Hotel located at the heart of tokyo making it accessible to go anywhere. Staff is friendly and helpful. Those who wants to stay in quiet area but still nearby to the city center should try this hotel. Recommended.

I booked one because it was cheaper, but it had a noticeable smoky smell that wasn't pleasant. The windows also couldn't be opened. However, there was an air freshener spray in the room

It's super easy to get to from Sapporo Station; just take Exit 1 at Nakajima-Koen, cross the traffic lights, and you're there. They have a hot spring and breakfast, and even if you don't book breakfast, it's only 500 yen

Facilities: Great! They even offer complimentary afternoon tea, snacks, and drinks. Cleanliness: Very clean, and excellent value for money. Environment: If you don't smoke, don't book a smoking room

Right next to Nakajima-Kōen subway station, it's a 10-minute walk to Susukino. The breakfast is quite good, and the price is very affordable. Much better value for money than hotels in Susukino.

Good hotel with good facilities. Love the evening snacks provided. Amenities are various and plenty. Staff are helpful and friendly. Location is also good. Overall a solid good hotel.

There is a convenient elevator next to the hotel entrance. You don't have to detour to the front desk and then go upstairs

Due to heavy snow on the roads, dragging luggage 800 meters from the JR station was a real struggle

The front desk was so helpful; they booked a taxi for us early in the morning and even packed breakfast for us to take on the go. It felt incredibly warm and thoughtful

would be nice to provide self cleaning tools especially since there is a kitchen and things might spill. And also the balcony did not have any ‘balcony’ shoes so it was just too cold to step outside to enjoy the scenary

What we loved is that while the dryer did not really dry our clothes (separate washer and dryer), the heater in the room was strong enough to dry them and we could borrow a rack from the hotel to hang them out to dry

Only improvement we would like to suggest - we arrived when it was snowing heavily, and as we moved our luggage into the room the floor became wet and dirtied, we had to clean with tissue as there is no floor cleaner available

Quadruple room has kitchen and many extra utilities, and hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful (We were quite late for check-in but the staff helped us get to the room really fast and efficiently)

Room was clean and there is daily cleaning if you ask for it. Cooking utensils are available though no condiments provided. The bath system is electronic and took a while to figure out how to use it

This is an excellent 4-star hotel to stay in Hokadate. Almost as good as the 5-stars but at the 3+star price. Rooms are big and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful

This hotel is within walking distance of Sapporo Station. There is also the Sapporo Clock Tower nearby. The facilities are old, but there is no problem if you are just staying overnight

You will have plenty of options to choose hotel nearby sapporo station or odori station. Both location is strategic. My piece of advise is to choose within 100-200m from the nearby station to those like to walk.

And the breakfast buffet is amazing! They serve seafood bowls and tempura, and alcohol from the morning! You can enjoy shochu, wine, and Nikka whiskey from Hokkaido

Firstly, this is my second time for me to stay in this hotel, the location is not far from JR Sapporo and convenient store. The room is ok as standard Japanese hotel. Secondly, the breakfast is really good

convenient and cosy hotel. sufficient for 3 pax, although a little difficult to open luggages - but then again that's the standard in japan. will stay again!

Otherwise the hotel is pretty great, relaxed atmosphere, right on the main street and very close to two different Lawson kombinis, and a Mister Donut is literally right next door and stays open late

The room and the bathroom is quite small for 2 people, but it’s okay if you are only using it to sleep and go out during the day. Not far from Asahikawa JR station and there are few konbinis nearby

The mattresses are very firm (good for your back) but the pillows are kind of weird memory foam blocks, so that was a bit awkward. I put a shirt under one pillow to bring it up to normal height for my neck

We had such a good experience we even came back. I can also recommend you to pay a visit to "Zeppelin" a food and drinks place just by the hotel. The owner is very nice and hospitable

The location is excellent! Everything I wanted to visit was nearby, plus there are tons of great restaurants and shops in the area. It's also not far from Asahikawa JR station

They are too low otherwise but stacking two of them is way too much, I would suggest putting a mixture of fluffy normal pillows and these memory foam things

This was the best hotel experience during my Hokkaido trip. I stayed for two nights and it was definitely worth it. The hotel is right by the sea, with ocean views from the room

The hotel's location is super convenient

Another places for your attention is that the toilet and the room has a very strong and unpleasant urine smell. Though I cannot find any uncleaned spots in the toilet, the odor is simply untolerable

The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting me with a warm smile every time they made eye contact. The free lounge was also convenient and enjoyable. Oh, and the breakfast was amazing! Breakfast is a must!

Walking distance to lots of eating places opposite river. Choice of shampoo and liquid bath as well as pillow. Free red wine and nice coffee was a big plus. Also tried their deer curry just for the experience

Although this hotel no onsen but it us worth for staying. Reason being they provide very nice breakfast set and no parking charges plus the services of the hotel was great n warm.

This is an excellent option if you need an overnight stay between train rides or picking up a rental car near Hakodate. Easy train access to Hakodate city if you want to visit

Very nice hotel, the size of the room is bigger compared to other hotel rooms in Japan. The location is superb, very close to Shin Hakodate Hokuto Station

Very nice onsen facilities and the rooms themselves are pretty big! WIll definitely stay here again if I'm taking trains between Honshu and Hokkaido

I had to catch a 6 AM JR train. They had already prepared some breakfast, but refused to serve it before 6:30 AM. This is a negative point. Will I get a refund for the breakfast cost?

