room : very spacious & very clean with many amenities! [10/10]
location : 2-3mins walk, just opposite of nagasaki station [10/10]
cost : amazing value given the great service & quality ($162 sgd for 2) [10/10]
miku & I loved our stay! ありがとうございます!
The hotel condition and location is very good. The room is very big in Japan’s hotel room context. Near to train station and AMU shopping complex. Will definitely stay there again if I visit next time.
Best service I ever had in my life. Restaurant assisted with restaurant bookings and lent me umbrella when it was raining
I went to the newly created Hilton Nagasaki. The entrance is not so bright, but the inside is very bright and beautiful. First of all, it is the best place because it is very close to Nagasaki station
Excellent location, the hotel facilities are very new, and they even arranged an early check-in for me.
Good location and nice facility, but breakfast waiting around 7AM.
The nighttime illuminations were the best! We went on Christmas Eve and they had fireworks and a display on the castle - and Christmas music everywhere 🎄
The shops are also really nice, they sell all kinds of souvenirs
Has separate toilet room and bath tub room and dresser room. Branded Tea and Coffee and Toiletries. Perfect for enjoying Huis Ten Bosch as it has great location. Offered us free next day pass
My 2-day trip (November 10-12) was to this historic, classic hotel with a magnificent and elegant lobby. The exit is right next to the Christmas market, and Miffy Square is just a minute's walk away
The hotel breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the taste was decent. I couldn't book a Miffy-themed room. The standard single/twin room was available. A child plus one adult could squeeze into one bed
However, it's quite a distance from the JR station exit. I recommend buying some food and drinks at the convenience store beforehand (otherwise, it'll be at least a 10-minute walk out)
The room was a bit stuffy, and the central air conditioning only provided heating, not cooling. I recommend opening the windows for ventilation
Decent room size for business hotel. Great location, just in front of train station and airport bus station. There are many good restaurants around. 酒と飯 豆たん & 燒肉 牛笑 are really delicious
Very convenient and lots of restaurants nearby.
The staffs are very helpful.
However, in terms of service, APA is better. It has more amenities, provides ice and ice cups, and has relatively good soundproofing
Though the sound proof isn't that good, but i think it is acceptable for a no frills hotel. It was just a short 5 to 7 mins walk to JR saga station. And I would like to highlight that a staff by the name of 秦 M
The floor is carpeted and the room is dry, so I was disappointed that there was no air purifier that also has a humidifier, but it's the best in terms of cost-effectiveness!
If your only purpose is to sleep, it's not a bad choice, but if you're staying at the hotel for a long time, you might be disappointed
Located near Songyuan, the rooms are quite spacious, and the service was good. Complimentary afternoon snacks are provided, and a free lounge is available after 9 PM
Excellent breakfast buffet. The room is spacious and staff are very friendly. If you drive by car, there is ample parking space here.
Nice view of the river from our room. Nice view of both the ocean and the river from the breakfast restaurant on the top floor. Breakfast is good. Sauna is good. Hot pool is average.
Good free lounge at night with drinks and snacks. Room a bit dated and old, can open windows.
Reasonable price and good service
We booked a Japanese-style room with a sea view balcony. I really like the bike rental, shuttle service and refreshments! They agreed to book the shuttle for me via email because I cannot phone calls
Despite some negative news, Ctrip remains the most user-friendly app. I travel frequently and often switch between different apps, but I always find Ctrip to be the most convenient
Art Hotel Kagoshima offers a very positive stay overall, largely thanks to its outstanding staff, who consistently went out of their way to assist and make guests feel welcome
Hotel services is good ,rooms view is facing sakuarjima, car park access is convenient ,staff are friendly ,breakfast is good, highly recommended if you are driving
I strongly recommend requesting a room with a view of Sakurajima—one of Japan’s most active volcanoes—as waking up to this dramatic landscape is truly priceless
The initial customer service representative had a rather indifferent attitude, but then another representative stepped in who was much more willing to please the customer, even offering compensation in the form of points
Has a very good view of Sakurajima. Bit far from Kagoshima-chou Station. They have a good breakfast though.
