The room was quite clean, and the transportation was convenient, being very close to the airport.

About a ten-minute walk from the station, check-in and check-out were both smooth. The room was a bit larger than typical Japanese hotel rooms, which was a nice bonus. You can pick up toiletries on the first floor.

Near to New Chitose Airport. It is better if have shutter provided to the hotel especially during the night.

When we asked the night desk attendant about nearby places serving Japanese soufflé pancakes for breakfast, she suggested waiting for the hotel café to open at 10:00 am, even though they don’t actually serve pancakes, which wasn’t especially helpful

” Since the room was already prepared, this felt unnecessary and didn’t set the most welcoming tone to charge us. Even simply delivering our luggage to the room while we explored would have been appreciated

The hotel is a straightforward 10-minute walk from Chitose Station. The Japanese-Western style room was very comfortable, and it was lovely to enjoy a late-night snack at the small table on the tatami mat

The hotel is located not far from food street, not too challenging to search for food. There hotel comes with free parking. JR station located right in front of the hotel, 2 mins walk.

Breakfast is good, offering a satisfying selection to start the day. Parking in front of the hotel is limited (free of charge), but there’s an additional parking building nearby, which is convenient

The hotel is a bit far from the station. It would be easier if you could take the tram there during the snowy winter. There are McDonald's, convenience stores and drugstores on the street from the hotel

It's a little far from the station, but the hotel facilities are very new, and there are free drinks downstairs. In addition, I feel that the large bath is comfortable, but a bit too hot.

The service staff are very friendly. Alcoholic drinks (before 9pm) and soft drinks are also provided in the lobby. It is a bit difficult to open and pack the suitcases in the single room

It's about a 10-15 minute walk from Hakodate Station, which is acceptable. There's a tram stop next to it, so it's quick to go see the night view or other attractions by train

I stayed in a room with an open-air sauna on the seashore. The view was very nice and I was able to sit back and relax. I could see the sunrise from the open air bath and it was very beautiful and mysterious

Stayed in Tatami Room with fabulous sea view. Food was delicious, generous and variety buffet for bfast and dinner. Recommended. Value for price. Easy assess with bus ride but need to check on the timing.

I booked a Japanese-style room with meals included, and the food was quite plentiful. The ocean-view room offered a view of the sea, but you couldn't access the beach directly

Who would've thought our last night in Hokkaido, at an airport hotel, would be the best night? The room was huge with a direct view of the planes from the window. All the snacks and drinks in the room were complimentary

However, thanks to the kind assistance of Yi Lin (who was a terrific polyglot fluent in both English, Japanese, and Chinese!), we were able to get things in order, and we had a very smooth check-in and reception

Guests can also enjoy the hot springs for free, which is a fantastic perk

stayed here once last year and booked this place immediately after confirming our 2nd trip back to hokkaido! excellent views and service from the hotel and it has an onsen for one final soak before heading home

The room was spacious with a great view of airplanes, and the facilities were very new. The staff were incredibly friendly and there were even Mandarin-speaking staff available

The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the morning market and the train station. The hot spring and lounge on the top floor offer fantastic views, perfect for relaxation.

The room is super nice bed is comfortable! The onsen on the 18th floor is great and the lounge has absolutely awesome view! It's 5min walk from the JR station.

Extremely convenient location, right next to the morning market and across from Clown Burger. It's super easy to get anywhere from here.

Clean, functional and reasonable price for short stays to get around the main attractions

The hotel location is just next to JR station and the famous Hakodate Morning Market Square. The room is quite small and there is no properly place to hang your clothings for standard Double room

Considering these factors and the reasonable price, this hotel is an okay choice. The staff are all very friendly, but note that they are strict about check-in times- no earlier than 3 PM… with no flexibility

Convenient location beside JR Hakodate Station and morning seafood market. Rooms and toilet are small but expected of most city hotels in Japan

On the positive side, our room had a great view of the station. It had all the basic amenities and was clean. There’s also a coin laundry room with three washers and dryers, which was convenient for us

