Room was spacious enough for our 3 luggages. TV also had information regarding the status of the onsen and washing machine which was a nice touch. The counter staff also spoke good English and were generally very helpful
Its main advantage is really the convenient location, with two convenience stores nearby making it easy to buy things. Taking the JR is even more convenient. There's a public bath, but it's not a hot spring
Their English was impeccable and very clear, and they proactively asked if we had any other questions. There's only one restroom in the lobby, so if you're in a hurry, it's better to go to your room
About a 5-minute walk from JR, with a convenient store nearby, it's super handy. Rokkatei is right across the street, and it's only a 4-minute walk to the Hokkaido Red Brick Government Building
This hotel is only a 10-minute walk from Sapporo JR Station and 6 minutes from Daimaru Department Store. The price is definitely higher than hotels in Otaru, almost double
Since I had an early flight, I didn't get to try their breakfast. I especially want to commend the two male receptionists who checked us in and out
Hotel located near obihiro station. There is bus stop in front of hotel. Check in and check out process are fast and smooth. Warm and kind staffs. Quite big room, clean and great bed. The hotel also provide welcom drink.
We felt at ease and welcomed by their welcome drinks offer in the restaurant. Overall the hotel is bright and clean with Japanese simplicity design and ambience. The room was spacious and quiet for our triple bed room
Wonderful experience after 1 year past to stay again and the hotel never disappoints me. Sincere staff clean environment and nice breakfast which always makes me feel welcome and comfortable
Most of the patrons seemed to be business travelers, but the hotel is also comfortable for leisure stays. The rooms were clean and cozy, with thoughtful touches like a relaxing yukata
Friendly and thoughtful staff who can communicate in English fluently, especially the gentleman at reception on 16 Jan evening. The amenities provided are wide ranged and generous
Check-in was quite crowded, but the process was fast and handled efficiently by the polite and helpful staff, which created a welcoming start to the stay
(I don't like thw combination one so i purposely chose this type of room)
The cleanliness was superb, you can put the card on the bed and the sticker at the door to sign them to help clean the room and change the bed sheet
After watching Ken Takakura's movies, where Hokkaido was mentioned many times, I finally fulfilled my dream in 2026
What a beautiful region, a beautiful city, and a beautiful hotel – Sapporo Odori Park View Hotel! I was happy to find a smoking area in the hotel lobby. In the evening, while I was smoking, I met an American ice sculptor
relatively good location, about ~10 min walk from odori station. very nice that there’s free lounge from 3-9pm, with free snacks and drinks
Close to quite a number of attractions in Sapporo. Plus point: lobby has 2 cute robots waddling around
I emailed the hotel in advance to let them know it was our honeymoon, and they decorated our room accordingly. They even gave us some Shiroi Koibito chocolates! Their email responses were very prompt, which was great
There’s an Airport Bus stop right at the hotel for easy transfers to/from CTS Airport. It's located directly in front of Odori Park, which was amazing during the Snow Festival—I could just stroll out and enjoy the event
I have a reaaly good time at this hotel. i came to sappiro for calebrate my aniversary. the staff prepare some thing very sweet. the room and bed are more than enough for 3 person. Everyday they give us new towel
No daily housekeeping provided but they'd leave a bag of towel, new PJ set and stuffs hanging on your door in the morning. Early check-in would cost 1000¥ per hour till the official 3【pm check-in time
Instead of taking bus to the airport we chose to walk along the underground path all the way to Sapporo station which makes it easy for us in the winter. Everything’s prefect and wonderful
The room was spacious and well-maintained, and the amenities provided were good. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the city, making it easy to get around
I opt to leave my luggage in their storage rm, after I checked in around 4:30p, my bags already in my rm. Professional and polite staffs in general
The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the desserts and ice cream were the same delicious Chateraise products you'd buy in their stores – I ate so much!
