Overall, this isn't about atmosphere or design, but about convenience and predictability. It's a good value-for-money option if location and basic comfort are important to you
It has everything you need, without anything extra – a good option if you plan to do a lot of walking and just come back to rest
The staff were friendly, but their English wasn't very good (luckily, we had no problems with a translator), and they helped us send our suitcases to another city
The service is very standardized; check-in and check-out are done via machines, but there are staff members on hand to assist. Breakfast is very simple, but the room itself is pretty good, with a sufficiently large desk
We stayed for 2 nights at the end of March. The main plus is the location: the hotel is literally right next to Nagasaki Station, which is convenient for transfers and generally as a base for exploring the city
This isn't the first time we've encountered the fact that, among all hotels, the soundproofing is probably one of the worst; you can hear the road even on the 7th floor, but it's generally bearable
Although the room was small, it was well-equipped, clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The best part is its great location, just a 3-minute walk to the station, which is incredibly convenient
I had a great stay at Hakata Green Hotel No. 1. The location was convenient, the room was comfortable, and the service was excellent. I was very satisfied with my experience and would happily stay here again.
I stayed at this hotel ten years ago and absolutely loved it! When I visited Fukuoka again, I chose it because of its excellent cleanliness, which I'm still very satisfied with
The best part was that you could check in at 1pm and check out at 12pm which is better than almost every other hotel. Checkout was also a seamless process
Second time staying at this hotel and booked this again for my family trip this round! Really wonderful hospitality from the hotel staff and the 1pm check in timing was helpful for us to rest after a red eye flight
The single room was spacious enough for one person and had everything you need. It also had a microwave and washing machines on some floors. The location was great, just behind the Central Station
It so happened that I was late on a very busy day, so I lined up with my luggage to check in and waited for about 20 minutes in a crowded state. It's corona, so I was worried about it, but it seems to have happened
My girlfriend and I come from Hong Kong, and we’re honored to visit Okinawa for the first time, staying at your esteemed hotel for four days and three nights
All the staff at your hotel are exceptionally friendly and eager to assist. Whether at the front desk, restaurant, or cleaning team, every colleague is impeccably polite
Excellent! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious. The children had a lot of fun.
Additionally, we absolutely loved playing with the parrot in the hotel’s basement; it’s so adorable and fun! We hope to see it again next time and have more joyful playtime with it
The hotel is very child-friendly. Children, from young staff to veterans, can enjoy all kinds of activities such as the rock-paper-scissors stamp rally and other activities
A truly enjoyable stay, they made New Year's Eve very memorable, all staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good restaurants. The Club is wonderful, one of the best I've been to, although a tad small.
Would be good to have a car to drive around, spacious room with a nice view.
Very good buffet with International selection and also local Okinawan food. Rooms are spacious and hv balcony with ocean view. Front desk very professional esp Mr Yoshida who is very helpful and speaks good English
The Suite Grande room was a great choice with a washer dryer, plenty of space and plenty of streaming options included in the nice Sony Bravia TV with soundbar (e. Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, Ameba etc
Nice hotel in general with good facilities, but we were told the room wasnt ready when we checked in at 4:15pm which we were a bit surprised to be honest, and had to wait for 10 more mins
Hotel upgraded us to club room. Beautiful sea view from the hotel room. Good food, beverage and Blue Seal ice-cream selections for the hotel breakfast buffet.
Good to stay in this hotel for solo , service are good too location good too very clean everything good as well
Good service with hotel staff can speak well English. It would be better if hotel amenities have salt bath.
The location is within less than 10mins walking diatance to Hakata Station (where all the Shinkansen, JR line, subway stations and bus stations/stops are). The hotel is very comfortable and clean
Nice hôtel ! They provide everything you need, for reasonable price in Fukuoka. And also the location is good. 5min by feet from Hakata Station.
Location: The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the back exit of Hakata Station, making it quite convenient. There are also convenience stores nearby. Room Size: A typical small Japanese room
You can only open two suitcases in the narrow hallway. Room Amenities: The bathroom has shampoo, body wash, disposable toothbrushes, etc. At the front desk, you can pick up small samples of toner, tea bags, and coffee
Even though we were upgraded to a room with a terrace, we couldn't go outside much. I'd like to visit again when it's sunny
An average resort hotel. It's very close to the US military base, so it can be noisy if there are flight training exercises.
Still a big fan of Hilton. Great location and excellent service, especially from the front desk staff. A huge thank you to Ctrip for relaying my requests to the hotel in advance.
Good location, perfect service, can watch firework from balcony
So happy I could watch the fireworks right from my room's balcony! It's perfect for a relaxing getaway. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Okinawa.
The hotel is a good compromise between price and quality. The view from our room great.
This is considered a relatively good hotel in Miyako Island. The surrounding area is incomparable to those in China. It is best to make reservations in advance for meals, as the restaurants open every day are different.
