floor. The hygiene was good, very clean, and the room was quite spacious with a great view
Whilst it does feel slightly old on the inside, the rooms are big enough (with a proper-sized bath too), and the service is as good as you would expect of a Japanese hotel. Also has lovely views from the ocean-side rooms
The hotel is great but only 1 thing about the humidity level in the room. Appreciate if humidifiers to be provided in the room. Breakfast is awesome and view is super. Location is jz outside of JR STATION.
Due to a train delay, I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night. The front desk staff waited specifically for me and processed my check-in quickly, instead of making guests wait one by one
The room was spacious with high ceilings, which is a rare and significant advantage in Japan. Waking up to a vast ocean view in the morning was incredibly pleasant and comforting, beyond words
Any questions I had were answered promptly. Overall, I was quite satisfied. As for the room, it was very clean and had no strange odors
It's a shame that many shuttle bus routes and stops have been canceled this year; we can only get to the nearest Annupuri, and need to take the Niseko bus to other ski resorts. The hotel service is excellent
A special thanks to our driver, Yuta, who was very enthusiastic and thoughtful. My husband accidentally injured his foot, and Yuta immediately found someone to help us clean the wound
When I mentioned I couldn't use the hot springs, he kindly gave us some waterproof band-aids the next day when we saw him
The rooms are spacious and come with a kitchen, and the laundry room is convenient and reasonably priced
They offer several breakfast options ( buffet, ramen or takeaway sandwiches). Great restaurant at top level with mountain views
It's really convenient for getting to Annupuri ski resort. They have a shuttle service that takes you there right away, and the staff are very friendly.

It was my first time staying at a 4-star hotel, and it was really nice that I could use the private hot spring by making a 40-minute reservation. Dinner was served in the dining area, but I couldn't eat it.
Stayed here for two nights and found it to be faultless. Room was amazingly beautiful, clean and spacious. Unbeatable location with chair lifts just meters away! Staff were absolutely stellar and helpful
Parking and access to the ski slopes are very convenient. The front desk service is attentive; a staff member helped with our luggage and even provided pajamas for the whole family upon check-in
It’s was during the off peak period, so it’s not crowded, though several businesses were not opened. It’s a good time to enjoy some less energetic exercises like walking around and enjoying the scenery and fresh air
- The room has a glass window with blinds to the main room where our son slept, giving us privacy. The room also had a nice view of the snow. - The room has a kitchen, dishwasher, and laundry machine
- Ski valet is conveniently located on the second floor, just a few steps from the Hirafu gondola and the ski school. You can walk with your socks and get equipped in the valet before heading out
Although our room also offered a good view, the lovely evening breeze enticed us to enjoy the beautiful fireworks from outside. We are also very grateful for the thoughtful attentiveness from the front desk staff
Facilities: Both the rooms and public areas are thoughtfully designed. The coffee area in the lobby, in particular, is a very comfortable spot to sit, gaze at the sea, and simply relax
Hygiene: Clean and tidy, which is reassuring. Environment: Located by the sea, it's very pleasant to soak in the hot springs while enjoying the ocean view
It's also very close to the Tropical Botanical Garden, right outside the door. A taxi ride to Hakodate Station only takes about ten minutes
For our wedding anniversary, we've been staying in Hakodate for a few nights annually since last year
Service: Attentive yet respectful of personal space, making for a very comfortable experience
This meant checking out at 11 AM the day before, leaving my luggage at the front desk, going out for four hours, and then returning to the hotel at 3 PM to check in again, which was quite inconvenient
It's close to the beach, and there are good restaurants nearby. Overall, if you don't have super high expectations, it's a very good value hotel. I especially loved the hotel breakfast; it was so delicious!
The hotel's location is quite good, close to both Hakodate Station and the airport. You can walk to the station, and a taxi to the airport isn't overly expensive
Aside from feeling a bit dim, everything else was pretty good. It seems there's a microwave on every floor, which is very convenient. However, it's a bit of a walk from the JR station, but there's a McDonald's nearby
Oven is stated at certain floor, vending machine and laundry all at different floor. Lobby has a lot thing to pass time, since it's raining and snow at the same time. But I can't read Japanese comic
A bit distance to walk from station. Even if u take a tram, still walk a small distance. Because is winter time, I have hard time walking the icy water. Hotel is good, Very big room, nice
The location was great, and the breakfast was delicious. It was a New Year's menu. The bath was a moor hot spring, and there was also a sauna, so I enjoyed it. I would like to use it again.
I was surprised that it was only one-third the price compared to Tokyo...
The sauna was great, you could use as many towels as you wanted, and there was an outdoor space to relax, so I was very satisfied.
The location was great, and all the staff were incredibly kind, making for a very pleasant stay. It was also really convenient to be able to check the onsen's crowdedness on my smartphone
The service was good.
The room was small and the facilities were a bit old.
It's very close to the station, a good location.
The breakfast had a wide variety of options.