I'd love to visit again in the summer when the outdoor pool is open
When I checked in, I received Chateraise Baumkuchen. The hospitality felt truly luxurious, like a proper hotel experience. The spa was spacious, and the open-air bath in the snow was absolutely amazing
Two of the water slides were closed, so it seems they're only open every day on weekends this month. Even without them, we were able to play in the pool until 9:00 PM and then relax in the hot springs
The buffet had a variety of options and was delicious. I was able to eat a lot of crab, which was great. There was a TV in the bathroom in the room. The pool and hot springs were great
I had to go to a conference, but I wanted to make some fun memories for my kids, so I stayed here with them, as it has a pool. The breakfast buffet was delicious
Great Hotel - I loved the swimming pool and hot spring facilities very much. I loved the big slide too, unfortunately it was closed when I was there
Onsen was nice and right behind the attraction within walking distance. Do note on the season when visiting because off peak may not have as many open stalls.
Booking the bus from Sapporo to Jozankei was convenient, and we saw many Japanese seniors staying there. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a good variety of fruits and vegetables, and everything was pretty tasty
Jozankei Manseikaku has so much delicious food! The scenery is beautiful too! It's super convenient, only about a 30-40 minute drive to Sapporo Art Park and Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort respectively.
This hotel is quite affordable for Jozankei, though it doesn't have private onsen. The hotel itself is a bit old, but the rooms are spacious enough
Good location, very big room so comfortable for 5 people. Our room was good view and clean. The location easy to go to many travel spot.
Love it ! No regrets booking here for the japanese style room. Was given a mountain view. Lovely.
Booked this hotel for the cherry blossom season in Hakodate. It's super close to Hakodate Station, making getting around really convenient, and it's also very near the Hakodate Morning Market
Waterfront about 10 minutes walk with some fresh seafood restaurants. Hakodate being an important export hub of seafood. Various fresh seafood abound
This is sow.I would like to said thanks to Ms Watanabe to sent back my lost jacket just in a couple of days time before I move on to another country so I think the service is great and location is great too .
Excellent! This place is right across from the train station and next to the bus terminal. **Facilities:** There's a coffee machine on the first floor and a hot spring on the fifth
The location is super convenient! It's less than a 5-minute walk to the subway station, which is a huge plus, especially when you're lugging suitcases around in the winter
The morning market is just across the street. **Service:** The front desk service was excellent. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit
The front desk staff generally had a good service attitude, and the personnel were polite and attentive. Some hotels even had staff who spoke Korean or Chinese, which made communication much easier
First, the window offered absolutely no view and couldn't even be opened – it felt like I'd booked a windowless room. Second, there were several hairs on the toilet seat, actually stuck in the middle
The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities and comfortable bedding. The location is convenient for getting around. The front desk staff were warm, thoughtful, and responsive
The breakfast buffet is a must-try; it's incredibly diverse, with a seafood rice bowl (kaisendon) available every day. It's absolutely amazing value for money, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo!
Overall, it was a great experience – quiet, hygienic, and good value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again
The location is super convenient, just 110 meters from Hosui-Susukino Station, making it easy to get anywhere
I'm especially grateful to the round-faced Japanese gentleman in the restaurant who provided very timely help when my child had a nosebleed during breakfast. That definitely added to my positive impression of this hotel
There are tons of restaurants nearby, making it extremely convenient for getting around. For Japan, the rooms are spacious, clean, tidy, and even offer a park view. The heating is good and doesn't dry out the air
Water dispenser is not available in lobby and not at every floor, you must go certain floor to fill up water and only cold water is available (no hot water)
I stayed here for the first day and the last three days of my Hokkaido trip. The room was quite spacious, and the location was very convenient for transportation
Counter staff extremely friendly and patient with our booking. Location is very convenient and food surrounding. Easy to move around city area.
I find the downside is you can only shower inside bathtub which is inconvenient to small kids and elderly, and you cant eat and drink in hotel lobby so cabt chill in lobby with families, and there is no Type C charger so you must use travel adapter
I took my family to get vaccinated. The security guards in the parking lot were also very helpful. While I was waiting, I bought bread and cakes at the hotel, and it was very good! This time I would like to have lunch
Excellent stay in Sapporo with great service. The staff speak fluent English and were very helpful. The room was very clean and well arranged
Even after a heavy snowfall, the path leading to the hotel was already cleared, so pushing a suitcase was no trouble at all. The hotel has a side entrance that leads directly into Nakajima Park, perfect for a stroll
For the location, you can walk through the hotel’s path to Nagajimakoen Station Exit 1—it’s not as far as Google Maps suggests, and there’s also an elevator nearby, which is super convenient
This hotel surrounding with greenery, I especially love it’s snow scenery in winter. Extremely beautiful!
