Great hotel and location. Very close to the train station and well kept. The staff are frisky and the room is nice and clean. We opted for the breakfast which is great. Highly recommended hotel!
The location is just opposite the JR station which is convenient and hotel have its own free site parking. Overall good experience, only the breakfast not my fancy type.
Very good holiday in an excellent location. It has free parking and also coin laundry service which is helpful. The only thing which could be a consideration was a very small room especially the bathroom.
The hotel is very close to the ski resort, about a 15-minute drive away. It offers free parking and self-check-in. Its location right next to the JR station is excellent, with many restaurants within walking distance.
What really made the stay special was the view: from the front we had a beautiful mountain view, and from the back we could see the ski resort, waking up to snow scenery every morning felt unreal
The hotel was also quiet at night so we slept really well, and the overall vibe felt warm and relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful, and everything from check-in to daily stay was smooth
This time, I stayed here without meals. The selling point of this hotel is the 100% privately-sourced moor hot spring
Location, hot springs – excellent!
The bath is a moor hot spring, and although the tub isn't very large, it left my skin feeling smooth and silky, which was great. I had the impression that there weren't many amenities
It moisturized my skin and the slightly hot water felt great!
It's about a 5-minute walk from Obihiro Station, and the bus from Tokachi Obihiro Airport stops nearby, so it's very convenient
Breakfast is a set meal, but after I sat down and ordered, I was left alone for over 20 minutes, and when I told them I'd had enough and wanted to leave, they came right away
It's a shame that there is no open-air bath, but the spring water is of excellent quality and warms the body. The breakfast is also delicious, so I stay here every time.
I would recommend the lake-view rooms on the fourth floor. They're newly renovated, the showers are very comfortable (no need to step into the bathtub!), and the bedrooms are large enough to suit modern lifestyles
Very peaceful and has beautiful scenery. Love the birds around the sea.
The second-floor Japanese-style villas have traditional decor, outdated facilities, and small bathrooms, but the bedrooms are spacious and include a small terrace
Everything about the hotel was extremely good and overall the service was good, except the last day at breakfast the staff were not as helpful
Breakfast includes freshly squeezed juice, and the restaurant is beautiful. Freshly toasted eggs are also available
Luckily, I brought earplugs and wasn't bothered while sleeping; all three rooms we booked had this problem
A very pleasant stay, our family have the best time in this skii resort, it is like living next to snow. Breakfast with a variety of sashimi and amazing view you never forget
Great atmosphere and service.
I love the onsen. Especially a long hard ski on the powder
Have to pay onsen fee 150jpy/night +accommodation tax upon checkout. There is a massage center inside the hotel, chargeable. A 10min walking up-down hill to other restaurants on main street
Honestly just came for the onsen as I was staying at the more budget Owashi lodge (R.I.P) across the street.
Still good value and awesome views
they are asking for tourist tax 700 yen which didn’t notice before check out . That was disappointing
Hotel located at the heart of tokyo making it accessible to go anywhere. Staff is friendly and helpful. Those who wants to stay in quiet area but still nearby to the city center should try this hotel. Recommended.
I booked one because it was cheaper, but it had a noticeable smoky smell that wasn't pleasant. The windows also couldn't be opened. However, there was an air freshener spray in the room
It's super easy to get to from Sapporo Station; just take Exit 1 at Nakajima-Koen, cross the traffic lights, and you're there. They have a hot spring and breakfast, and even if you don't book breakfast, it's only 500 yen
Facilities: Great! They even offer complimentary afternoon tea, snacks, and drinks. Cleanliness: Very clean, and excellent value for money. Environment: If you don't smoke, don't book a smoking room
Right next to Nakajima-Kōen subway station, it's a 10-minute walk to Susukino. The breakfast is quite good, and the price is very affordable. Much better value for money than hotels in Susukino.
Good hotel with good facilities. Love the evening snacks provided. Amenities are various and plenty. Staff are helpful and friendly. Location is also good. Overall a solid good hotel.
It was really an out-of-this-world experience soaking in the outdoor pool while it was snowing! Fantastic!
The location is tranquil, and both the facilities and service were excellent. The two-meal Kaiseki dinner was incredibly delicious. Our entire family had a wonderful and memorable vacation there.
The check-in process was handled entirely by a dedicated person in the lounge area while I sat comfortably on a sofa, enjoying welcome snacks. It was a really pleasant experience
I booked a private onsen suite this time, and the room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring not only a private hot spring but also a massage chair
All drinks at the hotel bar were complimentary, and the Kaiseki dinner I added in the evening was incredibly fresh and delicious, course after course
Sure enough, as soon as my chartered car pulled up to the hotel entrance, a staff member was already there to confirm my details
Very good location
The rooms in the new building are very well equipped and spacious
The parking lot is very convenient next to it
Conveniently located hotel that has its own hot spring that is fantastic.
