The facilities are sufficient, there are vending macines and coin laundry at each floor and a good comfortable space in the lobby to sit and have a coffee. Everything else I needed was nearby

The room isn't big, but it's very clean. The biggest plus is the excellent location; it's right by the light rail station, making transportation super convenient

Very accessible area as well there’s all kinds of shops restaurants or supermarkets around. Free cake or cookie at check-in

Staffs are good but just few can speak English. Laundry must be on queue and didn’t know when it finish or some guests didn’t pick up their cloths on time but staff can help that.Everything’s perfect!!! Love this hotel

They have a free, open-air hot spring bath, which is amazing! I always choose this place as my last stop on business trips. It's really close to the airport, and the hotel even offers a free shuttle bus.

A good experience of how tatami style is like

We always stay in the Japanese style room with outdoor bath. The room is a good size with tatami mats and futon beds. The views are great as you can see the fireworks at Disney

The only downside is the very bright lights from the sporting fields near by. The outdoor bath is great after a long day. There is a free shuttle bus to the Disney resort. The drivers are helpful and friendly

On our first night, while waiting for the shuttle, the bus pictured (the one in the photo) arrived. We showed our Ctrip booking to the driver, but he surprisingly told us it wasn't for this hotel

The hotel is near Maihama Station, and the shuttle takes about 10 minutes to get there, making it very convenient to catch the Disney Resort Line. However, we had a little hiccup

We have stayed at Spa&Hotel a couple of times now and have enjoyed every visit. The staff are friendly and greet us as we arrive. Check in and out is quick and simple

Breakfast was good with a nice mix of options. Rooms are a reasonable size for Tokyo and very comfortable

However, after staying for over a week, the menu barely changed – it was pretty much the same every day. While there was a decent variety, it wasn't enough to get completely bored

The breakfast offered a good variety of dishes, but the portions for each item were very small, which made me a bit hesitant to serve myself. I can understand that they might be trying to avoid waste

The location of the hotel is excellent, surrounding by many restaurants, within walkin distance to all the main shopping

I stayed for two more nights after coming back from the Northeast. The location is excellent, convenient for getting anywhere with several subway lines nearby

The room even has a massage chair where you can relax after a long walk, the bed is very comfortable we could sleep well during our 5 nights. I'd like to highly recommend Remm Hibiya for stay in Ginza area

The lobby offers complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks available all day. The room was quite spacious, and the twin beds were large. The location is excellent, with easy access to airport transportation

For Japan, the room size is quite generous. It's close to the station, making travel convenient. You can walk to various restaurants and shops, and it's also easy to get to the city center.

Everything was great except for the slightly small room. I especially loved the design of the atrium and the entrance to the mall – it was very atmospheric and relaxing

This is our second times in the year staying at The Strings Shinagawa. Strongly recommended! Very convenient location for food and transportation.

Drinks in the minibar are complimentary, and you can check out at 12 PM or even a bit later. The price is a little on the higher side

Arrived at Haneda T2 on a late flight, and after clearing customs and collecting checked luggage, it was already 11 PM. Not wanting any more hassle, Haneda Excel Hotel Tokyu was the best choice

Service wasn't too good - when asked about shuttle bus schedule, th receptionist just told us to search on the internet lol Location was a bit confusing to find in terminal 2 especially when we arrived at around 11pm and the whole terminal was closed and elevators/escalators were not operating

However, the signage wasn't very clear; I followed a sign and mistakenly went up to the third floor (where I accidentally discovered a 24-hour FamilyMart) before realizing that the hotel is actually straight ahead at the end of the international arrivals hall, no need to go up or down elevators

After checking out, you can store your luggage at the lobby, grab a bite, and do some shopping at the airport. You can also exit directly from another hotel door to an outdoor taxi stand, which is very convenient

If I travel again, I'll definitely choose this place. It's super close, and my top pick for future trips. It's so convenient to just take the elevator up with your luggage, and you can buy things right there

It’s was a good location close to lost of convenience stores, Starbucks other coffee shops and eating places and shopping places. The stations were close by about five to six minutes walking so getting around was easy

It was clean and they replaced towels everyday if you’re saying multiple nights (which I did). Another thing if you’re planning to stay be sure to have your day planned out starting early

Super clean, though I guess that's a common characteristic of Japanese hotels. Very quiet with great soundproofing. There's only one elevator and no stairs, so you often have to wait a while

The location though surrounded by bars which was one of my concerns during the night one of the cons of staying due to being a solo female traveler

But despite that it was street were well lit so it wasn’t too horrible walking back to the hotel. But I would still be mindful about the hours as I’m not someone who stays out late into the night

But the convenience stores are close by so you can pop out to get something to eat and come back or head to the parks that are near by. But overall my stay was fine the location was good for me and it was affordable too
