The hotel service was excellent, and the location was great, especially with a row of shopping malls across the street – it was all-inclusive! Although the hotel was small, it had all the necessary amenities, such as a microwave, washing machine, toiletries, water dispenser, coffee machine, and Orion beer, wamori, and juice from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Aside from being a bit far from the station, the hotel is generally quite good. Breakfast and rooms were both good
The windows open, and the breakfast is Japanese and delicious. The staff is wonderful, and the cleanliness is excellent. There are plenty of facial products on the ground floor
There's a shopping mall across from the hotel, offering plenty of food, drinks, and entertainment for business travelers and families. Diagonally opposite is a museum and art gallery, which are also worth visiting
The accommodation experience was fantastic!
The hotel is located near Naha Main Place, with convenience stores and the Okinawa Museum nearby. The rooms were clean and tidy, and a delicious breakfast was included
The lobby on the first floor provided ample toiletries and bathrobes, and there were two elevators to reduce waiting time. The minor drawback was that the rooms were quite cramped
But two episodes eroded the satisfaction over service standards:
1) Booked 2 rooms for a total of 5 pax, through Trip. com via the same booking on the same day
Good location & kind staffs.
Perfect!
Walking distance to shopping street. The best is beer vouchers to redeem
however upon arrival, only one room was given the daily welcome drink coupon (Orion beer) while the other was not. When asked, they said it was a change in policy and not all rooms are given the welcome drink
Great location near monorail station. 2 cans of beer for adults/night with complimentary drink extremely suggestion for drinking activity. But breakfast is not full line buffet like others Japan hotel
The hotel is located near the Makishi station with 2 convenience store near by. Hotel offer ticket for welcome beer, the Orion band. You can redeem it in the bar near the lobby
You can also try the feeding at 9:30 every morning 🍴 I haven't gone yet but There is a lounge that you can use whenever you stay in a pool villa and you can enjoy non-alcoholic drinks like coffee, tea and western confectionery from morning to evening and even alcohol in the evening 🍷🍻🍸 I was able to enjoy the resort leisurely and slowly
This luxury resort is located on the southern coast of Miyako Island. Staying on Fridays costs around $13,000 per night. The resort itself is very large, with regular shuttle buses running throughout the day and night
The hotel also provides tuk-tuks and golf carts during the day. For those with deep pockets, you can book a villa room with a pool. 😎 Our room was 55 square meters, with a living room right after the entrance
The beds were single and king-size, and the space was very spacious. The bathtub in the bathroom overlooked the balcony, and the view was quite relaxing
The lounge is different from the domestic one, there is no food, just a few cheeses and dried fruits, but there is champagne. The breakfast coffee is good, but the lounge coffee is terrible
I loved the living room in the room, facing the large floor-to-ceiling windows, perfect for relaxing and browsing my phone
Shimada at the front desk speaks excellent and fluent English, which greatly simplifies the process of resolving my problems
This is a high-quality business hotel in the Yatsushiro area. The rooms are simple yet well-equipped, and disposable toiletries are available in the lobby for guests to use as needed
The reception staff were very helpful. There was only one washing machine in the women's bath, so we had to wait quite a while for our turn to do our laundry. However, it was helpful to have a washing machine.
The front desk service was excellent! Very friendly! They were very helpful in resolving issues! Ms
The large public bath is a fantastic feature, making it ideal for business travelers. The price is also very reasonable
The location is in the city center, a bit far from the JR station, but there are city buses. If you take a taxi to Shin-Yatsushiro Station to transfer to the Shinkansen to Kumamoto, the taxi ride takes about 15 minutes
Location is excellent - within short walking distance to Ashabashi monorail Station and Naha Bus Station. Although size of room is small but it has sufficient amenities and good WiFi
Very near monorail about 8mins walk exit by West exit. Just 6-7 stops to Naha airport. Make sure to go to the correct best hotel right beside Lawson. Only downside is the bed for me a bit too firm
I was with a child who eats only home cooked food. They kept my food in freezer as per request and helped us. The fragrance of room fresher was the best i have ever experienced
The pricing was extraordinary considering the four stars, and this was definitely one of my best hotel stays even though it only lasted one night
Free breakfast is also good with western and local options. All in, it is value for money
1. Convenient location, just a 5-minute walk from Asahibashi Station. 2. Very clean and tidy. 3. There's a convenience store right next door. 4. The hotel front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Nice hotel, good location. Providing on-site parking conveniently. A lot of food choices outside hotel.
The Nagasaki Shianbashi Richmond Hotel, a 3-star business hotel, underwent renovation in 2023 and boasts excellent overall quality
i applaud the housekeeping staff for thorough jobs; i love the eco-cleaning option. the location is also very good, close to the arcade and chinatown
Very nice hotel in a great location. There are many restaurants and bars nearby, and the hotel has parking. The staff is very friendly.