I booked a Japanese-style room, which was quite unique and spacious enough. The hotel's overall service was excellent
The hotel's location is good, not far from Kokusai Dori and Naminoue Shrine
Breakfast was very crowded; I thought it was the off-season, but there were so many people! We had to wait a long time for the elevator, but the food was replenished very promptly
The room facilities are a bit old, but it's clean and tidy, and the room size is quite generous. Older, well-established hotels usually have better management. The location is great, and the breakfast is good too
The staff was very kind and accommodating. Some team members were more fluent in English than others but we were still able to converse. The breakfast was also delicious with a good amount of variety
The breakfast spread is amazing, with a good variety of Japanese specialties and foods, and they offer extended serving hours, which is a huge plus. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and getting around is easy
Amenities like toothbrush, face wash, night milk, face moisture, etc are readily available at the lobby. The morning Jap breakfast is good with enough choice for a rather good meal
Excellent Toyoko Inn Hotel. Very clean and well equipped. Very friendly and helpful staff at the check-in and the breakfast. Great view from higher floors.
It's a good hotel. Near the train station, easy to travel, has a variety of breakfasts, clean rooms, Toyoko Inn standards, the staff are smiling and very welcoming. Recommended.
The room is clean, the transportation is convenient, and the price/performance ratio is good.
It's a good hotel for business trips.
I am satisfied with both the location and price.
Good hotel. If you have opportunity again, I would like to use this hotel.
I had a comfortable stay
The location was good and it was cheaper than nearby hotels.
It probably cost more because I made a reservation in a hurry, but I am very satisfied.
I chose it because of its good location, and it was nice because it was clean and friendly.
It is located just in the heart of the city and the staff were very good.
It was great! It was neither good nor bad! It was a Toyoko Inn. I had a friend stay there! I was very happy with the price!
Good location, nice breakfast, WiFi connection is bad
The breakfast buffet is also great and was included in my reservation. Visiting the steakhouse is a must , it is a tad pricey but worth the expenditure. Miyazaki is known for its beef and chicken
The showers are very dated, have a weird smell and the shower heads are what you would normally find in a bathroom from the 70s. The rooms are spacious and clean
The hotel is located close to malls and the subway station. The staff are very kind and are always willing to assist even if they are not proficient in English
My only negative comment pertains to showers in the standard rooms (there are three kinds of rooms)
There is a large hot spring bath on the first floor of the West Wing, and on the second floor is Shokusai Kenbi Ichiboku Ichiso, where the breakfast buffet is located. A dinner buffet is also available
Miyazaki Kanko Hotel stands along Tachibana Koen-dori Street (1-1-1 Matsuyama, Miyazaki City, Miyazaki Prefecture, 880-8512) overlooking the Oyodo River. It is a large, well-established hotel
It's a budget hotel, so the rooms are small, but the cleanliness and facilities are quite good. They also offer a nutritious and satisfying breakfast, which is a nice touch!
- very good location , ~100m to Airport shuttle bus stop and train station
- staffs are nice and influent in English
- easy to check in and check out
- lots of restaurants and malls near by
- room is cleaned , comfy bed , quiet room despite on the main road
- free coffee and ice provided at ground floor
- worth the money and will stay here again
The hotel boasts an excellent location, just steps from the east exit of Kagoshima Central Station, which is why I chose it for two out of my three nights in Kagoshima
Basic hotel with all what I need.
Clean, polite and helpful staff, good breakfast to start my day.
Convenient store nearby.