The breakfast was delicious, and I was really happy to try Obihiro's local specialty, butadon (pork bowl)
This hotel is well maintained, located across from the ski resort, guests can enjoy a beautiful view by opening their room windows. The hotel itself is spacious, and the outdoor hot springs are decent
They accommodating all our needs. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast buffet was delightful! The photos are right out our window. There is literally a resort across the street
Worth it to go! Highly recommend to book. The bed is comfortable, clean hotel, service is VERY GOOD, they show you to the room, onsen is GREAT- two outdoor baths and one indoor bath
very big and nice hotel, near the asari ski resort, onsen is good too, there’s also a bar that provides free drinks
It’s a wow wow wow!!! Close to ski resort. Great breakfast and shuttle service back to Otaru town.
Very nice hotel with good view and good facilities. The meals included are also very nice.
I originally wanted to book for five nights, but they were fully booked for two of those nights, so I only got to stay for one. I'll definitely come back to this place on my next visit
I always wipe down the tub with an alcohol wipe as soon as I get into a room, and I was genuinely shocked by how clean the wipe stayed – spotless! This time, I got up early to try the hotel breakfast, and just as the reviews raved, it was excellent
The space is quite spacious and very clean. The location is super convenient, right by the subway station – just walk straight out and you can't miss it. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time
Hotel Nord Otaru is just next to Otaru Canal, very convenient location. Especially wanted to choose this lovely hotel which I stayed 10 years ago in year 2015 with my family of 5 person
Booked to stay 3 nights in 2 rooms, one with Otaru Canal view and another with city view. Breakfast is considered good and satisfactory, with snowy canal view
Staff service is good but please note one of my room somehow came with no cleaning room service, additional charge 500 yen per day to clean it
Proximity to the Asahikawa station was very useful and helpful, especially with all the snow. I especially liked the apple tea. Breakfast was an affordable nice buffet with plenty of options to choose from
We are staying 2 night, so they only give change of towels which they hang outside the door handle in the morning. You have to place ur own trash outside the room door in the morning urself as well
This is essentially a remote, small town with not many locals or tourists. There's a lot of snow, practically non-stop. It's a good choice for those who enjoy solitude or want to see a snowy landscape
Plus, there's a huge Aeon supermarket right outside! The hotel itself is clean and tidy, and they even have a coffee machine in the lobby, which is a nice touch
This hotel is super close to JR Asahikawa, only about a 5-minute walk

The room was spacious and clean. They only came to change the towels and empty the trash every day.
This is a very convenient ski-in/ski-out hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for our family. There was also plenty of storage in the closets
Perfect accommodation experience, clean, well-spaced, and well-equipped. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Niseko
What we were especially satisfied with was the service, particularly from a Chinese-speaking male staff member at the front desk
He was very patient in answering our questions and providing assistance, giving us a wonderful first experience in Niseko
Excellent location with high comfortable living conditions.
Used 20-30mins to clarify with the hotel booking agency even I shown them my booking is already covered 2 adults & 1 children
Good onsen , nearby railway station, aeon shopping mall & restaurants, clean room but bed relatively small
A fine place, does the job well. The onsen is excellent with diffferent temperature pools, a sauna, bubble spa, and even an unsettling but effective underwater electric zapper.
Comfortable beds and large (for Japan) rooms. although there is a window that looks into the shower, which I found odd. Not sure if that’s the same in every room. Has an onsen on the 2nd floor
please pay attention for your hotel booking whether you already paid for your baby/ toddler & keep your booking receipt details to show them for check in, otherwise they will ask you to pay for your kids again
I lost my wallet during my stay and the hotel mailed it back to me. Although there were some communication issues and the process took some time, everything was returned intact. Appreciate their help.
Nice big hotel, large onsen area with one complimentary drink. Indoor and “outdoor” onsen with jacuzzi. Parking is 1000yen per day, spa tax 100yen. Can walk around to 7/11 and ramen eateries

Great location, with a lot of great restaurants in walking distance. Room is so small that it was hard to open two luggage’s at the same time. But the cleanliness is impeccable
How seriously do you take yourself?
When you look into the mirror, what do you see?
When I looked into the rather large mirror on the wall of my room at the Grand, I laughed. Because I was tan and healthy.
However, the public bath was kind of disgusting, full of black mold. I decided not to dip myself in the mold soup
Standard business hotel but wait, what’s that? Fantastic extras. Ochazuke (authentic oriental porridge) Mugi-cha (ancient Brian tea), excellent bicycle parking, lovely spacious lounge
Correspondence of the front desk, explanation were good, too. The surrounding location is good and I would like to use it again.
Much better than those noisy, overly designed, flashy, stinky boutique hotels. The Japanese really knew what was what in 1970
Downstairs at check-in, they provide complimentary toiletries, and even mouthwash, toner, lotion, and makeup remover! I'd give the hotel facilities a perfect score; there's a self-service laundry room, ice machine, microwave, refrigerator, and even a dedicated smoking room
The hotel's location is right in the heart of Sapporo. While it might not be as convenient as staying directly in Tanukikoji during a heavy snowstorm, overall, the location is excellent for both commuting and shopping
They have everything u want while staying and also free cofee machine 😂. the room i got with good view with snowy mountain view. Definitely Will come back here again next year 🤩
We stayed in the Hollywood Twin Room, and although it was a bit small, it was incredibly clean and well-arranged! The hotel offers excellent value for money overall
The entire room was beautiful. It’s brand new and the amenities are great. Very clean. Will definitely stay here again.