We booked online last minute as we had to stay an additional day in Asahikawa unexpectedly. We were given smoking rooms even though we ordered non-smoking rooms when we booked online

Good location, walkable distance from trains and nearby restaurants. Some shuttle buses make a stop at this hotel if you reserve a seat (example Kamui ski links ski resort)

I believe there weren't other regular rooms available. But the staff gaves us some air fresheners to use in our rooms. The room didn't have any bad smell and it was pretty clean

Nice location, it’s close to JR station. The bathroom is small but clean. You can travel hands-free, deposit luggage after checkout. It’s a good choice to stay here few days when you take a trip to Asahikawa.

Very good value. Small room, but clean. Great service by staff. Has free umbrella rental and charging for phones if you forget. Bathroom and bed sheets were clean too. Would recommend without hesitation.

The hotel is not in so crowded point but just nice and just very near with all the shopping spot and the subway station as well. Nearby also have many good restaurants and convenience store

It is a large inn with a hot spring. There is also an open-air bath, which you can use anytime. There were also high school students staying there on a school trip. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet style

It's a 20-minute walk from Kushiro Station. It's located on the main road, which is quite convenient. The room is slightly larger than the average Japanese hotel. Breakfast is included free of charge and tastes good

The airport bus stops right in front- super convenient. It is a 10min walk to the JR station in a straight line and there is a 711 combini opposite the hotel and a Lwason station 100 meters on the left

The free breakfast service was great. The customer service was also good. The Wi-Fi was good and I was able to use it comfortably. The shower faucet was a little hard to use, though.

And dinner was absolutely delicious! The nearest station is Yunokawa Onsen Station, about a 10-minute walk away. There's a foot bath near Yunokawa Onsen Station, which was quite hot, but very relaxing

Also, amenities were provided in the lobby, so you had to pick up what you needed. Only a razor, hairbrush, hair tie, and toothbrush were available in the room. Dinner was an additional charge

Love the squid and seaweed miso soup though. Also great view from the room and also fantastic onsen. However, I gave a 4 star as there was a used face mask in one of the yukata

This was the last lodging on my Hokkaido trip. It was very spacious and clean, and even with two futons laid out, there was still plenty of room around, making it easy to pack and relax

The hot spring on the top floor was also spacious, with hot, normal, and lukewarm water options available in the inner bath, and just one normal-temperature bath in the open-air bath

For Japan, the room wasn't small; it was actually pretty good. You could easily open two or three suitcases without any issues. For a 'pigeon-coop' hotel in Japan, you can't ask for much more

Otherwise, if you're coming from Hakodate or some other remote place, it's quite a long journey, and if you miss your train, you might have to wait several hours for the next JR. Staying here in advance is the safest bet

The lady at the front desk and a slightly plump guy were both very enthusiastic and had excellent attitudes. I went during a very sensitive time, and there were absolutely no problems

The only minor drawback, if I had to name one, is that there aren't many shopping centers or entertainment options nearby, and it gets dark early. If you're flying home, you absolutely, positively must book this place!!

I booked this hotel as I needed to fly out early from Chitose. I arrived at 12pm but wasn't able to check in until 3pm but my luggage could be stored. The rooms are SMALL but practical, no complaints

The hotel also has a private lift that goes directly to the basement, which connects to the subway, so you don’t need to carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs. Check in and check out were very smooth and easy

You'll have no trouble finding food, and there's a supermarket downstairs. The hotel lobby is on the second floor, and they provide free drink coupons – one for each day you stay, based on the number of guests

However, the hotel does not have an in-house onsen, and the breakfast selection is quite limited with few choices. Nevertheless, I would definitely book this hotel again, as the location is perfect

They provide you welcome drink (guarana is recommended!) and you will have your own Jinbei in the room which is very cute!! Toilet is easy to understand. Thai staff is nice and polite

The hotel's location is great, right outside JR Susukino Station. It's next to the Risokoji shopping street, and there are many small shops along the underground JR street too