The staff were friendly and attentive. There were also complimentary desserts and drinks for the room type that we booked. The furnishing is dated but it was still a comfortable stay
I like this hotel. Location is excellent. The room is bigger than many hotels in Japan. Near convenient stores 7/11 Lawson. Not far from Tanukikoji.my daugther agrees next time will stay here.Good choice for family.
Nice hotel with a super convenient location! It's just a 3-minute walk to Tanukikoji, and there's a convenience store right downstairs. All the crab, lamb, and yakitori restaurants are also within a 3-minute walk.
Hosuisusukino station is less than 5min walk away but not that there is no escalator at the nearest station exit so please find the nearest exit w escalator if you have luggages
Stayed at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Susukino—
super convenient location, clean rooms, and everything you need.
Not fancy, but really comfortable for exploring Sapporo.
The room was quite spacious for Japan, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of Chinese and Western options. Enjoying breakfast while watching the snow outside was a wonderful experience
The hotel room isn't huge, but it's spacious enough to open two suitcases, and the layout is decent. The bathroom has a bathtub and a toilet, which is fine
The hotel was just across the street from Asahikawa station and AEON, which was super convenient. Breakfast was really enjoyable and worth the add-on to the room price
Although room was a bit small, it was quaint and cozy. It was snowing the day after we arrived. The park behind the train station was really pretty!
There's an AEON supermarket directly opposite, which is great for shopping and souvenirs, and a shopping street with a drugstore right next door. The second picture is taken from the hotel room
Location, location, location. The hotel is just a few steps away from the train station, next to a mall with excellent food court.
Excellent location just opposite aeon
Ice sculpture just beside the hotel during ice festival
Paid parking nearby or in aeon
This is a fantastic hotel with excellent value for money. Don't be put off by the small lobby on the second floor when you first arrive
The location is perfect, right across from JR (on the left side). The breakfast is also very rich, you can even make your own seafood bowl, highly recommended!!! It's also very close to the Sankaku Market.
The hotel's location is excellent, with rooms offering views of Mount Tengu and Otaru Station. They also provide a complimentary set menu dinner in the evenings
Can see that the decor, furniture etc are all probably seen decades of use. Regardless, the location was great - just outside the train station. I can leave my luggage immediately and go sightseeing
Location is convenience. Just opposite to the JR OTARU station. Nearby has many famous store and convenience store. There is delicious free supper ramen, also included onsen which is very comfortable.
Great location, just opposite the JR station. It’s just 2 mins walk to Sankaku Market. If you have luggage and do not wanna drag around especially during winter, this is a great option
Room size is small but quite standard in Japan. Onsen is good and has a pin to enter for female
Hokkaido, Hakodate, 23D, Street N2, Dong Nhi, Lai Thieu 🧭 Map
The hotel has everything you need, perfect location just 2 minutes away from Hakodate Station. The baths are so relaxing and the staff very professional even when the pricing is reasonable, highly recommended!
The exclusive public bath is awesome especially the out door section. The cold air with the warm clay bath felt great after a day of traveling on trains. The staff were really friendly and English speaking
Good service and interesting hot bath / onsen in the hotel. There a salt sauna and salt onsen in. Comfortable room and bed too. U can see the hotel once get out from Hakodate station.
This place is awesome !!!! It’s new everything is clean and still nice !!! It’s a great value and conveniently located near the train station, it next to a super market
Super-duper breakfast. Maybe WBF means Wonderful BreakFast!? Simply excellent. Room small but normal for city centers.
I booked this last minute but might just stay for another night cause I really like it here !!
Plus, the complimentary ochazuke (tea rice) for late-night snacks was such a nice touch—perfect after a long day of traveling. What’s more, they provide free airport shuttle service, which saved us a lot of trouble
Spacious room, clean and comfortable. Airport shuttle was convenient as well.
