all i can say is WOW! Phenomenal! Highly recommended!
This hotel located in the best area in Tokyo easy to get to anywhere
The hotel staff will go out of their way to help
Rooms super are nice and the bed is huge and very comfortable
the breakfast is really good! =
We loved it!! and we will go back
thanks to all of the hotel staff for an amazing stay that we had
The room was very spacious, especially the bathroom 😆—it was huge and spotless, and all the toiletries were brand-name. The hotel is right above a subway station, which made getting around super convenient.
What an amazing team of people working 24x7 for clients! Always a great smile on his face and never hesitates to offer anything
I was on a business trip and stayed for a week a few months ago. Failed to submit feedback earlier, but never forgot
So great! Breakfast is amazing. We lovedthe stay, large room for Tokyo and not crazily expensive. I'd come back.
Although the room included lounge access, I ended up taking it easy and ended up being five minutes late during the daytime, meaning I couldn't receive the service
Tokyo, 1-8-1 Shimomeguro, Meguro-ku (7 km from centre) 🧭 Map
We dined at one of the less expensive cafes in the adjacent annex, but now that I've experienced how spectacular the hotel is I think it would be worth a splurge
I've been to Gejoen multiple times and I was never disappointed. Definately one of the best hotels in Tokyo.
The room cleaning service was exceptional, always leaving me speechless from the sheer tidiness and care into organisation. The lounge offered outstanding food, setting a new standard that is hard to match
Stayed one night. The room is spacious and very clean. The garden on the 1st floor is exquisite. Unfortunately the Hyakudan Kaidan was not open. The service is impeccable. Highly recommended
My experience at Gajoen Tokyo was nothing short of excellence. The staff were always warm and welcoming, maintaining a high level of hospitality despite the language barrier
The hotel also had impressive infrastructure and deep cultural heritage, I would definitely recommend taking the cultural tour offered by the hotel to get a more in-depth experience
Tokyo, Ohashi, 2 Chome?22?6 Olympic Inn Shibuya, B1F, Meguro, 153-0044 Tokio, Yaponiya (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The room was well kept, and out of all the hotels I stayed at during my 3 week trip, this one had the best USB wall-outlets, allowing for fast charging! The location of those outlets are a little awkward though, as one might end up resting pillows and head on top of the ports
I ruined a charging cable this way, oops!
The room was small but large enough to open my checked suitcases and keep them open on the floor when I need them
If you end up at Ikejiri-ohashi, take the northern exit out of the station. The staff were accommodating and pragmatic, through minor language barriers
In my image's configuration I could unfold my suitcase for access, or fold it back to have more floor space
Toilet might be little small for male. It was so good and easy to go to shibuya. I love this place ! You can feel Japanese vibes here.
Olympic Inn Shibuya is conveniently located near one stop away from Shibuya station
The prices will be roughly 40-50% cheaper done that way and there’s a lot of them in the area. The stigma of the hotels didn’t bother us and there’s no windows in the rooms but they’re crazily sound proof
Very convenient area for transport and though known as a red light district area, didn’t really notice anything on this particular accomodation in terms of having people soliciting outside
The room would be equivalent to at least 2. 5 full size Tokyo hotel rooms with a huge shower area, bed and lounge and a washroom area
The hotel has enough space to open two suitcases and still have room to move around. There is a receptionist who speaks English. In addition to basic facilities, there are also jacuzzis, steam rooms, etc
Three bottles of drinking water (2 at room temperature + 1 in the refrigerator) and a can of beverage (orange juice or soda water) will be provided free of charge after daily room cleaning
Another surprise is that there is also a small gift bag (including facial mask, slippers, chopsticks, spoons and tableware gift box) when you check in
Tokyo, 3 Chome-10-7, Minato, 105-0003 Tokio, Yaponiya (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
I highly recommend it to travelers who want to stay for a short while because it is good value for money nearby! The only regret is that the room is a little cold, so you have to wear a coat when you sleep
It was clean, had plenty of amenities, and even provided a hair dryer, hair iron, and curling iron, so I was able to stay empty-handed, which was very appreciated
☺️
This time, I had a meal plan, and while meal vouchers were supposed to be given at check-in, they weren't, so I was confused when I went to get breakfast. You can choose between a croissant or a rice ball
First time for me in a capsule hotel, much cozier than I expected. For someone like me who likes a proper meal before starting the day, the breakfast was a bit meager (a cup of miso soup and a rice ball)
You are given a cup for drinks, and you can help yourself to coffee and other beverages. There is a welcome drink in the lobby, and it changes every day. This time I had apple juice and orange juice
There's a 7-Eleven nearby, the environment is peaceful, and the overall experience was fantastic.

