Tokyo, Hanedakuko, 1 Chome?1?4 Yu Tian inobesiyonsiteiNei zonJ, Ota, 144-0041 Tokio, Yaponiya (16 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Excellent location! It's just one stop away from Haneda Airport, making it a great choice if you're flying. There's a shuttle bus to the airport every 20 minutes each morning, which is incredibly convenient
Spacious room, near to Haneda Airport.
I like it
Very convenient option for Haneda, with direct rail access making airport transfers quick and easy. Rooms are compact but clean and well organised, and the overall setup works well for short stays or early departures
Just one train station to the airport. But no shopping mall around the hotel, need to take trains to T1, T2 & T3 for last minute shopping. Good choice if you have an early flight.
The room was small and not cheap, but very clean. Its biggest advantage is its proximity to Haneda Airport, making it perfect for travelers with late or early flights
The hotel is relatively new, and everything was great. It's a good option if you like Haneda Airport.
Tokyo, 2-16-1 Konan, SHINAGAWA EAST ONE TOWER 26F-32F, Minato, 108-8282 Tokio, Yaponiya (7 km from centre) 🧭 Map
For Japan, the room size is quite generous. It's close to the station, making travel convenient. You can walk to various restaurants and shops, and it's also easy to get to the city center.
Pros: Convenient location, just a five-minute walk from Shinagawa Station via a skybridge. The facilities are new, the rooms are spacious (for Japan), clean, and the service is excellent
Great hotel hidden in a building , nice view looking down to the shinagawa station and the Tokyo tower. Great choice for transportation . Friendly and professional service.
Awesome hotel that is literally right next to Shinagawa station. The lighting throughout the hotel and including the rooms themselves have a zen feel that is quite relaxing
Everything was great except for the slightly small room. I especially loved the design of the atrium and the entrance to the mall – it was very atmospheric and relaxing
This is our second times in the year staying at The Strings Shinagawa. Strongly recommended! Very convenient location for food and transportation.
Tokyo, 2 Chome-1-1 Nihonbashimuromachi, Tyuo, 103-8328 Tokio, Yaponiya (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
They moved mountains to ensure my comfort, demonstrating a level of dedication and proactive service that defines world-class hospitality. This is exactly the caliber of care I expect from a property of this standing
In particular, all the staff spoke English very well which made it easy for us international Travellers which is not always the case for hotels in Japan even among the international chain hotels here in Japan
From the beginning of check-in (take luggage) to check-in, housekeeping, the attitude of every service staff are absolutely amazing. The counter service staff and service are very good
The location is convenient, and the room space is great! There will be essential oils attached to sleep and relax in bed. Housekeeping is amazingly perfect on those details
Booked two rooms for a family stay. Staff were very helpful in a comp dating us with connecting rooms and checking us in quickly
The staff demonstrate genuine passion and precision, ensuring that each culinary experience becomes an indelible memory. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its service

Have stayed at Andaz Tokyo for multiple times since 2015. It is still my favorite hotel. This time everything was just perfect. Friendly staff, comfortable room and well thought design. Will definitely stay again soon.
Room with a tower view. The location is excellent, but I felt the price wasn't really worth it; the room was quite small.
Good service. The hotel is really nice and highly recommend stay once when you go travel or for celebration. The view is very beautiful.