When picking up from hotel, you have to head to the Domestic terminal and once exit the terminal turn left and walk all the way until the police post. there you should see some bus/van parked waiting to pick up guests
There're micorwave on several floors and one at the lobby. There's a restaurant on site and if you wish to have a simple take out meal, a Family Mart is right across the street with good selection of food and beverages
From CTS to the hotel, shuttle service begins at 5pm on an hourly basis. Once you check in you should book your departure shuttle and it starts at 6:10am. There's a minivan and a tour bus to cater for shuttle needs
This hotel is a good alternative to Chitose Airport Hotel. They offer FREE shuttle services to and from the airport. If you wish to stay the night, due to weather or early flight out, this is a good alternative
Very nice hotel clean rooms friendly staffs. The buffet breakfast is so yummy. Perfect for family who wants safety and relaxation as priority for their vacation. We will definately stay here again next year
In the current "environmental friendly / sustainability" (= no longer so service orientated mode for travellers) drive in hotels around, I really value the daily thorough and neat room cleaning service
The location to the subway is a 3 minutes walk and if you are here for the snow festival, the main part starts at that same area. It's an easy walk to the tower. I would definitely stay here again
From the friendly and professional staff, to riding the elevators with external view, to the large relaxing winter city view at my room, it was a welcoming retreat each day when I returned
The hotel provided a very subtle, non-intrusive hospitality which I truly appreciated. Location wise, it's less than 5 mins walk to subway station, making it very accessible
I'm not sure how anyone could give this hotel less than 5 starts. That's so hard to find in Japan other than at my own house. The bed was a bit firm but that's typical here
Hokkaido, Chitose, Bibi, New Chitose Airport, 国際線旅客ターミナルビル 4~8F 🧭 Map
This hotel is super convenient, the rooms are extremely clean, the minibar is well stocked, and the view overlooks the airport runway. After checkout, you can just walk straight to check in for your next flight
This airport hotel is truly top-notch! The hot springs were fantastic – clean and not crowded at all. Breakfast offered a great variety, and the service was excellent
Super impressed! The only minor thing is that it's a bit of a walk to the domestic terminal, about 15 minutes
Secondly, the grand lobby completely breaks away from the typical cramped Japanese layouts, making you feel like you've stepped into the glorious Tang Dynasty. The rooms are just as impressive
Nice hotel at new chitose airport. Very convenient for those who arrive late or morning flight.
Good room, my son love airplane view from the window. My daughter love onsen and shopping at the shopping mall in CTS.
Stayed here for a brief overnight stop en route to Shiretoko. Twin room was spacious by Japanese standard, with small double beds. Car park charge reasonable at ¥600. The roof top hot baths were great
I stayed one night in a Japanese style room.
The room was very clean, well organised, confortable and with a great view.
Staff at reception was very friendly too. Good price quality ratio.
Very clean room. Great view. Overlooking the Nusamai Bridge.
If not interested in lining up on the bridge to take photos of the famous sunset view, you'll be able to see from the room.
Facilities and service are of course the same level as other Dormy Inn Premium hotels. Excellent location for the view but quite some distance from the train station
The late evening Ramen was most welcome. I have stayed in many Dormy Inn and would recommend
Need to take a taxi from train station if you are traveling with luggage
The hotel had a Cafe - complimentary access for Premier guests - at the top floor. View of Hakodate from room was amazing. Breakfast had a decent selection of eastern and Japanese style cuisines
Hotel is conveniently located just across Hakodate JR Station and nearby the bus terminal and local tram stop
Downstairs had a convenience (drug) store which has all sorts of meds that you may need; nearby are quite a number of eateries to choose from including a Lucky Pierrot outlet as well - this one seems to be larger so we didn’t need to queue
The bathroom lightings is the brightest that I've come across so far which is good. Basic amenities and dated hotel
On the ground floor there is shop that sells Japanese goods for tourist and traveller with Tax Free handling
Amazing hotel, great location (literally next to the station). The breakfast was the best I have had in a hotel in years. I strongly recommend!! Also the bar (with view) was worth trying
Front desk staff are very friendly and nice and the breakfast is excellent. We enjoyed our breakfast time together with the awesome view and the food was amazing
We stayed 2 nights here during winter time. The parking is nearby and is about 2min walk away. Room renovation was kinda old but it was spacious and clean
Good service, clean rooms , best is the breakfast with great view of the whole city. The breakfast is worth staying here for!
Convenient and good location. We booked 2 rooms for our family. Good breakfats too.
Overall experience is great and we definitely will come back again
Very nice hotel, nice sized rooms, tidy and modern. Rooms cleaned and bedding changed daily. Affordable room prices. Central location in Asahikawa
