The rooms are clean and very satisfactory. Shibuya's downtown area is about a 10-minute walk away. We offer luggage storage service after check-out for travelers. I think the rooms are larger than typical Japanese rooms.

The room is small but very clean. The double bed is a bit narrow, only 1.5m. There is nothing else to complain about. It is close to the city center and within walking distance of Tokyo Tower.

Very small, cozy and clean.. provides pyjamas plus full amenities including face cream etc.. the location is a distance(around 10-13 mins walk) but there are plenty of convenient stores and food options available.. would definitely want to return and explore more of the shimbashi area..

Hotel was lovely and clean. Good size for Tokyo we could walk to both sides of the bed!!! The downside was the pillows and bed weren’t very comfortable. They charged 4000¥ extra for our son to stay in the hotel with us which was the only hotel to do so on our trip.

The room is quite small and only accommodates 2 people. It was clearly stated that an extra bed could be added when placing the order, but it was not allowed at the front desk. We were forced to book another room.

This was my second stay here, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the front desk staff included a Chinese guy. All the service procedures were handled very efficiently, and I got checked in quickly.

The hotel is very close to the subway and easy to find, with a convenience store downstairs. The front desk staff on duty that day upgraded us to a family room, explained everything in detail, provided excellent service, and had a great attitude. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

The location was good. Asakusabashi metro station is nearby. There is no any vending machine which is so surprised and a bit disappointed. There are many essential items which you have to ask to borrow but available.

This was my second time staying here. It's very close to Tsukiji Market, and within a 10-minute walk to several different subway stations. Ginza is also just a 15-20 minute walk away. The room was spacious, which is rare, and there was still plenty of space even after opening our luggage. There's a Lawson and a 7-Eleven nearby. There's a direct bus from the airport to TCAT, and the hotel is just a few minutes' walk from there, which is super convenient.

This was being our favorite stay in Japan. Perfectly located right for temple , ease accessible for sightseeing. The room was more spacious , spotless and super clean than tokyo standard. A very nice little hotel. Clean and cozy. My room had a view of Senso-ji Temple, Kaminarimon Gate, and Tokyo Skytree all at once. It was quite interesting to sit by the window and watch the tourists bustling around.

The location is extremely convenient, right next to Kaminarimon Gate. Although it's bustling outside, the hotel is very soundproof. Stepping inside feels like stepping back in time; it's incredibly quiet, unlike any other place in such a busy area.

Easy access from Haneda airport to Kamata, direct bus access from airport to Kamata station, Hotel is 5 min walk from Kamata station. A quiet, not tourist destination but lots of good food and shops around.

Located very close to Kamata station. It’s a modern looking, compact and clean hotel that has all the amenities we needed. I like that there were many plugs and outlets in the room, wifi information very easy to find and a clear information booklet in English and Japanese to explain how to use the electrical appliances in the room.

An amazing, high-end yet traditional ryokan in a cool neighborhood not far from everything in Tokyo. The onsen was amazing. My wife and I used it at least once and sometimes twice per day. An authentic experience in a hip area of Tokyo. Close to the subway. Wonderful thrifting opportunities. A young and vibrant college atmosphere in the neighborhood. Conveniently located in a lovely quiet neighborhood. 1-2 min walk to the train station. Hotel is new and even prettier than the photos. We had the duplex room and it is one of the biggest rooms I have stayed in Tokyo. The main attraction is definitely the onsite onsen from Hakone. The reception can speak good English.

Traveling with kids, this hotel is actually quite convenient. However, this particular location in Tokyo was genuinely dirty. The bedsheets felt like they hadn't been changed from the previous guest; I felt itchy sleeping on them, and there was a lot of hair in the duvet. It really wasn't clean.

The hotel is in a vibrant area of Shinjuku - there are MANY PETIT BAL hotels so check carefully which one you are heading for on maps. The hotel is very nice but reeked of tobacco smoke- the room amhas no smoking signs but has ashtrays and lighters in the room. I would stay there again