Beautiful view, hammocks, easy beach access, splendid breakfast. Wish we had eaten dinner at the hotel too instead of going across the street. Good pillows and coffee too XD.
Reservations are generally required for the resort's restaurants, so ask the front desk for assistance. The front desk service was excellent!
There's a free shuttle bus from the airport to the resort! There's also a free resort shuttle bus within the hotel! The environment is nice, but the pool is a bit small! There's a line for breakfast every day, and the breakfast variety is average
There is a shuttle bus on the coast south of Shigira. It runs every half an hour during the day and every quarter of an hour after dinner time, making the transportation in this area quite convenient
You can request for extra pillows to use for free and you can choose pillow type (soft, medium, hard)
The combination of great hospitality, a top-class breakfast, and outstanding onsen facilities makes it an excellent choice for anyone visiting the area
It's a classic, grand hotel, equipped with high-end toiletries. The room was very clean and tidy.
The hotel is a little dated, but service is good. There is a public bath, but no gym. The hotel is very close to Huis Ten Bosch and has a private gate going to HTB once you have already purchase a ticket
We had a connecting room facing Huis Ten Bosch. There's a private entrance that people staying at Hotel Nikko can use to get into the amusement park which closes at 9
The hotel is decent for a one night stay. Though I would describe the interiors of the room as pretty retro and dated in the 90s. The hotel staff are very warm and friendly, and the room is clean
I popped into my room around noon, and it happened to be when they were about to clean it. As soon as I entered, I received a call from housekeeping asking when would be a good time for them to clean
The bathroom is a bit small, but the room itself is quite spacious, and the bed size is good. There's a large bedside table, which is very convenient for placing items
Plus, each floor has its own glass door, so security is excellent. Cleanliness: It's very clean; they tidy up daily and change the sheets and duvet covers every two days. Service: The service is great
(Eel restaurant next to the hotel was a bit pricey but really good)
Good location, near to Watanabedori station.
What's more, it's very close to the subway station and has an elevator, which made moving my luggage around super easy! It was a bit of a splurge for one person, but it would be absolutely perfect for two
Excellent service and well furnished clean room. Breakfast has a good spread too. The carpark is a few mins walk away from the main hotel which they offer shuttle service. Enjoyed my 2N stay.
We had a lovely stay at this hotel! Everything was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made it a very enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay here again.
The views were breathtaking, the rooms were beautiful and spotless, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Every meal was delicious and thoughtfully prepared
Our stay was absolutely incredible. The hotel is located on its own private island, which made the experience feel exclusive, peaceful, and truly special
It was the perfect luxurious escape, and we can’t wait to return
This was the second hotel we stayed at in Okinawa, and we were there for three nights. Since it was February, the outdoor facilities like the pool weren't open
Location: It's inside a shopping mall, quite small though.
Hygiene: Similar to business hotels in Japan, pretty clean.
However, the facilities are very old, and there's only one power outlet, which is super inconvenient.
Great location, but the hotel facilities are really old. It was scorching hot inside the room in March, and the AC wasn't working, so we had to open the window for air. Being right next to Canal City was incredibly noisy
Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet—ideal for a solo traveler. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Excellent value and very convenient
Nice location of the hotel. 1700yen for parking over night. nice bar opposite of the hotel
The location is excellent, right inside Canal City, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient
Great stay at Canal City Washington Hotel! Perfect location right next to Canal City Hakata with lots of food and shopping nearby, and walkable to Hakata Station
The hotel located in the hill, which driving or taxi is the only way heading. There is a convenience store in the hotel, proving snack and necessities.
The staff are polite with good command of english
The hotel's location isn't far from Shuri Castle, offering great views. The breakfast is excellent and meets the standards of a 4-star hotel
everything is good except the air condition is not function good , the room temperature is hot .
It seems a bit difficult to access without a rental car, and as an older hotel, it doesn't have many special facilities. It's a good hotel to stay at the night before an international flight.
If you have a car, the access is good, and it's a nice hotel!
I admit I might have had some preconceived notions about the Hilton brand since it was my first time, but this experience showed me what the 'Hilton' brand truly stands for! I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer!
we just need to ask for cruise ticket from the front desk, and show it along with our theme park ticket. the train station also near to the hotel. there is also a convenience store attached to the hotel
Beautiful hotel, will definitely visit again!! So convenient to visit the theme park and also to travel back to Fukuoka
Room was excellent. Has whole range of toiletries from cleansing oil, cleanser, toner and moisturizer
Robes provided for hot springs
Bed and pillows were firm
The location is good, near Huis Ten Borsh gate. Too bad, there is no coin laundry. If you frive and park in front of the hotel, you need to pay at the hotel reception, otherwise you will be charged too high
hotel is really huge and very nice, room is big and lots space for luggage and iranreally clean. the service from the staff is top notch as they even anticipated the service i require during the check in and key pick up
We enjoyed the hot spring very much, nice and clean. The hotel is huge and elegant. The room is spacious enough for a family of 5 like us with 4 beds. It’s very convenient with Family Mart down stairs

Much better then expected! In spite of the swimming pool been refurbished, the food and the kindness of the staff compensates and deserve a 5 stars! The chef of the hotel is very skilled! The breakfast buffet is the best I had till now in Japan with unexpected options such as peanut tofu, burguer bar, tacos, make yourself soba’s … the bar tender at the lounge makes perfect margaritas! the Chinese restaurant...
