The location is great, close to Hatchobori Station and Ginza, making subway travel very convenient. The hot spring bath was incredibly relaxing, and they provided a full range of makeup removers

The complimentary evening ramen was so comforting and really hit the spot. I also loved the free ice cream and Yakult – a fun bonus! They even had a good selection of amenities for children

next to the river. breakfast is nice. we stayed in other dormy inns before. This one is also good.

On the downside: The standard room was really tiny, which affected the overall comfort of the stay. There weren't many dining options nearby, and places closed quite early

The place is quite small and Japanese-style, but it's incredibly well-equipped and has everything you could need. Breakfast was also very good, offering a great mix of both Chinese and Western options

Conveniently located near Nippori Station, perfect for arrivals and departures from Narita Airport. The hotel's hot spring bath is wonderfully relaxing

Clean and new hotel I appreciate the air conditioner and the humidifier Hot Spa Available on 3/F which is great and relaxing A bit far from Tokyo or 新宿 可惜附近冇藥妝 只有小型supermarket 由JR/ skyline 站 行去酒店 5分鐘內到 近skyline 但超可惜離開當日 skyline誤點

If guests would to use the south exit, they will need to carry their heavy luggage and walk down a flight of stairs which will be very difficult them

When we saw that we need to walk down the flight of stairs, we decided not to use this exit and look for another exit with escaltor or lifts

Very good and new. Onsen is a plus and the location is perfect for skyliner early morning train to Narita. Take 3 minutes to reach station

During our first stay in this hotel, we carried our luggage and walked toward the South gate and found no elevator in this exit

The hotel was nice and precisely located near Ueno stations and Ueno Okachimaci stations. The only downfall is not the size but the hygienist of the room. Upon check in I found several hair (woman hair) on the bed.

The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including a self-service laundry room and a pantry. They even thoughtfully provided a luggage scale. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and even gave us small gifts

Standard squeeze for Tokyo hotel room but there was a sign which tells me to tuck my luggage under the bed. Location is superb, 5 mins to Keisei Ueno station / JR Ueno station with luggage. Value for momey.

The hotel's location is pretty good, close to Ueno and other subway stations. However, the entrance is a bit hard to find; the red front door is automatic, and I didn't even realize you could just walk in

There are plenty restaurants to explore behind the hotel, and there’s AEON small grocery nearby too. The hotel staffs are very helpful, they helped us arrange luggage transportation to the next hotel

The room had everything I needed such as an iron, hair dryer, and even a hair iron! Super convenient. The hotel also has a lounge where they serve free drinks — a great touch!

It has reading desk at the shared area of the top floor！ the onsen is always nice！ it is close to game center at Arihabara and Kanda Myoisin Shrine

The hotel service was pretty good, and the location is absolutely excellent. There's a small hot spring inside where you can relax and de-stress

the location is close to ueno skyliner and also tokyso station. it is good option for staying after landing and traveling shinkansen the next day

Good hot spring and a bit small room , and be careful the nearest kanda station exit opens only from 7:00-21:00

However, the bedding and pillows weren't great; the pillow stuffing was all lumpy

The hotel lobby is on the 30th floor of the building. The hotel itself only occupies two floors with over a hundred rooms. On the 29th floor, there's a public bath, an ice machine, a washing machine, and a microwave

**Environment:** There's a mall and supermarket downstairs, and Takashimaya is right next door. **Service:** Luggage storage is available, and wheelchairs can be borrowed. The parking lot charges a fee

Service was excellent as always. they are very helpful and put my online orders to hotel room directly. wonderful view of River Tama & viewed Mt. Fuji at restaurant.

If you don't want your room cleaned, just hang the 'do not disturb' sign on your door, and the staff will leave fresh towels in a bag hanging on your doorknob

booking price: JTBるるぶ RURUBU was the lowest price compared to agoda room view: staff advised me if i pay ¥3,000 extra charge per night, then the room can be changed to beautiful night view room otherwise, assigned to concrete wall view room

Interestingly, I didn’t notice any other babies at the hotel, which makes me think that our inability to secure a crib was due to our lack of advance notice rather than an overall shortage

The location is super convenient! It's an easy walk to Harajuku, Omotesando, and Shibuya. Everything else was just okay. The room was small but pretty clean

The sauna is cool with a nice traditional Japanese atmosphere. Was OK, but I'm the type who prefers just grabbing a few buns at the 7-11 / Family Mart across the street

A simple but good hotel, tiny rooms like all of Tokyo but definitely worth because of the location. Close to many important city hubs

Booked this for the convenience and that it was available last minute but would say it’s a bit pricey for what you get. Room is very small but we made it work with 2 big luggages

Walking distance to so much! Harajuku, and shibuya crossing. The breakfast was really great too. Highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this hotel. Despite the small room size, it meets all essential needs. I like the hotel offers the ramen, and the drinks, would definitely stay here again on my next business trip.

Royal Hotel Ikebukuro’s services are fabulous. I have no regrets about booking my stay. The staff are very friendly and cooperative, especially ZaZa — he is wonderful and extremely helpful

The room was spacious and the facilities were really great - exactly what I imagined and as advertised. The staff were very helpful and friendly too - will definitely come back again!

I was travelling alone with my kids, and he even helped me get to the bus stop, carried my bags, and showed me which bus to catch. The hotel staff always greet you with a smile

The room was small but well-equipped.

