There is an airport bus stop in front of the hotel near the Sapporo TV Tower, which is very convenient. There is also a tram station located behind the hotel, making transportation even more convenient

This is my second stay here because I love this hotel so much! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and very convenient

There’s an Airport Bus stop right at the hotel for easy transfers to/from CTS Airport. It's located directly in front of Odori Park, which was amazing during the Snow Festival—I could just stroll out and enjoy the event

And they also not picking up infront of d hotel on the wkend and final day of d Sapporo Winter Festival. Nearest airport bus stop would be Odori Park or Grand Sapporo Hotel. It's about less than 10mins walk

Rm facing the park during Winter Festival might be noisy due to stage performances and safety announcements or whatnot from the megaphone. Loves the onsen; Female and male has each of their own sections

No daily housekeeping provided but they'd leave a bag of towel, new PJ set and stuffs hanging on your door in the morning. Early check-in would cost 1000¥ per hour till the official 3【pm check-in time

The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the desserts and ice cream were the same delicious Chateraise products you'd buy in their stores – I ate so much! I'd love to visit again in the summer when the outdoor pool is open

When I checked in, I received Chateraise Baumkuchen. The hospitality felt truly luxurious, like a proper hotel experience. The spa was spacious, and the open-air bath in the snow was absolutely amazing

Two of the water slides were closed, so it seems they're only open every day on weekends this month. Even without them, we were able to play in the pool until 9:00 PM and then relax in the hot springs

The buffet had a variety of options and was delicious. I was able to eat a lot of crab, which was great. There was a TV in the bathroom in the room. The pool and hot springs were great

I had to go to a conference, but I wanted to make some fun memories for my kids, so I stayed here with them, as it has a pool. The breakfast buffet was delicious

Great Hotel - I loved the swimming pool and hot spring facilities very much. I loved the big slide too, unfortunately it was closed when I was there

We reached the hotel at dawn already, tired and weak, scared. It was a terrible experience but the hotel is good. We got no help from the staff. The view from the hotel is perfect. Everything is nearby the hotel

For Japan, the room was quite spacious. However, the price was too high during the Sapporo Snow Festival. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, though it wasn't as refined as what you'd find outside

Located near the big market place. Good facilities inside the room. No smoking area inside the hotel. Many type of breakfast but only 80 seats available.

The staff were nice and helpful, and the free amenities for guests were a nice bonus. The only thing I’d suggest is having a free water refill available. Overall, I love Japan, and you really can’t go wrong staying here

We had a great stay at Smile Hotel Sapporo. It is close to entertainment areas, with easy access to the bus stop and subway station. The airport bus stop is also very close, just about a 3-minute walk from the hotel

I'm especially grateful to the round-faced Japanese gentleman in the restaurant who provided very timely help when my child had a nosebleed during breakfast. That definitely added to my positive impression of this hotel

The Ibis Styles Sapporo offers incredible value for money! It's super close to Nakajima-koen subway station, and within walking distance of Susukino, Odori Park, Sapporo Station, and the Daimaru department store area

However, it's actually only a 600-700 meter walk to Susukino, making it very close and handy. Downstairs, there's a highly recommended and affordable yakiniku restaurant that serves delicious food

This was the first hotel I stayed at in Sapporo seven years ago, and I chose it again this time. Its location next to Nakajima Park is fantastic, and there are several convenience stores nearby

It's also an easy walk to Susukino, which is very convenient. The staff service is excellent as always, and the hotel rooms are larger than most in Japan

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Nakajima Park, just three subway stops from Sapporo Station and one stop from Susukino

The Hotel location is very best located in the Park and very delicious breakfast and very near to the train station

Whether I was bowling for the first time at age 18, learning a full course in Western cuisine from my boss, or attending a wedding or reception at age 32, I was drinking alcohol at the bar and enjoying delicious Japanese, Western, and Chinese food with my hands on it

Even after a heavy snowfall, the path leading to the hotel was already cleared, so pushing a suitcase was no trouble at all. The hotel has a side entrance that leads directly into Nakajima Park, perfect for a stroll

We just book the standard twin room but it is quite spacious and very clean!! And the toilet is very spacious using the bathtub is alsoo veryy nice!! The staff is very very nice and when they notice from my passport that it is my birthday they kindly offer to decorate my room

Above all the hotel is just RIGHT BESIDE the station so it is very convenient. PLUS POINT that the hotel is absolutely GORGEOUS in the winter per my pic below. All in all WOULD DEFINITELY stay here again!

Nice hotel with a super convenient location! It's just a 3-minute walk to Tanukikoji, and there's a convenience store right downstairs. All the crab, lamb, and yakitori restaurants are also within a 3-minute walk.

This hotel is centrally located in Sapporo, very close to Odori Park, Shiroi Koibito Park, and Sapporo TV Tower, all within walking distance

The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, with complete amenities and a spacious bathroom. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating, and some even spoke Chinese, which was a thoughtful touch

I think it's even more convenient than staying at Sapporo Station because the subway ride to Sapporo Station is only a few minutes (not counting walking time). Both check-in and check-out can be self-service

The room was quite spacious for Japan, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of Chinese and Western options. Enjoying breakfast while watching the snow outside was a wonderful experience

Next to Susukino station and just 2 min walk from one of the pick up points for the Sapporo to Niseko coach. Quiet and clean with amenities for guests in the lobby to self-collect

Surprisingly, it was the only room on my Kanto-Hokkaido trip where I could fully open my 29-inch suitcase! It's also super close to JR Sapporo Station's Exit 16, so no dragging luggage through the snow

The room was a bit small, but clean and conveniently located. It's just a few minutes' walk to Jr, the bus to Asahikawa Zoo, the free snow park, and the supermarket.