Close to restaurants and a famous castella/ Japanese pastry shop
The guest rooms are equipped with practical amenities, including air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV. A thoughtful touch is the option to request daily housekeeping service directly via the TV
Kyushu, Nagasaki, 1-20 Edomachi, 850-0861 Nagasaki, Prefektura Nagasaki, Yaponiya 🧭 Map
The hotel is very convenient and near to the tram station. It is a good price with a reasonable bed size.
This is a pleasant hotel located right next to Dejima, the former Dutch settlement, and less than 10 minutes away from Chinatown. A tram stop is also right opposite the hotel. My room was comfortable and clean
10 min walk from jr Nagasaki with luggage. 3 mins walk from you me where there's a big supermarket,Starbucks ,Uniqlo n
* Room size is a little bit small
* Breakfast food was quite delicious, but the food choices are too few
* The location is so close to the tram and bus stop, so it's really helpful when traveling alone
Location-wise, the hotel is conveniently right in front of the Ohato Station of the Nagasaki tramway system, and is a very walkable distance away from many attractions including Dejimamachi, Nagasaki Shinchi Chinatown, and the Nagasaki Seaside Park
Great value, great location and great service. It is conveniently located near the main bus to/from airport, trams and shopping and sightseeing. I was not expecting such a good level of service for that price
Location is good with around 5min walking distance from the train station. There is a big mall nearby for shopping and dinning too. The only bad thing is that the room is a bit small and can barely open a 28inch luggage
Location: Excellent! Just 400 meters from the Naha Kūkō Station west exit. There's a FamilyMart convenience store right downstairs, and the amazing SAN-A mall is next door. Okinawa DFS is also directly behind the hotel
The hotel is located at a very good spot. Close to a big shopping malls and some local restaurants. Round the corner is a convenient store. But the male public bath was broken down during my last night. What a shame.
Museums and art galleries are also just a short walk away. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The best part was the large public bath – it was wonderfully relaxing!
Really great, the room was good and they even help me change It to a no smoking for free. The service was great, the workers really kind and was just in fron a huge mall and some convinis
The hotel's location is excellent. There's a fantastic Japanese restaurant called "Noroshi" just a 5-8 minute walk away, with a great selection of Japanese whiskies. Highly recommended!
Great location and excellent service. Room is perfect for solo travellers with space. I also love the hospitality of the staffs especially the filipino receptionist who assisted me, her name is Pauline
Small but well-equipped, quite clean and hygienic. The transportation is relatively convenient, and there are many dining options downstairs. It's also not far from shopping malls. Overall, I'm satisfied.
Luggage hold before check in time and after checkout convenient. We had the breakfast which was nothing fancy but excellent
We stay this hotel many times, it's value, clean, friendly staff. the location is very good to anywhere.
Good hotel with a decent breakfast, the room was clean and the staff was friendly.
Interested in Yatai at Nakasu? This hotel is located next to Nakasu main area, several minutes walk. Also Tenjin area is easy to access from the hotel
First time in Japan ever and Fukuoka did it do good! Hotel Plaza Tenjin was my good rest place. If you’re hungry at night, there is Lawson shop right across the street
Good if you're just going to sleep and not gonna stay longer in the Hotel. Location is great!
The place itself is really good since in front of the has the 7-11, Lawson and an ice cream shop which is open until midnight! Walkable to izakayas, bus stations and to transit lines where you can pick in between of Asakasa or Tenjin station
Good location where convenience to connect the city. Front staff are very nice and friendly.
The hotel is also conveniently close to multiple train and bus stations, which made getting around the city a breeze. Negatives:
Unfortunately, the quality of the room did not match the excellent location
Fantastic stay!
I only stayed one night but I will frequent this hotel more - the location is perfect for those who enjoy the nightlife and the staff are incredibly friendly! I enjoyed every minute of my stay here!!
Amazing breakfast , very adorable onsen , excellent location and friendly staff makes this place highly recommended to a tourist looking for comfortable and reasonable price
Staff are very friendly & helpful. Location is good. It takes just a few minutes walk to Tenmonkan airport shuttle & city view bus stop. Enjoy the breakfast
Excellent service and location. Only downfall was the size of the bed, the small double really was a SMALL double. Very uncomfortable for a few nights.
Quick check-in.
The breakfast is really amazing, with pretty many if options!
You will not imagine this good proce stays with semi-natural onsen.
Good location and not expensive. Worth to introduce others to stay in this hotel.