good service. every time visiting tokyo this is a hotel that u must experience
The servers are very friendly and will explain each dish to you when they bring it. The price is understandably high, but the experience is worth every single yen (and I'm saying this despite being a student)
Had afternoon tea at the restaurant on the 51st floor and it was amazing! The ambience, the view, the coffee (of which the quantity is incredible: I had a latte) were wonderful and the food was amazing
Tokyo, 2, 3 Chome-7-1 Nishishinjuku, Sindzyuku, 163-1055 Tokio, Yaponiya (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
There are several staff in the restaurant who can speak Chinese, and communication is very convenient. Special praise to Sun Xiaoqi for helping to recover the jewelry. The club staff are also very gentle
However, there is often a strong smell of gasoline at the entrance on the second floor. There are many staff waiting there all the time. I feel sorry for them and it also reduces the sense of the hotel
The staff did not greet you when you met at the elevator entrance. I wonder if the hotel leadership is so arrogant. The so-called Japanese service is also worrisome. The reservation includes breakfast
After the epidemic, hotel prices in Tokyo are really scary. I stayed here once before on a business trip. This time, I felt that the overall service quality was not as good as before
Check out the same hotel in "Lost in Translation". It has been open for 30 years. It still has a full sense of design and warm and thoughtful Japanese service
As for the view from the room, you can see Mount Fuji and Tokyo at night, it’s unbeatable! Although the decoration is old, it has its own characteristics
Tokyo, 2 Chome-11-6 Ginza, Chuo, Tyuo, 104-0061 Tokio, Yaponiya (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Although disposable supplies need to be picked up on the first floor by yourself, it is also very convenient. There is also an ice machine on the second floor, a gym, microwave oven, washing machine
Everything is very convenient. The self-service check-in and check-out at the front desk is very convenient. I like Japan so much that I hope to stay here again next time. This trip to Japan has added some surprises
The hotel location is excellent and many shopping centers and restaurants nearby. It has a public bath and I enjoy the stay here. The room is not large but understandable as it is common in Tokyo
I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the bathroom was, and the room was a bit bigger than I expected. I'm very satisfied and would definitely stay here again
Great location, right next to the main street, and super convenient for getting around with the subway station nearby, making shopping a breeze
The hotel environment is very good. There is also a cafe on the first floor, and the room will provide clean raincoats every day
Tokyo, Chiyoda-ku Marunouchi 1-9-1, Tiyoda, 100-0005 Tokio, Yaponiya (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
we were upgraded to the duplex suite by courtesy. spacious rooms with extra large bath, automated toilet, powered drapes and exceptional service as always in Japan. convenient location and historic building
The Tokyo Station Hotel is incredibly historic, built in 1915. The service is excellent, and the hotel itself is stunning from every angle, day or night
Every staff member was incredibly kind and thoughtful. The room's ceiling height is a rare luxury for Japan, and the breakfast was abundant, offering a wide variety of both Japanese and Western options
It's located right above Tokyo Station, which is both bustling and convenient. While Daimaru department store is next door, I found the shops within the station to be more than enough to explore
Our room is extremely comfortable and quiet amid being inside the station!
One of my favourite moment is breakfast! It’s full of different choices, and they are all really delicious!
This made catching the Shinkansen the next day incredibly convenient, and even chartered cars could pull right up to the entrance
Tokyo, 2 Chome-62-14 Ikebukuro, Tosima, 171-0014 Tokio, Yaponiya (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Ikebukuro subway station. There are also plenty of restaurant options nearby, especially many Chinese restaurants, which is perfect for anyone craving Chinese food.
30pm , public bath and free amenities. cozy and customer service is great especially someone who can speak English. Special thanks to Sagun for her help at front desk
The absolute highlight for me was the luggage scale they provided – what an incredibly thoughtful touch! Since Ikebukuro East was our last destination, we could weigh all our purchases right then and there, which was super convenient
Good location with many restaurants near by and a 24 hour Don Quijote with in 4mins walk from the hotel. Also, lots of shopping malls within the Ikebukuro Station
Help us out with luggage courier enquiry and helped us to check buses to Narita Airport. To improve- toilet in room has strong odour and lack of ventilation
Included all the amenities within the lobby which you can pickup yourself, and a free drink machine at the lobby as well. Would stay again if near the area
Tokyo, 2 Chome-3-12 Toyo, Koto, 135-0016 Tokio, Yaponiya (8 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel offers a free, super clean hot spring that's open almost 24/7. There are also plenty of fast food spots and ramen restaurants nearby, all serving really authentic flavors.
The hotel is great! It's just a short walk from the subway station. The hotel environment is very nice, the rooms are clean, and there's a large public bath as well. It's also quite convenient for getting to the airport
Live in hotel route inn grand Tokyo 4 nights, good room size and location, best reception service during all the route inn I stayed this time, good job, 👍 👍 will choose them again
Nice hotel with close proximity to subway station, from there ypu can explore Tokyo. Room is clean & the staff were wondeful. Most importantly budget friendly.