Overall, I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. This hotel, conveniently located near the station, boasted an amazing view. As it was a women-only floor, I didn't have to worry about encountering men
Great hotel for the money, I couldn't believe you could get a private room for this price. So nice after spending a few nights in a capsule hotel at twice the price
Room was clean, staff polite and willing to speak English, and the sento was a nice bonus. Make sure you mind the curfew if staying here, overall I recommend spending a quiet night or two here when in Tokyo
My only minor quibbles were that, despite being someone who can sleep almost anywhere, I was in a room close to a sink in the hallway and was woken up by the sound of it being used
The room is small, Japanese-style, with tatami mats, meaning you sleep on the floor. It has a balcony and a very warm blanket. There's an air conditioner for heating or cooling
Although the room was a tiny 3 tatami mats, it was perfectly fine for just sleeping. The toilets were shared, but it was lovely to stretch out in the communal bath
Tokyo, 7-37-11 Ojima, Koto-ku (10 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Good tidy and quiet place, good sauna and close to the train
I stayed for 3 nights to study for my exam. Close to the station and Aeon. There were two types of saunas and two types of baths, and they were reserved. The room was clean and comfortable with a study table.
There is 24-hour front desk service, basic amenities, nearby residential areas, although not the most central to Tokyo, but subway stations are in walking distance, drive to stay quite good, nearby parking
There is no cleaning when ordering online, but a friend also ordered on-site for breakfast and cleaning. Is it aimed at Chinese people?
Tokyo, 1 Chome-3-4 Hanakawado, Tayto, 111-0033 Tokio, Yaponiya (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
I really loved the free ramen and yakult, and especially the refilling of sanitary products (towels, etc), those services really made me and my family’s stay feel special and more comfortable after long trips.
The only minor issue is that the facilities are a bit old; the faucet needs to be turned off very tightly, otherwise it keeps dripping. This was my first time staying in a tatami room, which was a novel experience
Most of the staff primarily spoke Japanese, with limited English, but both sides made a great effort, and basic communication was fine
Convenient location, free onsen, and spacious room with balcony. Superb stay :)
We were traveling to Narita Airport, and after taking the Airport Express to Asakusa Station, it was only about a 5-minute walk to the hotel
Good location n everyday hot spring. Best is the staff nice n good remen everynight.
Tokyo, 4-20-1, Shinbashi, Minato, 105-0004 Tokio, Yaponiya (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The rooms are small, and the exhaust fan is loud, making it difficult for those with sensitive skin to sleep. You must leave your room key at the counter each time you leave
If you need laundry, there is a coin-operated laundry within 10 minutes, but it costs 1,400 yen. The food district right in front is great for a food tour
Free drinks are provided at the counter, but no water or other beverages are provided in the room (there is a small refrigerator)
Tokyo, 2 Chome-31-26 Daita, Setagaya Ward (7 km from centre) 🧭 Map
High quality yukata garments are provided in the room. I reckon about 60% of guests wore these garments throughout the stay - my attempt to wear it correctly ended up in failure because I had not practised beforehand
The fermented soya beans must be an acquired taste but everything else was great to try. Do some homework about onsen behaviour before you go and practice putting on the yukata or a similar style garment if you can
The road to the accommodation was difficult, but it was nice that it was right near the station, and the road to the accommodation was pretty and easy to take a walk! The inside of the accommodation was clean and the amenities were good! I think it's worth the price! However, the shower facilities were small, so it was best to wake up early in the morning, enjoy the ryokan, and then wash up! Haha,...
This haven of tranquility is only 25 minutes from Shibuya but provides an authentic onsen ryokan experience. Rooms come with a Japanese Breakfast which for a westerner was an experience in itself
I guess like an English breakfast it is not something you would eat every day but it was certainly more healthy. Recommend the green tea as an accompanying drink rather than the coffee we had on our first morning
The amenities are also extensive, making it ideal for those with minimal luggage. A Dyson hair dryer is in the large shared bath and a SALONIA SL013BK hair dryer in the room
Tokyo, 3 Chome-10-9 Shinbashi, Minato, 105-0004 Tokio, Yaponiya (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
There's no English at all on the washing machine or TV, so it's inconvenient for foreignersㅠ
The breakfast system was really good
The location is convenient, but the surrounding area is a bit chaotic at night. It is very convenient for eating.