Good hotel in quite a good location, very good for the price
I know a little Japanese so it's convenient, but even if I don't know Japanese, I can communicate in simple English, and check-in is very convenient. The bathhouse is small, but it's always good to be able to take a bath
The breakfast is very good, with many varieties and good taste. There is a big supermarket nearby to go shopping. There are also some ramen restaurants
The breakfast food is not very varied, but it is very delicate. In short, it is a good stay experience
You can see the hotel right after exiting Saga Station. The hotel looks old, but it is very clean and not crowded. There are many delicious foods around Saga Station, which is very convenient for travel
Just south of JR Saga Station, just cross the road. The room is small, but Japanese hotels are basically small. It's a bit old, but very clean, no odor, and comfortable
The location is excellent—just a short walk from the train station and close to many shops and restaurants, which made getting around Nagasaki really convenient
Overall, a great place to stay and excellent value for the location!
Good value for money, and the two beds can be pushed together.
The hotel location was good, near Amu Plaza n Bus station.
Everything is ok, but room is too small. I need to manage 2 luggages by opening one of them at front door.
Good hotel with an enticing price. Up to par with other affordable, small business hotels you'd find across Japan. I appreciated the simple check-in and baggage storage options.
The hotel is good .
Very helpful staff.
A lot of thanks!Very delicious breakfast !
Also highly recommend you guys try the restaurant called "Yakiniku King" it sooooooooo good. Close to the hotel as well (8-10mins walk) (600 yen by Taxi)
It’s a good option if you’re looking for a reasonably priced place within walking distance to the city center
It's a big hotel and professional. We booked a Standard Double Relax (Non-Smoking) room. The room is just like in the pictures. Very clean Very mindful Very Demure. The staff are very friendly and have a service mind
Our favorite part of the room is the massage chair! Because my boyfriend can sit and relax while I get ready in the morning 🌄. Great Location as there is 24hr. Family Mart is right next to the hotel
Easy to travel around by foot. But we mainly use taxis to go anywhere because the price is very cheap to go around. For example, Taxi toKokusai Dori st
First of all, it's adjacent to Miyazaki Station. It's conveniently located just a two-minute walk from the JR ticket gates. It's an excellent location for business travelers
The breakfast service was also satisfying, with a wide variety of rice balls. The overall feel is a bit cheap for the price, but the bed was spacious and it was sufficient for a one-night stay
But to be honest, I relied on the four rice balls in the morning to get through the whole day. Because there was no place to eat properly during the whole day, and the shuttle bus time was awkward
I have never seen a hotel with a breakfast buffet that is all rice balls. There are four or five plates of rice balls of various flavors (potato cakes can be wrapped in rice balls)
There were only snacks near the Easter Island statues (the restaurant above was empty when I went there). I relied on the rice balls at the inn to get through the whole day
Qingdao was full of mangoes, which were delicious but too sweet. The main dishes at the cafe near the Rabbit Shrine were only puffs and muffins
Hotel was located in an excellent location. Room was tiny but that's expected as it was right in the city centre and price was reasonable. Plenty of food and shopping.
Location - best choice! Right in central of Tenjin. 5 mins walk to subway thru underground so don't have to worry on weather
Easy access and direct line to airport!
3mins walk to Tenjin underground street
Many eateries within wlaking distance
Staffs - very friendly and able to communicate in english
Overall, i give 5 stars
Fantastic stay!
Rooms - decent size with very comfortable bed and pillows! Rooms are clean and looked very nice. Provided Keriug coffee machine and 2x capsules on daily basis
Love the hotel location, so convenient , major department stores walking within minutes . And underground shopping street 😃
Very convenient location. There is a shopping mall and restaurant down stairs. Friendly staff.
Excellent facilties and location. View is amazing! The food are great with variety and the staff are excellent.
Starting the day with a good meal before heading out was such a treat
Although it was the same for all six days, it was delicious! Every morning, they had roasted beef slices, along with fried chicken or other side dishes. A cup of Japanese coffee or matcha with milk was a nice touch
I booked a twin room in the front building. Even with the windows closed, I could sometimes hear traffic outside, and there were often loud motorcycles late at night. It wasn't enough to disturb my sleep, though
The stay was nice and great. Easy to travel arnd Fukuoka and to Hakata and airport. The wifi service provided could be improved as most of the times it lost connection due to weak signal.
The room was very clean and spacious, with two beds and enough room to open two large suitcases, which was great. I also pre-paid for breakfast when booking
Is very nice hotel with good location. Breakfast was excellent. Value for money. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Will come back again if we do visit Mojiko.
There were snacks available and the lounge was well designed and not crowded. There are multiple well designed spots around the hotel - although it is already >30+ years old, it has a timeless feel
The rooms were recently renovated, the bathrooms were spacious and we had the view of the pier. We got the deluxe room with lounge access which I would recommend
We had dinner at the Italian restaurant, the food was ok but service was poor, especially for Japanese standards
Great location, staffs were helpful. I would recommend to all.
The view is stunning and the location is spot on. I really loved the retro room design—it totally matches the city’s vibe. The only downside is the breakfast room; it’s way too small, so be prepared to wait in line.