Tokyo, 4-1 Kasumigaokamachi, Sindzyuku, 160-0013 Tokio, Yaponiya (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
It's near the National Stadium, a bit of a walk from the subway, but it's a quiet oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The room is small but cozy and well-equipped, and there's a small restaurant downstairs
The hotel was clean, offered excellent service, and was in a superb location! My 16-year-old was considered an adult, which meant our 'two adults and one child' room type was no longer sufficient
Also the view on the baseball field makes your experience special as you can see the matches and supporters cheering with a full brass band from your room window!
We ended up having to book an additional deluxe king room, which significantly exceeded our budget
The Onsen is pleasant and clean. Breakfast was good and the room spacious
Tokyo, 1 Chome-2-1 Ōtemachi, Chiyoda Ward (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is conveniently located with several subway lines right downstairs, making it easy to get anywhere. The rooms are spacious, and the view facing the Imperial Palace is quite expansive
Solid 5. The service was very great from check-in to check-out. I will stay again here!
p.s if you're using subway, exit C2a is just beside the hotel. Google maps navigated us to exit C2c which is on the of the road.
The room offered great views of the Imperial Palace and Mount Fuji 🗻, which was a nice touch. The executive lounge overlooked the stunning Tokyo night view 🌃
It was good to have a view of the Imperial Palace. I also watched YouTube, but I was impressed by the locals many times. It's a pity that the photo does not convey it. I wonder if such a world exists
There was a room that could see the roof of the neighboring building and I was worried about the view but there was no problem at all. Tokyo Tower that appears at night and the buildings that flash red
Then I was impressed by the quality of the breakfast and the crispy sound of the cake. Return to the Imperial Palace in a high-end BMW. I was able to experience it with the standard plan. If not corona, then maybe double
Tokyo, 3 Chome-13-7 Akasaka, Minato, 107-0052 Tokio, Yaponiya (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
This is my second time to experience a capsule hotel in Japan. It is as clean and tidy as expected, and the shower room is also clean! I highly recommend it to those who travel alone
Overall it's good, but it's not very convenient to take the B1 elevator to take a bath, but it's also a good choice for traveling alone
One thing is that the location in Akasaka is a little inconvenient, but other than that I have no complaints. It provided a comfortable stay that I would like to use again in the future!
This was my first time staying at this capsule hotel, but it was more comfortable than any other I've stayed at. I can understand why the price range is a little higher
In addition to the amenities and cleanliness, it also has a bath, so I feel like I was able to relieve the fatigue of work
Tokyo, 6 Chome-7-11 Roppongi, Minato, 106-0032 Tokio, Yaponiya (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
It's just fantastic!
The front desk staff were mostly excellent, with the exception of one slightly older lady who was a bit impolite. However, this doesn't diminish my desire to stay at this hotel again!
Very food location and good services
I really like the Candeo line of hotels. They are famous of having their own onsen in their hotel no matter where you stay. Love their style, their taste. Always make u feel like home at their hotel
This hotel was in a great location - very close to the Roppongi station exit 3 and also close to the Roppongi Don Quijote store. I could see the top of Tokyo Tower from the 7th floor too
The facility is excellent, and the rooftop onsen is nice; I can even see the other people here while I'm using it. The room is clean, just a bit too small to unpack and keep the luggage
The location is easy; just as soon as I get into my room and look out the window, I can see the graveyard clearly, right down there. It is a pretty good location, if you don't mind
Tokyo, 6 Chome-24-4 Jingumae, Sibuya, 150-0001 Tokio, Yaponiya (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The location is super convenient! It's an easy walk to Harajuku, Omotesando, and Shibuya. Everything else was just okay. The room was small but pretty clean
The sauna is cool with a nice traditional Japanese atmosphere. Was OK, but I'm the type who prefers just grabbing a few buns at the 7-11 / Family Mart across the street
A simple but good hotel, tiny rooms like all of Tokyo but definitely worth because of the location. Close to many important city hubs
Booked this for the convenience and that it was available last minute but would say it’s a bit pricey for what you get. Room is very small but we made it work with 2 big luggages
Walking distance to so much! Harajuku, and shibuya crossing. The breakfast was really great too. Highly recommend.
