This was a nice cosy place that was fairly close to the subway~ Amenities were good (we had some free nice wine & beer during their daily alcohol hour) & we had enough room space to open 2 luggages!

The hotel reception staff were very polite, and the breakfast was good. They even helped me book a taxi late at night. I plan to stay here again.

To top it all off, my wife lost her wallet in Ōdōri park on our last day, but the front desk staff helped us by calling the police station and tracked it down for her! No part of our stay here left us anything less than absolutely pleased and comfortable

Such a wonderful space, I was completely satisfied from start to finish! The lounge was incredibly cozy, and I really enjoyed being able to sip wine and snack on marshmallows there. Absolutely loved it!

It’s around 13 minutes walk from JR Otaru Station, if you have luggage, just get a taxi to go there, only take around 5 minutes. This hotel is just too cute, a vintage vibe, lovely welcome drinks in classical lobby

My room is for single person, small but it’s fine. Japanese breakfast is amazing. You can have a canal view while you’re having breakfast. They provide free onsen or paid private onsen (2500 yen for 50 minutes)

The room was cosy with a beautiful ocean view. The furnishings are not modern, but that is part of the charm, as it feels like stepping back into the 80s or 90s while still being well maintained and fully functional

A rare find at this ocean-view hot spring hotel! Soaking in the hot spring while gazing at the sea, daydreaming, or chatting is simply wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we had a dedicated butler who escorted us to the large lounge for check-in

He offered us free flow free drinks and free ice cream (which was also very tasty) When we wanted to have some late night snacks bought from a convenient store, he also helped us reheat the food

A nice small hotel with only 26 rooms. Room is big and comfortable. The hotel served free ice cream and sparkling wine at night which was much appreciated. Onsen includes an outdoor section as well.

But as we step inside the property from a heavy snow, we saw this kind gentleman waiting for us right at the door. He greeted us, helped us check in, and explained everything clearly

First off, the front desk service was truly above and beyond my expectations. It was snowing heavily, and the bellhop was still waiting outside for guests to arrive, helping with luggage

The room had a large heater, so it was super warm inside. The space was decent, with a sofa, a coffee table, and a desk against the wall. Breakfast was pretty good and quite refined. It's very close to the JR station

The breakfast area turns into an izakaya at night. Sometimes, though, it's closed, and you have to find another place to eat. The front desk staff can speak English

The hotel is located at the most strategic area in Sapporo. From here, you can take the public transport, either the tram or the bus to the railway station and from there, travel all across Hokkaido or Sapporo

The WiFi in the room is just amazing and the bed is comfortable. It has a sofa and I used it to set my luggage on. The hotel provide slippers to use as they provide vending machine and microwave at the lobby

Stayed here for two nights in a room with a good view of the bay. What'd you'd expect from a business hotel. Furnishings a little old and tired but the rooms are otherwise clean and service impeccable

Some of the buildings and rooms are old, but they prepared a spacious Japanese-Western style room and I was able to spend a comfortable time. The bath is small, but it doesn't matter if it's for sightseeing purposes
