Location is wonderful - 20 mins from Haneda Airport and 1 hour from Narita by airport bus Amazing views of Toyosu from the room Toyosu metro station is right below the hotel

Super convenient! There's an airport shuttle service, but just a heads-up that after 10:30 AM, the next shuttle isn't until 1:30 PM, as they take a lunch break

It's really easy to get everywhere by subway, and the area is pretty quiet with nice views. Plus, there's a mall nearby with an amazing vegetarian restaurant!

Near the hotel, there’s a small park and a Blue Bottle Coffee, where you can relax and enjoy the sea view — very chill and not crowded. 🚇Transportation is also very convenient

This is a very new hotel with beautiful views of Tokyo Bay. The large public bath is a great way to unwind after a long day

Breakfast exceeded my expectations; you can even order a main dish and it's available until 11 am, so you don't have to rush – it can even be a brunch! The hotel is right above Toyosu Station and Lalaport, making dining and transportation incredibly convenient

They have a free, open-air hot spring bath, which is amazing! I always choose this place as my last stop on business trips. It's really close to the airport, and the hotel even offers a free shuttle bus.

The room was small and not cheap, but very clean. Its biggest advantage is its proximity to Haneda Airport, making it perfect for travelers with late or early flights

The hotel is quite new and located inside a mall, which made it a bit hard to find. It's right next to Sky Bridge Station.

Very convenient option for Haneda, with direct rail access making airport transfers quick and easy. Rooms are compact but clean and well organised, and the overall setup works well for short stays or early departures

You literally just go in and sleep and come out . The rooms are supper small😭

For Japan, the room size is quite generous. It's close to the station, making travel convenient. You can walk to various restaurants and shops, and it's also easy to get to the city center.

Pros: Convenient location, just a five-minute walk from Shinagawa Station via a skybridge. The facilities are new, the rooms are spacious (for Japan), clean, and the service is excellent

Awesome hotel that is literally right next to Shinagawa station. The lighting throughout the hotel and including the rooms themselves have a zen feel that is quite relaxing

Everything was great except for the slightly small room. I especially loved the design of the atrium and the entrance to the mall – it was very atmospheric and relaxing

This is our second times in the year staying at The Strings Shinagawa. Strongly recommended! Very convenient location for food and transportation.

The hotel is conveniently located with several subway lines right downstairs, making it easy to get anywhere. The rooms are spacious, and the view facing the Imperial Palace is quite expansive

The room offered great views of the Imperial Palace and Mount Fuji 🗻, which was a nice touch. The executive lounge overlooked the stunning Tokyo night view 🌃

It was good to have a view of the Imperial Palace. I also watched YouTube, but I was impressed by the locals many times. It's a pity that the photo does not convey it. I wonder if such a world exists

There was a room that could see the roof of the neighboring building and I was worried about the view but there was no problem at all. Tokyo Tower that appears at night and the buildings that flash red

Then I was impressed by the quality of the breakfast and the crispy sound of the cake. Return to the Imperial Palace in a high-end BMW. I was able to experience it with the standard plan. If not corona, then maybe double

In particular, all the staff spoke English very well which made it easy for us international Travellers which is not always the case for hotels in Japan even among the international chain hotels here in Japan

From the beginning of check-in (take luggage) to check-in, housekeeping, the attitude of every service staff are absolutely amazing. The counter service staff and service are very good

The servers are very friendly and will explain each dish to you when they bring it. The price is understandably high, but the experience is worth every single yen (and I'm saying this despite being a student)

Had afternoon tea at the restaurant on the 51st floor and it was amazing! The ambience, the view, the coffee (of which the quantity is incredible: I had a latte) were wonderful and the food was amazing

There are several staff in the restaurant who can speak Chinese, and communication is very convenient. Special praise to Sun Xiaoqi for helping to recover the jewelry. The club staff are also very gentle

However, there is often a strong smell of gasoline at the entrance on the second floor. There are many staff waiting there all the time. I feel sorry for them and it also reduces the sense of the hotel

The staff did not greet you when you met at the elevator entrance. I wonder if the hotel leadership is so arrogant. The so-called Japanese service is also worrisome. The reservation includes breakfast

Check out the same hotel in "Lost in Translation". It has been open for 30 years. It still has a full sense of design and warm and thoughtful Japanese service

As for the view from the room, you can see Mount Fuji and Tokyo at night, it’s unbeatable! Although the decoration is old, it has its own characteristics

Stations (of various lines) are 10 to 15min walk away. Lotsa shopping, konbini, food, spa all around. Room is clean, size is better than expected (the usual japanese room size). Public bath is good & clean

Although it's a business hotel, it's also great for family trips. It's close to the famous Takarazuka Theater and numerous shopping centers, yet it remains surprisingly quiet despite the bustling surroundings

The bathroom was spotless; not a single water mark on the mirror or countertop, and even easy-to-miss details like corners and shelf crevices were perfectly clean. It made for a truly reassuring stay

Although disposable supplies need to be picked up on the first floor by yourself, it is also very convenient. There is also an ice machine on the second floor, a gym, microwave oven, washing machine

The location is fantastic, right in the Ginza area with lots of popular restaurants nearby. You can walk to the main Ginza shopping district in about ten minutes

The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Ikebukuro subway station. There are also plenty of restaurant options nearby, especially many Chinese restaurants, which is perfect for anyone craving Chinese food.