If you can't find someone, asking the front desk can be a bit of a hassle. The room was well-equipped, with a washing machine and refrigerator. Cleanliness was okay, though there was a strange noise at night
Location: The area near Shinbashi Station is often known as a place for office workers to have drinks after work, so most of the restaurants are izakayas or restaurants
The address listed on Ctrip is just my residence address; the front desk is in another building. I only figured out what was going on after I happened to meet a Chinese-speaking madam (yes, the hotel is in ***)
The room and the front desk are not in the same building. Google Maps directly navigated to the room's location, but I couldn't get into the first floor and had to swipe my card

There is free food at the lounge daily from 4:30 onwards and the buffet breakfast is very nice. Room is well maintained and clean. To reach the hotel from Ginza Subway station, take exit C8
Overall services were great.
But the furniture in the room was a bit old and may need some upkeep. The floor of the shower room was slightly slippery perhaps due to lack of scrub.
This is our second stay.
Great stay! Clean, comfortable rooms and very friendly, helpful staff. Great location near the Ginza shopping area, with easy access to everything. Well maintained and highly recommended.
I was over the moon when I managed to book a room at Muji Hotel Ginza, considering that it’s always booked out. The location is unbeatable and Muji’s own strong design identity made this stay even more enjoyable
Type C room has sufficient space for 2 but if you have big luggages then your walking space will be limited taken into account of its layout. Overall was still good and I will sure come back to stay with them again
Excellent location!
Clean and well maintained room under the brand. Room size a bit smaller than average but not a deal breaker.
Recommend getting a bigger suite or type.
Tokyo, Kabukicho 2-7-5, Sindzyuku, 160-0021 Tokio, Yaponiya (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The room was so big, clean and spacious! This room literally had everything especially their toiletries, had a sauna, tv in the shower/bath tub, mood lights, adjustable lighting, karaoke, housekeeping daily and more
If I had any complaints it is that they still allow smoking in the hallways and it seeps into the rooms. It’s a smell that honestly stays on all your clothes and lingers forever
If you can tolerate 3 channels of adult content on the TV, you get a larger room, a larger bathroom, a tube that can fit 2 people together side by side, a steam sauna, and better in room amenities
Big room (by Japanese standard), nice sauna bath-tub and good amenties, plus convenient location at a reasonable price
When we came back for check in, our luggages was already in our room and one of the staff was nice enough to guide us to our room. All of the staff we met there were so kind and welcoming, most spoke English too
Otherwise the rooms were very clean and the staff were very accommodating. The location is also in a great spot. Great hotel just hope they eventually ban smoking all together one day

This service is very good. The location is very good. The service staff is friendly. I will definitely come again.
What a beautiful rally.

Cleanliness: Clean and tidy Service: Warm and attentive
At first glance, it looks like a love hotel, but these kinds of places are common these days, so don't worry about it. It's recommended for people who just need a place to sleep in a good location
Within walking distance of the station
Luggage can be stored in advance
The room is larger than I expected
If you just want a room to sleep in
I think it's a good space.
It was just as I imagined.
It was a normal business hotel.
I had checked the reviews on Google Maps beforehand, so I was able to use it without any problems.
Tokyo, 3-24-9 Kanda Ogawamachi (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
My room had a separate open-air bathroom, and I enjoyed the quiet prosperity of Tokyo at night! Very satisfied! It happened to be during the Tokyo Kanda Festival, and the first floor of the hotel displayed relevant information about the Kanda Festival, and the atmosphere was full!
Amazingly clean, hospitable and well connected (proximity to the subway). Free Wi-Fi and breakfast was great. I stayed in a private/single (Japanese business style room). Very comfortable and highly recommended.
Came to Tokyo Dome to watch the idol's performance and stayed in this Japanese-style hotel. I have been to Japan several times, and this is the first time I stayed in a Japanese-style hotel that I dreamed of
A relatively very good hotel near the Shin-Ochanomizu Station. It is well-maintained, the staff is very professional and also the price is reasonable (although a little more expensive than business hotels)
The staff is friendly and it is clean. The price is reasonable. I would like to stay here again if I come to Tokyo. I am very satisfied.
Very good service
There are also Japanese people who can speak Chinese 👍👍👍
The location is very convenient. Highly recommended.

Great hotel , very nice staff and very clean and in a good location near night life . Walking distance to golden gai. Great hotel for couples . Will recommend to friends !