Breakfast was included in the room rate; the average price for a double bed was about NT$1850 per night. Breakfast was simple but filling. Coffee was available 24 hours a day
Check-in was self-service on the first floor, with lotion and toner provided. If you like inns, consider becoming a member; buy 10 nights and get one free single night
The hotel's location is fantastic; there's a bus stop right outside, and shopping malls are directly across the street, as well as behind the building. Kumamoto Bus Terminal is also within walking distance
Our room had a view of Kumamoto Castle, and they can add an extra bed, so it was no problem for our family of five to sleep comfortably! The hotel staff also provide excellent service
The tram stop is just a short walk away, offering easy access to the JR station and various attractions. The commercial pedestrian street is right next door, making it incredibly convenient for finding food every day
The hotel is right across from Tsuruya Department Store, which makes it super convenient to go see the Kumamon performance. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby too
The room wasn't huge, but it was quite comfortable, and you could see Kumamoto Castle right from the window. For breakfast, you could choose between a buffet or traditional Japanese
Plus, there's a restaurant called Flour across the street that serves amazing toast!
The room was spacious, and the bathroom was very clean, even providing skincare samples
Overall, it's a good for short stay, acceptable especially when the price is good
Everything is good . Room is small ( also the double bed ) and typical of Japan hotel . M
Nice breakfast at 1700 Yến . Free coffee and sparking wine as welcome drink !
A big thumb ups for the buffet, a good spread, clean and delicious
Strategic location, the hotel is about 700-800m from the train station. In Japan it’s known to have a small bed for hotel, but it’s a pleasant surprise to note the bed is bigger than the “norm”
In the winter/cold temperature, the centralise airconds were all “set” to heater. When we made a “complain” on the stuff/warm room, they are kind to offer a stand fan to put in our room
Very delicious breakfast at a great price. A free welcome drink is provided in the lobby, though there are limited options suitable for kids. The staff were very kind and helpful
On the 13th floor, which is the top floor, there is a large public bath that is not a hot spring, and it was spacious and comfortable. It was also good that it was close to Yui Rail Asahibashi Station
The location of the hotel is good. It’s near the monorail station.
The room was clean, and although daily housekeeping wasn’t provided, amenities were replenished throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great hotel, and I would definitely stay here again if I return to Okinawa
The hotel boasts a prime location right in the heart of the city center, steps away from the subway entrance
It's incredibly convenient to get to Kokusai-dori, Naha's most bustling street, and just a 20-minute drive from the outlet mall. Getting around couldn't be easier!
Had a packed itinerary on this day so only spent the night and checked out early morning for our flight. As compared to the other hotel rooms in Okinawa, this was the smallest we had for 3 pax - it was very squeezy

Booking the main building is better so you don't have to walk for the onsen. Room in main building is only a few dollars more. Room is pretty big for 1 pax, enough space to open luggage beside the bed
Room was spacious and decently furbished with reasonable price;
Good room wifi connection;
Location is decent ~10mins walk to hakata station or walk (3mins) a few blocks down to sutton hotel and take the bus to hakata station (since its the 2nd last stop before hakata station);
Public bath was okay;
Convenient check-in and check-out system with 24 hr staff assistance, professional service from staff
Booked a double room for single-person use due to high occupancy during local holiday, reasonably more spacious than expected, good location, minimal public bath to relax after a long day of touring around
A very nice hotel, neat and tidy. The public bath is very clean and well maintained. The hotel offers a good variety of welcome drinks and breakfast food including Japanese, Chinese and Western cuisines
Best thing about the hotel is probably the onsen at the basement of the main building. Mostly Japanese and Koreans gentlemen when I visit the onsen
We had checked in to Hokke Clud Hotel2 times during this vacation. We love the facilities provided, breakfast is really nice and we are looking forward our buffet breakfast every morning
The hotel is also directly next to a canal. The amenities are very good, again, mostly being available in the lobby. The room is very nice, larger than most in Japan
I stay for 4 nite, it’s really incredibly convenient to go everywhere. I stop at Kushida Shrine Station (exit 3) and it’s only two minutes’ walk away. From there, it’s a three-minute walk to Kushida Shrine and Kawabata
You can also walk to the Tenjin area in about 10-15 minutes and there are many restaurants around. I tried breakfast at the hotel and it was really nice and the food was of good quality
Generally was a good hotel. Yet the air-conditioning was not strong enough.
Wonderful Front Desk staff, especially the group working late night. They were always ready to help. Rooms are small but clean- it is a business hotel. Very close to many shops, bars and restaurants.