The hot springs are nice, and the Japanese clothes are nice too (I asked the gentleman at the front desk if there are such clothes for sale or how much they cost in Japan: the gentleman kept talking for a while and gave me a Japanese kimono to wear inside, but unfortunately I didn't get the outer one, thank you very much) It has its own restaurant where you can order food, which is also nice (but when...
nice staff can speak good English.
good price with a quite big room
Besides being spacious, the bathroom and toilet are spacious and have a separate toilet, providing a better user experience. This hotel is the closest to the Asahidake Ropeway entrance and is very newly decorated
The temperature was over 26 degrees Celsius at night, with a humidity of 60%. Those who are heat-sensitive should avoid this option. Overall, it's acceptable, but a bit pricey, making the value for money a bit lacking
We stayed in 2 rooms for 2 nights (halfboard). Breakfast is ok and and dinner was fantastic. Just giving my feedback, breakfast time is very short, only until 9am. Should be longer for holiday hotel
The hotel is strategically located next to gondola lift to Mt Asahidake, hence perfect location after 5 hours hike to Mt Asahidake. We reached the hotel from Asahikawa by bus 66
However, there are no convenience stores nearby, and the rooms lack air conditioning or, if it was turned on, it didn't work. All three rooms we booked had this problem
If you have the budget, it's best to book a superior twin room or higher, rather than a single room

This hotel is within walking distance of Sapporo Station. There is also the Sapporo Clock Tower nearby. The facilities are old, but there is no problem if you are just staying overnight
You will have plenty of options to choose hotel nearby sapporo station or odori station. Both location is strategic. My piece of advise is to choose within 100-200m from the nearby station to those like to walk.
Great stay! The location was super convenient, the room was clean, and everything felt easy and comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again.
Firstly, this is my second time for me to stay in this hotel, the location is not far from JR Sapporo and convenient store. The room is ok as standard Japanese hotel. Secondly, the breakfast is really good
And the breakfast buffet is amazing!
They serve seafood bowls and tempura, and alcohol from the morning!
You can enjoy shochu, wine, and Nikka whiskey from Hokkaido
convenient and cosy hotel. sufficient for 3 pax, although a little difficult to open luggages - but then again that's the standard in japan. will stay again!
Amazing experience, all the staff was so nice and helpful. They really made me and my friend feel at home for my birthday week. Private onsen in the room, used it twice a day for 4 days
Ski in ski out, ticket booth right next to hotel. Couldnt have asked for anything more. 5 stars niseko prince for the win! Arrigato!!!!! 🙌🙌🙌
This is probably the cheapest ski-in/ski-out hotel in Niseko, and ski-in/ski-out is truly essential! Carrying ski boards uphill is just too tiring
The location at the bottom of Grand Hirafu cannot be beat, since it is on a quiet run right next to the chairlift. The views of the slopes from the private onsen in our room was a very priceless memory
The location is fantastic, and it comes with breakfast and a hot spring. You can just ski right out of the hotel
Great location for a ski-in/ski-out hotel, and it has hot springs! It's super refreshing to soak in the hot springs after skiing. The only downside is there's a short flight of stairs to get to the slopes
It was great. The onsen was wonderful. The staff was excellent. I only wish the pool was open later
I went there in december with thick snow one great snow experience with a lot of activities
Indoor onsen, bowling alley and even arcade games
I was there for a goodbye party for my school. The food was good but I thought it was a bit expensive for the short time that we were there. The service personnel were great and courteous.
The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting me with a warm smile every time they made eye contact. The free lounge was also convenient and enjoyable. Oh, and the breakfast was amazing! Breakfast is a must!
Walking distance to lots of eating places opposite river. Choice of shampoo and liquid bath as well as pillow. Free red wine and nice coffee was a big plus. Also tried their deer curry just for the experience
Although this hotel no onsen but it us worth for staying. Reason being they provide very nice breakfast set and no parking charges plus the services of the hotel was great n warm.
The hotel is a bit old, but the selection isn't very good, and the value is good. Booking through this site won't guarantee the lowest price, but it's still reasonable. The hotel is quite good, located in a busy area
Although it feels a bit dated, it's well-maintained, so I had a comfortable stay. The room was spacious, offering great value, and I was able to spread out my suitcase without any issues
Just across the bridge from the hotel is Fisherman's Wharf and Shore Fireplace. Breakfast is delicious with three options, and I highly recommend it
It was my first time staying at a 4-star hotel, and it was really nice that I could use the private hot spring by making a 40-minute reservation. Dinner was served in the dining area, but I couldn't eat it.
Stayed here for two nights and found it to be faultless. Room was amazingly beautiful, clean and spacious. Unbeatable location with chair lifts just meters away! Staff were absolutely stellar and helpful
Parking and access to the ski slopes are very convenient. The front desk service is attentive; a staff member helped with our luggage and even provided pajamas for the whole family upon check-in
It’s was during the off peak period, so it’s not crowded, though several businesses were not opened. It’s a good time to enjoy some less energetic exercises like walking around and enjoying the scenery and fresh air
- The room has a glass window with blinds to the main room where our son slept, giving us privacy. The room also had a nice view of the snow. - The room has a kitchen, dishwasher, and laundry machine
- Ski valet is conveniently located on the second floor, just a few steps from the Hirafu gondola and the ski school. You can walk with your socks and get equipped in the valet before heading out

Booked 2 rooms for 3 guests. Parking was easy. Reception provide good service. Breakfast was tasty.
