Really nice staff and very good place to visit. The hotel is connected to the Nakasu-Kawabata which is really convenient to travel in the city to Tenjin or Hakata.

Very good location connected to the train station. The bed was on the harder side, including the pillow. The switches of the light shone brightly towards the (one person) bed, which was a bit uncomfortable

The room itself was a typical business hotel room. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had in Japan, I was really happy

😅 This hotel is a bit of a distance from the station, so it's best to have a car! Okinawa's weather is unpredictable; it's great for walking around when it's nice, but very inconvenient if it's raining or windy!

I heard that the infinity pool is famous and used it. The pool is smaller than I expected but you can enjoy the view of Naha. The premier round is very good because you can freely consume alcohol and snacks

Very clean, though the room was a bit compact, the amenities were excellent. We were very satisfied with all the hotel provisions.

With a rental car, access is no issue at all. The location is quiet, and the hotel facilities and service are excellent. The parking fee is 1,500 yen per day.

The location is excellent, right next to Sakuracho Bus Terminal, making it super convenient to get to Amakusa for dolphin watching. There's also a tram station nearby, so getting anywhere is a breeze

Super Iconic hotel and very comfortable to stay in! We were here for two nights and would totally recommend this to whoever visiting Kagoshima

Public seperate bath at the top floor (13F), free ice cubes, parking is 1000JPY per night, there are washing machine and drying services, get the rooms that face sakurajima! A huge shopping mall just right across the hotel!

Perfect for a relaxing Kagoshima getaway. The shuttle service is super convenient for exploring the city, and combined with a one-day transport pass, a two-night stay is just right

The hotel's on-site hot springs are also very comfortable, and you can even catch the sunrise in the morning!

Check-in is done beforehand using a machine, and then you pick up your room key yourself. The hotel has a hot spring, but I didn't get to try it

And then retrieve the key back when come back to the hotel after the cleaning. No microwave in room, you need to go down to the lobby to use the only microwave in the hotel. Otherwise the hotel is a cheap and good stay

Hotel is in a pretty good location. Close to kumamoto JR station by Tram and walkable distance to the sakuramachi bus terminal/mall (5min). Serviable by both red and blue tram lines as well

This was my first hotel in Japan, and the front desk service was excellent, with very sweet staff. It was quite surprising to see guests queuing for check-in automatically keeping a meter apart

The hotel provides room cleaning for concurrent 3 days stay I believe (no daily cleaning, only change of towels), but you will need to pass the keycard/key tothe front desk on the day of the cleaning

We found good review so since it is just a late overnight and the price is good so we booked it. 4-5 monorail stations away from airport. We paid 280yen per pax for ticket. The hotel is just next to monorail

They have 3 laundry machines and 3 dryer machines. Dryer machines take a long time to do but worked well. Possibilty to rent bicycle and car. I hardly give 10/10 but this one was really the best

On my 2 weeks trip this was my best hotel. Super friendly staff who speaks perfect English. Just 1 minute away from monorail. There is a nice park next to it if you need a relaxing time

Great location just steps away from the main Kokusaidori street. Room cleaned every 3 days with possibility to change towels, but not empty the trash. Breakfast good, but a bit crowded. Overall would definitely recommend

Convenient location, walking distance to both station , 15 min walk to canal city and another 3 min further the night food stands cozy breakfast buffet and yummy selection, please have an empty stomach, we tried their brunch buffet so worth it ! The best thing about this hotel is its close proximity to Churaumi Ocean park. It also has an in-house onsen, albeit a small one. However, don't be fooled by its exterior, the rooms are quite old and design out-dated

There's a commercial street downstairs with a Starbucks and an Okinawa specialty supermarket. Getting to the aquarium is also convenient, with a shuttle bus service available for round trips

Amazing location!!! Its just right outside Sasebo Train Station. They have complementary breakfast each morning (simple japanese food) but its good! The rooms were also bigger than those Im used to in Tokyo and Osaka

A perfect resort, few people, good food, and a super beautiful sea view. The front desk charges a child fee, which Ctrip also solved very well. The only drawback is that many sea activities require Japanese.

Excellent location! The receptionists are polite and friendly. We had 2 rooms — they are aged but reasonably clean and comfortable. Anyway, we were out in Okinawa all day long so we really enjoy them.

It's a great spot for day trips, close to the train station, convenience stores, drugstores, and even the famous A&W BBQ restaurant (Maki-ji Beef), Okinawan cuisine, tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelet), steakhouses, and gift shops

They provided several different shampoos and hair products for guests to choose from the front desk which is nice! And the location is awesome, in the beginning of kokusai street and can get to the rail station within 5mins

The Makishi Public Market is also easily accessible. The staff are all very friendly and provide free water (no need to buy extra)

rooms too small, pool is only open until 5 PM, on a private beach all chargeable: sun beds, slides for kids and so on. but overall the hotel is good, restaurant is pleasant entertainment for children quite a lot

The zipline at the hotel was super fun! The room facilities are a bit old, but there's free parking, which is great for people traveling by car.
