It's close to the station and has a large public bath, so you can relax after a long day of travel. There are many shopping streets and restaurants in front of the station, so it's very convenient

I was hoping for a quiet room with a good view, so I'm glad that I was able to get that. Thank you! I was also happy that there was a wide variety of breakfast options

It's a 6-minute walk from Keikyu Kamata Station. There's a convenience store right in front of the hotel, and it's conveniently close to the shopping district

Everyone at the front desk, restaurant, and cleaning staff was very nice, and the value for money was good, so I highly recommend it!

The room was perfect for a solo traveler, equipped with a fridge, microwave, air conditioning, and 24-hour hot water. No complimentary bottled water, but there was an electric kettle

If you are not a huge person, don’t mind smaller rooms with small bathroom, and don’t mind spending 25 minutes railway/metro ride every morning to reach center of Tokyo; then this is the place

Expect to use your bags as a dresser but there two hanger places with hangers for suits etc. Also, expect to close your bags in order to use the room. Myself with one small bag, I loved it

As always, it's a code-based check-in, which is great because you don't have to worry about losing a room card

It's conveniently in front of the Shiomi Airport so very helpful! I am amazed of how clean the room is but the noise outside can be easily heard inside. Still very happy with the booking!

I find the Hotel Super ! Nice and friendly and good breakfast. You have great connection to the Trainstation and Busstation. 15 min to Skytree , lots of shops and a Mall across the Station

Returned to Tokyo and chose this hotel again. I was pleasantly surprised that they stored our luggage, and when we checked in later, they had already moved it directly to our room

By the way, most of the front desk staff are Indian and speak excellent English, so communication was easy. The breakfast included curry rice, which I thought was even better than what you'd get from takeout

The facilities are complete, and the staff are very friendly.

They also provide breakfast, which is simple, with rice and some small dishes, bread, and coffee, all served on the 14th floor with a pretty nice view. The only thing to note is that the bed is quite small

The location is super convenient, just a 3-minute walk from the subway station, with a supermarket and lots of food options downstairs

You can tell it's an older hotel, but it's very clean. There's also an ice machine (free) and vending machines on the third floor. However, they only have a large public bath for men, not for women

The only strange thing is that the water and tea station is not open 24 hours a day. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on the food. However, there are laundry and drying facilities available on various floors

Overall, it's conveniently located near Senso-ji Temple. There's a FamilyMart convenience store right downstairs, it's a 5-6 minute walk to Kaminarimon Gate, and a 7-minute walk to the Ginza Line subway station

The hotel also has a public bath, which is open from 15:00 to 01:00 (1am), so one almost always can go to the hot/cold bathtub and the sauna after a long day

A really great location. Nice staff. Hotel itself seems outdated but that doesn't really have an effect on the score for me. The bed was comfortable and the room was cozy. I would stay here again

There are also many great restaurants nearby. It's super convenient whether you're visiting Senso-ji Temple or heading to Ginza and Shibuya!

I really loved the free ramen and yakult, and especially the refilling of sanitary products (towels, etc), those services really made me and my family’s stay feel special and more comfortable after long trips.

The only minor issue is that the facilities are a bit old; the faucet needs to be turned off very tightly, otherwise it keeps dripping. This was my first time staying in a tatami room, which was a novel experience

Most of the staff primarily spoke Japanese, with limited English, but both sides made a great effort, and basic communication was fine

The hotel is clean but a bit old and I cannot open the windows so its kinda hot (until late night where the temp drops).   Overall, a good choice for short stay in the heart of Ueno

We stay just for a night to catch early morning Shinkansen. The location is not too far from both Ueno and Okachimachi, however due to rain, its harder to walk there

It's quite a distance from the station and you have to carry your luggage up and down quite a bit. The breakfast could use some improvement, but everything else was great! Fantastic overall!

Right next to it is the subway station. Surprisingly, there is a bathhouse! You can take a bath and even enjoy a sauna, which is very exciting. The service is excellent. For sleeping at night, you need earplugs.

It's a very affordable capsule hotel. Not a luxury place and does not need to act like one - for 1500 yen a night you get a clean, warm place to sleep, hot bath and sauna, fresh towels, razors, toothbrushes

First time in a capsule hotel and it was really nice. The amenities are amazing but the sauna is only for men. The bathrooms were immaculate and at night, it so nice and quiet, you never know when to get up.

The amenities is good 👍 but I guess there’s always the issue for people who book the hotel on trip. I thought I booked an individual capsule space however it’s not. The image was completely wrong and misleading

Excellent location near Tsukiji and Ginza. V clean and functional room. Service is good, but friendliness varies. Could do with laundry facilities.

This was my second time staying here. It's very close to Tsukiji Market, and within a 10-minute walk to several different subway stations. Ginza is also just a 15-20 minute walk away

You also get a wonderful matcha and dessert with the room and the breakfast to go is simply delicious. Area is also walkable to Ginza and near amazing soba noodles and Michelin restaurants

Very average hotel. It feels like they've just repackaged it to make money off foreigners who haven't visited Japan before. The wooden bathtub was a nice touch, but it had a bit of mold.