Okinawa is truly a fantastic travel destination, and this hotel's location is excellent
They provide the best breakfast I ever have. Perfect for family.
Location is local but walkable to some very good restaurants
The two most outstanding things about this place is: 1) there service (everyone) and 2) the amazing breakfast buffet (well worth it). The location is convenient to everything: Kokusai-Dori (10-15 minute walk), airport
Fantastic hotel off the touristy area but in a convenient location. Hotel is currently under renovations and the new rooms are spacious and very nice. Breakfast spread is one of the nicest I have had anywhere
Although the hotel is a bit older, the service and hygiene standards still meet IHG's expectations
It's incredibly good value! The room is also spacious enough for three people, and you can easily open your luggage. The service attitude was excellent
The hotel is very convenient, the only drawback is that the room is a bit old. The windows don't open. It's close to the station, so you can walk a few minutes to get to whatever you need. The staff are good.
If you will go to places far away from hakata that requires travelling such as itoshima and yufuin, this hotel is definitely a good option
The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station, making it super convenient for getting around. The surrounding area is great with plenty of amenities for dining and shopping
The location is excellent, less than a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station (exit 22), and it's all flat ground, so no issues with luggage
Clean, larger than average room for Japan. Good breakfast and right I the centre of the bar, restaurant and entertainment area. really good location and value.
It’s a good location, the room is average, the staff can speak English well. The only complaint I have is their WiFi signal, it is so weak it’s not usable.
It’s not expensive even we’re staying in a Saturday night with breakfast. Good location but the room and bed are tiny
There were self-service laundry, vending machines and best of all, buffet-type breakfast that was very yummy
Nice and clean well maintained, good location, good service, clean
Other than its shady location, everything is good.
Kyushu, Miyazaki, 3-10-19 Tachibana West Street 🧭 Map
The location is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. Since it’s still February, it felt a bit cold at night and I woke up because of it. There is an air conditioner/heater in the room, but it didn’t blow warm air
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It has a luxurious atmosphere and everything feels very refined. The room was clean and beautifully designed, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious
There's also coin laundry in the adjacent building, but you have to bring your own laundry detergent. I think the best part of the hotel is the warm, hospitable staff
The hotel is good for a quick one-night rest. The ventilation inside our toilet was dusty and so are the headboard and some areas of the room
Good food and I enjoyed my stay for a long travel after my work...
Good location, nice free amenities useful for business travellers, very near to donki so can purchase food and other items also nearby.
Happy with cleanliness of the room. Good friendly and helpful staff. The public corridors and hallways smell of cigarette smoke, and there's an unenclosed smoking area in the lobby
The hotel is located in prime district with many convenience stores and eatery around. The famous Yatai street is within walking distance. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful throughout our stay
The room is spacious with fantastic views of the nearby canal. Highly recommended for a good stay in Fukuoka
The cherry blossoms downstairs were still blooming when we checked in, which was a beautiful sight
The hotel is centrally located in the city centre. The facilities are a bit old though.
The room was very clean and had a nice view. The location is also excellent, with plenty of ramen shops, yakiniku restaurants, and supermarkets nearby, making it super convenient for food and drinks
Rooms were decent (bed slightly firm)
Spa was a communal bath with Suana and cold bath (not onsen)
Breakfast was again very good as well. For this price I highly recommend
the location is very near the subway and the room is clean. it is good
This hotel was perfect for us! The style, cleanliness, facilities, and service were all excellent. We'll definitely come back if we get the chance
Our family of 5 stayed in a spacious room with 3 large double beds. We can easily open our 3 large suitcases with plenty of space to walk around. Friendly and professional staff
The transportation was also super convenient, and we explored many places
hotel was amazing! room is spacious & very clean, reception also very friendly. (5/5)
location : very qood & convenient, 2mins walk from subway watanabe-dori station
A 7-minute walk from the subway station, the hotel breakfast is really good, and you can enjoy the hot spring on the rooftop. I always choose Mitsui hotels whenever I go to Japan
The hot spring is good! Highly recommended!
This hotel is excellent for its buffet breakfast selection with many quality Japanese food items as well as it’s very nice rooftop onsen with an open air area, so relaxing
To be honest, when I first checked in, I thought the room was really small
Pretty average. Not really one the best but a good top hotel for the price.
Location is good and room is clean.
Had a good 3 night stay.
Will stay again next time!