Teryu (the front desk staff) was very helpful. The hotel is clean, the onsen is great and the hotel is 20 seconds to the station entrance. Late night ramen was a nice touch and the breakfast was much better than expected

The facilities are great, with a hot spring bath, free massage chairs, and complimentary Yakult and ice cream next to the bath. They even offer free soba noodles in the evening. Lots of local business travelers here

Just realized, no clothes permitted in the public bath, but men and women have separate baths. While close to the Kodemachoo Subway, it does not connect conveniently to Tokyo Station without transfer

This is a very nice mid-budget hotel, in a very quiet area. If you are looking for a respite from the crowds and action, this is your place. As expected in Tokyo, rooms are very small, but complete

The hospitality is outstanding and the breakfast buffet is incredible and not to be missed. Teruya was so generous kind and helpful i cannot sing his praises enough

The room isn't very big, and while there's a large public bath, there's no sauna. Breakfast is free and simple, but filling and decent quality

Location is damn good and near JR station. Nearby can view very beautiful sky tree. Hotel top level floor also have free platform to view sky treeat night time 👍👍

Because I saw many people also recommend Kinshicho for accommodation I was really satisfied with it. There are many shopping malls, many food, and the location is not too complicated

Because the weather is hot, it is very considerate! ! ! There is a public bath, I like this facility 10 points, because I can have a good rest after traveling. As long as you book accommodation, it will include breakfast

The check in was easy. The location is convenient to JR & Local station Kinshicho. The facilities is amazing as well as the breakfast provided. Would def book Super Hotel again next time

Small rooms, but everything you need. Comfy beds - the pillows are really hard but there is a pillow selection area where you can go and get new ones! Husband tried the hot springs sauna and said it was fantastic

Really enjoy my stay here, the location is unbeatable since it's walking distance to many metro lines, the staffs are very friendly and accommodating, the onsen is also very clean, the juice bar in the morning and bar in the evening were also great touches

It's located in Higashi-Ginza, just a few minutes' walk from various subway stations, and a short stroll to the bustling Ginza shopping district – super convenient! There are also several convenience stores nearby

Those travelers who have big luggage might be very concerned. There are many restaurants nearby also convenience store. The room is very neat very tidy but a bit crowded if 2ppl. Not much space for your luggage

The amenities are great! I loved the onsen so much!! Because i came for Garmin Run Aisa and it helped me recover alot! I probably recommend my fds to come and I will come next time for my trip to Tokyo

Very nice local stop for non-crowded area! walking distance to all shopping, foods and transportation. The hotspring has limited time which you should pay attention at the beginning.

I stayed here for business. The parking was very convenient. It was close to the station, so it was only a few minutes' walk away, which I thought was very convenient.

This hotel offers great value for money for business trips to Kawaguchi. There's also a hot spring on the first floor that you can use during specified hours

But after walking around Tokyo for six hours with our family when at the end of our ropes… we knew we needed excellent cocktails, service and welcome amenities

If you find other hotels are small and book two rooms, it is better to go directly to Four Seasons to add a bed. It is very good, the service is thoughtful and warm, and the old man at the door is very kind

From greetings at the outdoor doorman to the lobby we were welcomed and given the five star treatment. We enjoyed a most excellent two hour respite in the bar

1 Next to Tokyo Station, Daimaru is on one side and Four Seasons is on the other. Tokyo Station has two main exits, one is Marunouchi and the other is Yaesu

You can find it after you go directly to Tokyo Station from the airport. The nearest exit is Yaesu South Exit. 2 Three people are traveling together

There are also simple snacks and chocolates for children. It takes ten minutes to walk to Ginza, which is also very convenient. My son mainly went to see Itoya stationery store…

Last time the bath was too hot to use, but this time the temperature was just right and very enjoyable. I'm very satisfied! The food was average. The price was also very affordable and excellent. I'd love to stay again.

Bed was comfortable and had a control panel so you could switch off all lights from the bed. It also had a radio player, and aux so you could play your own music from the speakers. All in all - zero complaints

The room was small but had enough room. There were three of us, so three beds. One bed was FREEZING, one was warm but on wheels, and one was both. The pillows were hard as rocks

It's within walking distance from Shinjuku, or you can take the Marunouchi line as the Shinjuku-Gyoenmae stop is very close by. I found the staff to be really helpful and kind

The front desk staff were so kind and friendly. I appreciated the evening happy hour which included snacks and free soft drinks and alcohol. The public bath was great and opened both in the morning and at night

Kita Senju is a great location that's not overly touristy but still has so many great transportation access to all the ideal parts of Tokyo

Great location. Nice and friendly staff. Hotel is very clean. There is everything you need in the room regarding amenities and you could also pick up more at hotel reception. It is more than worth the price!

But since the pandemic, I guess they changed the system and stopped the buffet serving, reducing the menu to minimum setting which is too bad. I wish they would go back to the buffet style soon!

I loved the neighbourhood and the hotel was just a 5 minute walk from the station and within walking distance to many great restaurants, bars, convenience stores, and cafes as well as a Donki

Even without understanding the language, the pictures made it clear. It's strange that I wasn't given any information. My English isn't great, but even just pictures and a translator would have helped

I really like staying at Super Hotels and this one was no exception. Easy to check in, comfortable bed with a choice of different pillows, welcome drinks, good internet and a carbonated water bath

Fantastic! The staff were so friendly, and the room was spotlessly clean. It had a bathtub and a fridge, and the electricity wasn't card-activated, so I could leave the room with peace of mind. 😌

My check-in experience wasn't great; the staff member didn't explain anything at all. Later, when I went to get the code for the hot spring, I overheard him explaining things to a Japanese girl