Breakfast provided. Coffee and supper provided too
Quite convenient and approachable.... Near bus stop and staion..
The building looked old, but it was comfortable.
I was happy with the complimentary coffee and the choice of shampoo.
I'd like to use it again the next time I visit Kitami.
I have booked the family room (Japanese style), provided with free buffet breakfast & parking.
Manager was incredibly helpful. Good experience, I'd stay here again.
The air conditioning looks new, so I wasn't worried about being cold while sleeping during my winter stay
Spacious compare with other city hotels. Staff are helpful and pleasant. A convenience store is nearby and no restaurants are around. However, short walk to Susukino where lot of eateries.
The hotel is about a 5-7 minute walk from Nakajima-koen Station Exit 3. If there's snow and you have a lot of luggage, it might take a bit longer. The hotel seems to have been renovated
The standard business room is small, as expected for a Japanese hotel, but it's very comfortable. There was no room cleaning during my stay, but fresh towels were provided daily
The hotel is great! The front desk service was excellent. They were very enthusiastic about helping guests solve problems and were always polite
They'd greet everyone they met with a "Good morning," which made for a really pleasant experience
This hotel is great for family and couples. Its a bit in the wilderness and driving to the town take about 20 minutes. Parking is free abd plenty of space. Food is great in portion and plenty of choice
Stayed four days and three nights, although the room is a bit small, but not a big problem, front desk polite, comfortable environment, hotel facilities are enough to play, can soak hot spring, massage chair, restaurant (buffet breakfast fit my personal taste, time 9:00am finished, dinner 8:30pm finished), rest bedroom, children's play area, reading area
Fantastic experience! The rooms are good with 2 beds and hotel has various resting, reading, chilling, eating, and wandering areas for all ages. Kids play room, massage chair room, and etc
It's a bit out of the way, but a very new and trendy hostel. The hot springs have both indoor and outdoor sections, which is quite amazing. The breakfast has a wide variety of options
Comics, magazine, and lots more books to read. The service is superb! Caring and willing to help. The onsen is marvelous! Large with 8 or more type of onsen from indoor to out door
It was great!
The food was delicious. There was also a gym. We could exercise while on a family trip!
The lounge at night was also great with free alcohol!
There are limited food options both inside and nearby, so it's advisable to come prepared for that. The room was lovely, and the futons were very comfortable
Breakfast was included in our stay, and we also chose to have dinner there a few times. Every dish we tried was delicious and beautifully prepared
The staff service is excellent, and the outdoor onsen is beautiful and very enjoyable
The only downside is that during peak hours, there are a lot of external visitors, but if you avoid those times, it's incredibly relaxing
We also tried eating out at a couple of other restaurants in Niseko, but we both agreed that the hotel’s restaurant was by far the best for us. Highly recommend this place!
Amazing breakfast buffet! Clean rooms, nice restaurant, staff dont speak english, but very helpful
I stayed here on a sudden solo trip, but because it was a last-minute flight, only smoking rooms were available, and the smell was a bit strong for non-smokers
I chose this hotel because it had a reputation for its delicious breakfast, and it was the right choice
The buffet menu was extensive, with so many options that it was impossible to eat it all in one meal, and it's a hotel I'd like to visit again. It was Setsubun, so they also served Ehomaki
The breakfast has a wide variety and is delicious. They even provide handmade rice balls with a message on the way home, which is very appreciated. The staff are also very friendly, making this a truly wonderful hotel
The bathroom has a large mirror, which makes it easy to use a hair dryer and apply makeup, but since you're standing the whole time, a folding chair would be very convenient
My first choice during winter skiing. Great onzen and spacoius room. Only things wish to improve the meals as not many variety and menu always the same . Especially staying few days enjoying the same menu of dinner
We chose this hotel specifically for our skiing trip to Annupuri Ski Resort. It's super convenient, only about a 10-minute walk to the ski rental shop! However, there are absolutely no shops nearby
My daughter and I arrived here for one night and found our stay very comfortable and luxurious, although it was only a brief visit. The room was a great size and the beds were very comfortable
The hotel includes a half-board plan (dinner is a Japanese set meal, and breakfast is a buffet). The only minor downside is that there's no shower in the room, just a toilet and a sink
But, there's a Niseko shuttle bus stop right in front of the hotel, which helps make up for it, though the schedule isn't very frequent, so you need to check the times carefully
Similarly we were also unable try the food at breakfast as we arrived just before 9am, but were too late so please ensure you arrive with plenty of time to go