The address listed on Ctrip is just my residence address; the front desk is in another building. I only figured out what was going on after I happened to meet a Chinese-speaking madam (yes, the hotel is in ***)

If you can't find someone, asking the front desk can be a bit of a hassle. The room was well-equipped, with a washing machine and refrigerator. Cleanliness was okay, though there was a strange noise at night

Location: The area near Shinbashi Station is often known as a place for office workers to have drinks after work, so most of the restaurants are izakayas or restaurants

It is a hotel in the heart of the city. It's comfortable to go anywhere. Near shopping areas Near restaurants, polite staff, explaining the rooms in all details well. The room is a bit small but has all the equipment

men and women When walking around shopping, when I get tired, I come back to soak. Makes you comfortable and sleeps comfortably. It's a small hotel, but there's everyone there

The rooms are cramped, making it inconvenient to open suitcases. There's only one public bath, used alternately by men and women, with changes every few hours. Although this branch is small, it's very clean and tidy.

I enjoyed my stay at Super Hotel as it was very convenient in the centre of Shinjuku, very convenient for me to arrange my itinerary accordingly.

If you really want to stay in Shinjuku this is a decent place. About ten minutes walk from the subway. Turn right out the door and take and immediate right and you will end up hitting a subway entrance

At first glance, it looks like a love hotel, but these kinds of places are common these days, so don't worry about it. It's recommended for people who just need a place to sleep in a good location

It was just as I imagined. It was a normal business hotel. I had checked the reviews on Google Maps beforehand, so I was able to use it without any problems.

it is a very conveniently located hotel next to a good metro station. has a vibrant night life around, with bars, restaurants, clubs. the room is small like all hotels in japan, but has everything you need

breakfast is at the cafe, or the convenience store. there are some options available which is nice. they also have a onsen on the top floor

And they told us that they would move us the next day and they did it and gave us a cozy bright room on the top floor with a window. The reception staff is very responsive and helped us with various issues

It was nice that a pajama set was provided, but unfortunately one button was missing and there was a hair on it. Other than that, the location was good and the free drink service was also good.

It was hard to find the mailbox to put the card to request cleaning. We slept in a double bed for two, but it wasn't cramped. When I opened my big suitcase, it felt so cramped I couldn't move

I stayed for 3 nights to study for my exam. Close to the station and Aeon. There were two types of saunas and two types of baths, and they were reserved. The room was clean and comfortable with a study table.

There is 24-hour front desk service, basic amenities, nearby residential areas, although not the most central to Tokyo, but subway stations are in walking distance, drive to stay quite good, nearby parking

There is no cleaning when ordering online, but a friend also ordered on-site for breakfast and cleaning. Is it aimed at Chinese people?

The ryokan is situated just steps from the busy shopping area of Asakusa and a few minutes from Asakusa Station as well as the Asakusa Culture and Tourism Center. The staff is friendly and some pretty good English

The bath has such a nice atmoshphere, you have a view on the temple or the Sky tree while relaxing in the hot tub and afterwards you can relax with a view above the asakusa roofs at the small rooftop zen garden

We arrived early and checked the luggages at the lobby. By the time we came back to check in, our luggage was already in our room. The room was nice and clean and the futons and blankets were very comfortable

My room had a separate open-air bathroom, and I enjoyed the quiet prosperity of Tokyo at night! Very satisfied! It happened to be during the Tokyo Kanda Festival, and the first floor of the hotel displayed relevant information about the Kanda Festival, and the atmosphere was full!

Had stayed in this Hotel serveral times, it is conveniently located near Akasaka Mitsuke station. Many eateries, convenience shops, Bic Camera and even a small Donki ard this area. Room is clean but a bit dated

Also, maybe most of the customers are foreigner, the percentage of public bath enjoyer looks pretty small

The location is good located at the downtown of Ueno w convenience stores, pharmacy & many restaurants nearby, 10-min walk to Keisei Ueno station for Skyliner & 5-min walk to JR御徒町站 where u can take Yamanote line to Shinjuku, Tokyo, Ginza and Ikebukuro

I do appreciate the onsen facility & friendly staff speaking good english but i won’t recommend this hotel cuz: 1) no cleaning for consecutive night staying, u have to pay ¥1,500 extra/ night for that which is the first time I ever heard of such charge in Japan

As a solo female traveler my preference is not to let random people into my room, especially if they're not going to clean after these external people enter, but reception said they couldn't wait until my stay was over a few days later

The shopping street around the area is pretty interesting, and I love uneo park. However, some pretty strange stuff during my stay: 1. They insisted on entering my room for an "inspection" but didn't specify why

Very accommodating and friendly staff. Great service and clean amenities. I am 189cm tall and just fit in the capsule but was fine to sleep in. Staff have limited English but Google translate made communicating easy

Cheap, clean and convenient, starts around 4k yen per night, you can also just take a break and shower here (japanese sentou) toothbrush, shaver, robe and towel available if you sleepover

there is also cafetarian with drink vending machine, free wifi, microwave, and charging slot for your smartphone