Only have 3 menu ( 2 Japanese & 1 western) price ¥1380 not bad for complete menu with coffee & juice. For sure I will return when am go to Fukuoka
Good stay and will consider staying here again for the amazing breakfast spread and onsen spa. Hotel is generous to supply complimentary laundry washer at no charge. Dryer is affordable at 100yen for 30mins spin
Breakfast buffet spread were amazingly delicious and good. Love the indoor onsen spa full facilities. Quiet and nice environment except the room is a little dusty and bathroom sink has a bit of Urine smell
Great breakfast! Unfortunately the room was not very clean full of dust on surface. Also the room smelled like a smoking room though it's a non smoking one. Onsen and late night snack were really nice.
I've become a huge fan of Dormy Inn hotels! They offer incredible value for money, featuring hot springs, a generous breakfast, and even complimentary late-night ramen along with other sweet treats
Very generous and considerate for hotel guests. Complimentary supper Ramen and ice cream. Well done and staffs were friendly and helpful
There are self check-in kiosks in the hotel but most of the staff are proactive about helping you have an efficient and easy check-in. Rooms are spacious enough for a standard Japanese business hotel
Kyushu, Fukuoka, 6-17 Hakataekichuogai Hakata Ward 🧭 Map
Good location, near Hakata station and shopping area. Easy to find restaurants near the hotel.
Room size is good with reasonable price.
The best things are full of mini packs of hygienic supplies free for collection. Secondly, the breakfast is very yummy and high quality. The room is a bit small and old but still can offer comfortable place for rest
The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to Hakata Station. The shopping mall inside Hakata Station has everything you could need, from pharmacies to great food options
This hotel is much more spacious than other hotels in the same price range. I could easily open my 30-inch suitcase without it getting in the way of moving around the room
The Japanese staff were absolutely amazing! The hotel even offered free face masks, which was a lovely touch. The room was really clean, and the location was fantastic – super convenient for getting around
Good location just in front of the castle. The 10th floor for breakfast and coffee at night is the best place to relax. Breakfast is the best I have in this trip
Large rooms and very good value. Recommend this place highly.
The room was clean and the bathroom was pleasant. Staff were kind and welcoming.
Staff were really helpful - I asked the front desk for food recommendations and they offered some good choices at late night time. Rooms were clean with toiletries well provided
Hotel room is same as the pictures that display on the app/website. Staff are friendly and polite. There is an onsite parking but you need to pay
The breakfast is good! I like the cakes! It's yummy! Walking distance to the castle and shopping area
It's also close to Kumamoto Castle. It was a fun trip to Kumamoto
It was close to Sakuramachi Terminal, so it was convenient to go on the morning bus tour. There was no dust, and the free, light breakfast was good
There's nothing wrong with the standard chain store.
As a business hotel, it offers good value for money and is a safe and secure option. While not particularly luxurious, it was a very satisfying accommodation option as a base for my stay in Kumamoto
Everything is good except for the small bathroom. It's simple, but the breakfast is also good. The location is near Sakuramachi Terminal, so it's easy to access, and there are many shopping places and restaurants nearby.
Breakfast is provided free of charge. Although there are not many options, it is pretty good. The living environment is hygienic and tidy
Good location! Great price! a bit small room but good enough and very clean! Their breakfast is great too!! ?
I didn't take a picture of the room. For reference, other people, everything else is fine, but the toilet in the bathroom is really small. I only fit my butt in it, so I took a picture because of the station
Everyone at the front desk and in the restaurant were so kind, and I would definitely stay here again. I felt at ease staying here, even though I was traveling alone as a female
If you drink, you can probably get a seat here. That said, it wasn't noisy at night. There are vending machines and microwaves on the 5th and 10th floors. There's a washing machine on the 10th floor
The hotel staff were very kind and I was very grateful.
The location was also very good, making it convenient to get around.
I will definitely stay here again.
Being able to choose my own pillow was also nice. For breakfast, the chicken rice was really delicious and there was a wide variety of side dishes, so I was very satisfied