The hotel is pretty old but cosy. For the price point nothing to complain. Breakfast is good, just that this hotel doesn’t have any smoking point. Which we will need to go to JR station or Aeon Mall

The room layout is well-designed, and they've clearly strived for perfection in every detail. I especially loved the bath powder and the dedicated scrubbing area

The room isn't big, but that's typical for Japan. The location is incredibly convenient, right across from the train station, making it easy to get anywhere

It's a pity that there is no sauna in the bathhouse, but I was satisfied with the open-air bathhouse with a good view of the sea. Dinner is mainly served with seafood. I think it's a paradise for seafood lovers

One of the best hotel we ever stayed in Japan. scallop and unlimited snow crab provided by hotel. Onsen is top especially the outdoor pool which overlooking the sea. Must stay if anyone plan to go Hakodate

The open-air hot spring on the rooftop offered stunning sea views, and with snowflakes falling on my face while I was soaking, it truly felt like an authentic Hokkaido experience

Hotel is just 5 min bus ride from the airport. The onsen in the hotel is facing the sea and the view is amazing. Buffet spread for dinner and breakfast are excellent. I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is relatively new, and both the lobby and the onsen facilities are excellent, facing the sea with brand-new amenities

The location is excellent, very close to both the airport and the beach. Directly opposite is the Tropical Botanical Garden, and from the room, you can even spot monkeys in the garden

The hotel has everything you need, perfect location just 2 minutes away from Hakodate Station. The baths are so relaxing and the staff very professional even when the pricing is reasonable, highly recommended!

The exclusive public bath is awesome especially the out door section. The cold air with the warm clay bath felt great after a day of traveling on trains. The staff were really friendly and English speaking

Good service and interesting hot bath / onsen in the hotel. There a salt sauna and salt onsen in. Comfortable room and bed too. U can see the hotel once get out from Hakodate station.

The hotel is walking distance to susukino street, 3 min walks away to family mart and some local ramen shop. It’s nearby the clock tower as well

The only downside is if u took the limousine bus from airport, you have to drag ur luggage all the way to the hotel … it is nightmare if is winter time where the road is piled up with snow

Superb, though it's a bit far from the subway station. However, it's very close to the shopping district. The front desk even gave me a box of chocolates and helped me add points to my Marriott membership

Fantastic location, a mere 5min walk to the start of the shopping street and food was abundant. Rooms were nicely appointed. And service was, as expected of Japanese standards, good. Will definitely stay again.

In good location and Family Mart just next to it, everything is good but the toilet a bit small and drainage in the toilet is smelly. Perhaps the smell from the bathtub drain. Nonetheless we enjoyed the Onsen on floor

Right downstairs from the hotel is Familymart. Across the street from the hotel is where Li Xiaolu goes shopping, and Ichiran Ramen is also on Li Xiaolu 5. This seafood BBQ place is a must-try!

Hotel did provide all amenities which very convenient and friendly use. We will come back again and will recommend to other 👍

Close to new chitose airport. Free shuttle bus service is a plus. Room is small but for over night stay before flying out is better than sleeping in the airport. Timetable for the free shuttle is posted.

Room size holds a double but the shower and amenities are good quality. There's a bath on the 18th floor which warms you right up when the nights drop way below zero in winter.

The hotel's location is really convenient. I stayed here for 2 nights straight, then went to Asahikawa, and came back to Sapporo and stayed here again. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Sapporo.

The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from Sapporo JR Station, and there are three convenience stores within 100 meters, making its location quite good. The room size is decent, and the facilities are relatively new

We got a room on the cross floor, that comes with living room, meal counter and separate bath and toilet. That also gives us access to the lounge with very remarkable drinks and light bites

The room is bigger than my expectation for a Japan hotel. The room is warm during winter and the window can't be opened. Do chill with cold water and cool yourself before come back for rest

We got 3 days stay at a reasonable price. The hotel was really nice. The staffs were very helpful.

Stayed here for a brief overnight stop en route to Shiretoko. Twin room was spacious by Japanese standard, with small double beds. Car park charge reasonable at ¥600. The roof top hot baths were great

Very clean room. Great view. Overlooking the Nusamai Bridge. If not interested in lining up on the bridge to take photos of the famous sunset view, you'll be able to see from the room.

Due to a train delay, I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night. The front desk staff waited specifically for me and processed my check-in quickly, instead of making guests wait one by one

The in-charge of the reception is awesome. We have to pay an ¥11,000 fine. However, we found it a few days later. We contacted the gentleman in-charge of the reception and he immediately refunded our fine

There are several nice restaurants in walking distance from the hotel towards the train station. There is adequate parking on site with a large overflow parking a short walk away

Love this hotel! We stayed here for 2nd time and this time I would really like to thank front desk colleague Saito San for her hospitality specifically with her communication skills, speedy check in and customer focus skills in helping us to change our room when my daughter accidentally vomited near our room bathroom as she got sick before checked in in the cold weather

Not only she assisted cleaning (outside of her job responsibilities as housekeeping staff gone after 3pm), she handled this situation so well and made us feel so much better without being bad and embarrassed about the mess we made

Everything was great except for the breakfast! In addition to the usual complimentary coffee and drinks, the lobby also offered clam chowder and crab soup (clear broth, of course, no actual clams or crab meat)

On the first floor, there's a lobby with drinks and snacks, plus a self-service counter for essentials like razors. Further down a corridor, you'll find the laundry room with dryers, which was very convenient

ART Hotel Asahikawa has a great location, surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores, making it very convenient. The room was clean and spacious, meeting our expectations, and overall it was a comfortable stay

They were also very helpful when we encountered a problem; we lost our keys, and a few days later, the hotel proactively contacted the car dealership and helped us find them, which we greatly appreciate