The absolute highlight for me was the luggage scale they provided – what an incredibly thoughtful touch! Since Ikebukuro East was our last destination, we could weigh all our purchases right then and there, which was super convenient

Good location with many restaurants near by and a 24 hour Don Quijote with in 4mins walk from the hotel. Also, lots of shopping malls within the Ikebukuro Station

Help us out with luggage courier enquiry and helped us to check buses to Narita Airport. To improve- toilet in room has strong odour and lack of ventilation

Included all the amenities within the lobby which you can pickup yourself, and a free drink machine at the lobby as well. Would stay again if near the area

The Tokyo Station Hotel is incredibly historic, built in 1915. The service is excellent, and the hotel itself is stunning from every angle, day or night

Every staff member was incredibly kind and thoughtful. The room's ceiling height is a rare luxury for Japan, and the breakfast was abundant, offering a wide variety of both Japanese and Western options

It's located right above Tokyo Station, which is both bustling and convenient. While Daimaru department store is next door, I found the shops within the station to be more than enough to explore

Our room is extremely comfortable and quiet amid being inside the station! One of my favourite moment is breakfast! It’s full of different choices, and they are all really delicious!

This made catching the Shinkansen the next day incredibly convenient, and even chartered cars could pull right up to the entrance

It's just fantastic! The front desk staff were mostly excellent, with the exception of one slightly older lady who was a bit impolite. However, this doesn't diminish my desire to stay at this hotel again!

Very food location and good services

I really like the Candeo line of hotels. They are famous of having their own onsen in their hotel no matter where you stay. Love their style, their taste. Always make u feel like home at their hotel

This hotel was in a great location - very close to the Roppongi station exit 3 and also close to the Roppongi Don Quijote store. I could see the top of Tokyo Tower from the 7th floor too

The facility is excellent, and the rooftop onsen is nice; I can even see the other people here while I'm using it. The room is clean, just a bit too small to unpack and keep the luggage

The location is easy; just as soon as I get into my room and look out the window, I can see the graveyard clearly, right down there. It is a pretty good location, if you don't mind

The hotel is clean but a bit old and I cannot open the windows so its kinda hot (until late night where the temp drops).   Overall, a good choice for short stay in the heart of Ueno

We stay just for a night to catch early morning Shinkansen. The location is not too far from both Ueno and Okachimachi, however due to rain, its harder to walk there

The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful! I booked it because I had business in Iidabashi, and it was lovely to take a leisurely stroll along the river from Ichigaya to Iidabashi. I'd love to visit again.

I stayed as a traveller but many people stay for work purposes. The television was a nice luxury, but I really like that each of the pods had two outlets and the air conditioner was really powerful

I used the onsen for the first time and the first class cabin was not that bad and easy for a first time capsule experience. They stored my luggage the next day as well. Great experience overall.

My main concern when staying at capsule hotels and hostels is the noise, but because it’s a rule not to make noise or eat or take calls where the pods are here, it was very relaxing

I keep forgetting that I can just stand in there, but I could and it was really nice to have the extra headroom and not feel too closed in

I also really liked the secure storage next to the bed. I stayed in the Business Class pod, which was perfect for a three-night stay

The hot spring was very comfortable, and there were instructions in Chinese, which made everything very convenient. After soaking in the hot spring, the hotel offered free ice cream if you felt hot.

The rooms are clean, and while the breakfast selection isn't extensive, the ramen and ice cream after a night soak in the hot spring are a real treat. The self-service laundry is also very convenient

The Rihga Royal Hotel in Tokyo was a great place to stay. Both the hotel and the room were clean, tidy, and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and service-oriented, always ready to help

The location is in a quiet area, yet still close to public transportation, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay

First time traveling to japan this hotel was outstanding, yes it’s a little further out of the main area but there is a shuttle bus which was great

A pretty decent hotel in Tokyo with onsen. Reasonable prices. But the onsen is scheduled between man and woman because they only have one.

For people whom are not familiar with Japan’s trash system, there should be a pamphlet about what’s considered combustible and what’s non combustible so that we can sort out the garbage properly

Conveniently located near Akihabara with excellent transport links. The room was a bit small, but that's typical for Japanese hotels. It was very clean, and the service was good

Location is almost smack between Ueno Station and Akihabara - which is a great spot to be in. There are many shopping and food option within a 3 to 5 minute location

Room and hallways are clean and well maintained but not exactly brand new which is just right if you are going to spend the entire day out and about anyways

A taxi ride to Tokyo Station takes about 20 minutes. The hotel room was very neat and tidy

The magnetic blackout blinds were absolutely perfect, which is a huge plus for someone like me who is sensitive to light and on a specific biological clock! The bedding was very comfortable, and the hotel thoughtfully provided various pillow heights to choose from

There's also a public area with self-serve drinks and tables, great for a quick work session or a rest. I didn't get to try the hot spring bath. The room isn't huge but perfect for a solo traveler

I’ve stayed in this hotel for many times. The location and hotel facilities are good enough for tourists. The only bad thing I can think of is the check out time is at 10am which too early.

This hotel is conveniently located near Ginza. It's not expensive to take a taxi to Ginza, Akihabara, Skytree, Shinjuku, and Shibuya. There are also many restaurants nearby, making it suitable for family trips.

The station is not far from the hotel and you can change several lines of metro. The room for Tokio is very comfortable for family two children and two adults. Breakfasts were very delicious and various

Teryu (the front desk staff) was very helpful. The hotel is clean, the onsen is great and the hotel is 20 seconds to the station entrance. Late night ramen was a nice touch and the breakfast was much better than expected

The facilities are great, with a hot spring bath, free massage chairs, and complimentary Yakult and ice cream next to the bath. They even offer free soba noodles in the evening. Lots of local business travelers here

Just realized, no clothes permitted in the public bath, but men and women have separate baths. While close to the Kodemachoo Subway, it does not connect conveniently to Tokyo Station without transfer

This is a very nice mid-budget hotel, in a very quiet area. If you are looking for a respite from the crowds and action, this is your place. As expected in Tokyo, rooms are very small, but complete