I will start by saying I was very hesitant staying in a love motel for my first trip to Japan but it was surprisingly pleasant
The staff was nothin short of great and helpful even letting us keep our bags there when we checked out since our flight wasn’t until 9:30 pm that night
The only knocks I will give it is the shower head holder was actually broken and we had to fasten it with a hair tie to hold it in place. The bed was also slightly uncomfortable but nothing crazy
It had my own sauna, a giant whirlpool bathtub with aroma therapy supplies and bubbles and a tub TELEVISION! a shower, a separate toilet room (rare in Japan), and the room was MASSIVE! No closets but that's not an issue at all
1 surround sound setup and you can blare it and nobody can hear you and you can't hear anyone else! Tons of high end ammenities and toiletries they restocked every day, and a fully stocked fridge where they charged you prices almost on par with the prices for drinks at 7-11
Tokyo, 2-22-2 Asakusa,Taito-ku (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
It's difficult for me to be objective when my stay was made excellent by so many different things, but I'll try. The staff speak enough English to help you settle in. Their attitude towards foreigners is also really nice
I'm a fan of games, anime and otaku culture, so I spent a lot of my time out in Akihabara. To get there, it's two stops west on the Tsukuba Express, for which the station is actually the closest one to the hotel
Just south of the temple is where you'll find the confusing cluster of buildings and tunnels referred to as Asakusa Station. Lines are spread out among three different companies and it's hard to walk between them
You can't expect to have an in-depth conversation about movies, but you can expect to be treated with respect and valued as a guest. You will not be made to feel stupid for not knowing the language
You have space to walk, sleep and store your stuff. I was very tempted to invite some friends over to play videogames, but it is important to note that non-staying guests are explicitly prohibited
If you're confident enough to eat at local businesses, you really should. There are many small restaurants and food stands all over the Asakusa area and everything you can get is delicious
Tokyo, 1 Chome-31-11 Asakusa, Tayto, 111-0032 Tokio, Yaponiya (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The ryokan is situated just steps from the busy shopping area of Asakusa and a few minutes from Asakusa Station as well as the Asakusa Culture and Tourism Center. The staff is friendly and some pretty good English
The bath has such a nice atmoshphere, you have a view on the temple or the Sky tree while relaxing in the hot tub and afterwards you can relax with a view above the asakusa roofs at the small rooftop zen garden
We arrived early and checked the luggages at the lobby. By the time we came back to check in, our luggage was already in our room. The room was nice and clean and the futons and blankets were very comfortable
The on-site onsen was such a highlight too; it gave me that real, cozy ryokan vibe without even leaving the hotel. The location was super convenient as well, making everything easy and stress-free
I stayed here recently, and honestly—this place delivered everything. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, the room was beautiful and spotless, and all the facilities were top-tier
Plus you are close to a huge Station, so you get around town easily. The staff is very kind and makes you feel at home in an instance! Everything is Clean and tidy and they take good care

I think that women can too, but you just need to ask someone to guard you. It is open from 3 to 10 pm, but is available all day. There is a stone bath with water at 40 degrees and a shower, my brother liked it there
The hotel is in a super convenient location, as there is a metro with 7 or more stations nearby, a small cute temple, a Mac, a KFC, a Starbucks and 24-hour shops nearby. Also a lot of eateries
The room with 2 1
For a room of 7,000-8,000, you would expect more, but this is Japan
There is a 24-hour bathhouse on the 10th floor. It says that it is public and then in brackets (male)
For 2 days, no one took out the trash, did not change the bed linen, they only hung a bag with towels and a bottle of water on the door (it is free here)
The hotel staff can communicate in English fluently. However, to process the check-in, customers require doing in at another building, 3 mins walk.
5 beds is very small, there is only space for a suitcase under the bed
Tokyo, Higashi-Ueno 2-15-9 (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Very accommodating and friendly staff. Great service and clean amenities. I am 189cm tall and just fit in the capsule but was fine to sleep in. Staff have limited English but Google translate made communicating easy
Cheap, clean and convenient, starts around 4k yen per night, you can also just take a break and shower here (japanese sentou)
toothbrush, shaver, robe and towel available if you sleepover
there is also cafetarian with drink vending machine, free wifi, microwave, and charging slot for your smartphone
Great location to have somewhere to rest after exploring all day
After checking in, guests can leave their luggage in the locker room and enjoy a spacious bathtub and a variety of amenities in the bathroom. The bedrooms feature a retro-futuristic design with capsules arranged in a row
Downstairs by the bath is a free machine that dispenses coffee, water, lemon water, green tea and barley tea. All have the option of hot or cold and all are unlimited and free