Overall, I recommend this hotel. Despite the small room size, it meets all essential needs. I like the hotel offers the ramen, and the drinks, would definitely stay here again on my next business trip.
Tokyo, 3 Chome-12-5 Akasaka, Minato, 107-0052 Tokio, Yaponiya (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Summary: While the location and sauna are excellent, the lack of a welcoming atmosphere and the lingering smell of smoke make it hard to fully recommend for those sensitive to service or air quality
It was a fantastic stay. The staff was very service oriented and helpful.
The location is great with many eateries nearby and a couple of metro stations within walking distance
Even rented me a plug to charge my phone as we forgot to bring one. However we booked the double bed room for 3 pax. Did not take note of the room size. It was too small that my sis-in-law had to book another single room
Every night we can chill at the lounge for free beer and wine and spirits with snacks if we don’t wanna go to izakaya. Short train to Shibuya and Shinjuku area. A good mix of locals and tourist staying here
Toilet bowl is not heated but we are okay with it. There’s free coffee/tea every morning and taste really good
Will definitely consider to stay at this hotel again next time we visit! Off the beaten path find!
Tokyo, 1-104-19 Totsuka-machi (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Charging to pay 5000yen for a fairly dated gym was the only negative the changing rooms, hot tub and sauna were excellent though!
Breakfast was very good pretty sure the omelette stand could also do pancakes 🥞
The room was amazing large size and a beautiful view over looking the gardens. The staff were amazing friendly and helpful. One staff member was all ways there to help as out when we needed something so thank you Kosuke
Excellent and welcoming staff. Good breakfest. Close (10 min walk) to subway and with a shuttle buss to and from Takatanobaba station the hotell is easily accessible. Beautifull interior.
An excellent stay.
The Rihga Royal Hotel in Tokyo was a great place to stay. Both the hotel and the room were clean, tidy, and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and service-oriented, always ready to help
The location is in a quiet area, yet still close to public transportation, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay
First time traveling to japan this hotel was outstanding, yes it’s a little further out of the main area but there is a shuttle bus which was great
Tokyo, 3 Chome-2-5 Ueno, Tayto, 110-0005 Tokio, Yaponiya (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
It truly lives up to its name as a 'super hotel'. The breakfast was delicious! The front desk service was excellent, and the location is superb. All in all, this is an outstanding hotel, a rare find in Japan.
A pretty decent hotel in Tokyo with onsen. Reasonable prices. But the onsen is scheduled between man and woman because they only have one.
For people whom are not familiar with Japan’s trash system, there should be a pamphlet about what’s considered combustible and what’s non combustible so that we can sort out the garbage properly
Conveniently located near Akihabara with excellent transport links. The room was a bit small, but that's typical for Japanese hotels. It was very clean, and the service was good
Location is almost smack between Ueno Station and Akihabara - which is a great spot to be in. There are many shopping and food option within a 3 to 5 minute location
Room and hallways are clean and well maintained but not exactly brand new which is just right if you are going to spend the entire day out and about anyways
Tokyo, 3 Chome-16-7 Akasaka, Minato, 107-0052 Tokio, Yaponiya (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Extremely satisfied! Five stars all around! The location is super convenient: two subway stations are within a 5-8 minute walk; a 24-hour 7-Eleven is right downstairs; a drugstore is diagonally opposite, and the surrounding area has all sorts of restaurants, supermarkets, massage parlors, kimono photo studios, and stationery shops
A taxi ride to Tokyo Station takes about 20 minutes. The hotel room was very neat and tidy
They were meticulous, attentive, and did everything they could to offer advice and help! Thank you for your service!
Fellow compatriots, we are one family! Long live the friendship between China and Japan!
I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in Tokyo!
The magnetic blackout blinds were absolutely perfect, which is a huge plus for someone like me who is sensitive to light and on a specific biological clock! The bedding was very comfortable, and the hotel thoughtfully provided various pillow heights to choose from
There's also a public area with self-serve drinks and tables, great for a quick work session or a rest. I didn't get to try the hot spring bath. The room isn't huge but perfect for a solo traveler
I’ve stayed in this hotel for many times. The location and hotel facilities are good enough for tourists. The only bad thing I can think of is the check out time is at 10am which too early.