My favorite part is the 24-hour free coffee, and the quality is absolutely top-notch! 😌
The CP value is very high! The room is larger than expected, and the overall environment, cleanliness, and WiFi are all satisfactory!
For self-driving tours, the hotel provides parking spaces (but parking spaces are limited) and it takes about 5-10 minutes to reach the ski resort
Very good only 8 minutes from Hirafu, with Shuttle Bus transfer. Overall good!
But in the morning to take a shower to open the water earlier, maybe lately too cold, D water not so quickly hot
Enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and modern, staff were very helpful, the restaurant was convenient, and they offered a free shuttle to the slopes every 20 minutes. Would recommend.
If you don’t have a car, the hotel provides a shuttle bus! There is a ski equipment rental service in the hotel (but not used)
Niseko skiing and sightseeing by car! Can be given priority
There's no onsen (hot spring), but you can use the onsen at the sister hotel, Vale. A noticeable problem is the poor soundproofing. The walls are okay, but the doors aren't soundproof
For this price, the location is excellent; it's about a 10-minute walk to the village of Hirafu. The breakfast is very Western-style. A shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes
Conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from JR Sapporo Station, APA Hotel TKP Sapporo Eki-Kitaguchi Excellent features free WiFi. A coin launderette is available on site.
This time, I stayed here without meals. The selling point of this hotel is the 100% privately-sourced moor hot spring
Location, hot springs – excellent!
The bath is a moor hot spring, and although the tub isn't very large, it left my skin feeling smooth and silky, which was great. I had the impression that there weren't many amenities
It moisturized my skin and the slightly hot water felt great!
It's about a 5-minute walk from Obihiro Station, and the bus from Tokachi Obihiro Airport stops nearby, so it's very convenient
Breakfast is a set meal, but after I sat down and ordered, I was left alone for over 20 minutes, and when I told them I'd had enough and wanted to leave, they came right away
It's a shame that there is no open-air bath, but the spring water is of excellent quality and warms the body. The breakfast is also delicious, so I stay here every time.
Also pool staff need to try and be more helpful to guests rather than behaving like municipal pool attendants
Nice and clean swimming pool facilities.
Great atmosphere and service.
I love the onsen. Especially a long hard ski on the powder
Have to pay onsen fee 150jpy/night +accommodation tax upon checkout. There is a massage center inside the hotel, chargeable. A 10min walking up-down hill to other restaurants on main street
Honestly just came for the onsen as I was staying at the more budget Owashi lodge (R.I.P) across the street.
Still good value and awesome views
But rooms are very dated and you can’t cool room since the hotel has switched all air cons to heat only as of today 29 September - our room is 26 degrees and hard to sleep
Excellent service, excellent Japanese and French dinner, excellent views from the room with a lot of birds, excellent onsen, and great price if you book early。。。
Located on the shores of Lake Saroma, facing west, this hotel offers excellent sunset views. The onsen (hot spring) is quite nice, with facilities on both floors, and the dinner buffet is well worth the price
Im still dreaming of the meal! Our room was facing the lake, at night, if you look through the windows you will see the brightest night sky filled with glittering stars! HUGE stars!! Only complaint would be that the room js quite stuffy, you can try to open the windows for some fresh air
The location of the hotel is very remote and we arrived around 7:00. The service attitude is generally good and the breakfast food quality is good. The environment is good and there is 🦐 sashimi
The hotel has been open for a while, and there's a persistent issue with the ventilation units or air conditioning units experiencing low-frequency resonance
Beautiful onsen hotel! Hardware is a little aged, would still definitely recommend. The dinner buffet was scrumptious, a must try, the steak and scallop sashimi
Hotel located at the heart of tokyo making it accessible to go anywhere. Staff is friendly and helpful. Those who wants to stay in quiet area but still nearby to the city center should try this hotel. Recommended.
I booked one because it was cheaper, but it had a noticeable smoky smell that wasn't pleasant. The windows also couldn't be opened. However, there was an air freshener spray in the room
It's super easy to get to from Sapporo Station; just take Exit 1 at Nakajima-Koen, cross the traffic lights, and you're there. They have a hot spring and breakfast, and even if you don't book breakfast, it's only 500 yen
Facilities: Great! They even offer complimentary afternoon tea, snacks, and drinks. Cleanliness: Very clean, and excellent value for money. Environment: If you don't smoke, don't book a smoking room
Right next to Nakajima-Kōen subway station, it's a 10-minute walk to Susukino. The breakfast is quite good, and the price is very affordable. Much better value for money than hotels in Susukino.
Good hotel with good facilities. Love the evening snacks provided. Amenities are various and plenty. Staff are helpful and friendly. Location is also good. Overall a solid good hotel.