It's not too far from the Red Brick Warehouses and Mount Hakodate, just a few bus stops away

Hotel location is also great, walkable to the Hakodate station/bus terminal and Hakodate-ekimae tram stop. The bus which goes up to Hakodateyama has a stop right outside the hotel as well

when I visited this hotel, it was very busy season. almostly no room to choose in Sapporo at that time. so it cost a little bit high. but morning meal was good and its location is good.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was really good too! It was a short walk from both the snow festival and Susukino, so I would say the location was nice as well!

I didn't try any others, so I can't comment on them. There really are deer nearby! I saw them twice when they drove me to the station in the morning, but unfortunately, the car was too fast for me to get a picture

This could easily be called the hotel of a lifetime. It's located at Lake Shikotsu, accessible by bus from Hokkaido's New Chitose Airport to the final stop. Note that the hotel does not provide airport transfers

Regarding meals, it is a set menu - if you are particular it may be better to dine elsewhere and order directly. For the Onsen, we did not use as I have tattoos. They do have nice baths in the rooms

I left at 3:30 PM and missed it, ending up paying 14,000 JPY for an Uber. The service, however, was excellent. Upon arrival, they inform you of dinner times, and for breakfast, you can choose between 7 AM or 9 AM

There's also a 9:30 AM shuttle bus to the airport for 1,300 JPY, but it's annoying that they only accept cash. So, I took the free 11 AM shuttle that dropped me off at Chitose train station instead

You can see a picture of the dinner menu (Photo 1). Breakfast is similar to dinner, just without sashimi and with tofu instead. They mentioned a beautiful sunset, but I didn't get to see it

There are limited food options both inside and nearby, so it's advisable to come prepared for that. The room was lovely, and the futons were very comfortable

Breakfast was included in our stay, and we also chose to have dinner there a few times. Every dish we tried was delicious and beautifully prepared

The staff service is excellent, and the outdoor onsen is beautiful and very enjoyable

The only downside is that during peak hours, there are a lot of external visitors, but if you avoid those times, it's incredibly relaxing

We also tried eating out at a couple of other restaurants in Niseko, but we both agreed that the hotel’s restaurant was by far the best for us. Highly recommend this place!

The buffet menu was extensive, with so many options that it was impossible to eat it all in one meal, and it's a hotel I'd like to visit again. It was Setsubun, so they also served Ehomaki

The breakfast has a wide variety and is delicious. They even provide handmade rice balls with a message on the way home, which is very appreciated. The staff are also very friendly, making this a truly wonderful hotel

The bathroom has a large mirror, which makes it easy to use a hair dryer and apply makeup, but since you're standing the whole time, a folding chair would be very convenient

Perched on a hill overlooking the sea, the hotel boasts wonderful views, perfect for catching both sunrise and sunset. Guests staying at the hotel also receive a discount for Mount Tengu Ropeway

Great location, nestled halfway up the mountain with beautiful views. The hotel service is excellent, offering pickup and drop-off at Otaru Station. The room also has a hot spring bath.

The private bath in the room is definitely the highlight of the room. Plus the front desk even offered to change our room with a better view of the sea! Love it!

This hotel is located at higher point of Otaru. You can enjoy the scenery, the coldness and the quietness. Do include breakfast and dinner. Dinner is very romantic if you going with yr girl friend

While the hotel's facilities are a bit dated, they are very well-maintained. Each room features a private hot spring tub with continuously flowing, clean water, which is a great convenience

I arrived at the hotel to check in at 8pm. The front desk customer service was unable to answer my questions clearly. The room was large, but the bed was relatively thin. Men over 6 feet tall could not stretch out

In the end, the sofa was used as a bed. The breakfast buffet in the morning was a surprise, but the dining time was only one hour, which was quite rushed. The last breakfast time in the restaurant was until 9:30

It's very close to the airport and the staff can help arrange taxis. The only pity is that the buffet dinner was changed to a set menu.

An older hotel but well maintained. You get an actual key for you room, not a card key. You can leave it at the front desk when you leave the hotel so you don’t need to walk around with it

The hotel is very close to Odori Subway Station, and Sapporo Station is also within walking distance. The room was larger than I expected, and the breakfast was excellent, even featuring sweet shrimp tempura

The room was quite spacious; I booked a four-person room. It's an older hotel, and many Japanese motorcyclists stay here

There are yakiniku (grilled meat) restaurants nearby, and it's close to Minami-Wakanai Station (a 30-minute walk to Wakkanai JR Station) and a 15-minute walk to Sugunato Seafood Market

Unfortunately I could only get one of the two breakfasts because from October the breakfast time will be changed from 6:00 to 7:00, the first of two trains per day to Asahikawa leaves at 6:40, so it is not possible

I left my luggage at around 9am to go sightseeing, and they looked after it for me nicely. It was a standard business hotel, and other than the unit bathroom being a little small, there were no issues.

Since this change affects some hotels, including Rumoi, a notice from the provider is urgently needed! The hotel is old, the carpet in the room and hallway is in a deplorable state

This hotel is superb! The only con I noticed is that, during our stay, they didn't remove the ice blocked formed by snow in front of their vicinity. While we notice other hotels do have clean walkway.

This hotel is ideally located, just a 3-minute walk from Nakajima-koen Station and close to the Susukino entertainment district. Despite being near the nightlife, it's quiet enough to get a good night's sleep

It's super close to the subway station, so getting around is really easy. The only thing is, the breakfast menu is always the same, no variety at all.

Overall, it was pretty good, but on the last night, they didn't provide the bathmat I usually place outside the bathroom door to dry my feet.

For dining, you can find anything you want in Susukino, and having a Seicomart right in front of the hotel is incredibly convenient
